论曰五脏虫者，缘脏真衰弱，热气熏蒸而成之，传所谓肉腐出虫，鱼枯生蠹，理固如此，

Dong Xing Wu Zhu Yu Gen (East-growing Evodia Root, remove soil, chop 3 liang) La (Beeswax 3 liang) Ji Zi (Chicken Egg, 5 eggs, remove shell, use yolk) Jing Mi (Glutinous Rice 1 zhan)
The above four ingredients, except for beeswax and chicken eggs, are crushed and sieved into powder. First melt beeswax in a copper pot, then add Evodia root powder, rice flour, and chicken egg yolk. To treat Spleen Labor, with white worms one inch long causing disease in the Spleen, leading to frequent vomiting and chest cough, where coughing leads to vomiting but nothing comes out, use the Qian Hu Decoction Formula.
