上细切，每服四钱，加生姜五片，水一盏，煎八分，温服。
（金匮）张仲景曰∶妇人本肌肉肥盛，头举身满，今反羸瘦，头举
中隆，胞系了戾，亦多致此病，但利小便即愈，宜服肾气丸。盖药中有茯苓故也。地黄为君，功在补胞。
木通散（良方） 治妊娠身体浮肿，四肢胀急，小便不利，谓之子肿。
木通（一钱） 木香 诃子皮（各三分） 香薷（一钱） 枳壳（炒，半钱） 槟
榔（半钱） 桑白皮（一钱） 条芩（半钱） 紫苏茎叶（一钱）
上细切，作一服，加生姜三片，水一盏半，煎至一盏，温服。
全生白术散（产宝） 治妊妇面目虚浮，肢体肿胀，名曰子肿。
白术（一两） 生姜皮 大腹皮 陈皮 茯苓（各半两）
《指迷方》用茯苓皮，多桑白皮，无术。
上为细末，每服二钱，米饮调下。
鲤鱼汤（产宝） 治妊娠腹胀满，或通身浮肿，小便不利，或胎死腹中，此方甚验。
当归 白芍药（各一钱） 白茯苓（一钱半） 白术（二钱） 橘红（半钱） 鲤鱼（一尾，不拘大小）
上细切，作一服，将鲤鱼去鳞肠，白水煮熟，去鱼，用汁一盏半，生姜七片，煎至一盏，空心服，当见胎水下。如
水去未尽，或胎死腹中，胀闷未除，再合一剂服之，水尽胀除为度。
紫苏饮（局方） 治胎气不和，凑上心腹，胀满疼痛，谓之子悬。
大腹皮 川芎 白芍药 陈皮 紫苏叶 当归（各六分） 人参 甘草（各三分）
上细切，作一服，加生姜三片，葱五茎，水煎服。
天仙藤散（产宝） 治妊娠三月成胎之后，两足自脚面渐肿至
膝，行步艰难，喘闷妨食。若水肿甚至足指间有黄水出者，谓之子气。
天仙藤（洗净略炒，即青木香藤也） 香附子（炒） 陈皮 甘草 乌药 木香（各等分）
上细切，每服三钱，加生姜三片，紫苏五叶，水煎，日三服，肿消止药。
安荣散（产宝） 治妊娠小便涩少，遂成淋沥，谓之子淋。
麦门冬 通草 滑石 当归 灯心草 甘草（各五钱） 人参 川芎（各一两）
上为细末，每服二钱，煎麦门冬汤调下。此方恐滑石太重而滑胎，若胎临月可用，若六七个月以前，俱不可轻用，
宜去此味，或加栀子、 蓄、白榆之类最稳。瞿麦亦恐损胎，不可用也。
地肤子汤（录验） 治子淋，小便涩数。
地肤草（与芥菜相似，俗名白地芎） 车前子（各一钱） 知母（去毛炒） 黄
芩赤茯苓 白芍药 枳壳（麸炒黄色，各七分） 升麻 通草 甘草（各三分）
上细切，作一服，水一盏半，煎至一盏，温服。
又方 治子淋。
地肤草（四两）
上以水四升，煮取二升，分三服。或新取地肤草，捣取自然汁服亦可。不独治子淋，凡小便淋闭服之，无不效验。
冬葵子散（外台） 治子淋，小腹疼痛，胎动不安。
冬葵子（炒） 柴胡（去芦） 桑白皮 赤茯苓 赤芍药 当归（各等分）
上细切，每服四钱，水一盏半，加姜三片，葱白七寸，煎至一盏，去渣温服。
车前散（外台） 治子淋，或小便不通，下焦有热。
槟榔 木通 陈皮（去白） 赤茯苓 车前子 赤芍药 当归 滑石 石苇（炙，去毛）
上各等分，每服五钱，水一盏半，煎至一盏，温服。
忘忧散（外台） 治妊娠心经蕴热，小便赤涩不利，淋沥作痛。
琥珀（不拘多少） 萱草根（一握）
上以琥珀研为细末，每服半钱，浓煎服。
葛根汤（局方） 治妊娠临月，忽发风痉，闷乱不省人事，吐逆眩倒，少时醒后复发，谓之子痫。
贝丹（去心） 葛根 牡丹皮 防己 防风 当归 川芎 桂心（熬） 白茯苓 泽泻（各
半钱） 甘草（炙，二分半） 独活 石膏 人参（各半钱）
上细切，作一服，水二盏，煎至一盏，温服，日三服。其贝母令人易产，未临月者以升麻代之，忌菘菜。
防己汤（局方） 治妊娠中风口噤，四肢强直，角弓反张。
防己（五钱） 羌活（一钱半）
上为细末，别用黑豆一合炒焦黑，投好酒中，沸定去豆，调药末， 开口灌之，稍醒再灌，有效。
消风散（局方） 治妊娠头旋目眩，视物不见，腮颊肿核。
石膏（煨） 甘菊花（去萼） 防风（去芦） 荆芥穗 羌活 羚羊
角（镑） 川芎 大豆黄卷（炒） 当归（酒浸洗） 白芷（各半钱） 甘草（二分半）
上细切，作一服，加芽茶半钱，水一盏半，煎至一盏，食后温服。
天门冬饮（局方） 治妊娠外感风寒，久嗽不已，谓之子嗽。
天门冬 紫菀茸 知母（去毛，酒洗） 桑白皮（蜜炙，各一钱） 五味子 桔梗（去芦，各半钱）
上细切，作一服，水一盏半，煎至一盏。嗽血者，加阿胶半钱。大便涩者，加苦葶苈子半钱。
百合散（局方） 治妊娠咳嗽心烦，不欲饮食。
百合 紫菀茸 麦门冬 桔梗（去芦） 桑白皮（各一钱） 甘草（半钱） 竹茹（一钱）
上细切，作一服，水一盏半，煎至一盏，入蜜半匙，再煎二、三沸，去渣温服。
