人尿，乃津液之浊者，渗入膀胱而出，味咸，气寒，无毒。为除劳热骨蒸，咳嗽吐
血，妇人产后血晕闷绝之圣药。 氏云∶降火甚速降血甚神，饮溲尿百不一死。服凉药
百不一生。言其功力之优胜也。《经》云∶“饮入于胃，游溢精气上输于脾，脾气散精，
上归于肺，通调水道，下输膀肤。”故人服小便，入胃亦随脾之气上归于肺，下通水
道，而入膀胱，乃循其旧路也。故能治肺病引火下行。凡人精气清者，为气浊者，为血
浊之清者，为津液浊之浊者，为小便与血同类也，故味咸而走血，咸寒能伏虚热，使火
不上炎，血不妄溢，是以能疗诸血症也。主久嗽上气，失津及止芳渴，润心肺血闷，热
狂扑损，瘀血在内，晕绝吐血，鼻衄皮肤皲裂，人咬火烧绞肠沙痛，难产胞衣不下，诸
症悉由此也。法当乘热饮之，盖热则尚存真气，其行自速冷，则惟有咸味，寒性矣。苦
补阴却劳，必以童便为优，盖取混元之气，清纯而不淆杂耳。今人类用秋石，虽亦能入
肾除热，但经水澄之炼，真元之气全失，其功不及童便多矣，况多服久服，则咸能走
血，令血凝泣为病，若阳虚无失，食少汤滑者禁之。尿白 即人中白，乃人尿之精气
结成，味咸气凉无毒，能泻肝肾三焦膀胱，
有余之欠，内服可除骨蒸劳热，肺痿吐血诸病，外治汤火灼疮，口舌疳疮，总皆除热降火之功也。
童便，痨热咳嗽，鼻洪吐衄，产后败血攻心，扑损瘀血作痛，难产胎衣下出，一切
火症神妙。输饮酒，乃自己溺尿，蠲诸积，到仓杖，荡涤汤胃，暴发赤眼，亦可洗明。
人中白，去传尸痨热，上肺痈吐血口疳，鼻衄汤火灼疮。秋石丹滋肾水，返本还元，养
丹田，复命归根，安和五脏，润泽三焦，咳逆稠痰，骨蒸邪热，咸能软坚消块，水肿可
伐，随尝明目清心，延年益寿，女病须阳炼尤佳，男病得阴炼更妙，阴阳以童男童女便
尿，非以水火分别立名。
主治（痘疹合参） 童便，痘后寒热头痛，温气鼻血，阴虚发热之要药。人中白治
痘牙疳，为降阴火消瘀血之主药。
人尿，是津液中浑浊的部分，渗入膀胱后排出，味道咸，性质寒，没有毒性。它是治疗虚劳发热、骨蒸潮热、咳嗽吐血以及妇女产后血晕昏厥的特效药。冯氏说：“降火速度极快，止血效果神奇，喝人尿的人百人中无一死亡；服用凉药的人百人中无一存活。”这是形容其功效优越。《内经》说：“饮食进入胃中，精微之气游溢上行输送到脾，脾气散布精微，向上归于肺，通调水道，向下输送到膀胱。”所以人服用人尿，进入胃后也随着脾气的上升而归于肺，再向下通调水道，进入膀胱，这是沿着它原本的路径运行。因此能治疗肺病并引火下行。凡人的精气，清的是气，浊的是血，清中之浊的是津液，浊中之浊的是小便，小便与血同类，所以味道咸而走血分，咸寒之性能潜降虚热，使火不向上炎上，血不妄行溢出，因此能治疗各种血症。主治久咳上气、津液枯竭及止烦渴，滋润心肺、缓解血闷、热狂、跌打损伤、体内瘀血、昏厥吐血、鼻出血、皮肤皲裂、被咬伤、火烧、绞肠痧疼痛、难产及胞衣不下等症，这些病症都适用此法。用法应当趁热饮用，因为热时还保留着真气，其运行自然迅速；若冷却，则只剩下咸味和寒性。苦补阴却除劳热，必须以童便为优，因为取其混元之气，清纯而不混杂。现在人们多用秋石，虽然也能入肾除热，但经过水澄提炼，真元之气完全丧失，功效远不及童便多。况且多服久服，咸味走血，会导致血液凝滞成病，如果是阳虚无火、食少便溏者禁用。
尿白，即人中白，是人尿的精气凝结而成，味道咸，性质凉，无毒，能泻肝肾三焦膀胱有余之火，内服可除骨蒸劳热、肺痿吐血等病，外治汤火灼伤疮疡、口舌疳疮，总归都是清热降火的功效。
童便，对于痨热咳嗽、鼻洪吐衄、产后败血攻心、跌打损伤瘀血作痛、难产胎衣不下，以及一切火证，都有神妙疗效。输饮酒，是自己溺尿，能消除各种积滞，荡涤肠胃，暴发赤眼也可用其清洗明目。
人中白，去除传尸痨热、肺痈吐血、口疳、鼻衄、汤火灼伤。秋石丹滋补肾水，返本还元，养丹田，复命归根，安和五脏，润泽三焦，治疗咳逆稠痰、骨蒸邪热，咸味能软坚消块，水肿可消退，常服可明目清心，延年益寿。女子患病需用阳炼法尤佳，男子患病得阴炼法更妙，阴阳是指童男童女的小便，并非以水火分别立名。
Human urine is the turbid part of body fluids, which seeps into the bladder and is excreted. It tastes salty, has a cold nature, and is non-toxic. It is a sacred medicine for treating consumptive fever (lao re), bone-steaming tidal fever (gu zheng), cough with hemoptysis, and postpartum blood syncope or coma in women. Feng stated: "It descends fire very quickly and stops bleeding miraculously; among those who drink human urine, not one in a hundred dies. Among those who take cooling medicines, not one in a hundred survives." This describes its superior efficacy. The *Classic* states: "When ingested, it enters the Stomach, where essence and qi overflow and are transported upward to the Spleen. The Spleen scatters the essence, sending it upward to return to the Lung. It regulates the water passages, transporting them downward to the Bladder." Therefore, when humans consume human urine, after entering the Stomach, it follows the Spleen's qi to ascend and return to the Lung, then descends through the water passages to enter the Bladder, following its original path. Thus, it can treat Lung diseases by guiding fire downward. In general, clear essence becomes Qi, turbid essence becomes Blood, the turbid part of clarity becomes Body Fluids, and the most turbid part becomes Urine. Since Urine is of the same category as Blood, its salty taste directs it to the Blood level. Salty and cold properties can submerge deficient heat, preventing Fire from flaring upward and Blood