蒋氏（二五） 脉来细数，频年咳嗽，不时寒热。治宜补土以止嗽，养营以除热。六君子
加归、地、五味子、麦冬、苡仁，四服病减，再服十剂可愈。
倪氏（四六） 咳呛有年，每到春时发作，入夏渐愈。今已小暑，其病反增，内热口苦，
呕痰多汗，声喘背痛，两脉虚数微弦。此久嗽肺伤，必夺母气，治法宜补胃清金。

又四帖，病减其半。前方去连翘，再服四剂，照方制丸料，用茅根与大枣葱汤泛丸，可
