丁香、良姜(醋炙)各五钱，木香、巴豆霜、三棱(煨)，
莪术各三钱，青皮 (醋浸去白)五钱，皂角(烧存性)二
钱，百草霜四钱，共为末，醋糊丸。有积，茴香汤下。伤
食，原物汤下。水泻者，甘草汤下。
祖传治腹痛：甚者，解霉丸下之，轻者，脾积丸下之。
凡小儿心腹痛急甚者，面青，手足冷，指甲青，目上窜，闷
乱烦躁，狂言邪语，喷药喘急者。皆不治。
西 江 月
凡遇小儿腹痛，必须察认原由，面黄腹痛食中求，脸白蛔
虫(13)作楚。指冷面青寒痛，三种(14)，啼哭无休。或温或下药先
投，不可临时差谬。
积痛先行脾积，养脾以次调和，虫家别用取虫科，集圣勤勤
服可;寒痛理中最妙，茱萸汤引宜多;无时腹病又如何，集圣妙如
利药。
积痛有时发作，面黄腹胀难痊，丁香脾积下当先，后用养脾
调缓。苍白青陈曲麦，茴香莪术三棱，砂仁灵脂木香兼，枳实黄连
川栋。
虫痛时时作楚，面白清水长流，槟榔芦荟与糖球，君子芜荑
练(15)肉，白术木香灵脂，黄连辰砂莪缩，青陈干蟾(16)与麦曲，
虫去痛除是福。
疝气初得属寒，久则属火。
凡小腹疼痛，外肾肿硬者，此名疝气。盖由小儿久坐湿地，
以致寒气内侵于肾而得，所以小腹刺痛，外肾肿硬。但左为偏
坠，右为膀胱。轻者内服五苓散加茴香、川栋(17)子。橘核、槟
榔，少加木通。屡试屡效。甚者加附子一片，即效。后服茱萸内
消丸调之。外用敷药及薰洗法。
凡小儿佳急多啼，有伤于脾肝，以致睾丸肿大下坠者，小腹
不痛，但外囊浮大，汨汨有声。此宜二陈汤去甘草，加海藻、尾
布、荔技核、小茴香、川栋(18)子，为末，顺流水调服，更以泻青
丸，去大黄加青皮，相间服之。
敷药
用蚯蚓粪，不拘多少，为细末，以葱汁调敷肿
处，一日一换，以消为度。
薰法
用鲜葱捶研细。煎百沸汤，入盐少许，以瓶盛之，
令小儿正坐其上，蒸其肿处，待水温洗之。后加敷药。
灸法
牵小儿阴茎，向胯侧比之，尽处是穴，左则取左，
右则取右，并灸三阴交穴，各三壮。
祖传治小儿疝气偏坠，用茱萸内消丸，外用敷药。
西 江 月
疝气如何而得，下焦热结膀胱，肾囊肿大似茄样，左右坠难
抵挡。内服茱萸丸子，外用龙土葱汤，待他痛止肾消囊，再灸两边
胯上。
我有得传妙法，橘核木香沉香，茴香大小用相当，食盐故纸
为上。巴豆少炒川栋(19)，去巴取栋(20)如常，研为细末酒调尝，
一服汗淋停当。

祖传治疗腹痛的方法：病情严重的，用解霉丸攻下；病情轻微的，用脾积丸攻下。
凡是小儿出现心腹急痛且严重的，面色发青，手足冰冷，指甲发青，眼球上翻，神志昏乱烦躁，胡言乱语，服药后气喘急促的，都属于不治之症。
西江月词：
凡是遇到小儿腹痛，必须仔细考察辨认病因。面色黄而腹痛多由饮食积滞引起，面色白而疼痛多由蛔虫作祟。手指冷、面色青属寒痛，这三种情况会导致啼哭不止。治疗时或温中或攻下，用药需先行考虑，不可临时出错。
对于积滞引起的疼痛，先使用脾积丸，随后调养脾胃以调和身体；对于虫积，另用驱虫科药物，勤服集圣丸即可；对于寒痛，理中汤最为巧妙，宜多用吴茱萸汤引经；若无固定时间的腹病又该如何处理？集圣丸配合利药效果奇妙。
积滞疼痛有时发作，面色黄、腹胀难以痊愈，应先服用丁香脾积丸，之后再用养脾缓调的药物。可用苍术、白术、陈皮、神曲、麦芽，以及茴香、莪术、三棱、砂仁、五灵脂、木香，兼用枳实、黄连、川楝子。
虫痛时时发作疼痛，面色白、流清水样便，可用槟榔、芦荟与糖球，以及君子肉、芜荑、诃子肉，还有白术、木香、五灵脂、黄连、辰砂、莪术、缩砂仁，陈皮、干蟾皮与麦曲，待虫去痛除便是福气。
凡是小腹部疼痛，外生殖器（睾丸）肿胀坚硬的，这名叫疝气。大概是因为小儿久坐湿地，导致寒气内侵于肾而致病，所以小腹部刺痛，外生殖器肿胀坚硬。但左侧疼痛坠胀称为偏坠，右侧疼痛涉及膀胱。轻者内服五苓散加小茴香、川楝子、橘核、槟榔，少加木通。屡试屡效。严重者加一片附子，立即见效。之后服用茱萸内消丸调理。外用敷药及熏洗法。
凡是小儿惊急多啼，损伤了脾肝，导致睾丸肿大下坠的，小腹部不痛，只是阴囊浮肿变大，里面有汨汨的水声。这种情况宜用二陈汤去掉甘草，加入海藻、尾布、荔枝核、小茴香、川楝子，研为细末，用顺流水调服，再交替服用泻青丸（去掉大黄，加入青皮）。
敷药方：
用蚯蚓粪，不拘多少，研为细末，用葱汁调匀敷在肿胀处，一天换一次，直到消肿为止。
熏法：
用鲜葱捶打研细，煎煮百沸汤，放入少许盐，用瓶子盛装，让小儿正坐在瓶口上，蒸汽熏蒸肿胀处，待水温后清洗。之后再敷药。
灸法：
牵拉小儿阴茎，向胯侧比量，尽头处即是穴位，左侧取左穴，右侧取右穴，并灸三阴交穴，每穴各灸三壮。

