木香匀气散
治气逆呕血、衄血。用侧柏叶、白茅花煎汤下。（方见诸疝类。）
苏合香丸
治因气作衄，或吐呕血。浓煎白茅花汤化。（方见中气类。）
止衄散
治气郁发衄。无比神方。
黄 （六钱） 赤茯苓 白芍药（各三钱） 当归 生干地黄 阿胶（炙，各三钱）
上为末，煎黄 汤调下。为锉散，煎亦可。
归脾汤
治思虑伤脾，心多健忘，为脾不能统摄心血，以致妄行，或吐血、下血。

天门冬汤
治思虑伤心，吐衄不止。

加味理中汤

上锉散。每服三钱，水一大盏煎，不拘时候，温服。去干葛，加川芎，治鼻衄。理中脘，

治暴吐血，桂末二钱，水汤各半盏调，猛吃。甚者只两服效。
桂附汤
治吐血自汗。大效。（方见痼冷类。）
加味四物汤
治咯血。用毛头白纸烧灰，入麝香煎，调二钱，服之如神。（方见妇人崩漏类
汤二钱，加蒲黄、藕节灰少许，人乳汁调服，效。）
木香匀气散

归脾汤
治疗思虑过度损伤脾气，心神不宁多健忘，因脾不能统摄心血，导致血液妄行，出现吐血、便血等症状。
白术 茯神 黄 酸枣仁（炒，去壳） 龙眼肉（各一两） 人参 木香（各半两） 甘草（二钱）
以上药物切碎成散剂。每次服用一水盏量，加生姜五片、大枣一枚煎煮。不限时间，温服。
天门冬汤
治疗思虑过度损伤心阴，导致吐血、鼻衄不止。
远志（去心，用甘草水煮） 白芍药 天门冬（去心） 藕节 麦门冬（去心） 黄（去芦头） 阿胶
以上药物切碎成散剂。每次服用四钱，加水一盏半，生姜五片煎煮。不限时间服用。
加味理中汤
治疗饮食过量，损伤胃气导致消化不良。引起呕吐，呕吐物颜色鲜红，或者心腹绞痛，自汗出，这种病症名叫伤胃呕血。
人参 干姜（炮制） 白术（各一两） 干葛 甘草（各半两）
以上药物切碎成散剂。每次服用三钱，加大水盏一碗煎煮，不限时间，温服。若去掉干葛，加入川芎，可治疗鼻衄。此方能调理中脘，分消邪气。
又一方
治疗突发吐血，取桂末二钱，用水和热汤各半盏调和，快速饮下。病情严重的，只需服用两次即见效。
加味四物汤
治疗咯血。用毛头白纸烧成灰，加入麝香煎煮，调服二钱，效果如神。（该方见“妇人崩漏”类。另：用二钱汤剂，加入蒲黄、少许藕节灰，用人乳汁调服，也有效。）
Muxiang Yungi San (Wood-Aromatic Qi-Regulating Powder)
Indicated for hematemesis and epistaxis caused by rebellious Qi. Administer with a decoction of Platycladi Cacumen (Ce Bai Ye) and Imperatae Flos (Bai Mao Hua). (See the section on various hernias.)
Suhe Xiang Wan (Styrax Pill)
Indicated for epistaxis due to Qi stagnation, or vomiting of fresh blood. Dissolve in a strong decoction of Imperatae Flos (Bai Mao Hua). (See the section on Middle Qi disorders.)
Zhi Nu San (Hemostatic Powder)
Indicated for epistaxis arising from Qi depression. An extraordinarily efficacious prescription.
Huangqi (Astragali Radix) (6 qian), Chi Fuling (Red Poria), Baishao Yao (White Peony Root) (each 3 qian), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Sheng Gan Dihuang (Fresh Rehmanniae Radix), Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin) (stir-fried, each 3 qian).
Grind all into powder, and take mixed with a decoction of Huangqi (Astragali Radix). It may also be prepared as a coarse powder for decoction.
Guipi Tang (Restore the Spleen Decoction)
Indicated for spleen injury due to excessive overthinking, resulting in frequent forgetfulness and palpitations. As the Spleen fails to control the Heart Blood, blood may extravasate recklessly, leading to hematemesis or hematochezia.
Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Fushen (Poria with Hostwood), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen) (stir-fried, shell removed), Longyan Rou (Longan Aril) (each 1 liang), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) (each half liang), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (2 qian).
Cut into pieces for a coarse powder. For each dose, use one water cup, add five slices of fresh ginger and one jujube, and decoct. Take warm at any time.
Tianmendong Tang (Asparagi Decoction)
Indicated for persistent hematemesis and epistaxis due to heart injury from excessive overthinking.
Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix) (remove core, boil in licorice water), Baishao Yao (White Peony Root), Tianmendong (Asparagi Rhizoma) (remove core), Ou Jie (Nelumbinis Node), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Rhizoma) (remove core), Huangqi (Astragali Radix) (remove root tip), Ejiao (Donkey-hide Gelatin).
Cut into pieces for a coarse powder. For each dose, use four qian, add one and a half water cups and five slices of fresh ginger, and decoct. Take at any time.
Jiawei Lizhong Tang (Modified Regulate the Middle Decoction)
Indicated for stomach injury and indigestion due to excessive eating, causing vomiting of bright red blood, or severe colic in the heart and abdomen with spontaneous sweating. This condition is termed "Stomach-Injury Hematemesis."
Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) (processed), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) (each 1 liang), Gange (Puerariae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each half liang).
Cut into pieces for a coarse powder. For each dose, use three qian, add one large water cup, and decoct. Take warm at any time. If Gange (Puerariae Radix) is omitted and Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) is added, it treats epistaxis. This formula regulates the Zhongwan (CV12) and disperses pathogens.
Another Prescription
Indicated for sudden hematemesis. Take two qian of Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex) powder, mix with half a cup of water and half a cup of hot soup, and drink rapidly. For severe cases, only two doses are needed for efficacy.
Guifu Tang (Cinnamon and Aconite Decoction)
Indicated for hematemesis accompanied by spontaneous sweating. Highly efficacious. (See the section on chronic cold syndromes.)
Jiawei Siwu Tang (Modified Four Substances Decoction)
Indicated for hemoptysis. Burn Maotou White Paper to ash, add Moschus (She Xiang), decoct, mix two qian, and take; the effect is miraculous. (See the section on metrorrhagia and metrostaxis in women. Alternatively: Use two qian of this decoction, add some powdered Polygonum multiflorum stem (Puhuang) and lotus node ash (Ou Jie Hui), mix with human milk, and take; this is also effective.)
