乌骨鸡丸《秘旨》治妇人郁结不舒，蒸热咳嗽，月事不调，或久闭不行，或倒经
血溢于上，或产后褥劳，或崩淋不止，及带下赤白淫诸症。兼疗男子斫丧太早，劳嗽吐红，成虚损者。
乌骨白丝毛鸡（一只男雌女雄取嫩长者，尿倒泡去毛，竹刀剖胁，出肫肝，去秽，留内
金，并去肠垢，仍入腹内） 五味（一两） 熟地黄（四两） 如血热加生地黄二两
上二味入鸡腹内，用陈酒、童便各二碗，水数碗，砂锅中旋煮旋添，至糜烂汁尽。同下
五药末，捣烂焙干。骨用酥炙，共为细末。
绵黄 （去皮，蜜酒拌炒） 于潜术（饭上蒸九次，各三两） 白茯苓（去皮） 当归身（酒洗） 白芍药（酒
炒，各二两）
五味预为粗末，同鸡肉捣焙，共为细末，入下项药。
人参（三两，虚甚者加至六两） 牡丹皮（二两，酒润，勿炒） 川芎（一两童便浸，切，炒）
上三味各为细末，和前药中，另用干山药六两打糊。众手丸成，晒干，勿令馊，瓷罐收
贮。清晨人参或沸汤送下三钱，卧时再酒服二钱，大便实者，炼蜜为丸亦可。随症加入温凉
调气等药。
鸡属巽补肝，尤妙在乌骨益肾，变巽为坎，乙癸同源，兼滋冲任也。
四乌 一芦茹丸（方见《女科要旨》）
治气竭肝伤血枯，妇人血枯经闭，丈夫阴痿精伤。
按∶此方以搜血之品为补血之用。干血痨症，以此方为上剂。《金匮》治五痨虚极，
肌肉甲错，内有干血，用大黄 虫丸，实本于此。
雀卵功专暖胃。如无，雀肉煮捣可代，鸡卵及肝亦可代，鸡属巽而肝主血也。
地黄龙牡榴梅散
治血崩。
大生地（一两，炒） 龙骨（ ，研末） 牡蛎（ ，各四钱） 石榴皮（炒） 乌梅肉（炒） 陈棕皮 百草霜
（各三钱） 阿胶（六钱，蒲黄拌炒） 陈京墨（二钱，炒）
上为极细末，用淮山药五钱研末，醋水打糊为丸。分作七日服，内加人参三钱，尤效。
或用人参汤下。
百草血余棕灰散
治血崩。
陈棕灰 百草霜 头发灰（各一两）
共为细末，每服一钱，陈酒下。
棉花子散
治血崩不止。
陈棕 棉花子（各等分）
上二味烧灰存性，研细末，每服一钱五分，陈酒送下。
韭汁童便汤
治月水逆行，上行口鼻。
韭汁、童便冲温服。
发灰藕汁饮
治血淋痛胀甚者。
发灰二两，藕汁调服二钱。
麝香琥珀丸
治经闭。
土鳖虫（一两，炙存性） 血珀末（五钱） 麝香（三钱）
酒打和为丸，每服三分。
芡实茯苓牛角散
治女子带下虚脱证，极效。
芡实粉（二两） 白茯苓（二两） 赤石脂（一两， ） 牡蛎（一两，醋 ） 禹余
粮（一两， ） 牛角腮（一两，炙黄）
共为末，好米醋一杯拌前药，晒干再研末，打糊为丸，每服三钱。
白鸽血竭饮
治干血痨奇验方，此证过三年者不治。
白鸽子一只。去毛肝肠净，入血竭。一年一两，二年二两，三年三两。以针线缝住，用
无灰酒煮数沸，令病患吃之，瘀血即行。如心中慌乱者，食白煮肉一块，即止。
鸡子黄丹饮
治孕妇下痢。
鸡蛋一枚。破一孔如指大，以银簪脚搅匀，加入黄丹三钱五分。用纸封口，入在饭锅上蒸熟食之。
安胎方
治胎气不安，或腹痛，或腰痛，或饮食不甘，宜服。或五六个月，常服数帖最妙，足月亦可服。
人参（五分，虚者加倍） 白术（土炒） 当归 白芍（炒） 紫苏 黄芩（炒，各一钱） 陈皮（五分） 甘草
（三分） 川芎（八分） 砂仁（七分，炒） 香附（六分，炒）
腹痛倍加白芍；腰痛加盐水炒杜仲、续断；内热口渴去砂仁，加麦冬；见红加酒炒地榆
、生地，以上各一钱。
熟蚕豆散
治胎漏。
炒熟蚕豆壳磨末，每服三四钱，加砂糖少许调服。
皮硝汤
治死胎不下。
皮硝（二钱） 北 （三钱） 寒月加制附子（五分）
酒半杯，童便一杯，煎二三沸，温服。
牛膝葵子汤
治胎衣不下。