from overflowing recklessly, thereby treating various blood disorders. It primarily treats chronic cough with rebellious Qi, loss of fluids, thirst, moistens the Lung and Heart, relieves chest oppression due to blood stasis, mania due to heat, traumatic injuries, internal blood stasis, syncope with hemoptysis, epistaxis, skin fissures, bites, burns, intestinal colic, difficult labor, and retained placenta. These conditions are all addressed by this method. The method requires drinking it while hot, because heat preserves the true Qi, allowing it to move swiftly; if cooled, only the salty flavor and cold nature remain. Bitterness tonifies Yin and eliminates consumptive fever, but child urine is superior because it retains the primordial Qi, pure and unadulterated. Nowadays, people often use Autumn Stone (Qiushi), which can also enter the Kidney to clear heat, but after water clarification and refining, the true Yuan Qi is completely lost, and its efficacy is far inferior to that of child urine. Moreover, excessive or long-term consumption causes salty flavors to direct into the Blood, leading to blood coagulation and disease. It is contraindicated for those with Yang deficiency without fire, poor appetite, or loose stools.
"Urine White," also known as Renzhongbai, is formed from the essence of human urine condensing. It tastes salty, has a cool nature, and is non-toxic. It can drain excess fire from the Liver, Kidney, Sanjiao, and Bladder. Internally, it removes bone-steaming consumptive fever, lung atrophy, and hemoptysis. Externally, it treats burns, scalds, sores, and mouth/tongue canker sores. Its overall function is clearing heat and descending fire.
Child urine is miraculous for tuberculous fever with cough, severe epistaxis/hemoptysis, postpartum敗血 attacking the Heart, pain from traumatic blood stasis, difficult labor with retained placenta, and all types of Fire syndromes. "Shu Yin Jiu" refers to one's own urine, which eliminates various accumulations and purges the stomach and intestines. For sudden red eyes, it can be used externally to wash and clarify vision.
Renzhongbai removes transmissive tuberculosis fever, lung abscess with hemoptysis, oral cankers, epistaxis, and burn/scald wounds. Qiushi Dan nourishes Kidney Water, returns to the origin, cultivates the Dantian, restores life and roots, harmonizes the Five Zang organs, moistens the Sanjiao, treats cough with thick phlegm, and bone-steaming evil heat. Salty flavors can soften hardness and dissipate masses, reduce edema, and regular consumption clarifies the eyes and mind, prolonging life. For female patients, the "Yang refinement" method is especially good; for male patients, the "Yin refinement" method is more wonderful. "Yin and Yang" here refers to urine from boy and girl children, not named by distinguishing water and fire.
Main Indications (Combined Analysis of Smallpox/Rashes): Child urine is an essential medicine for post-smallpox chills and fever, headache, warm Qi causing epistaxis, and Yin-deficiency fever. Renzhongbai treats smallpox-related gum rot, serving as the primary medicine for descending Yin fire and resolving blood stasis.
