治五脏中风寒，手足不仁，口面 斜，昏晕失音，眼目 动，牙车紧急
，不得转动。
附子(炮去皮脐) 桂心（各半两） 细辛(去苗) 防风(去叉) 人参 干姜(炮，各六钱)
上为锉散。每服四钱，水一盏半，姜五片，枣一枚，煎七分，去滓，食前服；或为末，
酒调二钱服。
治中风挟暑，卒然晕倒，面青黑，四肢缓弱，喜呻欠，口 斜，四肢不仁，好笑。
防风(去叉) 泽泻 桂心 杏仁(麸炒，去皮尖) 干姜(炮) 甘草(炙，各等分)
上为锉散。每服四钱，水一盏半，煎七分，去滓，食前服。
治中风湿，昏闷恍惚，胀满身重，手足缓纵， 自汗，失音不
语，便利不禁。

治寒湿所中，昏晕缓弱，或腰背强急，口 ，语声混浊，心腹
胀，气上喘，不能转动。

治冒暑遭雨，暑湿郁发，四肢不仁，半身不遂，骨节离解，缓弱不收，或入浴
晕倒，口眼 斜，手足 曳，皆湿温类也。

上为锉散。每服四钱，水盏半，煎至七分，去滓，食前服。
治疗五脏感受风邪与寒邪，导致手足麻木不仁，口眼歪斜，头晕目眩甚至失音，眼球颤动，下颌关节僵硬紧张，无法转动。
附子（炮制，去皮及脐）半两，桂心半两，细辛（去苗）半两，防风（去叉）半两，人参半两，干姜（炮制）六钱。
以上药物捣碎成粗散。每次服用四钱，加水一盏半，生姜五片，大枣一枚，煎煮至七分满，滤去药渣，饭前服用；或者制成粉末，用酒调服二钱。
治疗中风兼夹暑邪，突然晕倒，面色青黑，四肢松弛无力，喜欢呻吟打哈欠，口眼歪斜，四肢麻木不仁，不由自主地发笑。
防风（去叉）等分，泽泻等分，桂心等分，杏仁（麸炒，去皮尖）等分，干姜（炮制）等分，甘草（炙）等分。
以上药物捣碎成粗散。每次服用四钱，加水一盏半，煎煮至七分满，滤去药渣，饭前服用。
治疗中风湿邪，出现昏沉闷乱、神志恍惚，身体胀满沉重，手足松弛无力，自然出汗，失音不能说话，大小便失禁。
附子（生用，去皮及脐）半两，干姜半两，白术一两，甘草一分（炙）。
以上药物捣碎成粗散。每次服用四钱，加水一盏半，煎煮至七分满，滤去药渣，饭前服用。
治疗寒湿之邪侵袭，出现头晕昏沉、肢体缓弱，或者腰背部强直紧急，口眼歪斜，声音浑浊不清，心腹胀满，气逆喘息，身体无法转动。
附子（炮制，去皮及脐）等分，麻黄（去节，先煮去沫）等分，白术等分，干姜等分，甘草（炙）等分，人参等分。
以上药物捣碎成粗散。每次服用四钱，加水一盏半，煎煮至七分满，滤去药渣，饭前服用。
治疗因冒犯暑热又遭遇雨淋，导致暑湿郁结发作，四肢麻木不仁，半身不遂，骨节感觉分离松动，肢体松弛无力无法收持，或者洗澡时突然晕倒，口眼歪斜，手足牵引拘急，这些都属于湿温病的范畴。
附子（炮制，去皮及脐）等分，茯苓等分，白术等分，干姜（炮制）等分，泽泻等分，桂心等分。
以上药物捣碎成粗散。每次服用四钱，加水一盏半，煎煮至七分满，滤去药渣，饭前服用。
Treats the five Zang organs affected by Wind-Cold, resulting in numbness and insensitivity of the hands and feet, deviation of the mouth and eyes, dizziness and fainting with loss of voice, tremors of the eyes, stiffness and tension of the jaw (Ya Che), and inability to turn the head.
Prepared Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) half tael, Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex) half tael, Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) half tael, Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) half tael, Renshen (Ginseng Radix) half tael, Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) six qian.
The above ingredients are crushed into a coarse powder. Take four qian per dose, add one and a half zhan of water, five slices of fresh ginger, and one jujube. Decoct until reduced to seven-tenths, strain, and take before meals; alternatively, make into a fine powder and take two qian mixed with wine.
Treats stroke complicated by Summerheat, characterized by sudden collapse, cyanotic or dark complexion, flaccidity and weakness of the four limbs, frequent groaning and yawning, deviation of the mouth and eyes, numbness and insensitivity of the four limbs, and involuntary laughter.
Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) equal parts, Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) equal parts, Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex) equal parts, Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) equal parts (bran-fried, skin and tips removed), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) equal parts (prepared), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) equal parts (honey-fried).
The above ingredients are crushed into a coarse powder. Take four qian per dose, add one and a half zhan of water. Decoct until reduced to seven-tenths, strain, and take before meals.
Treats attack by Wind-Dampness, presenting with drowsiness, mental confusion, abdominal distension and heaviness, flaccidity and weakness of the hands and feet, spontaneous sweating, aphonia, inability to speak, and incontinence of urine and feces.
Raw Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix) half tael, Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) half tael, Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) one tael, Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) one fen (honey-fried).
The above ingredients are crushed into a coarse powder. Take four qian per dose, add one and a half zhan of water. Decoct until reduced to seven-tenths, strain, and take before meals.
Treats invasion by Cold-Dampness, presenting with dizziness and fainting, limb flaccidity and weakness, or stiffness and tension of the waist and back, deviation of the mouth and eyes, turbid voice, abdominal distension, rebellious Qi causing panting, and inability to move the body.
Prepared Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) equal parts, Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba) equal parts (stems removed, decocted separately to remove foam), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) equal parts, Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) equal parts, Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) equal parts (honey-fried), Renshen (Ginseng Radix) equal parts.
The above ingredients are crushed into a coarse powder. Take four qian per dose, add one and a half zhan of water. Decoct until reduced to seven-tenths, strain, and take before meals.
Treats exposure to Summerheat followed by rain, leading to stagnation and eruption of Summerheat-Dampness, resulting in numbness and insensitivity of the four limbs, hemiplegia, sensation of joint separation, flaccidity and weakness unable to be controlled, or sudden fainting during bathing, deviation of the mouth and eyes, and traction/spasm of the hands and feet. These all belong to the category of Damp-Warmth diseases.