Dingxiang (Clove), Liangjiang (Galangal Rhizome, processed with vinegar) each 5 qian; Muxiang (Aucklandia Root), Badoushuang (Paste of Semen Crotonis), Sanleng (Rhizoma Sparganii, roasted), Ezhu (Rhizoma Curcumae) each 3 qian; Qingpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride, soaked in vinegar and white pith removed) 5 qian; Zaojiao (Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis, burnt to retain character) 2 qian; Baicaoshuang (Soot from burning straw) 4 qian. All are ground into fine powder, mixed with vinegar paste to form pills. For accumulation, take with Fennel Decoction; for food stagnation, take with the broth of the ingested food; for watery diarrhea, take with Licorice Decoction.
Ancestral prescription for abdominal pain: For severe cases, administer Jiemei Wan (Resolve Mold Pill); for mild cases, administer Pi Ji Wan (Spleen Accumulation Pill).
Whenever a child suffers from acute and severe heart-epigastric pain, with a cyanotic complexion, cold hands and feet, cyanotic fingernails, upward rolling of the eyes, mental confusion, restlessness, delirious speech, and rapid breathing after administering medicine, these conditions are incurable.
Xijiang Yue (West River Moon):
Whenever encountering pediatric abdominal pain, one must carefully investigate the cause. A yellowish complexion with abdominal pain suggests seeking the cause in diet; a pale face with pain indicates discomfort caused by roundworms (Ascaris). Cold fingers and a cyanotic face indicate cold-type pain. These three types lead to incessant crying. Whether using warming or purging methods, medication should be administered first; do not make errors at the last moment.
For pain due to accumulation, first use Pi Ji Wan, then harmonize the body by nourishing the Spleen. For worm infestation, separately use anthelmintic formulas; diligently taking Jisheng Wan (Collective Sage Pill) is effective. For cold-type pain, Lizhong Tang (Regulate the Middle Decoction) is exquisite; Wuzhuyu Tang (Evodia Decoction) as a guiding vehicle should be used frequently. How to treat abdominal pain occurring at any time? Jisheng Wan combined with purgatives works miraculously.
