Leukorrhea arises from the failure of the extraordinary vessels (Extraordinary Vessels) to secure and contain. The essence and qi of the Spleen fail to transport upward to the Lungs and instead flow downward, resulting in leukorrhea. Alternatively, it may occur due to excessive blood loss during childbirth, where the blood transforms into leukorrheal discharge.
I often treat this condition with my self-formulated Duanxia Wan (Stop Leukorrhea Pill), which invariably yields immediate results.
(The prescription is detailed in the Section on Regulating Menstruation)
(Attached: Edema Syndrome)
Postpartum abdominal distension occurs because of pre-pregnancy deficiency of Yuan Qi (Original Qi), coupled with excessive consumption of soups and fluids; or it affects individuals who habitually have phlegm-dampness, who mistakenly take Qi-breaking or Qi-damaging herbs after childbirth.
(Self-formulated Prescription)
Treats postpartum abdominal fullness and distension, and also treats edema syndrome.
Prepared Pinellia Rhizome (Jiang Banxia, 1.5 qian)
Magnolia Bark (Noupu, 1.5 qian)
Poria (Fuling, 3 qian)
Perilla Leaf (Suye, 1 qian)
Ginseng Root (Renshen, used according to deficiency or excess)

If complicated by food stagnation, add Barley Sprout (Maiya, 3 qian) and Medicated Leaven (Shenqu, 2 qian). If complicated by blood stasis, add Curcuma Zedoaria Rhizome (Pengzhu) and Cyperus Rhizome (Xiangfu, 1 qian each). If complicated by dampness, add Perilla Leaf (Zisu, 1 qian).
For postpartum swelling and abdominal fullness where Qi-tonifying and blood-activating prescriptions have failed, this modified formula should be used.

The above fifteen herbs are ground into fine powder, mixed with honey, and formed into pills the size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose, once daily, dissolved in boiling water; or decocted in one bowl of water is also acceptable.
Seven Pain Syndromes
Various pains after childbirth are due to Blood deficiency, otherwise they are due to Blood stasis. This clearly distinguishes between deficiency and excess: presence of stasis indicates excess; absence of stasis indicates deficiency. Severe pain throughout the body is caused by pathogenic invasion of the Taiyang (Greater Yang) channel; headache is due to Blood stasis; lower back pain belongs to Kidney deficiency. Therefore, lower back pain... Ancient sages first... summarized... listed below.