牛膝（三钱） 葵子（五分）
水煎服。
大麦芽散
治产后腹胀闭结，膨闷气结，坐卧不安。
大麦芽（炒一合，为末，每服陈酒调三钱服。）
山楂汤
治产后面黑，乃恶血及肺，发喘欲死。
苏木一两，水三杯，煎至一杯，调人参末五钱服。
韭菜闻鼻汤
治产后血晕。
韭菜切，入有嘴瓶内。将醋三碗煎滚，入瓶内。将瓶嘴塞产妇鼻孔，即醒。
泽兰洗方
治产后阴翻。
泽兰叶煎浓汤熏洗，即收。
猪脚汤
治妇人吹乳不通。雄猪脚爪一个、鬼馒头一个。并煮食之，一日即通。虽无子
女人，食之亦有乳。
丝瓜子散
治乳不通。
丝瓜连子烧存性，烧酒下一二钱，被盖取汗，即通。
蟹壳散
治乳岩。此证先因乳中一粒大如豆，渐渐大如鸡蛋，七八年后方破烂。一破则
不可治矣，宜急服此药。
生蟹壳数十枚，放砂锅内焙焦为末。每服二钱，好酒调下，须日日服，不可间断。
青皮散
治乳痈初起。
青皮（去瓤） 山甲（炒） 白芷 甘草 贝母（各八钱）
共为细末，温酒调服。
鲫鱼敷乳膏
治乳痈乳痛。
活鲫鱼（一个） 鲜山药（一段如鱼长者）
同捣敷上，以纸盖之。
南星半夏散
治吹奶乳痈。
南星 半夏 皂角（去皮弦子，炒黄） 五倍子（去窠虫，炒黄）
各等分，研极细末，米醋糊敷，一宿立效。
乳没汤
治乳痈。
乳香 防风 知母 陈皮 木通 香附（各一钱） 没药 川芎 甘草 当归 贝母（各五分）
苡仁 银花 栝蒌仁（各二钱） 橘叶（二十片，鲜者更妙）
水酒各半煎，食后服，四五服必愈。
虾蟆饼方
治乳癖。
用大虾蟆一个。去皮令净，入半夏三钱、麝香五厘，共打烂，为一大饼。敷患处，用帛
缚之，约三时许解去，其效如神。
贝母白芷内消汤
内消乳 方。
大贝母、白芷各等分为末。每服二钱，白酒下。有郁加白蒺藜，若有孕之妇，忌用白芷
。
鼠粪散
治乳瘰 ，溃烂者方可服，神效。
雄鼠粪（三钱，两头尖者便是） 土楝树子（三钱，经霜者佳，川者不用） 露蜂房（三钱）
俱 存性，为细末，分作三服。酒下，间两日服一服。痛止脓尽收敛，奇效。
雄黄藜芦散
治妇人阴中突出如蛇，或鸡冠菌样者。
雄黄（一钱） 冰片（二钱） 轻粉（一钱） 鳖头（ ，黄色一钱） 葱管藜芦（二钱，研细，如曲样）
俱为末，和匀再研，瓷罐收贮。先用芎归汤煎洗，随后搽药，早晚两次，其患渐收。
芎归汤
川芎 当归 白芷 甘草胆草（各等分）
每用五钱，煎汤洗患处，搽药。
必消散
治妇人乳肿，不论内外。
取五木大杨树上木耳菌，拭净。净瓦上炙焦存性，为细末。每服三钱，砂糖调陈酒送下
，即消。
猪肝条方
治妇人阴户内生疮，痒痛难堪。
用猪肝切成条，于香油中微烫过。抹樟脑、川椒末插入户内，引蛆虫。候一时辰取出，
再换二三条，即愈。
合蚌散
治妇人阴户内生疮作痒。
活蚌一个，剖开将蚌肉半个，手拿对阴户，一夜，次日又用二个，全安。
蛇床洗方（俱见《种福堂》）
治女人阴痒。
用蛇床子煎汤洗之，立愈。
当归散
瘦而有火，胎不安，宜此。妊娠常服，即易产。胎中疾苦，产后百病主之。
白术散
肥白有寒，胎不安者，此能养胎。
竹叶汤
治产后中风病痉，发热面正赤，喘而头痛。
甘麦大枣汤（俱见《金匮》）
妇人脏躁，悲伤欲哭。
四物汤（方见《时方》）
统治妇人百病。
米鱼胶糯米散
治妇人白带。
米鱼胶（一斤，炒酥，研末） 糯米（二升，炒熟，研粉）
拌好，开水冲服。
猪肚胡椒汤
治妇人经寒，往来时有痛。
猪肚（一个，洗净，胡椒八两，装入肚内，炖烂食。）
【妇人杂病方】
乌骨鸡丸（出自《秘旨》）：治疗妇女因郁结导致的气机不畅，出现蒸蒸发热、咳嗽，月经失调，或者长期闭经不行，或者倒经导致血液上溢，或者产后虚劳，或者崩漏淋漓不止，以及赤白带下等各种病症。同时也能治疗男子因过早纵欲耗损精气，导致劳嗽吐血，形成虚损的情况。