八味丸（金匮） 治妊娠小便不通，名日转胞，亦治子淋。
此肾气丸加桂心、附子炮各一两是也。
参术饮（丹溪） 治妊娠转胞。
四物汤加 人参 白术 半夏（汤泡透） 陈皮 甘草
上细切，加姜，水煎服。
丹溪曰∶转胞之证，胎妇之禀受弱者，忧闷多者，性躁急者，食味浓者，庸或有之。古方皆用滑利药，鲜有应效。
因思胞不自转，为胎所压转在一边，胞系了戾不通耳。胎若举起居于其中，胞系自疏，水道自利。夫胎之坠下，必有其
由。吴宅宠人患此，两手脉似涩，重按似弦，左稍和。予曰∶此得之忧患，涩为血少气多，则胎气弱而不能举，弦为有
饮，血少则胎弱，气多有饮，中焦不清而隘，则胞知所避而就下。乃以以上药与服，随以指探喉中，吐出药汁，候少顷
气定，又与之，次早亦然，至八帖安。犹恐此法偶中，后又治数人，亦效。
安胎散（良方） 治妊娠胎寒腹痛，胎热多惊，举动腰痛，腹满胞
急，卒有所下，或因顿仆闪肭，或食毒物，或感冒时疾，寒热往来，致伤胎藏，并皆治之。

如圣散（产宝） 治妊娠腹痛，胎动不安。

上细切，每服四钱，水一盏半，生姜三片，苎麻根半钱许，煎至一盏，温服。一方加干姜、竹茹，无续断。
加味四物汤（良方） 治妊娠下血不止。
本方加艾叶（三十片） 阿胶珠（一钱）
上细切，每服四钱，水一盏半，加乌梅肉少许，同煎至一盏，热服，连进三、四服即止。
苎根汤（良方） 止血安胎。
野苎（二两，炒）
用酒水各一盏，入金银，同煎至一盏，温服。
桑寄生散（良方） 治妊娠下血不止，胎动不安。

白扁豆散 治妊娠误服草药及诸般毒药毒物。

上为细末，清米饮调方寸匕，神效。
芎 补中汤（良方） 养新血，去瘀血，补虚扶危。

上细切，作一服，水一盏半，煎至一盏，温服。如白痢腹痛甚者，恐有寒也，去芩、连，加干姜三分。

上细切，加生姜三片，竹茹一块弹子大，用水一盏半，煎至一盏，去渣，入白蜜一蛤壳许，再煎数沸，温服。
妊娠痰嗽见红。（产宝）

上细切，作一服，痰盛加竹茹一团，水煎，入小蓟汁同服。

上细切，水一盏半，入童便、酒各半盏，煎至一盏，温服。
安荣汤（产宝） 治胎气不固，时常小产，宜预服此，以固胎元。
四物汤加阿胶珠、香附子、白术、条芩、砂仁、糯米、桑寄生，白水煎服。
治儿在腹中叫哭。（产宝）
又方 用黄连三五钱，浓煎汁，时时呷下自止。（产宝）
束胎丸（丹溪） 至七、八个月内服之。
黄芩（炒。夏一两，春秋七钱，冬五钱） 白术（二两） 茯苓（七钱半） 陈皮（三两，不见火）
上为细末，粥丸如梧桐子大，每服三、四十丸，白汤下。
达生散（丹溪） 孕至七、八个月内，服十数帖甚好，易产腹少痛。
大腹皮（原本三钱，恐太多，今用一钱，先扯拨令净，用酒洗，晒干，再用乌豆汁洗
净方可用，恐鸩毒害人）。
人参 陈皮 紫苏（连茎叶，各半钱） 白芍药 白术 当归（各一钱） 甘草（炙，二钱）
上细切，作一服，外入黄杨脑七个（食少胎瘦者不须用），葱五茎。
夏，加黄芩、黄连、五味子。春，加川芎、防风。秋，加泽泻。冬，加
泽泻、桑白皮、枳壳（用麦麸炒至黄色）、槟榔、木通、赤茯苓（以上药材各取等量）。
将上述药材切碎，每次服用四钱，加入生姜五片，水一碗，煎煮至八分满，温服。
《金匮要略》中张仲景说：妇女原本肌肉肥盛，头部抬起时身体感到胀满，如今反而消瘦，头部抬起时中间隆起，胞系扭转不顺，也常导致此类疾病，只要利小便即可痊愈，适宜服用肾气丸。这是因为药中含有茯苓的缘故。地黄作为君药，功效在于补益胞宫。
木通散（出自《良方》）治疗妊娠期间身体浮肿，四肢胀急，小便不利，称为子肿。
木通（一钱）、木香、诃子皮（各三分）、香薷（一钱）、枳壳（炒，半钱）、槟榔（半钱）、桑白皮（一钱）、黄芩（半钱）、紫苏茎叶（一钱）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，加入生姜三片，水一碗半，煎煮至一碗，温服。
全生白术散（出自《产宝》）治疗孕妇面目虚浮，肢体肿胀，名为子肿。
白术（一两）、生姜皮、大腹皮、陈皮、茯苓（各半两）。
《指迷方》中使用茯苓皮，多配伍桑白皮，不用白术。
将上述药材研为细末，每次服用二钱，用米汤调服。
鲤鱼汤（出自《产宝》）治疗妊娠腹胀满，或全身浮肿，小便不利，或胎死腹中，此方非常有效。
当归、白芍药（各一钱）、白茯苓（一钱半）、白术（二钱）、橘红（半钱）、鲤鱼（一条，不拘大小）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，将鲤鱼去鳞和内脏，用清水煮熟，去掉鱼，取汤汁一碗半，加入生姜七片，煎煮至一碗，空腹服用，应当能看到胎水下排。如果水未排尽，或胎死腹中，胀闷未除，再合制一剂服用，直到水尽胀除为止。
