上件以寒食面为糊，丸如桐子大，用薄荷水化一丸。
治小儿外伤风冷，解肌。
浓朴（去皮，以姜汁涂，炙令香） 苍术 陈皮（去白，各一两） 干姜（三分） 甘
草（半两）
上件同为细末，每服一钱，水一盏，入生姜二片，枣一枚，同煎至六分，热服。
治小儿惊风，伤寒，四五日未得汗，摇头扑手，上窜，多啼叫，不睡，吃水
铅白霜（半两） 山栀子（一两） 甘草（炙，半两） 马牙硝 朱砂 人参 天竺黄
（各半两）
上七味为末，炼蜜为丸如桐子大，每服一丸，冷热蜜汤化下。
治小儿惊食哽气。
青黛（一分） 木香 豆蔻 槟榔（各一分） 麝香（一钱） 续随子（一两，去皮） 虾
蟆（三个，烧存性）
上七味同为细末，炼蜜为丸如绿豆大，每服五丸，薄荷汤下。
治小儿惊涎壅热，睡中惊搐，惊叫，解心脏，安神魂。
朱砂（一两半，好者） 铁粉（半钱） 铅霜（一钱） 天竺黄（一钱） 龙脑（半钱，
以上五味，并同细研） 甘草（一钱，炙） 人参（一分） 使君子（一钱，面裹，煨）
上后三味先研为末，细罗了，却入前五味，同研令极细，和匀后，以银器或新瓷器内贮
之，服一字，蜜水调下，看小儿大小，加减用之。

以上药材共同研磨成细末，每次服用一钱，用水一盏，加入生姜两片、大枣一枚，一同煎煮至六分满，热服。
治疗小儿惊风，伤寒，四五日未能出汗，出现摇头、拍打手部、向上窜动、多啼叫、无法入睡等症状。
铅白霜（半两） 山栀子（一两） 甘草（炙，半两） 马牙硝 朱砂 人参 天竺黄（各半两）
以上七味药研磨成末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，每次服用一丸，用冷热适宜的蜜汤化开服用。
治疗小儿因惊食导致的哽气（气机阻滞）。
青黛（一分） 木香 豆蔻 槟榔（各一分） 麝香（一钱） 续随子（一两，去皮） 虾蟆（三个，烧存性）
以上七味药共同研磨成细末，用炼蜜制成绿豆大小的丸剂，每次服用五丸，用薄荷汤送服。
治疗小儿惊涎壅盛发热，睡眠中惊厥抽搐，惊叫，解除心脏热毒，安定神魂。
朱砂（一两半，质地好的） 铁粉（半钱） 铅霜（一钱） 天竺黄（一钱） 龙脑（半钱，以上五味药，一并同研极细） 甘草（一钱，炙） 人参（一分） 使君子（一钱，用面粉包裹，煨制）
以上后三味药先研磨成末，过细筛后，再与前五味药混合，共同研磨至极细，搅拌均匀后，用银器或新瓷器储存，服用一字量，用蜜水调下，根据小儿年龄大小，酌情加减用量。

The above ingredients are mixed with cold-food flour paste to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Administer one pill dissolved in mint water.
Treats pediatric exterior wind-cold injury due to external trauma, with the effect of releasing the muscle layer (jie ji).
Hou Po (Magnolia Bark) (peeled, coated with ginger juice, roasted until fragrant) Cang Zhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) Chen Pi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) (white part removed, each 1 liang) Gan Jiang (Dried Ginger) (3 fen) Gan Cao (Licorice Root) (0.5 liang)
The above ingredients are ground into a fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose, with 1 cup of water, add 2 slices of fresh ginger and 1 jujube, decoct together until reduced to 0.6 cup, and take warm.
Treats pediatric convulsion (jing feng) and cold damage (shang han), where sweat has not been produced after four or five days, accompanied by head shaking, hand slapping, upward staring, frequent crying, and insomnia.

The above seven herbs are ground into powder, formed into pills the size of paulownia seeds using refined honey. Take one pill per dose, dissolved in honey water of appropriate temperature.
Treats pediatric qi obstruction (geng qi) caused by convulsion and food stagnation.

The above seven herbs are ground into a fine powder, formed into pills the size of mung beans using refined honey. Take five pills per dose, washed down with mint tea.
Treats pediatric phlegm-heat congestion from convulsion, nocturnal convulsive twitching, startled crying, clearing heart heat, and calming the spirit and soul.
Zhu Sha (Cinnabar) (1.5 liang, high quality) Tie Fen (Iron Powder) (0.5 qian) Qian Shuang (Lead Frost) (1 qian) Tian Zhu Huang (Bambusa Textilis Calamus) (1 qian) Long Nao (Borneolum Syntheticum) (0.5 qian; the above five herbs are ground together finely) Gan Cao (Licorice Root) (1 qian, roasted) Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (1 fen) Shi Jun Zi (Areca Seed) (1 qian, wrapped in flour, roasted)
First grind the last three herbs into powder and sieve them finely. Then mix with the previous five herbs and grind together until extremely fine. Blend uniformly and store in a silver vessel or new porcelain container. Take an amount equivalent to "one character" (approx. 0.3-0.5 g), mixed with honey water. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and size.