配方组成：
乌骨白丝毛鸡一只（选取嫩且长的雌雄各一只，用尿液浸泡去毛，用竹刀剖开胁部，取出肫和肝脏，去除污秽，保留内金，并清除肠垢，再放回腹腔内），五味子一两，熟地黄四两（如果血热症状明显，加生地黄二两）。
将上述两味药放入鸡腹内，加入陈年酒和童便各两碗，水若干碗，在砂锅中边煮边添加，直到鸡肉糜烂、汤汁收干。然后与以下五种药的粉末混合，捣烂后焙干。鸡骨用酥油炙烤，共同研磨成细末。
绵黄芪（去皮，用蜜酒拌炒），于潜白术（在饭上蒸九次，各三两），白茯苓（去皮），当归身（用酒洗），白芍药（用酒炒，各二两）。
五味子预先制成粗末，与鸡肉一起捣碎焙干，共同研磨成细末，加入下列药物。
人参三两（虚损严重者加至六两），牡丹皮二两（用酒润湿，不要炒），川芎一两（用童便浸泡，切片，炒制）。
以上三味药分别研磨成细末，与前药混合，另外用干山药六两打糊。众人合力制成丸剂，晒干，注意不要变质，用瓷罐收藏储存。清晨用人参汤或沸水送服三钱，睡前再用酒送服二钱，大便干燥结实者，也可以用炼蜜制丸。根据症状加入温凉调气等药物。
鸡属于巽卦，能补肝，尤其妙在乌骨能益肾，使巽卦变为坎卦，乙癸同源，兼能滋养冲任二脉。
四乌鲗骨一藘茹丸（方剂见《女科要旨》）：
治疗气竭肝伤导致的血枯，妇女血枯经闭，男子阳痿精伤。
按语：此方以搜剔瘀血的药物作为补血之用。对于干血痨症，此方为上等药剂。《金匮要略》治疗五劳虚极，肌肉甲错，内有干血，使用大黄䗪虫丸，实际上就是源于此方。
雀卵功效专于暖胃。如果没有，可以用雀肉煮熟捣碎代替，鸡蛋及鸡肝也可以代替，因为鸡属巽卦而肝主血。
地黄龙牡榴梅散：
治疗血崩。
大生地一两（炒），龙骨（研末），牡蛎（各四钱），石榴皮（炒），乌梅肉（炒），陈棕皮，百草霜（各三钱），阿胶六钱（蒲黄拌炒），陈京墨二钱（炒）。
以上药物研磨成极细末，用淮山药五钱研末，醋和水打糊制成丸剂。分作七日服用，其中加入人参三钱，效果更佳。
或者用人参汤送服。
百草血余棕灰散：
治疗血崩。
陈棕灰，百草霜，头发灰（各一两）。
共同研磨成细末，每次服用一钱，用陈酒送服。
棉花子散：
治疗血崩不止。
陈棕，棉花子（各等分）。
以上两味药烧炭存性，研磨成细末，每次服用一钱五分，用陈酒送服。
韭汁童便汤：
治疗月事逆行，血液上行至口鼻。
韭菜汁与童便混合，温热后服用。
发灰藕汁饮：
治疗血淋疼痛胀满严重的情况。
头发灰二两，用藕汁调服二钱。
麝香琥珀丸：
治疗经闭。
土鳖虫一两（炙透存性），血珀末五钱，麝香三钱。
用酒调和制成丸剂，每次服用三分。
芡实茯苓牛角散：
治疗女子带下虚脱证，效果极佳。
芡实粉二两，白茯苓二两，赤石脂一两（煅），牡蛎一两（醋煅），禹余粮一两（煅），牛角腮一两（炙黄）。
共同研磨成末，用好米醋一杯拌和前药，晒干后再研成末，打糊制成丸剂，每次服用三钱。
白鸽血竭饮：
治疗干血痨的奇效方，此病超过三年者无法治愈。
白鸽子一只。去毛及肝肠洗净，填入血竭。一年病程填一两，二年填二两，三年填三两。用针线缝住，用无灰酒煮几滚，让病人吃下，瘀血即可运行。如果心中慌乱，吃一块白煮肉，即可停止慌乱。
鸡子黄丹饮：
治疗孕妇痢疾。
鸡蛋一枚。打破如手指大的孔，用银簪脚搅匀，加入黄丹三钱五分。用纸封口，放在饭锅上蒸熟食用。
安胎方：
治疗胎气不安，或者腹痛，或者腰痛，或者饮食无味，适宜服用。或者在怀孕五六个月时，常服数帖最好，足月也可以服用。
