治年高风秘冷秘，心腹一切 癖冷气。暖元脏，止泄泻，进饮食。
硫黄(研细) 半夏(汤洗七次，焙干为末)
上等分，以生姜汁同熬炊饼末，搅匀，杵数百下，丸如梧子大。空心温酒姜汤下三十丸。
蜜三合 盐少许，煎如饧，出冷水中，捏如指大，长三寸许，纳下部立通。
肛门为肺下口，主大肠，肺脏实则热，热则肛门闭塞；腑虚则大肠寒，寒则肛门脱出。
又妇人产蓐用力过多，及小儿叫呼，及久利后，皆使肛门滞出。
治肛门或因洞泄，或因用力脱出不收。
皮(烧存性用，一个) 磁石（半两， 碎) 桂心（半两）
上为末。饮方寸匕。忌举重及房室。《肘后》治妇人阴脱，加鳖头一枚，烧灰研入。
治肛门脱出，大人小儿悉主之。
香附子 荆芥穗（各等分）
上为末。每用三匙，水一大碗，煎十数沸淋。
又方
用五倍子为末。每三钱，水二碗，煎减半，入白矾一块，安小桶子内洗之立效。
治脱肛历年不愈。
铁粉（研细）
每用少许掺之，按令入即愈。
又方 用木贼不以多少，烧存性。
上为细末掺肛门上按之。
治小儿脱肛不收。用浮萍草，不以多少。
上杵为细末。有患，用药干贴。
用磨刀水洗亦效。
治疗年长者的风秘（因风邪导致的便秘）和冷秘（因寒邪导致的便秘），以及心腹部各种癖积冷气。温暖下焦元脏，止住泄泻，增进饮食。

以上两味药等分，用生姜汁一同熬煮，加入炊饼（发酵面食）的粉末，搅拌均匀，捣杵数百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。空腹时用温酒或姜汤送服三十丸。
治疗体质虚弱者和老年人的风秘不通，不可服用寒凉药物，使用此方非常有效。（该方见霍乱门）
蜂蜜三合，少许盐，煎煮至像饴糖一样粘稠，取出放入冷水中，捏成手指粗细、长约三寸的药条，纳入肛门内，立刻通畅。
肛门是肺的下口，主管大肠。肺脏实证则生热，热盛则肛门闭塞；腑气虚则大肠寒，寒盛则肛门脱出。
另外，妇女分娩时用力过多，以及小儿大声哭叫，以及久痢之后，都会导致肛门滞涩脱出。
治疗肛门或因洞泄（严重腹泻），或因用力过度导致脱出无法收回。
皮（烧至存性使用，一个） 磁石（半两，打碎） 桂心（半两）
以上药物研为粉末。用温水送服一方寸匕。禁止举重及房事。《肘后备急方》治疗妇人阴挺（子宫脱垂），加鳖头一枚，烧成灰研入。
治疗肛门脱出，大人小孩都主治。
香附子 荆芥穗（各等分）
以上药物研为粉末。每次取三匙，用水一大碗，煎煮十余沸后淋洗患处。
又一方
用五倍子研为粉末。每次三钱，用水二碗，煎煮至减半，放入一块白矾，放在小桶里熏洗，立刻见效。
治疗脱肛多年不愈。
铁粉（研磨细）
每次取少许撒在患处，按压使其回纳即愈。
又一方 用木贼不限多少，烧至存性。
以上研为细末撒在肛门上并按压。
治疗小儿脱肛无法收回。用浮萍草，不限多少。
以上捣成细末。患病时，用药粉干贴患处。
用磨刀的水清洗也有效。
Treats wind constipation (constipation caused by wind pathogen) and cold constipation (constipation caused by cold pathogen) in the elderly, as well as various accumulations of cold qi in the heart and abdomen. It warms the primal viscera (lower jiao/kidneys), stops diarrhea, and promotes appetite.
Lapis Sulphuris (Sulphur, ground to fine powder) Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum (Pinellia Tuber, washed seven times with decoction, dried and ground to powder)
Equal parts of the above two herbs are boiled together with juice of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Fresh Ginger Juice). Add powder of cooked steamed bread, stir evenly, pound hundreds of times, and form pills the size of a white mustard seed. Take thirty pills on an empty stomach with warm wine or ginger soup.
For weak individuals and the elderly suffering from wind constipation where bowel movement is obstructed, cooling medicines should not be used; this formula is very effective. (See the section on Cholera-like disease)
Honey three he, a small amount of salt, boil until thick like malt syrup, take out into cold water, shape into fingers-thick strips about three cun long, insert into the anus for immediate relief.
The anus is the lower opening of the Lung, governing the Large Intestine. When the Lung organ has excess syndrome, heat is generated, causing anal closure; when the fu-organ is deficient, the Large Intestine becomes cold, leading to anal prolapse.
Furthermore, excessive effort during childbirth in women, loud crying in children, and prolonged dysentery can all cause the anus to become stagnant and prolapse.
Treats anal prolapse due to severe diarrhea or inability to retract after prolapse caused by excessive straining.
Testa Trionycis (Turtle Shell, burned to retain its properties, one piece) Magnetitum (Magnetite, half liang, crushed) Cinnamomi Cortex (Cinnamon Bark, half liang)
Grind the above into powder. Take one fangcun bi (measure of volume) with water. Avoid heavy lifting and sexual intercourse. *Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang* treats uterine prolapse in women by adding one turtle head, burned to ash and ground into the mixture.
Treats anal prolapse, applicable to both adults and children.
Rhizoma Cyperi (Cyperus Rhizome) Flos Schleicheriae (Schlechtendal's Sage Flower) (equal parts)
Grind the above into powder. Use three spoons each time, with one large bowl of water, boil for more than ten boils, and wash/irrigate the area.
Another formula
Use Galla Chinensis (Chinese Gall) ground to powder. Each time use three qian, with two bowls of water, boil until reduced by half, add a piece of Alumen (Alum), place in a small bucket for washing/fumigation, effective immediately.
Treats chronic anal prolapse that has not healed for years.
Ferrum Pulveratum (Iron Powder, finely ground)
Use a small amount sprinkled on the affected area, press to retract it, and it will heal.
Another formula Use Equiseti Herba (Horsetail Herb) in any quantity, burned to retain its properties.
Grind into fine powder, sprinkle on the anus, and press.
Treats anal prolapse in children that cannot be retracted. Use Spirodela Polyrrhiza (Duckweed) in any quantity.
Pound into fine powder. Apply the dry powder directly to the affected area when symptoms occur.
Washing with grinding stone water is also effective.
