浊者，混浊之谓也。方书多责之肾，而余独求之脾。盖以脾主土，土病湿热下注，则为
浊病。湿胜于热则为白，热胜于湿则为赤。治之之法，不外导其湿热，湿热去而浊自清矣，
苍白二陈汤加黄柏、石菖蒲、萆 主之。久患不愈，宜求之肾。以二妙地黄丸，与萆
厘清饮间服。又《内经》云∶中气虚而溺为之变，宜四君子汤、补中益气汤加减主之。又有命门
火衰，气不摄精，致败精为浊，宜以八味温其命火，加菟丝子、车前子导其败精。总之，浊
出精窍，与淋出溺窍者不同。病之稍久，宜固肾不宜利水，此要旨也。（茯菟丸、水陆二仙丹
之类皆固肾药。）
苍白二陈汤
苍术（盐水炒） 白术 茯苓 半夏（各二钱） 陈皮 甘草 黄柏（各一钱） 萆 （三钱） 石菖
蒲（八分）
水煎，空心服。如赤浊，加连翘一钱五分、丹参二钱、莲子心五分；如脉弦胁痛，为
肝火，加龙胆草、栀子各一钱；如口渴、气喘、脉涩，是为肺火，加麦冬三钱、桑白皮、紫
菀各二钱五分；如咽痛、脉沉，为肾火，加元参三钱。
次男元犀按∶此方妙在半夏，升清降浊，熟读《本草经》者自知。
二妙地黄丸（《冯氏锦囊》）
熟地（四两） 山萸 苍术（盐水炒） 山药（各二两） 茯苓 丹皮 泽泻 黄柏（秋石水浸，炒，各
一两五钱）
蜜丸桐子大，每服三五钱。日二服，盐汤下。或加牡蛎二两、益智仁一两、菟丝子一两
、车前子七钱。
萆 厘清饮（方见《时方》） 治真元不固，赤白浊。
将军蛋方
治白浊，兼治梦遗。
生大黄（三分，研末） 生鸡子（一个）
将鸡子顶尖上敲破一孔，入大黄末在内，纸糊炊熟，空心吃之，四五朝即愈。
龙牡菟韭丸
治色欲过度，赤浊白浊，小水长而不痛，并治妇人虚寒、淋带崩漏等症。
生龙骨（水飞） 牡蛎（水飞） 生菟丝粉 生韭子粉
上四味，各等分，不见火，研细末，干面冷水调浆为丸。每服一钱，或至三钱，晚上陈
酒送下，清晨服亦可。
蚕砂黄柏汤
治遗精、白浊有湿热者。
生蚕砂（一两） 生黄柏（一钱）
二味共研末，空心开水下三钱，六七服即愈。
白果蛋方
治白浊。
用头生鸡子一个，开一小孔，入生白果肉二枚，饭上蒸熟，每日吃一个，连吃四五次，即愈。
龙骨韭子汤
治遗精滑失。
白龙骨（一两，研末） 韭子（炒，一合）
上为末，空心陈酒调服三钱。
小菟丝石莲丸
治女痨疸及遗精、白浊、崩中、带下诸证。
菟丝子（五两，酒浸，研） 石莲肉（二两） 白茯苓（一两，蒸）
上为细末，山药糊为丸，桐子大，每服五十丸，加至一百丸。或酒或盐汤空心送下，如
脚无力，木瓜汤下。晚食前再服。
龙莲芡实丸（各见《种福堂》）
治精气虚，滑遗不禁。
龙骨 莲须 芡实 乌梅肉
上等分为末，用山药丸如小豆大，每服三十丸，空心米饮下。
浊病，是指尿液或精液混浊不清的症状。医书中多将此病归咎于肾脏，但我唯独从脾脏来探究病因。因为脾属土，若脾土患病导致湿热下注，就会形成浊病。湿邪重于热邪则表现为白浊，热邪重于湿邪则表现为赤浊。治疗的方法，不外乎疏导清除湿热，湿热去除后，浊液自然澄清。主方用苍白二陈汤加黄柏、石菖蒲、萆薢。若久治不愈，则应从肾脏求治。可用二妙地黄丸与萆薢分清饮交替服用。另外，《黄帝内经》说：中气虚弱会导致小便异常，适宜用四君子汤、补中益气汤加减治疗。又有因命门火衰，气不能固摄精微，导致败精化为浊液的，适宜用八味丸温补命门之火，加菟丝子、车前子以引导排出败精。总之，浊病出于精窍，与淋证出于溺窍是不同的。病程稍久的，宜固肾而不宜利水，这是关键要点。（茯菟丸、水陆二仙丹等都属于固肾类药物。）
苍白二陈汤
苍术（盐水炒） 白术 茯苓 半夏（各二钱） 陈皮 甘草 黄柏（各一钱） 萆薢（三钱） 石菖蒲（八分）
用水煎煮，空腹服用。若是赤浊，加连翘一钱五分、丹参二钱、莲子心五分；若脉象弦且胁肋疼痛，为肝火，加龙胆草、栀子各一钱；若口渴、气喘、脉涩，是为肺火，加麦冬三钱、桑白皮、紫菀各二钱五分；若咽痛、脉沉，为肾火，加玄参三钱。
次子元犀按语：此方的妙处在于半夏，能升清降浊，熟读《神农本草经》的人自然知晓。
二妙地黄丸（出自《冯氏锦囊秘录》）
熟地黄（四两） 山茱萸 苍术（盐水炒） 山药（各二两） 茯苓 牡丹皮 泽泻 黄柏（秋石水浸，炒，各一两五钱）
炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大，每次服用三五钱。每日两次，盐汤送服。也可加牡蛎二两、益智仁一两、菟丝子一两、车前子七钱。
将军蛋方
治疗白浊，兼治梦遗。
生大黄（三分，研成粉末） 生鸡蛋（一个）
将鸡蛋顶尖敲破一个小孔，放入大黄末在内，用纸糊住蒸熟，空腹吃下，四五天后即可痊愈。
龙牡菟韭丸
治疗色欲过度，赤浊白浊，小便频长但不痛，并治疗妇人虚寒、淋证、带下、崩漏等症状。
生龙骨（水飞法处理） 牡蛎（水飞法处理） 生菟丝子粉 生韭菜子粉
以上四味药，各取等量，不经过火制，研成细末，用干面粉和冷水调成浆制成丸药。每次服用一钱，或至三钱，晚上用陈年黄酒送服，清晨服用也可以。
蚕砂黄柏汤
治疗遗精、白浊属于湿热证者。
生蚕砂（一两） 生黄柏（一钱）
两味药共研为末，空腹用开水送服三钱，六七次后即可痊愈。
白果蛋方
治疗白浊。
用初产鸡蛋一个，开一个小孔，放入生白果肉两枚，在饭上蒸熟，每天吃一个，连续吃四五次，即可痊愈。
龙骨韭子汤
治疗遗精滑泄。
白龙骨（一两，研成末） 韭菜子（炒，一合）
以上研为末，空腹用陈年黄酒调服三钱。
小菟丝石莲丸
治疗女劳疸及遗精、白浊、崩中、带下等各种证候。
菟丝子（五两，酒浸，研碎） 石莲子肉（二两） 白茯苓（一两，蒸）