人参五分（体虚者加倍），白术（土炒），当归，白芍（炒），紫苏，黄芩（炒，各一钱），陈皮五分，甘草三分，川芎八分，砂仁七分（炒），香附六分（炒）。
腹痛加倍加白芍；腰痛加盐水炒杜仲、续断；内热口渴去掉砂仁，加麦冬；见红加酒炒地榆、生地，以上各一钱。
熟蚕豆散：
治疗胎漏。
炒熟的蚕豆壳磨成末，每次服用三四钱，加少许砂糖调服。
皮硝汤：
治疗死胎不下。
皮硝二钱，北细辛三钱，寒冬季节加制附子五分。
半杯酒，一杯童便，煎煮二三沸，温服。
大麦芽散：
治疗产后腹胀便秘，膨闷气结，坐卧不安。
大麦芽炒一合，研成末，每次用陈酒调服三钱。
山楂汤：
治疗产后面色发黑，这是恶血入肺，引发喘促欲死。
苏木一两，水三杯，煎至一杯，调入人参末五钱服用。

各等分，研成极细末，米醋糊敷，一夜立效。
乳没汤：
治疗乳痈。
乳香，防风，知母，陈皮，木通，香附（各一钱），没药，川芎，甘草，当归，贝母（各五分），苡仁，银花，栝蒌仁（各二钱），橘叶二十片（新鲜的更好）。
水和酒各一半煎煮，饭后服用，四五服必愈。
虾蟆饼方：
治疗乳癖。
用大虾蟆一个。去皮洗净，放入半夏三钱、麝香五厘，共同捣烂，做成一个大饼。敷在患处，用布绑缚，约三个时辰后解开，效果神奇。
贝母白芷内消汤：
内消乳癖的方剂。
大贝母、白芷各等分研成末。每次服用二钱，白酒送下。有郁结加白蒺藜，如果有孕的妇女，忌用白芷。
鼠粪散：
治疗乳瘰，溃烂者方可服用，神效。
雄鼠粪三钱（两头尖的是正品），土楝树子三钱（经霜的好，四川产的不采用），露蜂房三钱。
全部煅烧存性，研成细末，分作三次服用。酒送下，隔两天服一次。疼痛停止脓液排尽伤口收敛，效果奇特。
雄黄藜芦散：
治疗妇人阴中突出如蛇形，或像鸡冠菌样的情况。
雄黄一钱，冰片二钱，轻粉一钱，鳖头（煅，黄色一钱），葱管藜芦二钱（研细，如曲样）。
全部研成末，混合均匀再研，瓷罐收藏储存。先用芎归汤煎水洗患处，随后搽药，早晚两次，患处逐渐收回。
芎归汤：
川芎，当归，白芷，甘草胆草（各等分）。
每次用五钱，煎汤洗患处，然后搽药。
必消散：
治疗妇人乳肿，不论内外。

[Woman's Miscellaneous Diseases Formulas]
Wuguji Wan (Black-Bone Chicken Pill) [from *Mizhi*]: Treats women with qi stagnation due to emotional depression, accompanied by steaming heat sensation and cough, irregular menstruation, or long-term amenorrhea, or retrograde menstruation causing epistaxis/hematemesis, or postpartum consumptive disease, or metrorrhagia and leukorrhea that does not stop, as well as various symptoms of red and white vaginal discharge. It also treats men who have exhausted their essence through premature sexual activity, resulting in chronic cough with hemoptysis and consumptive disease.