紫苏饮（出自《局方》）治疗胎气不和，向上冲用心腹，胀满疼痛，称为子悬。
大腹皮、川芎、白芍药、陈皮、紫苏叶、当归（各六分）、人参、甘草（各三分）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，加入生姜三片，葱五根，用水煎服。
天仙藤散（出自《产宝》）治疗妊娠三月成胎之后，双脚从脚面逐渐肿胀至膝盖，行走困难，气喘胸闷妨碍进食。如果水肿严重甚至脚趾间有黄水流出，称为子气。
天仙藤（洗净略炒，即青木香藤）、香附子（炒）、陈皮、甘草、乌药、木香（各等量）。
将上述药材切碎，每次服用三钱，加入生姜三片，紫苏五片，用水煎煮，每日三次，消肿后停药。
安荣散（出自《产宝》）治疗妊娠小便涩少，遂成淋沥不尽，称为子淋。
麦门冬、通草、滑石、当归、灯心草、甘草（各五钱）、人参、川芎（各一两）。
将上述药材研为细末，每次服用二钱，煎麦门冬汤调服。此方担心滑石药性太重而滑胎，若胎儿临近足月可以使用，若在六七个月以前，都不可轻易使用，宜去掉此味，或加栀子、瞿麦、白榆之类最稳妥。瞿麦也担心损伤胎儿，不可使用。
地肤子汤（录自《验方》）治疗子淋，小便涩滞频数。
地肤草（与芥菜相似，俗名白地芎）、车前子（各一钱）、知母（去毛炒）、黄芩、赤茯苓、白芍药、枳壳（用麦麸炒至黄色，各七分）、升麻、通草、甘草（各三分）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，水一碗半，煎煮至一碗，温服。
又一方 治疗子淋。
地肤草（四两）。
用水四升，煮取二升，分三次服用。或者新采地肤草，捣取自然汁服用也可以。不仅治疗子淋，凡小便淋闭服用它，无不有效。
冬葵子散（出自《外台秘要》）治疗子淋，小腹疼痛，胎动不安。
冬葵子（炒）、柴胡（去芦）、桑白皮、赤茯苓、赤芍药、当归（各等量）。
将上述药材切碎，每次服用四钱，水一碗半，加姜三片，葱白七寸，煎煮至一碗，去渣温服。
车前散（出自《外台秘要》）治疗子淋，或小便不通，下焦有热。
槟榔、木通、陈皮（去白）、赤茯苓、车前子、赤芍药、当归、滑石、石苇（炙，去毛）。
以上各等量，每次服用五钱，水一碗半，煎煮至一碗，温服。
忘忧散（出自《外台秘要》）治疗妊娠心经蕴热，小便赤涩不利，淋沥作痛。
琥珀（不拘多少）、萱草根（一把）。
将琥珀研为细末，每次服用半钱，浓煎服用。
葛根汤（出自《局方》）治疗妊娠临月，忽然发生风痉，神志昏迷不省人事，呕吐眩晕倒仆，片刻清醒后又复发，称为子痫。
贝母（去心）、葛根、牡丹皮、防己、防风、当归、川芎、桂心（熬）、白茯苓、泽泻（各半钱）、甘草（炙，二分半）、独活、石膏、人参（各半钱）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，水两碗，煎煮至一碗，温服，每日三次。其中贝母使人易于生产，未到临月的以升麻代替，忌食菘菜（白菜）。
防己汤（出自《局方》）治疗妊娠中风口噤，四肢强直，角弓反张。
防己（五钱）、羌活（一钱半）。
将上述药材研为细末，另外用黑豆一合炒至焦黑，投入好酒中，煮沸后去掉豆子，调和药末，撬开嘴巴灌入，稍醒后再灌，有效。
消风散（出自《局方》）治疗妊娠头晕目眩，视物不见，腮颊肿核。
石膏（煨）、甘菊花（去萼）、防风（去芦）、荆芥穗、羌活、羚羊角（镑）、川芎、大豆黄卷（炒）、当归（酒浸洗）、白芷（各半钱）、甘草（二分半）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，加入芽茶半钱，水一碗半，煎煮至一碗，饭后温服。
天门冬饮（出自《局方》）治疗妊娠外感风寒，久咳不止，称为子嗽。
天门冬、紫菀茸、知母（去毛，酒洗）、桑白皮（蜜炙，各一钱）、五味子、桔梗（去芦，各半钱）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，水一碗半，煎煮至一碗。咳血者，加阿胶半钱。大便涩滞者，加苦葶苈子半钱。
百合散（出自《局方》）治疗妊娠咳嗽心烦，不欲饮食。
百合、紫菀茸、麦门冬、桔梗（去芦）、桑白皮（各一钱）、甘草（半钱）、竹茹（一钱）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，水一碗半，煎煮至一碗，加入蜂蜜半匙，再煎二、三沸，去渣温服。