以上研为细末，用山药糊制成丸药，如梧桐子大，每次服用五十丸，加至一百丸。或用酒或盐汤空腹送服，如果脚无力，用木瓜汤送服。晚饭后再次服用。
龙莲芡实丸（各方见《种福堂公选良方》）
治疗精气虚弱，滑精遗尿不禁。
龙骨 莲须 芡实 乌梅肉
以上上等分为末，用山药制成如小豆大的丸药，每次服用三十丸，空腹米饮送服。
Zhuo disease (Turbid discharge) refers to the symptom of urine or semen being turbid and unclear. Medical texts often attribute this disease to the Kidney, but I exclusively seek its origin in the Spleen. This is because the Spleen governs Earth; if the Earth element is diseased causing Damp-Heat to flow downward, it results in Zhuo disease. When Dampness exceeds Heat, it manifests as Bai Zhuo (White Turbidity); when Heat exceeds Dampness, it manifests as Chi Zhuo (Red Turbidity). The method of treatment involves guiding out and clearing the Damp-Heat; once the Damp-Heat is removed, the turbidity naturally clears. The primary formula is Cangbai Erchen Tang (Atractylodes and Pinellia Decoction) added with Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark), Shichangpu (Acorus Rhizome), and Bibi (Dioscorea Hypoglauca Rhizome). If the condition persists for a long time without healing, one should seek treatment from the Kidney. Use Ermiao Dihuang Wan (Two Marvels Rehmannia Pill) and Bibi Fenqing Yin (Dioscorea Hypoglauca Clearing Decoction) taken alternately. Furthermore, the *Neijing* states: "Deficiency of Middle Qi causes changes in urination," suitable for treatment with Sizjunzi Tang (Four Gentlemen Decoction) and Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Center-Boosting Qi-Supplementing Decoction) with modifications. There is also the case of Mingmen Fire Decline (Declining Fire of the Gate of Vitality), where Qi fails to secure essence, leading to degenerated essence becoming turbid; suitable to warm the Mingmen Fire with Bawei Wan (Eight Flavor Pill), adding Tusizi (Cuscuta Seed) and Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed) to guide out the degenerated essence. In summary, Zhuo comes out from the Jing Qiao (Essence Orifice), which is different from Lin syndrome (Stranguria) coming out from the Niao Qiao (Urinary Orifice). For conditions that have persisted for some time, it is appropriate to consolidate the Kidney rather than promote diuresis; this is the key principle. (Futu Wan and Shuilu Erxian Dan are both types of Kidney-consolidating medicines.)