Ingredients:
One black-bone chicken with white silk feathers (select a tender, long rooster or hen; soak in urine to remove feathers; cut open the flank with a bamboo knife; remove the gizzard and liver; clean away impurities; retain the chicken gizzard lining; clear intestinal filth; return contents to the abdominal cavity). Schisandra chinensis (Wuweizi) 1 liang. Prepared Rehmannia Root (Shudihuang) 4 liang. If blood-heat is prominent, add Raw Rehmannia Root (Shengdihuang) 2 liang.
Place the above two herbs inside the chicken abdomen. Add 2 bowls of aged yellow wine, 1 bowl of child's urine (Tongbian), and several bowls of water. Simmer in a clay pot, adding liquid as needed, until the chicken meat is soft and the broth is reduced. Mix with the powders of the following five herbs, pound into a paste, and bake dry. Roast the chicken bones with butter (Su), then grind everything into a fine powder.
Astragalus Membranaceus Root (Huangqi) (peeled, stir-fried with honeyed wine). Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu from Qianyang) (steamed over rice nine times, each 3 liang). Poria Cocos Sclerotium (Fuling) (peeled). Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui Shen) (washed with wine). White Peony Root (Baishao) (stir-fried with wine, each 2 liang).
Schisandra chinensis (Wuweizi) is pre-ground into coarse powder, pounded and baked together with the chicken meat, then ground into a fine powder, and mixed with the following ingredients.
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) 3 liang (increase to 6 liang for severe deficiency). Moutan Cortex (Mudanpi) 2 liang (moisten with wine, do not stir-fry). Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong) 1 liang (soak in child's urine, slice, stir-fry).
Grind the above three herbs separately into fine powder, mix with the previous powder. Use 6 liang of dried Dioscorea Hypoglauca Tuber (Shanyao) made into paste. Shape into pills with collective effort, dry in the sun, ensuring they do not spoil, and store in porcelain jars. Take 3 qian in Ginseng decoction or boiling water in the morning, and 2 qian in wine before bed. For those with solid stools, refined honey can be used to form pills. Adjust with warming or cooling qi-regulating herbs according to symptoms.
The chicken corresponds to the Xun trigram, nourishing the Liver. Its unique merit lies in the black bone benefiting the Kidney, transforming Xun into Kan. Since Liver (Yi) and Kidney (Gui) share the same source, this formula also nourishes the Chong and Ren vessels.
Si Wuie Yi Luru Wan (Four Parts Cuttlefish Bone and One Part Rubia Cordifolia Pill) [Formula seen in *Nuke Yaozhi*]:
Treats blood depletion due to qi exhaustion and liver injury, specifically female blood-depletion amenorrhea, and male impotence with seminal damage.
Note: This formula uses blood-invigorating herbs for the purpose of tonifying blood. It is the premier formula for Dry Blood Consumption (Ganxue Lao). The *Jin Gui Yao Lue* treats extreme deficiency from the Five Consumptions, with coral-like skin and internal dry blood, using Dahuang Zhechong Wan, which is actually derived from this formula.
Sparrow eggs specialize in warming the Stomach. If unavailable, cooked and mashed sparrow meat can substitute. Chicken eggs and liver can also substitute, as chickens belong to the Xun trigram and the Liver governs blood.
Dihuang Longmu Liumei San (Rehmannia, Dragon Bone, Oyster Shell, Pomegranate Peel, and Smoked Plum Powder):
Treats Metrorrhagia (Beng Lou).
Raw Rehmannia Root (Dadihuang) 1 liang (stir-fried). Fossilized Bones and Teeth (Longgu) (ground to powder). Oyster Shell (Muli) (each 4 qian). Pomegranate Peel (Shiliupi) (stir-fried). Smoked Plum Flesh (Wumei Rou) (stir-fried). Old Palm Fiber (Chenzongpi). Hundred Herb Frost (Baicaoshuang) (each 3 qian). Donkey-Hide Gelatin (Ejiao) 6 qian (stir-fried with Polygonum Multiflorum Powder/Puhuang). Ancient Beijing Ink Stick (Chen Jingmo) 2 qian (stir-fried).