八味丸（出自《金匮要略》）治疗妊娠小便不通，名为转胞，也治疗子淋。
这就是肾气丸加上桂心、炮附子各一两。
参术饮（出自朱丹溪）治疗妊娠转胞。
四物汤加人参、白术、半夏（汤泡透）、陈皮、甘草。
将上述药材切碎，加姜，用水煎服。
朱丹溪说：转胞之证，体质虚弱的孕妇，忧愁郁闷多的，性情急躁的，口味厚重的，或许会有此病。古方都用滑利药，很少见效。我想胞宫自己不会转动，是被胎儿压迫偏向一边，胞系扭转不通罢了。胎儿若举起居于其中，胞系自然疏通，水道自然通畅。胎儿之所以坠下，必有其原因。吴宅宠妾患此病，两手脉象似涩，重按似弦，左脉稍和缓。我说：这是因忧患所致，涩为血少气多，则胎气弱而不能举，弦为有饮邪，血少则胎弱，气多有饮邪，中焦不清而狭窄，则胞宫知道躲避而向下。于是用以上药物给她服用，随即用手指探喉中，吐出药汁，等片刻气定，再喂她，次日早晨也是如此，服完八帖痊愈。还担心此法偶然奏效，后来又治了几个人，也有效。
安胎散（出自《良方》）治疗妊娠胎寒腹痛，胎热多惊，举动腰痛，腹满胞急，突然阴道出血，或因跌倒闪挫，或食毒物，或感冒时行疾病，寒热往来，致伤胎藏，皆能治疗。
川芎、枳壳（麸炒黄，各钱半）、熟地黄（三钱）、糯米（一合）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，水一碗半，生姜三片，大枣一枚，再加金银三五钱，同煎至一碗，温服。
如圣散（出自《产宝》）治疗妊娠腹痛，胎动不安。
鲤鱼皮、当归、熟地黄、阿胶（炒成珠）、白芍药、川芎、川续断（酒浸）、甘草（炙，各等量）。
将上述药材切碎，每次服用四钱，水一碗半，生姜三片，苎麻根半钱许，煎煮至一碗，温服。另一方案加干姜、竹茹，无续断。
加味四物汤（出自《良方》）治疗妊娠下血不止。
本方加艾叶（三十片）、阿胶珠（一钱）。
将上述药材切碎，每次服用四钱，水一碗半，加少许乌梅肉，同煎至一碗，热服，连进三、四服即止。
苎根汤（出自《良方》）止血安胎。
野苎麻（二两，炒）。
用酒和水各一碗，加入金银，同煎至一碗，温服。
桑寄生散（出自《良方》）治疗妊娠下血不止，胎动不安。
桑寄生、川归、川续断、川芎、香附子、阿胶（炒）、茯神、白术、人参、甘草（各半钱）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，加生姜三片，水一碗半，煎煮至一碗，温服。
羚羊角散（出自《良方》）治疗妊娠中风，头项强直，筋脉挛急，言语蹇涩，痰涎壅盛，或时而抽搐，不省人事，称为子痫。

白扁豆散 治疗妊娠误服草药及诸般毒药毒物。
白扁豆（生去皮）。
将上述药材研为细末，用清米汤调服方寸匕，神效。
芎劳补中汤（出自《良方》）养新血，去瘀血，补虚扶危。
阿胶珠、五味子、干姜（各四分）、黄芪（蜜炙）、川归（酒浸）、白术、川芎、赤芍药（各七分）、人参、杜仲（炒）、甘草（炙，各三分）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，水一碗半，煎煮至一碗，温服。后面有一方，名称相同，多加木香，治疗小产。
当归芍药汤（出自《局方》）治疗妊娠下痢赤白，腹中绞痛。
白芍药（一钱）、当归、白茯苓、泽泻、白术、黄芩（各半钱）、甘草、黄连、木香、槟榔（各三分）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，水一碗半，煎煮至一碗，温服。如果是白痢腹痛甚者，恐怕有寒，去掉黄芩、黄连，加干姜三分。
芎劳术香连丸（出自《产宝》）治疗症状同上。
阿胶珠、白术（各五钱）、乳香、木香（各二钱半）、枳壳（麸炒）、干姜（炮各二钱）、黄连（一两，与吴茱萸同炒）、砂仁（炒）、川芎（各五钱）。
将上述药材研为细末，醋糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每次服用三十丸，白开水送下。
治疗妊娠泄泻，两胁虚鸣，脐下冷痛，由食用瓜果生冷等物及当风取凉所致者。（出自《产宝》）
诃子皮（煨）、白术（各一钱）、陈皮、良姜（炒）、木香、白芍药（酒炒）、炙甘草（各半钱）、肉豆蔻（面裹煨，半钱）。
将上述药材切碎，加生姜五片，水一碗半，煎煮至一碗，温服。
芎苏散（出自《产宝》）治疗妊娠外感风寒，浑身壮热，头目眩晕。
