【方歌】漆疮感受漆毒生，腠理不密肿焮红，初发觉痒后如疹，
皮破流水更兼疼。
【注】此证由人之腠理不密，感漆辛热之毒而生。初发面痒而
肿，抓之渐似瘾疹，色红，遍传肢体焮痛，皮破烂斑，
流水，甚者寒热交作。宜韭菜汁调三白散涂之，内服化
斑解毒汤。忌浴热水，戒油腻厚味发物。或用神麴研为
末，生蟹黄调涂患处尤效。
方剂：三白散
组成：铅粉（一两） 轻粉（五钱）
石膏（〔火段〕，三钱）
共研匀，韭菜汁调敷，纸盖。如无韭菜汁，凉水调
亦可。
【方歌】三白散敷漆疮消，轻粉铅粉〔火段〕石膏，去热解毒功
效速，研匀须用韭汁调。
又方：化斑解毒汤（肋部内发毒疮）
【方歌】血箭毛孔射出血，心火炽迫血乱行，桃花散用凉水敷，
再涂金墨即能停。
【注】此证一名肌衄，由心肺火盛，逼血从毛孔中射出如箭。
宜服凉血地黄汤，外用桃花散，以凉水调敷；或用金墨
研末，醋调凉涂，其血即止。
方剂：凉血地黄汤
组成：生地（三钱） 黄连
当归（各一钱五分） 甘草
栀子（生，研） 元参（各一钱）
黄芩（二钱）
水二钟，煎八分，量病上下服之。
【方歌】凉血地黄心火盛，毛孔血溢不归经，黄连归草芩栀子，
元参煎服效通灵。
又方：桃花散
组成：白石灰半升，用水泼成末，与大黄片一两五钱同炒，以
灰变红色为度；去大黄，将石灰筛细，用凉水调敷。
【方歌】桃花止血最为良，一两五钱生大黄，半升石灰相并炒，
去军研筛水调强。
【方歌】漆疮是由于感受漆毒所致，因腠理（皮肤纹理及汗孔）不致密，导致局部肿胀、灼热发红。初期感觉瘙痒，随后出现类似皮疹的症状，若皮肤破损则流水并伴有疼痛。
【注】此病证是因为人体腠理不致密，感受了漆辛热性质的毒邪而引发。初发时面部瘙痒且肿胀，抓挠后逐渐类似瘾疹（风团样皮疹），颜色发红，蔓延至全身肢体，出现灼热疼痛，皮肤破损结痂，渗出液体，严重的甚至出现寒战与发热交替发作。适宜用韭菜汁调和三白散外涂患处，内服化斑解毒汤。禁止用热水洗澡，忌食油腻、厚味及易诱发疾病的发物。或者将神曲研成粉末，用生蟹黄调和涂抹患处，效果更佳。
方剂：三白散
组成：铅粉（一两）、轻粉（五钱）、石膏（煅制，三钱）。
共同研磨均匀，用韭菜汁调敷，用纸覆盖。如果没有韭菜汁，用凉水调和也可以。
【方歌】三白散外敷可消除漆疮，由轻粉、铅粉和煅石膏组成，清热去火、解毒功效迅速，研磨均匀必须用韭菜汁调和。
【方歌】血箭表现为毛孔中喷射出血，这是由于心火炽盛逼迫血液乱行所致。使用桃花散以凉水外敷，再涂抹金墨即可止血。
【注】此病证又名肌衄（皮下出血或渗血），是由心肺火气旺盛，逼迫血液从毛孔中射出，状如箭矢。适宜服用凉血地黄汤，外用桃花散，用凉水调敷；或者将金墨研成粉末，用醋调和后凉涂，血液即可停止。
方剂：凉血地黄汤
组成：生地（三钱）、黄连、当归（各一钱五分）、甘草、栀子（生用，研碎）、元参（各一钱）、黄芩（二钱）。
加水两钟，煎煮至八分满，根据病变部位在上或在下调整服用量。
【方歌】凉血地黄汤针对心火旺盛，使毛孔溢出的血液回归正常经络，由黄连、当归、甘草、黄芩、栀子、元参煎服，效果通灵显著。
又一方：桃花散
组成：白石灰半升，用水泼洒使其成为粉末，与大黄片一两五钱共同炒制，直到石灰变成红色为止；去掉大黄，将石灰筛细，用凉水调敷。
[Formula Song] Eczema caused by lacquer (Lacquer dermatitis) arises from exposure to lacquer toxin; due to loose Cou Li (skin texture and pores), swelling, burning heat, and redness occur. Initially, itching is felt, followed by rash-like lesions; if the skin breaks, fluid oozes out accompanied by pain.
