阿魏（一分，使童便磨一处） 东引桃枝（小者一大握，槌碎） 甘草 青蒿（一大握，
如用其子，只用一两半） 槟榔（一两，为末） 葱白（二寸，连根。）
上用童便二升，浸桃枝、甘草、青蒿、葱白、四味。一宿，来日五更初，煎取六合，去
滓，然后入阿魏，更煎两沸，分为二服，每服临吃时，入槟榔末半两，同服，如觉心头恶，
必吐，吐后更进第二服，如是服前一服后，心头安稳，即须进二服，必然通转当下，必见恶
物，服时仍不得令人与患者面对，恐恶虫飞入人口鼻内。
此药如是女人患，须是男子面向北与煎，如男子患，却须女人向北与煎，仍忌猫狗见，
患者春吃二服，秋吃三服，每年五服，劳虫并尽，即去病根。
治肺脏壅热毒，则胸膈壅滞，血与气皆逆行，上于肺，肺壅不利，故令人吐血不止，朝
夕不住，发寒热，气喘促，红物至多，频频呕吐，渐至劳劣。
槟榔好者一枚 大黄半两 甘遂半两 木香半两 茴香半两 白牵牛子半两 青皮半两
，汤浸，去白，焙。
上件同杵为细末，每服一钱，用木香煎汤下，或木香酒下，亦得，如作常服，茶酒任下
一字。如曾中药毒，呕逆，黑血至多，不能饮食，服此顺中散，亦能解毒止血。
治疗各种虚劳病。
阿魏（一分，用童子小便研磨至溶解），东引桃枝（较小的树枝一大把，捣碎），甘草，青蒿（一大把，如果使用其种子，则只用一两半），槟榔（一两，研成粉末），葱白（二寸，带根）。
以上药材中，取童子小便二升，浸泡桃枝、甘草、青蒿、葱白这四味药。浸泡一夜，次日五更初时，煎煮取六合药液，滤去药渣，然后加入阿魏，再煮沸两次，分为两份服用。每次服药前，加入半两槟榔粉末，一同服下。如果感觉心口恶心，必定会呕吐，呕吐后再服用第二份。如果服用第一份后心口安稳，就应当服用第二份，必然会导致肠道通畅并排出大便，一定会看到恶臭污物。服药时，仍不要让送药人与患者面对面，恐怕恶虫飞入人口鼻内。
如果是女性患病，必须由男子面向北方为其煎药；如果是男性患病，则由女子面向北方为其煎药。同时忌讳猫狗看见，患者在春季服用两次，秋季服用三次，每年共服用五次，体内的劳虫即可全部清除，从而去除病根。
治疗肺脏壅滞热毒，导致胸膈气机阻滞，血与气都逆乱上行于肺，肺气壅塞不利，因此使人吐血不止，早晚不停，发作时伴有寒热交替，气喘急促，吐出的红色血液极多，频繁呕吐，逐渐导致身体虚弱消瘦。
优质的槟榔一枚，大黄半两，甘遂半两，木香半两，茴香半两，白牵牛子半两，青皮半两（用水浸泡，刮去白色粗皮，焙干）。
以上药材共同捣碎成细末，每次服用一钱，用木香煎汤送服，或者用木酒送服也可以。如果是作为日常调理服用，用茶或酒送服一字量即可。如果曾误服中药毒物，出现呕吐逆气，黑血极多，无法进食的情况，服用此顺中散，也能解毒止血。
用人参一味药研成粉末，每次服用一大钱，用鸡蛋清投入半盏新水中，调和后送服。

Asafoetida (1 fen, ground with urine from a young boy until dissolved), Peach branch growing eastward (one small handful, crushed), Licorice Root (Gancao), Artemisia Annua (Qinghao) (one large handful; if using its seed, use only 1.5 liang), Areca Seed (Binglang) (1 liang, powdered), Scallion white (2 cun, with roots).
Take two sheng of urine from a young boy to soak the four herbs: Peach branch, Licorice Root, Artemisia Annua, and Scallion white. Soak overnight. At dawn on the following day, decoct to obtain 6 he of liquid, strain off the dregs, then add Asafoetida, boil for two more boils, and divide into two doses. Before each dose, mix in half a liang of Areca Seed powder and take together. If one feels nausea in the heart region and is about to vomit, take the second dose after vomiting. If the heart region feels stable after taking the first dose, proceed to take the second dose immediately. This will inevitably lead to bowel movement and expulsion of foul matter. During administration, ensure that the person delivering the medicine does not face the patient, to prevent evil insects from flying into the mouth or nose.
If the patient is female, a man must face north while decocting the medicine for her; if the patient is male, a woman must face north while decocting it for him. Avoid letting cats or dogs see the process. The patient should take two doses in spring and three doses in autumn, totaling five doses per year. This will eliminate all "Lao worms" and remove the root cause of the disease.
Treats heat toxins stagnating in the Lung organ, causing obstruction in the chest and diaphragm, with blood and Qi rebelling upward into the lungs. Due to Lung obstruction and dysfunction, this causes persistent hemoptysis (spitting up blood) that does not cease morning or night, accompanied by alternating chills and fever, rapid breathing, excessive red blood, frequent vomiting, and gradual decline into emaciation.
High-quality Areca Seed (1 piece), Rhubarb (Banliang), Kansui Root (Gansui) (Banliang), Aucklandia Root (Muxiang) (Banliang), Fennel (Huixiang) (Banliang), White Morning Glory Seed (Baiqianniuzi) (Banliang), Tangerine Peel (Qingpi) (Banliang, soaked in water, scraped to remove the white pith, and dried).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose, administered with a decoction of Aucklandia Root or with wine infused with Aucklandia Root. For regular maintenance, take 1 zi amount with tea or wine. If poisoned by herbal medicine, resulting in vomiting, reversal of Qi, excessive black blood, and inability to eat, administering this Shunzhong San can also detoxify and stop bleeding.
Use Ren Shen (Ginseng Root) alone, ground into powder. Take 1 da qian per dose, mixed with half a zhen of fresh water containing egg white, and taken orally.