紫苏叶、川芎、白芍药、白术、麦门冬、陈皮、干葛（各六分）、甘草（三分）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，加生姜五片，葱白三寸，水一碗半，煎煮至一碗，温服，不拘时候。
升麻六物汤（出自《良方》）治疗妊娠六七个月，伤寒壮热，或发赤斑，变异溺血。
升麻（三钱）、栀子、杏仁、大青草、黄芩、甘草（各一钱）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，加葱白三寸，水一碗半，煎煮至一碗，温服。
妊娠伤寒，百节疼痛，壮热。不及时治疗，就会落胎。（出自《活人书》）
柴胡、干葛、知母、石膏（各六钱）、大青（八钱）、栀子（一两）、升麻（八钱）、葱白（十四茎）。
将上述药材切碎，用水七碗，煎煮至三碗半，分四次服用。
伤寒安胎。（出自《活人书》）

催生散（出自《产宝》）治疗妊娠伤寒热病，胎死腹中，身冷唇青，不能自出。
苍术（一钱）、桔梗（半钱）、橘红（三分）、白芷、桂心（去皮）、甘草（炙，各一分半）、当归（酒洗）、干姜（炮）、浓朴、芍药、半夏（炮透）、川芎、枳壳（炒，各二分半）、南木香、杏仁（炒，另研，各一分）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，水一碗半，加生姜三片，大枣一枚，煎煮至一碗，温服。未下，再进一服。
治疗妊娠咳嗽（出自《产宝》）
紫菀茸、麦门冬（各一钱半）、桑白皮（蜜炙）、杏仁（炒去皮尖，研）、炙甘草（各二分半）、桔梗（去芦，炒，三分）。
将上述药材切碎，加生姜三片，竹茹一块弹子大，用水一碗半，煎煮至一碗，去渣，加入白蜜一蛤壳许，再煎数沸，温服。
妊娠痰嗽见红。（出自《产宝》）
归身、熟地黄、天门冬、麦门冬、紫菀（各半钱）、桑白皮（蜜炙）、杏仁、炙甘草、桔梗、片黄芩、五味子、阿胶（炒成珠，各二分半）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，痰盛加竹茹一团，用水煎，加入小蓟汁同服。
小产后下血不止。（录自《验方》）
人参、黄芪、当归、白术、白芍药、艾叶、甘草（炙）、阿胶（炒）、川芎、青皮、香附、砂仁。
以上各等量，白水煎服。
小产后心腹疼痛。（录自《验方》）
当归、川芎、熟地黄、白芍药（各一钱）、玄胡索（七分）、桃仁（去皮尖，研细）、红花（各三分）、香附子、青皮（炒黑）、泽兰、牡丹皮（各半钱）。
将上述药材切碎，水一碗半，加入童便、酒各半盏，煎煮至一碗，温服。
安荣汤（出自《产宝》）治疗胎气不固，时常小产，宜预先服用此方，以固胎元。
四物汤加阿胶珠、香附子、白术、黄芩、砂仁、糯米、桑寄生，白水煎服。
治疗儿在腹中叫哭。（出自《产宝》）
又一方 用黄连三五钱，浓煎汁，时时呷下自止。（出自《产宝》）
束胎丸（出自朱丹溪）至七、八个月内服用。
黄芩（炒。夏季一两，春秋七钱，冬季五钱）、白术（二两）、茯苓（七钱半）、陈皮（三两，不见火）。
将上述药材研为细末，粥糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每次服用三、四十丸，白开水送下。
达生散（出自朱丹溪）孕至七、八个月内，服用十数帖很好，易产腹少痛。
大腹皮（原本三钱，恐太多，今用一钱，先扯拨令净，用酒洗，晒干，再用乌豆汁洗净方可用，恐鸩毒害人）。
人参、陈皮、紫苏（连茎叶，各半钱）、白芍药、白术、当归（各一钱）、甘草（炙，二钱）。
将上述药材切碎，作为一剂服用，外加黄杨脑七个（食少胎瘦者不必用），葱五茎。

Alisma Rhizoma (Zexie), Morus Alba Cortex (Sangbaipi), Aurantium Fructus (Zhike, stir-baked with bran until yellow), Areca Seed (Binglang), Akebia Caulis (Mutong), Poria Cocos with Red Core (Chifuling) (all in equal parts).
The above herbs are finely cut. For each dose, take four qian, add five slices of fresh ginger and one cup of water, decoct until eight-tenths remains, and take warm.
