For all malignant Zhu diseases with severe dyspnea nearing death, or chronic cases unhealed for years, for males, locate the tiger's mouth wrinkle on the left hand, and moxa at the space between the left nipple and the fourth finger near the joint of the little finger. For females, use the right hand.
