治痢。
蒜（为泥） 豉（为末）
上二味相和作丸，如梧桐子大。米饮汤下五、七十丸，食前服之。
五灵脂 青皮 陈皮 硫黄 芒硝（以上各等份）
上将硝黄于铫子内，以文武火熔开，用匙刮聚，自然结成砂子，取出研碎，与前
三药同末，面糊为丸，如绿豆大，小儿麻子黄米大。每服二十丸，量虚实加减，米饮汤送下，无时。
又方治泻。
车前子不以多少。
上为细末。每服二钱，米饮汤调下服之。水谷分，吐泻止。
拣黄连（二两，八九节者良）
上锉如 咀。以水一碗，煎至半碗，去滓顿服，立止。
佛茄子 樟柳根（以上各等份）
上为末，枸杞汁和丸，如鸡头大。每服十丸，新水送下。
巴豆（十六个） 全蝎（十五个） 雄黄（一块） 白面（五两）
上为末，滴水丸，如豌豆大。每一丸；如痛饮者，二丸。
治脏腑泄痢，脓血不止，腹中疼痛。
干姜（一两，炮，另末） 百草霜（一两） 巴豆连皮（一两，炒用） 杏仁（一两，同巴豆和皮炒
黑色，杵为泥，后入霜研用）
上用黄蜡四两，熔开蜡，次入前四味，用铁器搅匀，旋丸桐子大。每服三、五丸
，甘草汤下。白痢，用干姜汤下，食前；若水泻，温水下。
治疗痢疾。
大蒜（捣成泥状） 豆豉（研成粉末）
以上两味药混合制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。用米汤送服五七十丸，饭前服用。

先将芒硝和黄硝放入铫子中，用文火和武火熔化，用勺子刮聚，自然结成砂状，取出研碎，与前三种药末混合，用面糊制成丸剂，大小如绿豆，小儿服用则如麻子或黄米粒大小。每次服用二十丸，根据虚实情况加减用量，用米汤送下，不拘时间。
又一方治疗泄泻。
车前子不限数量。
以上研成细末。每次服用二钱，用米汤调服。使水谷分利，呕吐腹泻停止。
挑选黄连（二两，以八九节者为佳）
以上锉成粗末。用水一碗，煎至半碗，去渣一次性服下，立即止住。
佛茄子 樟柳根（以上各取等量）
以上研成粉末，用枸杞汁调和制成丸剂，大小如鸡头。每次服用十丸，用新汲水送下。
巴豆（十六个） 全蝎（十五个） 雄黄（一块） 白面（五两）
以上研成粉末，滴水制成丸剂，大小如豌豆。每次一丸；如果疼痛剧烈者，服用两丸。
治疗脏腑泄痢，脓血不止，腹部疼痛。
干姜（一两，炮制，另研成粉末） 百草霜（一两） 巴豆连皮（一两，炒制使用） 杏仁（一两，与巴豆连皮同炒至黑色，捣成泥状，再加入百草霜研磨使用）
以上用黄蜡四两，熔化蜡液，随后加入前四种药，用铁器搅拌均匀，随即制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三到五丸，用甘草汤送下。如果是白痢，用干姜汤送下，饭前服用；如果是水泻，用温水送下。
Fructus Tribuli (Tribulus terrestris), stir-fried and ground into powder, taken with wine, three to two doses.
To treat dysentery.
Garlic (mashed into paste) Fermented Soybean (Douchi, prepared as powder)
The above two ingredients are mixed and formed into pills, the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take fifty to seventy pills with rice water decoction, before meals.
Trogopterus Dung (Wulingzhi) Green Tangerine Peel (Qingpi) Aged Tangerine Peel (Chenpi) Realgar (Liu Huang) Mirabilite (Mangxiao) (all in equal parts)
First, melt Mangxiao and Shihuang in a Dingzi (a type of small cauldron) using mild and strong heat, scrape and gather them with a spoon until they naturally form sand-like crystals, take out and grind into powder. Mix with the powders of the previous three herbs, use wheat flour paste to form pills, the size of mung beans; for children, the size of hemp seeds or yellow millet grains. Take twenty pills per dose, adjust dosage according to deficiency or excess, send down with rice water decoction, at any time.
Another prescription to treat diarrhea.
Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi) in any quantity.
Grind the above into fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mix with rice water decoction and take. This separates water and grain, stopping vomiting and diarrhea.
Select Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian) (two liang, those with eight or nine nodes are better)
Cut the above into coarse pieces. Add one bowl of water, decoct until half a bowl remains, remove dregs and take in one dose, it will stop immediately.
Foveolata Solanum Fruit (Foqiezi) Root of Przewalskia tangutica (Zhangliugen) (both in equal parts)
Grind the above into powder, mix with juice of Goji Berry (Gouqi) to form pills, the size of a cocklebur. Take ten pills per dose, send down with fresh water.
Croton Seed (Badou) (sixteen) Scorpion (Quanxie) (fifteen) Realgar (Xionghuang) (one piece) White Flour (Baimian) (five liang)
Grind the above into powder, add drops of water to form pills, the size of a pea. One pill per dose; if pain is severe, take two pills.
To treat organ diarrhea and dysentery, continuous pus and blood, abdominal pain.
Prepared Ginger Root (Ganjiang) (one liang, processed, ground separately into powder) Roof Soot (Baicaoshuang) (one liang) Croton Seed with skin (Badou lian pi) (one liang, stir-fried) Apricot Seed (Xingren) (one liang, stir-fried together with Badou and skin until black, pounded into paste, then added to Baicaoshuang and ground)
Melt four liang of Yellow Beeswax (Huangla), then add the previous four ingredients, stir evenly with an iron vessel, and immediately form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take three to five pills per dose, send down with Licorice Root (Gancao) decoction. For white dysentery, send down with Ganjiang decoction, before meals; for watery diarrhea, send down with warm water.
Phellodendron Bark (Huangbai) powder, mixed with hot wine, three to five qian, taken after meals.
