Bulang (Step Corridor), Shenfeng (Spirit Seal), Lingxu (Spirit Cave) are positioned. Shencang (Spirit Storage), Zhongshu (Middle Palace) are complete.
The Foot-Shaoyin is the meridian of the Kidney. It comprises twenty-seven acupoints, totaling fifty-four on both sides. This meridian is abundant in Qi and deficient in Blood. There are two kidneys, shaped like stone eggs, with a black-purple color, located below and on both sides of the Stomach, extending into the spine muscles attached to the fourteenth vertebral body, level with the umbilicus anteriorly and posteriorly. The pulse of the Foot-Shaoyin Kidney Meridian originates at the tip of the little toe, slanting towards the center of the foot. "Qu" means to tend towards. The Foot-Shaoyin starts below the little toe, slanting towards Yongquan acupoint at the center of the foot, which is located in the depression of the sole, in the hollow when the foot is flexed and toes curled.
It emerges below Ran Gu, follows behind the medial malleolus, branches into the heel, ascends along the medial aspect of the lower leg, and emerges at the anteromedial border of the lower leg. "Gen" refers to the heel. From Yongquan, it turns to Ran Gu at the medial malleolus, ascends behind the medial malleolus to Taixi, branches into the heel to Dazhong, Zhaohai, and Shuiquan. Then, turning from the outside of Dazhong, it ascends along the medial malleolus, running posterior to the Jueyin and Taiyin meridians, passing through Fuliu and Jiaoxin, crossing Sanyinjiao (SP6), ascending along the medial aspect of the lower leg, following Zubin, emerging at the anteromedial border of the lower leg, and reaching Yinggu.
○ Ran Gu: Located in the depression distal to the large bone anterior to the medial malleolus.

○ Yinggu: Located posterior to the medial condyle of the tibia, under the large tendon and above the small tendon; palpable upon pressure, obtained by flexing the knee.
It ascends along the posteromedial border of the thigh, penetrates the spine, connects to the Kidney, and links with the Bladder. From Yinggu, it ascends along the posteromedial border of the thigh, penetrates the spine, and meets Changqiang (DU1) in the spine. Returning to the front, it follows Henggu, Dahe, Qixue, Siman, Zhongzhu, and Huangshu. At the location of Huangshu, on both sides of the umbilicus, it connects to the Kidney. Descending below the umbilicus, it passes through Guanyuan (CV4) and Zhongji (CV3) to link with the Bladder.

Acupoint Song of the Hand-Jueyin Pericardium Meridian: Nine acupoints of the Hand-Jueyin Pericardium. Tianchi, Tianquan, Quze deep. Ximen, Jianshi, Neiguan opposite. Daling, Laogong, Zhongchong prepared.
The Hand-Jueyin Pericardium Meridian is the meridian of the Pericardium. It has nine acupoints, totaling eighteen on both sides. This meridian is abundant in Blood and deficient in Qi. The Pericardium, also called Hand Xin Zhu, according to Zang-Fu theory, is located above the horizontal membrane and below the vertical membrane beneath the Heart, adhering to the horizontal membrane. The Heart is wrapped in yellow fat; outside this fat, fine fibrous membranes like silk connect to the Heart and Lungs; this is the Pericardium. Question: Why is the Hand-Jueyin Meridian called Xin Zhu (Heart Master) and also Xin Bao Luo (Pericardium Collateral)? Answer: The Minister Fire acts by position, while the Ruler Fire acts by name. The Hand-Jueyin performs the duties of the Ruler Fire. Functionally, it is called Hand Xin Zhu; structurally, it is called Xin Bao Luo. One meridian with two names, actually representing the Minister Fire.
The pulse of the Hand-Jueyin Pericardium Meridian originates in the chest, emerges to connect to the Pericardium, descends through the diaphragm, and sequentially connects to the San Jiao (Triple Burner). The Hand-Jueyin receives transmission from the Foot-Shaoyin, originating in the chest, emerging to connect to the Pericardium, descending through the diaphragm, and connecting to the upper, middle, and lower parts of the San Jiao (the lower part being one cun below the umbilicus).
Its branch: Follows the chest, emerges from the hypochondrium, descends three cun below the axilla, ascends to reach the axilla, descends along the medial aspect of the arm, runs between the Taiyin and Shaoyin meridians, and enters the elbow. The upper border of the armpit is the axilla. From connecting to the Pericardium, it ascends along the chest, emerges from the hypochondrium, descends three cun below the axilla to Tianchi, ascends to the axilla, descends along the medial arm to Tianquan, situated between the Taiyin and Shaoyin meridians, and enters Quze in the elbow.

○ Zhongchong: At the tip of the middle finger of the hand, in the depression about the width of a leek leaf from the nail.
Its separate branch: From the palm, follows the fourth finger (ring finger) and emerges at its tip. The fourth finger is the ring finger; counting backwards from the little finger, it is the second finger. This branch separates from Laogong in the palm, follows the ring finger to its tip, and connects to the Hand-Shaoyang San Jiao Meridian.
Pathogenic changes (Shi Dong): Symptoms include heat in the palm, spasms and stiffness of the arm and elbow, axillary swelling, severe cases showing chest and hypochondriac fullness, palpitations ("dan dan"), red face, yellow eyes, excessive laughter. These are diseases of the vessels governed by this meridian. Vexation, heart pain, heat in the palm. Excess pattern: Cun Kou pulse is ten times larger than Ren Ying. Deficiency pattern: Cun Kou pulse is smaller than Ren Ying.