Zhang Zhongjing stated in *Jinkui Yaolue*: Women who originally have abundant flesh, where lifting the head causes a sensation of fullness in the body, but now appear emaciated, with a bulge in the center when lifting the head, suffering from torsion of the umbilical cord system, often cause this disease. It can be cured by promoting urination; Shenqi Wan (Kidney Qi Pill) is suitable. This is because the formula contains Poria Cocos. Rehmanniae Radix (Dihuang) serves as the sovereign herb, its function being to tonify the uterus.
Mutong San (from *Liangfang*) treats edema of the body during pregnancy, distension and urgency of the four limbs, and difficult urination, known as Zizhong (Fetal Edema).
Akebia Caulis (Mutong, 1 qian), Costus Root (Muxiang), Terminalia Chebula Pericarpium (Hezipi, 3 fen each), Mosla Herba (Xiangru, 1 qian), Aurantium Fructus (Zhike, stir-fried, 0.5 qian), Areca Seed (Binglang, 0.5 qian), Morus Alba Cortex (Sangbaipi, 1 qian), Scutellaria Baicalensis Root (Tiaoqin, 0.5 qian), Perilla Stem and Leaf (Zisu Jingye, 1 qian).
The above herbs are finely cut as one dose. Add three slices of fresh ginger and one-and-a-half cups of water, decoct until one cup remains, and take warm.
Quansheng Baizhu San (from *Chanbao*) treats puffiness of the face and eyes and swelling of the limbs in pregnant women, named Zizhong (Fetal Edema).
Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 1 liang), Ginger Peel (Shengjiangpi), Areca Stem Bark (Dafupi), Citrus Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi), Poria Cocos (Fuling) (each 0.5 liang).
*Zhimi Fang* uses Poria Cocos Peel (Fulingpi), adds more Morus Alba Cortex (Sangbaipi), and excludes Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu).
The above herbs are ground into fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with rice drink.
Li Yu Tang (Carp Decoction, from *Chanbao*) treats abdominal distension and fullness during pregnancy, or generalized edema, difficult urination, or fetal death in utero. This formula is very effective.
Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Paeonia lactiflora Radix (Baishao) (each 1 qian), Poria Cocos with White Core (Bai Fuling, 1.5 qian), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 2 qian), Tangerine Peel (Juhong, 0.5 qian), Carp (Li Yu, one whole fish, size unrestricted).
The above herbs are finely cut as one dose. Remove scales and guts from the carp, boil in plain water until cooked, remove the fish, use one-and-a-half cups of the broth, add seven slices of fresh ginger, decoct until one cup remains, and take on an empty stomach. The amniotic fluid should discharge. If the fluid does not fully discharge, or if the fetus has died in utero and distension/stuffiness persists, prepare another dose. Continue until the fluid is gone and distension resolves.
Zisu Yin (Perilla Infusion, from *Ju Fang*) treats disharmony of fetal qi, rushing up to the heart and abdomen, causing distension, fullness, and pain, known as Zixuan (Fetal Suspension).
Areca Stem Bark (Dafupi), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Paeonia lactiflora Radix (Baishao), Citrus Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi), Perilla Leaf (Zisu Ye), Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (each 6 fen), Ginseng Radix (Renshen), Licorice Root (Gancao) (each 3 fen).
The above herbs are finely cut as one dose. Add three slices of fresh ginger and five stalks of scallion, decoct in water and take.
Tianxian Teng San (Akebia Vine Powder, from *Chanbao*) treats after conception at three months, swelling gradually spreading from the feet to the knees, difficulty walking, shortness of breath, chest oppression, and poor appetite. If edema is severe enough that yellow fluid oozes from between the toes, it is called Ziqi (Fetal Qi).
Akebia Caulis (Tianxian Teng, washed and lightly stir-fried, also known as Qingmuxiang Teng), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfuzi, stir-fried), Citrus Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi), Licorice Root (Gancao), Lindera Root (Wuyao), Costus Root (Muxiang) (all in equal parts).
The above herbs are finely cut. Take three qian per dose, add three slices of fresh ginger and five leaves of perilla, decoct in water, take three times daily. Stop medication once swelling subsides.
Anrong San (from *Chanbao*) treats scanty, astringent urination progressing to dripping, known as Zilin (Fetal Strangury).
Ophiopogon Tuber (Maimendong), Tectorum Rhizome (Tongcao), Talcum (Huashi), Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Juncus Effusus (Dengxincao), Licorice Root (Gancao) (each 5 qian), Ginseng Radix (Renshen), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong) (each 1 liang).
The above herbs are ground into fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with Ophiopogon Tuber decoction. Caution: Talcum (Huashi) is too slippery and may induce abortion; it can be used only near term. Before six or seven months, do not use it lightly. It is safer to omit this ingredient or add Gardenia Fruit (Zhizi), Smartweed Herb (Qumai), or Ulmus Root Bark (Baiyu). Smartweed Herb (Qumai) is also feared to damage the fetus and should not be used.
Difuzi Tang (Kochia Fruit Decoction, recorded in *Yanfang*) treats Zilin (Fetal Strangury), with astringent and frequent urination.
