阿魏（一两）、木耳（四两研为末）、生漆（滤去渣滓，取净液四两）、蜂蜜（六两）。
以上药物用一个锡罐盛装，密封固实，放入锅内水煮三炷香的时间后取出，待冷却定形。每次服用两茶匙，用烧酒送服，每日进服三次。忌食油腻及鱼类等发物。
治疗血块，朱丹溪说此方消除血块极其有效。
瓦垄子即花蚶的壳，将其烧红后用醋淬炼三次，研为细末，用醋熬膏制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用七十丸，用酒送下。能消除各种血气瘕积，兼能消除痰饮。
用蜀葵根煎汤，滤去渣滓，再加入人参、白术、青皮、陈皮、甘草梢、牛膝各等分，煎成汤剂。加入少许研磨细的玄明粉，趁热饮用。服用两次后应当见到肿块下行。如果病情严重，必须先进行补益接续，之后加减再行使用此方，且攻且补也有其中的道理。
通玄二八丹：治疗腹内饮食宿滞积聚、止泻痢的妙药。如治疗积聚，清晨用姜汤送服，轻微腹泻二三行即可去除病邪，随后用温粥补住脾胃；如治疗泻痢，饭后用清茶送服即可停止。既能通泄又能止涩，真是神仙之方。
黄连（半斤，洗净）、白芍药（五钱，洗净）、当归（五钱，洗净）、乌梅（去核，五钱，洗净）、生地黄（五钱，洗净）。
以上药物研为细末，用一个雄猪肚，将药物填入其中，用线缝合。用二斤韭菜铺在蒸笼底部，放入锅内蒸制。待锅中水干后再添水，继续蒸一天，以药物熟透为度。然后将猪肚连同药物一起放在石臼中捣烂，制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用七十丸，按照前述方法送服。
驱虫消积，大人小儿都有奇效。
黑牵牛（四两半，一半生用一半炒用）、槟榔（二两）。
以上两味药研为细末。每次服用，成人三钱，小儿一钱半，五更天空腹时用滚开水调服。凡是服药，必须在上半月服用，此时虫头向上才有效；若在下半月服用，因虫头向下则无效。
治疗癖结多年形成龟鳖状肿块者，多次使用极其有效。
用老军需一味药，春夏季节用茎叶，秋冬季节用根，不拘多少。用好生酒一罐，外加鲫鱼一条，将药和鱼一同放入罐内。日落时分开始煮，以鱼煮熟为度。让病人先吃鱼，然后饮酒。到第二天早晨，通过大小便排出异物即是有效。如果不应验，连续服用三五次，追使异物无踪，神效奇妙不可言说。非仁人君子切勿轻易传授。按《本草》记载，老军需春夏秋冬常有青色，出众草之上为尊。茎藤青色，叶子类似HT叶而尖小，根像须一样白色，类似芋头根，牵藤而去。俗名社公口须，也能治疗肿毒。采摘根部，擂碎后加生酒服用，药渣敷于患处。

Artemisiae Argyi Folium (Ai Ye) [Note: Text says Awei, likely Arisaema or Ferula, but strictly translating text: A Wei / Ferula resin] (1 liang), Auricularia auricula-judae (Mu Er) (4 liang, ground into powder), Raw lacquer (Sheng Qi) (filtered to remove dregs, 4 liang pure liquid), Honey (Mi) (6 liang).
Place the above medicines in a tin jar, seal tightly, place in a pot, boil with water for the time it takes to burn three incense sticks. Remove and let cool until solidified. Take two tea spoons each time, delivered with distilled liquor (Baijiu). Take three times daily. Avoid greasy food and fish as triggering foods.
To treat blood stasis masses, Zhu Danxi said this formula is extremely effective in resolving blood stasis.
Wa Long Zi (Shell of Arcuatocardium tenebrosum/Clam shell) is the shell of the flower clam. Burn the shells, quench them in vinegar three times, grind into powder, make pills using vinegar paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 70 pills each time, delivered with wine. It can resolve all kinds of blood and qi masses (Jia Ji), and also resolves phlegm-fluid retention.
Decoct the root of Malva verticillata (Shu Kui Gen) in water, filter out the dregs. Add equal parts of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Ren Shen), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Bai Zhu), Tangerine Peel (Qing Pi), Aged Tangerine Peel (Chen Pi), Licorice Root tip (Gan Cao Shao), and Achyranthes Bidentata Root (Niu Xi). Decoct into a soup. Add a small amount of finely ground Mirabilite (Xuan Ming Fen). Drink while hot. After taking two doses, the mass should descend. If the disease is severe, one must first tonify and support, then modify and use this formula. Attacking and tonifying simultaneously has profound logic.
Tong Xuan Er Ba Dan: A miraculous medicine for treating accumulated food stagnation and masses in the abdomen, and stopping dysentery/diarrhea. For treating masses, take with ginger decoction in the morning; slight diarrhea of two or three movements will eliminate the pathogen, then replenish with warm porridge. For treating dysentery/diarrhea, take with clear tea after meals to stop it. It can both purge and astringe; truly a celestial prescription.
Coptidis Rhizoma (Huang Lian) (8 liang, cleaned), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Bai Shao Yao) (5 qian, cleaned), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dang Gui) (5 qian, cleaned), Mume Fructus (Wu Mei) (pitted, 5 qian, cleaned), Rehmanniae Radix Recens (Sheng Di Huang) (5 qian, cleaned).
Grind the above into powder. Take one male pig stomach, stuff the medicine inside, sew shut with thread. Place 2 jin of Chinese Chives (Jiu Cai) at the bottom of a steamer, place in a pot, and steam. When the water runs dry, add more water and continue steaming for one day, until the medicine is cooked. Pound the pig stomach and medicine together in a stone mortar, make pills size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take 70 pills each time, delivered as previously described.
Expel parasites and remove accumulation; has miraculous effects for both adults and children.
Pharbitidis Semen Nigrum (Hei Qian Niu) (4.5 liang, half raw, half stir-fried), Areca Seed (Bing Lang) (2 liang).
Grind the above two ingredients into powder. Each dose: adults 3 qian, children 1.5 qian. Mix with boiling water and take on an empty stomach at the third watch (early morning). When taking this medicine, it must be taken during the first half of the lunar month when parasite heads face upward to be effective; if taken in the second half of the month, when parasite heads face downward, it will be ineffective.
Treat long-standing癖结 (Pi Jie - fixed masses) that have formed like turtles or turtles/shells; used repeatedly with extreme efficacy.
Use Lao Jun Xu (Old Soldier's Need - likely a local herb name, possibly referring to a specific vine/root) alone. In spring and summer, use stems and leaves; in autumn and winter, use roots. Amount unspecified. Use good raw liquor in a jar. Add one crucian carp to the jar with the medicine. Boil after sunset until the fish is cooked. Let the patient eat the fish first, then drink the wine. By the next morning, passing the object via urination or defecation indicates efficacy. If no response, continue taking for 3-5 times to chase the object until it disappears. The divine effect is indescribable. Only benevolent gentlemen should transmit this; do not lightly pass it on. According to Bencao, Lao Jun Xu is green year-round, standing out among grasses as supreme. Stems and vines are green; leaves resemble HT leaves but are smaller and pointed; roots are white and fibrous like taro roots, trailing vines. Commonly known as She Gong Kou Xu. It also treats swelling and toxins. Pick the roots, pound with raw liquor to drink, apply the dregs to the affected area.
