乳香（制去油） 苍术 细辛 甘草 川芎（各一钱） 降香 檀香（各一两）
共末。以红枣肉炼丸。如弹子大。遇疫病盛行时。逐日于香炉中焚烧。以除邪秽。
雄黄（顶好者一两） 鬼箭羽 丹参 赤小豆（各一两）
共为末蜜丸。如桐子大。每服五丸。空腹温汤下。可不染瘟疫也。
治瘟邪憎寒壮热。体重头疼。遍身酸痛。口苦咽燥。胸腹闷满等症。

共研为末。用红枣肉炼制成丸，大小如弹子。在疫病盛行时，每日在香炉中焚烧，以祛除邪气秽浊。
雄黄（质地最好的，一两）、鬼箭羽、丹参、赤小豆（各一两）。
共研为末，用蜂蜜炼制成丸，大小如梧桐子大。每次服用五丸，空腹时用温开水送服。可以预防感染瘟疫。
治疗瘟邪引起的憎寒壮热（怕冷且高热）、身体沉重、头痛、全身酸痛、口苦咽干、胸腹部闷胀满等病症。
僵蚕（炒制，二钱）、蝉蜕（一钱）、神曲（三钱）、银花（二钱）、生地（三钱）、炒车前子、木通（各一钱）。
加水煎煮，冲入陈酒一小盏，白蜜三匙，以微微出汗为妙。
治疗壮热憎寒、身体沉重、舌干、气喘呼吸短促、咽喉不利、面部浮肿、眼睛发红。
僵蚕（酒炒，二钱）、蝉蜕（一钱）、银花、泽兰（各二钱）、橘红、龙胆草（各八分）、黄连、黄芩、甘草（五分），加大黄（三钱）。如果咽喉疼痛，加牛蒡子（炒制，二钱）；头面不肿的，去掉白附子一味药。
治疗身体发热、面色红赤、咽喉疼痛，或者发疹不透畅。适宜使用此方。
炒僵蚕（二钱）、蝉蜕（八分）、银花、泽兰、当归（各二钱）、生地（五钱）、生石膏（四钱）。
加水煎煮，加入蜂蜜三匙，童便一盏冲服。或者加少许陈酒冲服。
治疗瘟疫引起的呕吐痰涎如红汁、腹部像圆箕一样胀大、手足抽搐发疹、头部肿胀、舌头溃烂、咽喉痹塞等危急疑难重症。
元参（一两）、茯苓、石膏（各五钱）、酒炒僵蚕（二钱）、蝉蜕（七个）、荆芥（二钱）、黄芩（未注明剂量，依原文保留）。
加水煎煮，加入蜂蜜五匙，酒一盏，慢慢当作饮品服用，不宜急服。

Ruxiang (Frankincense, processed to remove oil), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (each 1 qian), Jiangxiang (Sappan Lignum), Tanxiang (Sandalwood) (each 1 liang).
Grind into powder. Form pills with red date flesh and refined honey, size of a bullet. When epidemics are prevalent, burn daily in an incense burner to dispel evil pathogens and filth.
Xionghuang (Realgar, best quality, 1 liang), Guijianyu (Ardisiae Japonicae Caulis), Danshen (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Chixiaodou (Adzuki Bean) (each 1 liang).
Grind into powder, form pills with honey, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take five pills each time, swallow with warm water on an empty stomach. This can prevent infection with plague/epidemic diseases.
Treats symptoms caused by epidemic pathogenic factors such as aversion to cold with high fever, heavy body, headache, generalized body soreness and pain, bitter taste in mouth and dry throat, chest and abdominal fullness and distension.
Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, stir-fried, 2 qian), Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum, 1 qian), Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata, 3 qian), Yinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, 2 qian), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, 3 qian), Chao Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen, stir-fried), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis) (each 1 qian).
Decoct in water, add one small cup of aged wine and three spoons of white honey. The ideal outcome is slight sweating.
Treats high fever with aversion to cold, heavy body, dry tongue, panting and shortness of breath, throat discomfort, facial swelling, and red eyes.
Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, wine-fried, 2 qian), Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum, 1 qian), Yinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos), Zelan (Agastachis Herba) (each 2 qian), Juhong (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Rubrum), Longdancao (Gentianae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 8 fen), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (5 fen), plus Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 3 qian). If there is sore throat, add Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus, stir-fried, 2 qian); if the head and face are not swollen, remove Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma).
Treats body heat, red face, sore throat, or rashes that do not erupt fully. This formula is suitable.
Chao Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, stir-fried, 2 qian), Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum, 8 fen), Yinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos), Zelan (Agastachis Herba), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (each 2 qian), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, 5 qian), Sheng Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, 4 qian).
Decoct in water, add three spoons of honey and one cup of child's urine (Tongbian) to mix. Alternatively, add a little aged wine to mix.
Treats critical and doubtful severe conditions caused by plague, such as vomiting phlegm-saliva resembling red juice, abdomen distended like a round basket, convulsions of hands and feet with rashes, head swelling, ulcerated tongue, and throat obstruction.
Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix, 1 liang), Fuling (Poria), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) (each 5 qian), Jiuchao Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, wine-fried, 2 qian), Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum, 7 pieces), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica, 2 qian), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix).
Decoct in water, add five spoons of honey and one cup of wine. Drink slowly as a beverage; do not take hastily.