Kochia Scoparia Herb (Difucao, similar to mustard, commonly called Bai Dixiong), Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi) (each 1 qian), Anemarrhena Rhizome (Zhimu, de-haired and stir-fried), Scutellaria Baicalensis Root (Huangqin), Poria Cocos with Red Core (Chifuling), Paeonia lactiflora Radix (Baishao), Aurantium Fructus (Zhike, stir-baked with bran until yellow, each 7 fen), Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma), Tectorum Rhizome (Tongcao), Licorice Root (Gancao) (each 3 fen).
The above herbs are finely cut as one dose. Add one-and-a-half cups of water, decoct until one cup remains, and take warm.
Another prescription for Zilin (Fetal Strangury):
Kochia Scoparia Herb (Difucao, 4 liang).
Boil in four sheng of water to obtain two sheng, divide into three doses. Alternatively, freshly harvested Kochia Scoparia Herb can be crushed to extract natural juice and taken. This is effective not only for Zilin but for any strangury with urinary obstruction.
Dongkuizi San (Malva Seed Powder, from *Waitai*) treats Zilin (Fetal Strangury), lower abdominal pain, and restless fetus.
Malva Seed (Dongkuizi, stir-fried), Bupleurum Root (Chaihu, remove rhizome), Morus Alba Cortex (Sangbaipi), Poria Cocos with Red Core (Chifuling), Paeonia Red Root (Chishaoyao), Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui) (all in equal parts).
The above herbs are finely cut. Take four qian per dose, add one-and-a-half cups of water, three slices of ginger, and seven cun of white scallion part, decoct until one cup remains, strain, and take warm.
Cheqian San (Plantago Powder, from *Waitai*) treats Zilin (Fetal Strangury), or urinary retention due to heat in the lower jiao.
Areca Seed (Binglang), Akebia Caulis (Mutong), Citrus Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi, remove white pith), Poria Cocos with Red Core (Chifuling), Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi), Paeonia Red Root (Chishaoyao), Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Talcum (Huashi), Pyrosia Folium (Shiwei, roasted, de-haired).
All in equal parts. Take five qian per dose, add one-and-a-half cups of water, decoct until one cup remains, and take warm.
Wangyou San (Forget-Worry Powder, from *Waitai*) treats heat accumulation in the Heart Meridian during pregnancy, red and astringent urine, difficult urination, and painful dripping.
Amber (Hupo, amount unrestricted), Daylily Root (Xuancgen, one handful).
Grind Amber into fine powder. Take half a qian per dose, decoct strongly and take.
Gegen Tang (Kudzu Decoction, from *Ju Fang*) treats eclampsia (Zixian) occurring suddenly near term, with convulsions, unconsciousness, vomiting, dizziness, fainting, recurring after brief recovery.
Fritillaria Bulb (Beimu, remove heart), Kudzu Root (Gegen), Moutan Cortex (Mudanpi), Stephania Tetrandra Root (Fangji), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng), Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Cinnamon Twig (Guixin, stewed), Poria Cocos (Baifuling), Alisma Rhizoma (Zexie) (each 0.5 qian), Licorice Root (Gancao, honey-roasted, 2.5 fen), Angelica Pubescens Root (Duhuo), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao), Ginseng Radix (Renshen) (each 0.5 qian).
The above herbs are finely cut as one dose. Add two cups of water, decoct until one cup remains, take warm, three times daily. Fritillaria Bulb facilitates easy delivery; for those not yet near term, substitute with Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma). Avoid Brassica vegetables (Songcai).
Fangji Tang (Stephania Decoction, from *Ju Fang*) treats stroke with locked jaw, rigid four limbs, and opisthotonos during pregnancy.
Stephania Tetrandra Root (Fangji, 5 qian), Notopterygium Root (Qianghuo, 1.5 qian).
Grind into fine powder. Separately, roast one he of black beans until charred black, throw into good wine, boil, remove beans, mix with powder, pry open mouth and pour in. Repeat if slightly conscious. Effective.
Xiaofeng San (Wind-Dispersing Powder, from *Ju Fang*) treats dizziness and vertigo, blindness, and swollen lumps on cheeks during pregnancy.
Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao, baked), Chrysanthemi Flos (Ganjuhua, remove calyx), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, remove rhizome), Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjiesui), Notopterygium Root (Qianghuo), Antelope Horn (Lingyangjiao, shaved), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Soybean Sprout (Dadou Huangjuan, stir-fried), Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui, soaked in wine and washed), Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi) (each 0.5 qian), Licorice Root (Gancao, 2.5 fen).
The above herbs are finely cut as one dose. Add half a qian of sprouted tea, one-and-a-half cups of water, decoct until one cup remains, take warm after meals.
Tianmendong Yin (Asparagus Decoction, from *Ju Fang*) treats prolonged cough due to external wind-cold invasion during pregnancy, known as Zisou (Fetal Cough).
Asparagus Root (Tianmendong), Aster Flower Bud (Ziwan Rong), Anemarrhena Rhizome (Zhimu, de-haired, wine-washed), Morus Alba Cortex (Sangbaipi, honey-fried) (each 1 qian), Schisandra Berry (Wuweizi), Platycodon Root (Jiegeng, remove rhizome) (each 0.5 qian).
The above herbs are finely cut as one dose. Add one-and-a-half cups of water, decoct until one cup remains. For hemoptysis, add Ophiopogon Tuber (Ejiao) half a qian. For constipation, add Semen Lepidii et Descurainiae (Tinglizi) half a qian.