Cangbai Erchen Tang (Atractylodes and Pinellia Decoction)
Cangzhu (Salt-fried Atractylodis Rhizoma) Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) Fuling (Poria) Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (each 2 qian) Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) (each 1 qian) Bibi (Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma) (3 qian) Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma) (0.8 fen)
Decoct in water, take on an empty stomach. If Chi Zhuo (Red Turbidity), add Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus) 1.5 qian, Danshen (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) 2 qian, Lianzixin (Nelumbinis Plumula) 0.5 fen; if the pulse is Wiry (Xian) with hypochondriac pain, indicating Liver Fire, add Longdancao (Gentianae Radix) and Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus) each 1 qian; if there is thirst, asthma, and a Choppy (Se) pulse, indicating Lung Fire, add Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix) 3 qian, Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex) and Ziwan (Asternis Radix) each 2.5 qian; if there is sore throat and a Deep (Chen) pulse, indicating Kidney Fire, add Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix) 3 qian.
Note by Second Son Yuanxi: The subtlety of this formula lies in Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), which raises the clear and descends the turbid; those who have thoroughly studied the *Shennong Bencao Jing* will know this.
Ermiao Dihuang Wan (Two Marvels Rehmannia Pill) (from *Fengshi Jinnang*)
Shudi (Prepared Rehmanniae Radix) Shanzhuyu (Corni Fructus) Cangzhu (Salt-fried Atractylodis Rhizoma) Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) (each 4 liang) Fuling (Poria) Danpi (Moutan Cortex) Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma) Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) (soaked in Qiushi water, fried, each 1.5 liang)
Make pills with honey, size of Sophora seeds. Take 3-5 qian per dose. Twice daily, taken with salt water. Alternatively, add Muli (Concha Ostreae) 2 liang, Yizhiren (Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus) 1 liang, Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen) 1 liang, Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen) 0.7 qian.
