【方歌】血痣初起似痣形，渐大如豆其色红，揩破外皮流鲜血，
肝经怒火郁血成。

，触破时流鲜血，用花蕊石散撒之。血已止，宜冰蛳散
枯去本痣，以月白珍珠撒搽，太乙膏盖贴，生皮即愈。
出血甚者，服凉血地黄汤，兼戒厚味发物。

紫苏 羌活

共为细末，罐收；临用时，撒于患处。

【方歌】酸痛本于寒气侵，郁者肌肤痛连心，衣触手捺无皮状，
法宜椒酒绵〔塌〕温。
【注】此证系暴寒侵袭肌肤之中，寒郁不行，偶犯衣触或以手
捺，疼痛连心，似乎如无皮之状。法宜胡椒四钱，烧酒
四两，共入磁碗内，重汤炖煮，以软绵蘸酒，温塌熨痛
处即效。
【方歌】血痣初起时形状像普通的痣，逐渐增大如豆粒大小，颜色发红，擦拭破损外皮后流出鲜血，这是由于肝经怒火郁结导致血液停滞而成。
【注】此证候由肝经怒火、血液郁滞而形成。初起时像痣一样色红，逐渐增大如豆粒，触碰破裂时流出鲜血，可用花蕊石散撒敷患处。出血停止后，宜用冰蛳散腐蚀去除原有的血痣，然后用月白珍珠散涂抹搽擦，最后用太乙膏覆盖贴敷，皮肤即可愈合。若出血严重，服用凉血地黄汤，同时忌食油腻厚味及发物。

【注】此证候系暴寒侵袭肌肤之中，寒邪郁结不得运行，偶尔被衣物摩擦或以手按压，疼痛牵连内心，似乎如同没有皮肤保护的状况。治疗方法适宜取胡椒四钱，烧酒四两，共同放入瓷碗中，隔水炖煮，用软棉蘸取药酒，温热熨烫疼痛处即见效。
[Formula Song] Blood moles initially resemble ordinary moles in shape, gradually enlarging to the size of a bean with a red color; wiping off the broken epidermis causes fresh blood to flow. This is caused by liver meridian fire anger and stagnant blood.

Huarui Shi San (Flower Pyrite Powder) should be sprinkled on the affected area. Once bleeding stops, Bing Si San (Ice Snail Powder) should be used to cauterize and remove the original blood mole, followed by applying Yuebai Zhenzhu San (Moon-white Pearl Powder), and covering with Taiyi Gao (Taiyi Plaster). The skin will heal. If bleeding is severe, Liangxue Dihuang Tang (Cooling Blood and Rehmannia Decoction) should be taken, along with avoiding rich flavors and triggering foods.
Formula: Huari Shi San (Flower Pyrite Powder)
Composition: Huari Shi (Flower Pyrite) (calcined, quenched seven times in child's urine, 5 qian), Caowu (Aconitum Kusnezoffii Root), Nanting (Arisaema Cum Bile), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex), Zisu (Perillae Folium), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Moyao (Myrrha), Qingfen (Calomelas), Longgu (Fossilia Ossis Mastodi et Scapulae) (calcined), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Tanxiang (Santalum Album Lignum), Sumu (Pterocarpi Santalinus Lignum), Ruxiang (Olibanum), Shehanshi (Ophiopogonis Radix? *Note: Text says Shehanshi, typically refers to Ophiopogon or specific stone, here kept as Shehanshi*) (calcined, quenched three times in child's urine), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Jiangzhenxiang (Daemonorops Draconis Resina) (each 2 qian), Shexiang (Moschus) (3 fen).
Grind all into fine powder, store in a jar; when using, sprinkle on the affected area.
[Formula Song] Huari Shi San strongly stops bleeding, Caowu, Nanting, Baizhi, Houpo, Zisu, Qianghuo, Moyao, Qingfen, Longgu, Xixin, Tanxiang, Shexiang, Sumu, Ruxiang, Danggui, Shehanshi, Jiangzhenxiang.

Occasionally, friction from clothes or pressure from hands causes pain connecting to the heart, feeling as if there were no skin protection. The treatment method suits taking 4 qian of Huajiao (Zanthoxylum Fruit) and 4 liang of Sha Jiu (Baijiu/White Spirit), placing them together in a porcelain bowl, stewing over boiling water, dipping soft cotton in the wine, and applying warm compresses to the painful area for immediate effect.
