Zhisou San (Stop Cough Powder) (See "Cold Damage Cough").
For sudden hematemesis, the primary treatment is to dispel blood stasis, supplemented by methods to descend fire; for chronic hematemesis, the primary treatment is to nourish Yin, supplemented by methods to regulate the Spleen and Stomach. Ancient formulas such as Sisheng Wan (Four Generations Pill), Shihui San (Ten Ashes Powder), and Huarui San (Flower Nodule Powder) represent methods of dispelling stasis and descending fire; ancient formulas such as Liuwei Tang (Six-Ingredient Decoction), Siwu Tang (Four Substance Decoction), and Sijunzi Tang (Four Gentlemen Decoction) represent methods of nourishing Yin and tonifying the Spleen.
For those who work in the scorching sun or travel long distances, suffering from thirst, spontaneous sweating, and subsequent hematemesis, this is caused by Summerheat injury; Yi Yuan San (Benefit Primordial Powder) should be used to clear it. In summer, when Fire flares up and combines with Autumn Dryness, leading to dry cough, rapid and large pulse, and hematemesis, this is Dryness-Fire burning the Metal (Lung); Sanhuang Jiedu Tang (Three Yellows Detoxification Decoction) should be used to descend the fire. These are treatments for Exogenous diseases.
Regarding hematemesis due to Yin Deficiency, initially use Sisheng Wan and Shihui San to resolve stasis, combined with Shengdihuang Tang (Rehmannia Decoction) to clear heat. Once bleeding stops, Dihuang Wan (Rehmannia Pill) is used to tonify. For massive hemorrhage due to Yang Deficiency, where blood loss is substantial, initially use Huaruishi San (Flower Nodule Stone Powder) to resolve stasis, immediately followed by Dushen Tang (Single Ginseng Decoction) to tonify Qi and secure collapse, and subsequently use Sijunzi Tang and Bazhen Tang (Eight Treasure Decoction) to regulate. For hematemesis due to Zang Cold, akin to water freezing into ice in severe winter cold, Lizhong Tang (Regulate the Middle Decoction) should be used to warm the interior. If caused by emotional stagnation and Liver Fire stirred by anger, Jiawei Xiaoyao San (Modified Free and Easy Wanderer Powder) should be used to soothe and diffuse. For hematemesis due to physical strain, Zelan Tang (Dewdrop Herb Decoction) should be used to promote circulation. These are treatments for Endogenous injuries.
When the disease has persisted for a long time, Qi and Blood become deficient, food intake gradually decreases, and stools are loose, the method should be to nourish Yin-Blood and simultaneously tonify Spleen-Qi. Generally, for hematemesis and hemoptysis, one must conclude treatment with formulas like Sijunzi Tang, because Yin-Blood is generated from Yang-Qi; when Spleen-Qi is robust, it can generate blood. Practitioners should bear this in mind.
Sisheng Wan (See "Deficiency Syndromes").
A good formula for dispelling stasis to generate new blood and stopping bleeding.

I will use *Rubiae Cordifoliae Radix* assuming Qian Cao Gen based on common pairing in Shihui San, or strictly *Qian Gen* if ambiguous. Given "Shihui San" ingredients usually include Qian Cao Gen, I will map to *Rubiae Cordifoliae Radix*).
