治大人小儿腹内有虫，及积气块痛，小儿疳病。

神曲（炒黄） 雷丸（去皮） 干漆（炒烟尽，各五钱） 槟榔（一两） 芜荑（一钱五分）
鹤虱（略炒） 胡黄连（炒） 甘草（炙，各三钱） 木香 良姜（陈壁土炒）
砂仁（各一钱） 为末，醋米糊丸，绿豆大空心姜汤下四五十丸。一方加锡灰。
治小儿蛔厥腹痛，多似慢惊，但唇口紫者是。
使君子（去壳，十个） 雷丸 鹤虱 甘草（炙） 大黄（各三钱） 为末，用猪肉煮
汁调，空心服，人大二钱，人小一钱。
治婴儿蛔虫咬心，吐涎疼痛。
槟榔（炒，存性） 鹤虱 贯众 干漆（炒，存性） 芜荑 雷丸 川楝子 使君
子（去壳） 雄黄 黄丹（炒） 锡灰（炒，不见星，如灰） 木香（各二钱） 轻粉
（一钱） 巴豆（去皮、心、油，十个） 共为细末，酒煮糊丸，如黍米大，五更早用猪肉
葱油煎，将肉细嚼莫吞，引虫头向上，吐去肉，用猪肉汁送下，至已时取下虫积，方可
进食，五岁可服七分，十岁服一钱。大人亦可服。
治一切疳虫，攻刺心腹，疼痛不已，叫哭合眼。
胡椒（炒） 鹤虱 槟榔 苦楝皮（各五钱） 白矾枯（一钱二分） 为末，面糊丸麻
子大，量儿大小加减，米饮下。
虫痛好食茶叶者，每日食榧子七枚，以愈为度。

治疗小儿因蛔虫引起的厥逆腹痛，症状多类似慢惊风，但嘴唇和口角发紫的是此证。
使君子（去壳，十个）、雷丸、鹤虱、甘草（蜜炙）、大黄（各三钱）。以上药材研为细末，用猪肉煮出的汁液调服，空腹服用，成人每次二钱，儿童每次一钱。
治疗婴儿蛔虫咬心，导致吐涎沫并疼痛。
槟榔（炒制，保留药性）、鹤虱、贯众、干漆（炒制，保留药性）、芜荑、雷丸、川楝子、使君子（去壳）、雄黄、黄丹（炒制）、锡灰（炒至不见火星，呈灰烬状）、木香（各二钱）、轻粉（一钱）、巴豆（去皮、去心、去油，十个）。共研为细末，用酒煮糊制成丸剂，大小如黍米。清晨五更天时，先用猪肉、葱和油煎炸，将肉细细咀嚼不要吞下，以引导虫头向上，然后吐出肉块，再用猪肉汁送下药丸。到巳时（上午9点至11点）排出虫积后，方可进食。五岁儿童可服用七分，十岁儿童服用一钱。成人也可服用。
治疗各种疳虫攻刺心腹，疼痛不止，患儿叫哭且紧闭双眼。
胡椒（炒制）、鹤虱、槟榔、苦楝皮（各五钱）、白矾（枯矾，一钱二分）。以上药材研为细末，用面糊制成丸剂，大小如麻子，根据儿童年龄大小酌情增减剂量，用米饮送服。
若虫痛患儿喜欢吃茶叶，每天食用榧子七枚，直到痊愈为止。

Sanleng (Rhizoma Sparganii), Ezhu (Rhizoma Curcumae) (each stir-fried with vinegar), Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) (stir-fried with bran), Juhong (Exocarpium Citri Grandis), Maiya (Fructus Hordei Germinatus) (stir-fried), Shijunzi (Fructus Quisqualis) (sliced, sun-dried), Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata) (stir-fried until yellow), Leiwan (Ciboria Sinensis), Ganxi (Resina Draconis) (stir-fried until smoke ceases, each 5 qian), Binglang (Arecae Semen) (1 liang), Wuyi (Radix Bungeae), Heshen (Semen Carpesii) (slightly stir-fried), Huhuanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis Chinensis var. Anemoneifoliae) (stir-fried), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis) (honey-roasted, each 3 qian), Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Liangjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Officinalis Recens) (stir-fried with soil from old walls), Sharen (Fructus Amomi Rotundus) (each 1 qian). Grind into fine powder, make pills with vinegar and rice paste, size of mung beans. Take 40-50 pills on an empty stomach with ginger decoction. Another prescription adds Xihui (Tin Ash).
Treats abdominal pain due to ascariasis (roundworm) causing jue syndrome in children, which often resembles slow convulsion (Man Jing Feng), but is distinguished by purple lips and mouth corners.
Shijunzi (Fructus Quisqualis) (shelled, 10 pieces), Leiwan (Ciboria Sinensis), Heshen (Semen Carpesii), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis) (honey-roasted), Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei) (each 3 qian). Grind into fine powder, mix with juice boiled from pork meat, take on an empty stomach. Dosage: 2 qian for adults, 1 qian for children.
Treats infantile ascariasis biting the heart, causing salivation and pain.
Binglang (Arecae Semen) (stir-fried, preserving efficacy), Heshen (Semen Carpesii), Guanzhong (Rhizoma Cyrtomii Fortunii), Ganxi (Resina Draconis) (stir-fried, preserving efficacy), Wuyi (Radix Bungeae), Leiwan (Ciboria Sinensis), Chuanlianzi (Fructus Toosendan), Shijunzi (Fructus Quisqualis) (shelled), Xionghuang (Realgar), Huangdan (Lithargyrum) (stir-fried), Xihui (Tin Ash) (stir-fried until no sparks appear, like ash), Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae) (each 2 qian), Qingfen (Calomelas) (1 qian), Badou (Semen Crotonis Tiglii) (peeled, core removed, oil removed, 10 seeds). Grind together into fine powder, make pills with wine and paste, size of millet grains. At the hour of Wu Geng (early morning, approx. 3-5 AM), first fry pork with green onion and oil. Chew the meat thoroughly without swallowing to guide the worm's head upward, then spit out the meat. Swallow the pill with pork juice. By the hour of Si (9-11 AM), expel the worm accumulation before eating. Dosage: 7 fen for 5-year-olds, 1 qian for 10-year-olds. Adults may also take it.
Treats various gan worms attacking the heart and abdomen, causing unceasing pain, crying, and closed eyes.
Hujiao (Piperis Longi Fructus) (stir-fried), Heshen (Semen Carpesii), Binglang (Arecae Semen), Kulianpi (Cortex Meliae Toosendan) (each 5 qian), Baifan (Alumen) (calcined, 1.2 qian). Grind into fine powder, make pills with flour paste, size of hemp seeds. Adjust dosage according to child's age, take with rice water.
For worm pain where the patient craves tea leaves, eat 7 Feizi (Torreya Seeds) daily until cured.