Baihe San (Lily Powder, from *Ju Fang*) treats cough, irritability, and loss of appetite during pregnancy.
Lily Bulb (Baihe), Aster Flower Bud (Ziwan Rong), Ophiopogon Tuber (Maimendong), Platycodon Root (Jiegeng, remove rhizome), Morus Alba Cortex (Sangbaipi) (each 1 qian), Licorice Root (Gancao, 0.5 qian), Bamboo Shavings (Zhuru, 1 qian).
The above herbs are finely cut as one dose. Add one-and-a-half cups of water, decoct until one cup remains, add half a spoon of honey, boil two or three times, strain, and take warm.
Bawei Wan (Eight-Ingredient Pill, from *Jinkui*) treats urinary retention during pregnancy, named Zhuantong (Reversed Bladder), and also treats Zilin (Fetal Strangury).
This is Shenqi Wan (Kidney Qi Pill) plus Cinnamon Twig (Guixin) and Prepared Aconite Root (Paofuzi), each one liang.
Shen-Zhu Yin (Ginseng and Atractylodes Drink, from Zhu Danxi) treats Zhuantong (Reversed Bladder) during pregnancy.
Si Wu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) plus Ginseng Radix (Renshen), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Pinellia Tuber (Banxia, soaked thoroughly in decoction), Citrus Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi), Licorice Root (Gancao).
The above herbs are finely cut, add ginger, decoct in water and take.
Zhu Danxi said: Zhuantong occurs in pregnant women with weak constitutions, those prone to worry and depression, those with irritable temper, or those consuming rich flavors. Ancient formulas all used slippery/diuretic herbs, rarely effective. I reasoned that the bladder does not rotate itself but is pressed to one side by the fetus, causing torsion of the ureteral system. If the fetus lifts and centers itself, the system loosens, and water passages flow freely. The reason for fetal descent must be found. A concubine of the Wu family suffered this; her pulse was wiry-choppy, heavy pressure felt wiry, left side slightly harmonious. I said: This is due to worry and anxiety. Choppy indicates blood deficiency and qi excess, making fetal qi weak unable to lift; wiry indicates fluid retention. Blood deficiency makes fetus weak; qi excess with fluid retention makes the middle jiao unclear and narrow, so the bladder avoids downward pressure. I gave the above medicine. Then induced vomiting by probing the throat with fingers. After qi settled, administered again. Same next morning. After eight doses, she recovered. To ensure it wasn't coincidence, I treated several others with same result.
Antai San (Fetus-Securing Powder, from *Liangfang*) treats cold-pain in abdomen due to fetal cold, fright due to fetal heat, backache upon movement, abdominal fullness and uterine tension, sudden vaginal bleeding, or injury from falls/strains, toxic food, or epidemic febrile diseases causing alternating chills and fever, damaging the fetal storehouse. All are treated.
Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Aurantium Fructus (Zhike, stir-baked with bran until yellow, each 1.5 qian), Prepared Rehmanniae Radix (Shu Dihuang, 3 qian), Glutinous Rice (Nuomi, 1 he).
The above herbs are finely cut as one dose. Add one-and-a-half cups of water, three slices of ginger, one jujube, plus three to five qian of gold/silver, decoct together until one cup remains, take warm.
Rusheng San (Like-Sage Powder, from *Chanbao*) treats abdominal pain and restless fetus during pregnancy.
Carp Skin (Li Yu Pi), Angelica Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Prepared Rehmanniae Radix (Shu Dihuang), Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao, stir-fried to beads), Paeonia lactiflora Radix (Baishao), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Dipsacus Root (Chuanduan, wine-soaked), Licorice Root (Gancao, honey-roasted) (all in equal parts).
The above herbs are finely cut. Take four qian per dose, add one-and-a-half cups of water, three slices of ginger, about half a qian of Ramie Root (Zhuma Gen), decoct until one cup remains, take warm. Another variant adds Dried Ginger (Ganjiang) and Bamboo Shavings (Zhuru), without Dipsacus Root (Chuanduan).
Jiawei Siwu Tang (Modified Four Substances Decoction, from *Liangfang*) treats continuous bleeding during pregnancy.
Base formula plus Mugwort Leaf (Aiye, 30 leaves), Beaded Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao Zhu, 1 qian).
The above herbs are finely cut. Take four qian per dose, add one-and-a-half cups of water, a little dried plum meat (Wumei Rou), decoct together until one cup remains, take hot. Continue for three to four doses to stop bleeding.
Zhu Gen Tang (Ramie Root Decoction, from *Liangfang*) stops bleeding and secures fetus.
Wild Ramie Root (Ye Zhu, 2 liang, stir-fried).
Use one cup of wine and one cup of water, add gold/silver, decoct together until one cup remains, take warm.
Sangjisheng San (Taxillus Powder, from *Liangfang*) treats continuous bleeding and restless fetus during pregnancy.
Taxillus Branch (Sangjisheng), Angelica Sinensis Radix (Chuan Gui), Dipsacus Root (Chuan Xu Duan), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuan Xiong), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiang Fu), Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao, stir-fried), Spirit of Poria (Fushen), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu), Ginseng Radix (Renshen), Licorice Root (Gancao) (each 0.5 qian).