Grind all into extremely fine powder. Use 5 qian of Huai Shan Yao (Dioscorea Polystachya Tuber) ground to powder, mixed with vinegar and water paste to form pills. Divide into seven doses. Adding 3 qian of Ginseng enhances efficacy. Alternatively, take with Ginseng decoction.
Baicao Xuyuzonghui San (Hundred Herb, Hair Ash, and Palm Ash Powder):
Treats Metrorrhagia.
Old Palm Ash (Chenzonghui), Hundred Herb Frost (Baicaoshuang), Human Hair Ash (Xuyuhui) (each 1 liang).
Grind into fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose with aged wine.
Mianhua Zi San (Cotton Seed Powder):
Treats unstoppable Metrorrhagia.
Old Palm Fiber (Chenzong), Cotton Seeds (Mianhua Zi) (equal parts).
Char the two ingredients, preserving their nature, grind to fine powder. Take 1.5 qian per dose with aged wine.
Jiu Zhi Tongbian Tang (Leek Juice and Child's Urine Decoction):
Treats Retrograde Menstruation (blood flowing upwards to mouth/nose).
Mix Leek Juice (Jiu Zhi) and Child's Urine (Tongbian), warm, and drink.
Fahui Ou Zhi Yin (Hair Ash and Lotus Root Juice Drink):
Treats severe pain and swelling in Hematuria (Xue Lin).
Human Hair Ash (Fahui) 2 liang, taken with Lotus Root Juice (Ou Zhi) 2 qian.
Shexiang Hupo Wan (Musk and Blood Amber Pill):
Treats Amenorrhea.
Ground Beetle (Tubiechong) 1 liang (roasted to preserve nature). Blood Amber Powder (Xuepo Mo) 5 qian. Musk (Shexiang) 3 qian.
Mix with wine to form pills. Take 3 fen per dose.
Qianshi Fuling Niujiao San (Euryale Seed, Poria, and Buffalo Horn Powder):
Treats Profuse Leukorrhea with Deficiency Collapse in women; highly effective.
Euryale Seed Powder (Qianshi Fen) 2 liang. Poria Cocos Sclerotium (Fuling) 2 liang. Red Kaolin (Chishizhi) 1 liang (calcined). Oyster Shell (Muli) 1 liang (vinegar-calcined). Yuyuliang (Ochre) 1 liang (calcined). Buffalo Horn Beard (Niujiao Sai) 1 liang (roasted yellow).
Grind to powder. Mix with one cup of good rice vinegar, dry, grind again, make into pills with paste. Take 3 qian per dose.
Bai Ge Xuejie Yin (White Pigeon and Dragon's Blood Drink):
Miraculous formula for Dry Blood Consumption (Ganxue Lao); incurable if lasting over three years.
One white pigeon. Clean feathers, liver, and intestines. Insert Xuejie (Dragon's Blood Resin): 1 liang for 1-year duration, 2 liang for 2 years, 3 liang for 3 years. Sew shut. Boil in pure wine for several boils. Patient eats it; blood stasis will move. If the patient feels panicked after eating, consume a piece of boiled pork to stop the reaction.
Jizi Huangdan Yin (Chicken Egg Yolk and Minium Drink):
Treats Dysentery in pregnant women.
One egg. Break a hole finger-sized. Stir evenly with silver hairpin. Add Minium (Huandan) 3.5 qian. Seal with paper. Steam on top of a rice cooker until cooked. Eat.
Anteconvulsive Formula (Antai Fang):
Treats unstable fetal qi, abdominal pain, lower back pain, or loss of appetite. Suitable for use. Best taken for several doses at 5-6 months pregnancy; can also be taken at full term.
Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen) 5 fen (double for deficiency). Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu) (earth-stir-fried). Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui). White Peony Root (Baishao) (stir-fried). Perilla Leaf (Zisu). Scutellaria Baicalensis Root (Huangqin) (stir-fried, each 1 qian). Tangerine Peel (Chenpi) 5 fen. Licorice Root (Gancao) 3 fen. Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong) 8 fen. Amomum Fruit (Sharen) 7 fen (stir-fried). Cyperus Rhizome (Xiangfu) 6 fen (stir-fried).
