[4]从肺系横出腋下,至于中府、云门穴,下循臑内天府、侠白穴;
从侠白行少阴心主经脉之前,下行肘中尺泽穴;
从尺泽循臂内上骨下廉孔最穴,从孔最入寸口列缺、经渠、太渊穴;

[4] 从肺系横向走出腋下,到达中府穴、云门穴,向下沿上臂内侧的天府穴、侠白穴;
从侠白穴行于手少阴心经和手厥阴心包经的前面,下行至肘中的尺泽穴;
从尺泽穴沿前臂内侧桡骨下缘至孔最穴,从孔最穴进入寸口的列缺穴、经渠穴、太渊穴;
The Lung Meridian of Hand-Taiyin originates in the Middle Jiao (Middle Burner), descends to connect with the Large Intestine, returns to follow the stomach opening, ascends through the diaphragm and belongs to the Lung. From the lung system (trachea, larynx, and associated tissues), it emerges horizontally from the armpit,
descends along the medial aspect of the upper arm, running anterior to the Heart Meridian of Hand-Shaoyin and Pericardium Meridian of Hand-Jueyin, descends into the cubital fossa, follows the medial border of the forearm bone, enters the Cun Kou (radial pulse point), ascends to the Thenar eminence,
follows the margin of the thenar eminence, and exits at the tip of the thumb; its branch arises from behind the wrist, goes straight to the medial border of the index finger, and reaches its end (Figure 39).
Text:
The Qi of the Hand-Taiyin Lung Meridian is generated in the Middle Jiao, connects with the intestines, circulates along the stomach, and spreads diffusely. It ascends through the diaphragm, belongs to the Lung, emerges horizontally from the lung system, passes through the axilla, upper arm, and elbow,
continues along the forearm to the Cun Kou and the thenar eminence, communicates at the lateral side of the nail root of the thumb. The branch diverges from behind the wrist, travels to the medial side of the index finger, and connects with the Yangming Meridian.
Note: [1] The meridian of the Hand-Taiyin Lung Meridian originating in the Middle Jiao refers to its starting point at the Zhongwan (CV12) acupoint on the Ren Mai (Conception Vessel).
[2] "Descends to connect with the Large Intestine, returns to follow the stomach opening" means that the collateral vessels of this meridian spread and circulate; downward they connect with the Large Intestine,
and upward they follow the stomach opening. This does not refer to the main meridian ascending through the diaphragm to directly belong to the Lung.
[3] Since the flow of meridians and collaterals is continuous and cyclical without beginning or end, the meridian of Hand-Taiyin must necessarily originate from the branch of the Foot-Jueyin Liver Meridian at the Qimen (LR14) acupoint,
travel to the Zhongwan (CV12) acupoint, ascend through the diaphragm to belong to the Lung, thereby connecting with the Hand-Taiyin Lung Meridian.
[4] Emerging horizontally from the lung system into the axilla, it reaches the Zhongfu (LU1) and Yunmen (LU2) acupoints, descending along the medial aspect of the upper arm to the Tianfu (LU3) and Xiabai (LU4) acupoints;
from Xiabai, it runs anterior to the Heart Meridian of Hand-Shaoyin and Pericardium Meridian of Hand-Jueyin, descending to the Chize (LU5) acupoint in the cubital fossa;
from Chize, following the medial border of the forearm bone, it reaches the Kongzui (LU6) acupoint, entering the Cun Kou region at the Lieque (LU7), Jingqu (LU8), and Taiyuan (LU9) acupoints;
from Taiyuan, it ascends to the Thenar eminence (pause) and enters the Yuji (LU10) acupoint; from Yuji, it exits at the Shaoshang (LU11) acupoint at the tip of the thumb, where it terminates.
[5] Its branch arises straight from behind the wrist, follows the medial border of the index finger to its tip, thereby connecting with the Hand-Yangming Large Intestine Meridian.