Accumulation pain occurs intermittently, with a yellowish complexion and abdominal distension that is hard to cure. First, administer Dingxiang Pi Ji Wan, followed by gentle regulation with spleen-nourishing herbs. Use Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Chenpi (Tangerine Peel), Shenqu (Medicated Leaven), Maiya (Germinated Hordeum Fructus), Huixiang (Fennel Fruit), Ezhu, Sanleng, Sharen (Amomi Fructus), Wulingzhi (Trogopteri Dung), Muxiang, along with Zhishi (Immature Bitter Orange), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), and Chuanqianzi (Toosendan Fruit).
Worm pain occurs intermittently with pain, a pale face, and continuous flow of clear fluid. Use Binlang (Areca Seed), Lushen (Aloe Wood), and sugar balls, plus Junzi Rou (Seed of Schisandra Chinensis), Wuyi (Seed of Tso-wu-yeh), Hele Rou (Pericarpium Terminaliae Chebulae), Baizhu, Muxiang, Wulingzhi, Huanglian, Chen Sha (Cinnabar), Ezhu, Suosha Ren (Cardamomi Fructus), Chenpi, Gan Chan (Dry Bufo Skin), and Mai Qu. When worms are expelled and pain ceases, it is a blessing.
Hernia (Shan Qi) initially belongs to Cold, but over time transforms into Fire.
Whenever there is pain in the lower abdomen and swelling/hardness of the external genitalia, this is named Shan Qi (Hernia). This is generally caused by children sitting for long periods on damp ground, leading to internal invasion of Cold into the Kidney, resulting in stabbing pain in the lower abdomen and swelling/hardness of the external genitalia. However, left-sided pain/dropping is called Pian Zhui (Lateral Hernia), while right-sided pain involves the Bladder. For mild cases, internally administer Wuling San (Five-Ingredient Powder with Poria) added with Huixiang, Chuanqianzi, Juhe (Aurantii Fructus), and Binglang, with a small amount of Mutong. It has been tested repeatedly with good results. For severe cases, add one slice of Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) for immediate effect. Afterwards, regulate with Zhuyu Neixiao Wan (Evodia Internal Resolution Pill). Externally apply compresses and fumigation/washing methods.
Whenever a child suffers from sudden fright, excessive crying, damaging the Spleen and Liver, leading to swollen and drooping testicles, without pain in the lower abdomen, but with a floating and enlarged scrotum producing gurgling sounds, this condition is suitable for Erchen Tang (Two-Aged Decoction) with Licorice removed, added with Haizao (Sargassum), Weibu (Tail Cloth - likely a typo or specific local herb, possibly referring to a cloth or specific plant part, kept as literal translation contextually), Lizhihe (Lychee Seed), Xiaohuixiang, and Chuanqianzi, ground into powder and taken with smooth flowing water. Additionally, alternate administration of Xieqing Wan (Drain Green Pill) with Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) removed and Qingpi added.
Compress Prescription:
Use earthworm feces, any amount, ground into fine powder, mixed with green onion juice, applied to the swollen area. Change once daily until swelling subsides.
Fumigation Method:
Use fresh green onions, pounded and ground finely. Boil vigorously, add a little salt, place in a bottle. Have the child sit upright over the bottle opening to fumigate the swollen area with steam. After the water temperature cools, wash it. Then apply the compress.
Moxibustion Method:
Pull the child's penis towards the side of the groin to measure; the endpoint is the acupoint. Take the left point for the left side, and the right point for the right side. Also moxa-bust the Sanyinjiao (SP6) acupoint, three moxa cones per point.
Ancestral treatment for pediatric hernia and lateral dropping uses Zhuyu Neixiao Wan externally with compresses.
Xijiang Yue (West River Moon):
How is Hernia acquired? Heat knotting in the Lower Jiao affects the Bladder; the kidney sac swells large like an eggplant, with left and right dropping difficult to withstand. Internally take Zhuyu Pills; externally use Longtu Cong Tang (Dragon Earth Green Onion Decoction). Wait until his pain stops, the kidney shrinks, and the sac reduces, then moxa-bust the points above both groins.
I have inherited a wonderful method: Juhe, Muxiang, Chenxiang (Aquilaria Wood), Huixiang used in equal amounts; Salt and Gupi (Psoraleae Fructus) are superior. Shaofan (lightly stir-fry) a small amount of Badou with Chuanqianzi, remove the Badou and keep the Chuanqianzi as usual, grind into fine powder, take with wine. One dose will stop strangury/dribbling appropriately.
