熟地黄(酒蒸)八钱，山茱萸(去核)、山药各四钱，
泽泻、白茯苓、丹皮各三钱，肾弱失音者，加巴戟(去
心)、石菖蒲各三钱，炼蜜为丸，麦冬汤下。
虎胫骨(酒炙)、生地黄、酸枣仁(炒)、辣桂、防
风、白茯苓、当归。如惊后得前症者，加姜活，炼蜜为
丸， 白汤下。
人参、石菖蒲、麦冬(去心)、远志肉(姜汁炒)、川
芎、当归各三钱，滴乳香、朱砂各一钱。因子惊得者，
加牛胆南星三钱，炼蜜为丸，米饮下。
大黄(煨)、天冬(去心)、杏仁(去皮尖，另研)、百
合、桑白皮(炒)、木通、甜葶苈(炒)。蜜丸，液白水送下。
乳食不常饥饱起，寒热积脾气上冲。致成此症随轻重，风热
相交未易攻[42]。治宜退热疏风症，泻青丸子显神功。
泻泄久而气血虚，不能上冲元气亏。狗脊炙黄为细末，鸡蛋
白调服即愈。药用参苓白术散，服之此症顷能除。
脾胃虚寒涎自流，不能收敛渍颐谋。半术姜陈青皮末，一岁
一丸米饮投。
受胎母即有惊邪，二气乘心舌未加[43]。菖蒲茯神参远志，
麦冬当归乳香砂。蜜丸粟大吞二十，薄荷汤下可见瘥。

大黄（煨制）、天冬（去除心）、杏仁（去皮尖，单独研磨）、百合、桑白皮（炒制）、木通、甜葶苈子（炒制）。制成蜜丸，用凉白开水送服。
乳食喂养不规律，导致饥饱无常，寒热之邪积聚于脾，脾气上冲。由此形成的病症随轻重不同而异，风热邪气相互交结，不易攻伐治疗。治疗应当退热疏风，使用泻青丸显现神效。
泄泻日久导致气血虚弱，元气亏虚不能上承。将狗脊（炙黄后）研为细末，用鸡蛋清调服即可痊愈。药用参苓白术散，服用此药此症顷刻间可除。
脾胃虚寒导致涎液自流，无法收敛滋润面颊。将半夏、白术、干姜、陈皮、青皮研为粉末，一岁的患儿服用一丸，用米汤投服。
胎儿在母体内时母亲即受到惊邪影响，阴阳二气乘虚入心，舌部未加保护（指胎毒或先天不足）。使用石菖蒲、茯神、人参、远志、麦冬、当归、乳香、砂仁。制成如粟米大小的蜜丸，吞服二十丸，用薄荷汤送服可见痊愈。
Prepared Rehmanniae Radix (Shu Dihuang, prepared by steaming with wine) 8 qian, Cornus Officinalis Fructus (Shanzhuyu, pitted), and Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao) each 4 qian; Alisma Rhizoma (Zexie), Poria (Baifuling), and Moutan Cortex (Danpi) each 3 qian. If accompanied by aphonia due to kidney deficiency, add Morinda Officinalis Radix (Bajitian, heart removed) and Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Shichangpu) each 3 qian. Make into pills with refined honey, and take with Ophiopogonis Decoction (Maidong Tang).
Tiger Tibia Bone (Hu Jinggu, roasted with wine), Raw Rehmanniae Radix (Sheng Dihuang), Ziziphi Spinosomi Semen (Suanzaoren, stir-fried), Cinnamomum Cassia Bark (Lagui, i.e., Rougui), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Poria (Baifuling), and Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui). If the aforementioned symptoms occur after fright, add Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo). Make into pills with refined honey, and take with warm water.
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Shichangpu), Ophiopogonis Radix (Maidong, heart removed), Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi rou, stir-fried with ginger juice), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), and Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) each 3 qian; Frankincense (Ruxiang), and Cinnabar (Zhusha) each 1 qian. If caused by fright, add Arecae Semen cum Bile (Niudan Nanting) 3 qian. Make into pills with refined honey, and take with rice drink.
Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, baked), Asparagi Radix (Tiandong, heart removed), Armeniacae Semen Amarum (Xingren, skin and tip removed, ground separately), Lilii Bulbus (Baihe), Mori Cortex (Sangbaipi, stir-fried), Akebia Caulis (Mutong), and Descurainiae Semen (Tiantingli, stir-fried). Make into honeyed pills, and take with cool boiled water.
Irregular feeding leads to alternating hunger and fullness; cold-heat accumulation causes spleen qi to rush upward. The resulting condition varies in severity; wind-heat pathogens intertwine and are difficult to attack. Treatment should focus on clearing heat and dispersing wind; Xieqing Wan demonstrates miraculous efficacy.
Prolonged diarrhea leads to qi and blood deficiency, causing yuan qi (original qi) to be deficient and unable to ascend. Roasted and yellowed Cibotii Rhizoma (Gouji) is ground into fine powder, mixed with egg white, and taken for immediate cure. Shenling Baizhu San is used as medicine; taking it can eliminate this condition instantly.
Spleen and stomach deficiency-cold causes saliva to flow freely, failing to converge and moisten the cheeks. Powder made from Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Zingiberis Rhizoma (Jiang), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi), and Aurantii Fructus Viridis (Qingpi) is administered. One pill is given to a one-year-old child with rice drink.
The fetus may be affected by maternal fright during gestation; yin and yang qi invade the heart, affecting the tongue [43]. Use Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Shichangpu), Poria Cum Radix (Fushen), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi), Ophiopogonis Radix (Maidong), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Frankincense (Ruxiang), and Amomi Fructus (Sharen). Make into honeyed pills the size of millet seeds, swallow twenty pills, and take with mint decoction to see recovery.
Both the liver and kidney meridians are insufficient. The liver governs sinews, and the kidney governs bones. To replenish qi and blood in these two meridians, Jiawei Dihuang Wan (Modified Rehmannia Pill) can assist in tonification.
Pediatric turtle chest syndrome is characterized by lung heat causing distension, making the chest protrude like a turtle's shell. Taking Jiajian Tingli Wan (Modified Descurainia Seed Pill) yields miraculous results.