[Note] This condition results from the body's Cou Li being insufficiently dense, allowing the acrid-heat toxin of lacquer to invade. It begins with facial itching and swelling; scratching leads to symptoms resembling Wind-Urticaria (Urticaria), with redness spreading across the limbs, causing burning pain, broken skin, crusting, and exudation. In severe cases, alternating chills and fever may occur. It is suitable to apply San Bai San (Three Whites Powder) mixed with Chinese Chive Juice topically, and internally administer Hua Ban Jie Du Tang (Spot-Resolving Detoxifying Decoction). Avoid bathing in hot water, and refrain from consuming greasy, rich foods or "Fa Wu" (triggering foods that exacerbate disease). Alternatively, grinding Shen Qu (Medicated Leaven) into powder and mixing it with raw Crab Yellow for topical application on the affected area is particularly effective.
Formula: San Bai San (Three Whites Powder)
Composition: Qian Fen (Lead Carbonate, 1 liang), Qing Fen (Calomel, 5 qian), Shi Gao (Gypsum Fibrosum, calcined, 3 qian).
Grind together uniformly, mix with Chinese Chive Juice for topical application, and cover with paper. If Chinese Chive Juice is unavailable, cold water can be used for mixing.
[Formula Song] San Bai San applied topically eliminates lacquer dermatitis; composed of Calomel, Lead Carbonate, and calcined Gypsum, it rapidly clears heat and detoxifies; uniform grinding requires mixing with Chinese Chive Juice.
Another Formula: Hua Ban Jie Du Tang (Spot-Resolving Detoxifying Decoction) [Indicated for toxic sores erupting from within the hypochondriac region]
[Formula Song] Blood-Arrow (Blood spurting from pores) manifests as blood shooting out from hair follicles, caused by blazing Heart Fire forcing blood to circulate chaotically. Apply Tao Hua San (Peach Blossom Powder) mixed with cold water, then apply Gold Ink to stop bleeding immediately.
[Note] This condition is also known as Ji Nu (Subcutaneous bleeding/oozing). It is caused by excessive fire in the Heart and Lungs, forcing blood to shoot out from the pores like arrows. It is suitable to take Liang Xue Di Huang Tang (Cool-Blood Rehmannia Decoction) internally, and externally apply Tao Hua San mixed with cold water; or grind Gold Ink into powder, mix with vinegar for cool topical application, which will stop the bleeding.
Formula: Liang Xue Di Huang Tang (Cool-Blood Rehmannia Decoction)
Composition: Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix, 3 qian), Huang Lian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (each 1.5 qian), Gan Cao (Licorice Root), Zhi Zi (Gardeniae Fructus, raw, crushed), Yuan Shen (Scrophulariae Radix) (each 1 qian), Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix, 2 qian).
Add two zhong of water, decoct until reduced to eight fen. Administer according to whether the pathology is located superiorly or inferiorly.
[Formula Song] Liang Xue Di Huang Tang addresses excessive Heart Fire, returning overflowing blood from pores to its proper vessels; decocted with Coptis, Angelica, Licorice, Scutellaria, Gardenia, and Scrophularia, its efficacy is miraculous.
Another Formula: Tao Hua San (Peach Blossom Powder)
Composition: Bai Shi Hui (White Lime Ash, half sheng). Sprinkle with water to turn into powder, stir-fry together with Da Huang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 1.5 liang) slices until the ash turns red; remove Da Huang, sift the lime ash finely, and mix with cold water for topical application.
[Formula Song] Peach Blossom Powder is excellent for stopping bleeding; use 1.5 liang of raw Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, stir-fried with half a sheng of lime ash; after removing Rhei, grind and sift, and mixing with water enhances its strength.
