这是由于胎儿在母体中感受了热气，热毒流注于心脾，所以症状表现在喉舌部位，或者是被风邪侵袭搏击所致。

将上述药物研成细末，用优质的油纸密封包裹，自然形成膏状。每次服用如豆粒大小的一块。用乳汁调和后涂抹在乳头上让婴儿吮吸，或用金银花、薄荷煎汤送服。
以和胃气、促进进食、消除痰浊。

将药材切碎成散剂。每次服用一钱，加生姜一片、红枣一枚，在喂奶前服用，药渣连同乳汁一起给母亲服用。
治疗出生七天后出现牙关紧闭的情况。
取上方中的牛黄一钱，细细研磨，用竹沥水调匀灌入患儿口中。再用猪乳滴入口中。
治疗因断脐后受到水湿、风冷邪气侵袭，邪气进入脐部，流注于心脾，导致腹部胀满、脐部肿胀，身体沉重，四肢日夜啼哭不止，不能吮吸乳汁，严重的引发风搐惊厥。此药具有利惊安神、降下痰浊的功效，凡是钓肠、锁肚、撮口等症，都可以使用。

巴豆
将上述药物研成细末，用稀糊制成丸药，大小如麻子。每次服用一丸。用薄荷、生姜泡的汤送服。如果脐部周围发青发黑以及指甲发黑的，属于不治之症。
治疗方法同上。

将上述药物研成细末。每次取一字量的药粉吹入鼻孔，如果患儿能啼哭则说明可治。同时内服，用薄荷调一字量药粉服用。
Treats eye closure, trismus (lockjaw), gradually diminishing cry, accumulation of flesh-like granules resembling millet seeds on the tongue, inability to suckle milk, foaming at the mouth, and obstruction of both urination and defecation.
This is caused by the fetus contracting heat pathogenic factors in the womb, with toxic heat flowing into the Heart and Spleen, thus manifesting symptoms in the throat and tongue; or it may be induced by invasion and assault from Wind pathogenic factors.
Zhensha (Cinnabar, 3 qian) Penglsha (Borax) Mayaxiao (Sodium Nitrate, each 1.5 qian) Xuanmingfen (Mirabilite, 2 qian) Quanxie (Scorpion, each 1 qian) Zhenzhumo (Pearl Powder, each 1 qian)
Sheng She (Fresh Musk)
Grind the above ingredients into powder, seal tightly with high-quality oil paper, allowing it to naturally form a paste. Administer approximately one bean-sized amount per dose. Mix with breast milk, apply to the nipple for the infant to suckle, or administer with a decoction of Yinjinhua (Honeysuckle) and Bohe (Mint).
To harmonize the Stomach, promote feeding, and resolve phlegm.
Baifuling (Poria, white) Renshen (Ginseng) Caoguoren (Tsaoko Cardamom Seed) Suzi (Perilla Fruit, lightly stir-fried) Muxiang (Aucklandia Root, wrapped in wet paper and baked in hot fire) Gancao (Licorice Root) Chenpi (Dried Tangerine Peel) Houpo (Magnolia Bark, remove coarse bark)
Cut the herbs into fragments. Administer 1 qian per dose, with one slice of Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) and one Hongzao (Jujube), taken before breastfeeding. The mother should consume the dregs mixed with milk.
Treats trismus occurring seven days after birth.
Take Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) from the aforementioned formula, 1 qian, finely ground, mix with Zhuli (Bamboo Sap), and instill into the mouth. Additionally, apply Zhu Ru (Pig Milk) to the mouth.
Treats conditions where, after umbilical cord separation, the infant is invaded by Water-Dampness, Wind, and Cold pathogens entering the navel, flowing into the Heart and Spleen, resulting in abdominal distension, umbilical swelling, heavy body sensation, constant crying day and night, inability to suckle, and in severe cases, development of Wind convulsions. This prescription benefits the spirit to calm fright and descends phlegm. It is applicable to all cases of Diaochang (Hooked Intestine), Suodu (Locked Belly), and Cuokou (Pinched Mouth).
Nanxing (Arisaema Rhizome, processed, 2 qian) Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma, processed) Yaxiao (Saltpeter) Tianma (Gastrodia Rhizome) Wulingzhi (Trogopterus Dung) Quanxie (Scorpion, roasted. Each 1 qian) Qingfen (Calomel, half qian)
Badou (Croton Seed)
Grind the above ingredients into powder, bind with thin starch paste to make pills the size of hemp seeds. Administer one pill per dose. Send down with a decoction of Bohe (Mint) and Jiang Pian (Ginger Slice). If the area around the navel turns cyanotic/black and the fingernails turn black, the condition is incurable.
Treatment is the same as above.
Wugong (Centipede, one piece, washed with wine to remove feces, roasted) Qumai (Dianthus Herb, half qian) Xieshao (Scorpion Tail, five pieces, detoxified) Zhijiangcan (Silkworm, straight, seven pieces, remove silk)
Grind the above ingredients into powder. Blow one zi-sized amount into the nasal cavity; if the infant cries, the condition is treatable. Concurrently administer internally: mix one zi-sized amount of powder with Bohe (Mint) water and ingest.
