蛇床子（五钱，炒为末） 大枫子（去壳，五钱，为末） 水银（二钱） 白锡（一钱）
加枯矾（一钱，亦可）
上先将锡化开，次入水银搅匀，后入上二味研匀，用 油调搽。
一上散（王少泉传） 治疥疮。
枯白矾（一两） 硫黄（七钱） 人言（三分） 五倍子（五钱，炒） 花椒（五钱）
上为末，香油煎鸡子令熟，去鸡子，以油调搽。
香疥乐（郑中山传）
大枫子（去壳，三十个） 木鳖子（去壳，三十个） 蛇床子（五钱） 白蒺藜（五钱）
杏仁（三十个） 川椒（四钱） 枯矾（三钱） 朝脑（三钱） 轻粉（一钱半） 人言（一钱半）
上各另为末，合匀，入 油三两，搽疮。
铁扫帚（徐鲤川传） 治疥癣、血风、诸疮瘙痒难当。
硫黄（不拘多少） 人言（少许） 二味为末，入白萝卜内，火烧存性，
取出研细末听用。另用香油四两，入鸡子三个，煎熟，去鸡子不用，
再入花椒四两，油内煎至焦黑，去椒不用，用香油调药搽患处。
玉锈球（周后峰传） 治疥疮。
水银（一钱） 枯矾（五分） 樟脑（一钱） 大枫子（二十个） 花椒（五分） 油（五钱）
上共研，不见水银星，火炙擦之。
熏疥药
艾叶 核桃壳 雄黄 人言（少许）
上为末，卷作筒，烧烟熏之。
洗疥药
防风 荆芥 白矾 马鞭草 苦参 花椒 野菊花 水煎频洗。
又方（吴北源传）
苍术 皮硝 等分，水煎洗，愈后永不发。
仙子散 治遍身疮疥，经年举发者。
苦参 威灵仙 蔓荆子 何首乌 荆芥
上各等分为细末，每服二钱，食前酒煎服，日二、三服，忌发风物。
疥灵丹
白芷（一两） 枳壳（麸炒，七钱） 连翘（七钱） 白蒺藜（炒，一两） 羌活（七钱）
栀子（炒，七钱） 当归（七钱） 荆芥穗（七钱） 苦参（糯米泔浸一日，晒干，二两）
上为末，炼蜜丸如梧桐子大。每五十丸，滚水下。

大枫子（去壳，三十个） 木鳖子（去壳，三十个） 蛇床子（五钱） 白蒺藜（五钱）
杏仁（三十个） 川椒（四钱） 枯矾（三钱） 樟脑（三钱） 轻粉（一钱半） 人言（即砒霜，一钱半）
将以上各药分别研为细末，混合均匀，加入三两油，涂抹于疮处。
铁扫帚（由徐鲤川传授） 治疗疥癣、血风及各种难以忍受的瘙痒疮疡。
硫黄（用量不限） 人言（即砒霜，少许）
将这两味药研为细末，放入白萝卜内，用火烧烤至存性（保留药性），
取出后研成细末备用。另取香油四两，加入三个鸡蛋，煎熟，取出鸡蛋不用，
再放入花椒四两，在油中煎至焦黑，取出花椒不用，用香油调和药粉涂抹患处。

水银（一钱） 枯矾（五分） 樟脑（一钱） 大枫子（二十个） 花椒（五分） 油（五钱）
将以上药物共同研磨，直至看不见水银颗粒，用火炙烤后擦拭患处。
熏疥药
艾叶 核桃壳 雄黄 人言（即砒霜，少许）
将以上药物研为细末，卷成筒状，燃烧烟雾进行熏蒸。
洗疥药
防风 荆芥 白矾 马鞭草 苦参 花椒 野菊花 用水煎煮，频繁清洗。
又一方（由吴北源传授）
苍术 皮硝 等量，用水煎煮清洗，痊愈后永不复发。
仙子散 治疗遍身疮疥，常年反复发作者。

将以上各药等分为细末，每次服用二钱，饭前用酒煎服，每日二至三次，忌食发风之物。

Treats wind-xanthoma, scabies and leprosy-like conditions, sitting-sores, blood-wind, itching, and pain; it is highly effective.

* *Aleuritidis Fructus* (Dafengzi, shelled, 5 qian, powdered)
* *Hydrargyrum* (Shuiyin, 2 qian)
* *Stannum* (Baiqi, 1 qian)
* Optional: *Alumen Crudum* (Kufan, 1 qian)
First, melt the Stannum; then add Hydrargyrum and stir until uniform. Next, add the two aforementioned powders and grind them together until homogeneous. Mix with oil and apply topically.
Yishang San (One Application Powder) [Transmitted by Wang Shaoquan]
Treats scabies.

Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Stir-fry an egg in sesame oil until cooked, remove the egg, and mix the powder with the oil for topical application.
Xiangjiele (Fragrant Scabies Reliever) [Transmitted by Zheng Zhongshan]
* *Aleuritidis Fructus* (Dafengzi, shelled, 30 units)
* *Momordicae Semen* (Mubiezi, shelled, 30 units)
* *Sophorae Flavescentis Radix* (Shechuangzi, 5 qian)
* *Tribuli Fructus* (Bailili, 5 qian)
* *Armeniacae Semen Amarum* (Xingren, 30 units)
* *Zanthoxyli Fructus* (Chuanjiao, 4 qian)

Grind each ingredient separately into a fine powder, mix uniformly, add 3 liang of oil, and apply to the sores.
Tiesaozhou (Iron Broom) [Transmitted by Xu Lichuan]
Treats scabies, tinea, blood-wind, and various unbearable itching sores.

Grind these two ingredients into a fine powder, place inside a white radish, and roast over fire until "preserving the nature" (carbonized but retaining medicinal properties). Remove and grind into a fine powder for use.
Separately, take 4 liang of sesame oil and three eggs; fry until cooked, remove the eggs. Add 4 liang of *Zanthoxyli Fructus* (Huajiao) to the oil and fry until blackened. Remove the pepper. Mix the prepared powder with this oil and apply to the affected area.
Yuxiuqiu (Jade Rust Ball) [Transmitted by Zhou Housheng]
Treats scabies.