Bibi Fenqing Yin (Dioscorea Hypoglauca Clearing Decoction) (Formula seen in *Shifang*) Treats insecurity of True Yuan (Original Essence), Chi Zhuo (Red Turbidity) and Bai Zhuo (White Turbidity).
Jiangjun Dan Formula (General Egg Recipe)
Treats Bai Zhuo (White Turbidity), also treats nocturnal emission.
Sheng Dahuang (Raw Rheum Palmatum Radix et Rhizoma) (3 fen, ground into powder) Sheng Jizi (Raw Chicken Egg) (one)
Crack a small hole at the pointed end of the egg, put the Dahuang powder inside, seal with paper and steam until cooked. Eat on an empty stomach; it will heal in four or five days.
Longmu Tutian Wan (Dragon Bone and Oyster Shell Cuscuta Leek Pill)
Treats excessive sexual desire, Chi Zhuo (Red Turbidity) and Bai Zhuo (White Turbidity), frequent urination without pain, and also treats women's deficiency-cold, stranguria, leukorrhea, and metrorrhagia.
Sheng Longgu (Raw Os Draconis) (water-flown) Muli (Concha Ostreae) (water-flown) Sheng Tusifen (Raw Cuscutae Semen Powder) Sheng Jiuzifen (Raw Allii Tuberosi Semen Powder)
The above four ingredients, equal parts, not processed by fire, ground into fine powder. Mix with dry flour and cold water to make paste pills. Take 1 qian per dose, up to 3 qian. Send down with aged wine at night; morning administration is also acceptable.
Can Sha Huangbai Tang (Mulberry Sand and Phellodendron Decoction)
Treats nocturnal emission and Bai Zhuo (White Turbidity) due to Damp-Heat.
Sheng Can Sha (Raw Bombyx Batryticatus) (1 liang) Sheng Huangbai (Raw Phellodendri Cortex) (1 qian)
Grind the two ingredients together into powder. Take 3 qian with boiled water on an empty stomach; it will heal after six or seven doses.
Baiguo Dan Formula (Ginkgo Egg Recipe)
Treats Bai Zhuo (White Turbidity).
Use one first-laid chicken egg, make a small hole, put two raw Baiguo (Ginkgo Seeds) inside, steam on rice. Eat one daily, continue for four or five times, then it will heal.
Longgu Jiuzi Tang (Dragon Bone and Leek Seed Decoction)
Treats nocturnal emission and seminal emission.
Bai Longgu (White Os Draconis) (1 liang, ground into powder) Jiuzi (Allii Tuberosi Semen) (fried, 1 he)
Grind into powder. Take 3 qian mixed with aged wine on an empty stomach.
Xiao Tusishi Shilian Wan (Small Cuscuta Stone Lotus Pill)
Treats Nu Lao Dan (Female Labor Jaundice) as well as nocturnal emission, Bai Zhuo (White Turbidity), metrorrhagia, and leukorrhea.
Tusizi (Cuscutae Semen) (5 liang, soaked in wine, ground) Shilian Rou (Stone Lotus Flesh) (2 liang) Bai Fuling (White Poria) (1 liang, steamed)
Grind into fine powder. Make pills using Shan Yao paste, size of Sophora seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, increase to 100 pills. Send down with wine or salt water on an empty stomach. If legs are weak, send down with Mugua Tang (Chaenomelis Fructus Decoction). Take again before evening meal.
Longlian Qianshi Wan (Dragon Bone, Lotus Stamen, and Euryale Seed Pill) (Each seen in *Zhongfutang*)
Treats deficiency of Essence and Qi, uncontrollable seminal emission and enuresis.
Longgu (Os Draconis) Lianxu (Lotus Stamen) Qianshi (Euryales Semen) Wumei Rou (Mume Fructus Flesh)
Grind the above into powder. Make pills using Shan Yao, size of adzuki beans. Take 30 pills per dose, send down with rice drink on an empty stomach.
