以上药物研为细末，用醋煮面糊制作成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸，米汤送服，不限时间。另一配方中加入代赭石一两。
胡粉丸
治疗积滞性痢疾，药性虚弱且体内有积滞者尤为适宜。
胡粉，阿胶，乌鱼骨（各二两半），枯矾，龙骨（各五两），密陀僧（一两一分）。
以上药物研为细末，用粟米饭制作成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸，米汤送服。
木香散
治疗久患白痢不止，脐腹部疼痛，以及赤痢。

以上药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，加水一盏，煎至七分，去渣后温服。
甘草茱萸丸
治疗脏腑虚寒，脾胃怯弱，米谷不化，肠滑泻痢，心腹疼痛，腹胀，肠鸣，饮食减少。
吴茱萸（四两，用酒、醋各一升浸泡一个时辰，煮至酒醋耗尽，焙干后再炒熟），甘草（一两），栀子（弹子大一枚）。
以上药物研为细末，用酒煮面糊调和制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸至十五丸，烧生姜汤送服。

Sepiae Endoconcha (Uzei Yu Gu) (3 liang), Phellodendri Cortex (Chugen Pi), Halloysitum Rubrum (Baishi Zhi), Longgu (Fossilized Bones/Teeth), Passeris Faeces (Que'er Fen), Human Hair Ash (Gan Fa Hui) (each 2 liang).
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use vinegar-boiled wheat paste to form pills the size of a Chinese quince seed. Take 20 pills per dose with rice water, at any time. Another prescription adds Haematitum (Daizheshi) 1 liang.

Muxiang San (Aucklandia Powder)
Treats chronic white dysentery that does not cease, umbilical and abdominal pain, as well as red dysentery.
Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang) (3 qian), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi) (1.5 liang), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huanglian), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (each 1 liang), Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu) (0.5 liang), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Noupi) (2 liang).
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose. Add 1 zhan of water, decoct until reduced to 0.7 zhan, strain, and take warm.
Gancao Zhuyu Wan (Licorice and Evodia Pill)
Treats deficiency-cold of the zang-fu organs, weak spleen and stomach, indigestion of grains, slippery intestines with diarrhea and dysentery, heart and abdominal pain, abdominal distension, borborygmus, and decreased appetite.
Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu) (4 liang, soaked in 1 sheng of wine and 1 sheng of vinegar for one fushi [approx. 4-6 hours], boiled until the wine and vinegar are exhausted, dried, then stir-fried until cooked), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) (1 liang), Gardeniae Fructus (Zhizi) (one piece the size of a bullet).
Pulverize the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with wine-boiled wheat paste to form pills the size of a Chinese quince seed. Take 10 to 15 pills per dose with decoction of roasted fresh ginger.
Fuzi Tang (Aconite Decoction)
Treats persistent diarrhea without cessation.