For abdominal pain, double Baishao. For lower back pain, add Du Zhong and Xu Duan stir-fried with salt water. For internal heat and thirst, remove Sharen, add Maidong. For spotting, add Diyu and Shengdi stir-fried with wine, each 1 qian.
Shu Candou San (Cooked Broad Bean Powder):
Treats Fetal Leakage (Tailou).
Grind roasted broad bean shells into powder. Take 3-4 qian per dose, mixed with a little sugar.
Pinxiao Tang (Mirabilite Decoction):
Treats Retained Placenta/Dead Fetus.
Mirabilite (Pinxiao) 2 qian. Asarum Europaeum Radix et Rhizoma (Beixin) 3 qian. In cold months, add Processed Aconite Root (Zhifuzi) 5 fen.
Half cup of wine, one cup of child's urine. Boil for 2-3 boils. Take warm.
Niuxi Kuizi Tang (Achyranthes and Abelmoschus Decoction):
Treats Retained Placenta (Taiyi Bu Xia).
Achyranthes Bidentata Root (Niuxi) 3 qian. Abelmoschus Manihot Seed (Kuizi) 5 fen.
Decoct in water and drink.
Dayaimai San (Large Barley Sprout Powder):
Treats postpartum abdominal distension and constipation, bloating, qi stagnation, restlessness.
Roast 1 he of Large Barley Sprout (Dayaimai), grind to powder. Take 3 qian mixed with aged wine.
Shanzha Tang (Hawthorn Decoction):
Treats dark complexion after childbirth, caused by evil blood entering the Lung, leading to asthma and impending death.
Sophora Tonkinensis Root (Sumu) 1 liang, water 3 cups. Decoct to 1 cup. Mix with 5 qian Ginseng powder and take.
Jiucai Wenbi Tang (Leek Nasal Inhalation Decoction):
Treats Postpartum Syncope (Xue Yun).
Chop leeks, put in a bottle with a spout. Boil 3 bowls of vinegar, pour into the bottle. Place the spout against the parturient woman's nostrils to revive her.
Zelan Xi Fang (Agrimony Wash Formula):
Treats Postpartum Vaginal Prolapse (Yin Fan).
Decoct Agrimony Leaves (Zelan Ye) into strong soup for fumigation and washing; it will retract.
Zhujiao Tang (Pig Trotter Decoction):
Treats Blocked Milk (Chui Ru) in women.
One male pig trotter/claw, one "Ghost Mushroom" (Guimantou). Boil and eat together;通畅 within one day. Even women without children will produce milk after eating.
Sigua Zi San (Luffa Seed Powder):
Treats Blocked Milk.
Char Luffa Fruit with seeds to preserve nature. Take 1-2 qian with liquor. Cover with blanket to induce sweating; milk flow will resume.
Xieke San (Crab Shell Powder):
Treats Breast Cancer (Ru Yan). This condition starts with a bean-sized lump in the breast, gradually growing to egg-sized, ulcerating after 7-8 years. Once ulcerated, it is incurable; take this medicine urgently.
Roast dozens of raw crab shells in a clay pot until charred, grind to powder. Take 2 qian mixed with good wine daily without interruption.
Qingpi San (Green Tangerine Peel Powder):
Treats early-stage Mastitis (Ru Yong).
Green Tangerine Peel (Qingpi) (pith removed). Pangolin Scales (Shanjia) (stir-fried). Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi). Licorice Root (Gancao). Fritillaria Bulb (Beimu) (each 8 qian).
Grind to fine powder. Take with warm wine.
Jiyu Fu Ru Gao (Crucian Carp Paste for Breasts):
Treats Mastitis and breast pain.
One live crucian carp, one segment of fresh Chinese Yam (Shanyao) equal to the fish's length.
Pound together and apply to the affected area. Cover with paper.
Nanxing Banxia San (Arisaema and Pinellia Powder):
Treats Blocked Milk and Mastitis.
Arisaema Cum Bile (Nanxing). Pinellia Ternata Tuber (Banxia). Gleditsia Sinensis Spine (Zaojiao) (remove skin and strings, stir-fry yellow). Chinese Gall (Wubeizi) (remove insect nests, stir-fry yellow).
Equal parts, grind to extremely fine powder. Apply with rice vinegar paste; effective overnight.
Rumo Tang (Frankincense and Myrrh Decoction):
Treats Mastitis.
Frankincense (Ruxiang). Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng). Anemarrhena Rhizome (Zhimu). Tangerine Peel (Chenpi). Akebia Stem (Mutong). Cyperus Rhizome (Xiangfu) (each 1 qian). Myrrh (Moyao). Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong). Licorice Root (Gancao). Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui). Fritillaria Bulb (Beimu) (each 5 fen). Coix Seed (Yiren). Honeysuckle Flower (Yinhua). Trichosanthes Seed (Gualou Ren) (each 2 qian). Mandarin Leaf (Juye) 20 leaves (fresh is better).
Decoct with half water and half wine. Take after meals. Cure expected in 4-5 doses.
Xama Bing Fang (Toad Cake Formula):
Treats Fibroadenoma of the Breast (Ru Pi).
One large toad. Remove skin and clean. Add 3 qian Pinellia Ternata Tuber (Banxia) and 5 li Musk (Shexiang). Pound into a large cake. Apply to the lesion, bind with cloth. Remove after approx. 3 hours (6 hours). Effect is miraculous.
Beimu Baizhi Neixiao Tang (Fritillaria and Angelica Dahurica Internal Resolution Decoction):
Internal resolution formula for Breast Fibroadenoma.
Large Fritillaria Bulb (Dabeimu) and Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi) in equal parts, ground to powder. Take 2 qian with white wine. Add Tribulus Terrestris Fruit (Bajili) for stagnation. Pregnant women should avoid Baizhi.
Shufen San (Mouse Dropping Powder):
Treats Breast Scrofula (Ru Luo); only for ulcerated cases; miraculous effect.
Male Mouse Droppings (Xiongshufen) 3 qian (those pointed at both ends are authentic). Toona Tree Seeds (Tulianshu Zi) 3 qian (best after frost, avoid Sichuan origin). Honeycomb (Lufengfang) 3 qian.
Calcine to preserve nature, grind to fine powder. Divide into three doses. Take with wine, every other day. Stops pain, drains pus, promotes healing; miraculous effect.
Xionghuang Lilu San (Realgar and Veratrum Powder):
Treats uterine prolapse resembling a snake or cockscomb fungus.
Realgar (Xionghuang) 1 qian. Borneol (Bingpian) 2 qian. Calomel (Qingfen) 1 qian. Softshell Turtle Head (Bietou) (calcined, yellow part 1 qian). Allium Tuberosum Tube Veratrum (Congguan Lilu) 2 qian (finely ground like yeast).
Grind all to powder, mix uniformly, store in porcelain jar. First wash the lesion with Xionggui Tang, then apply medicine. Twice daily (morning/evening); lesion will gradually retract.
Xionggui Tang (Ligusticum and Angelica Decoction):
Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong). Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui). Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi). Licorice Root and Garden Broom Root (Gancao Dancao) (equal parts).
Use 5 qian per dose. Decoct for washing the lesion, then apply medicine.
Bixiao San (Must Dissipate Powder):
Treats breast swelling in women, internal or external.
Collect mushroom fungi growing on large Poplar trees (Wumu Yangshu). Wipe clean. Char on clean tile to preserve nature, grind to fine powder. Take 3 qian mixed with sugar and aged wine; swelling dissipates immediately.
Zhugan Tiao Fang (Pork Liver Strip Formula):
Treats painful, itchy sores inside the vulva.
Cut pork liver into strips, briefly scald in sesame oil. Coat with Camphor (Zhangnao) and Sichuan Pepper (Chuanjiao) powder. Insert into the orifice to attract maggots. Remove after one hour. Replace with 2-3 new strips until healed.
Hebang San (Clam Powder):
Treats itchy sores inside the vulva.
One live clam. Open and take half the meat. Hold against the vulva by hand for one night. Use two more clams the next day; complete recovery.
Shechuang Xi Fang (Cnidium Wash Formula) [See *Zhongfutang*]:
Treats vulvar pruritus.
Decoct Cnidium Monnieri Fruit (Shechuangzi) and wash; immediate cure.
Danggui San (Angelica Powder):

Fish Maw Glue (Mi Yu Jiao) 1 jin (roasted crisp, ground). Glutinous Rice (Nuomi) 2 sheng (roasted cooked, ground).
Mix well, take with boiling water.
Zhudu Hujiao Tang (Pork Stomach and Pepper Decoction):
Treats menstrual cold with intermittent pain.
One pork stomach (cleaned). Stuff with 8 liang of Black Pepper (Hujiao). Stew until soft and eat.
