论曰人之一身，无尺寸之肤不爱，无尺寸之肤不养，食饮不可以不节，起居不可以不常
药石蔬茹禽兽虫鱼，有失味之和，蜘蛛蜈蚣蚊虻蜂蝎，有咂肤之患。至于饮水涉溪，穿井
冢，一有不慎，适中其毒，有害生理，杂疗之方，盖不可阙。今随证编集于后云。
论曰神农尝百草，一日而七十毒以辨相得相反相恶相畏，至于有毒无毒，各有制治，然
药无毒，则疾不瘳。内经所谓知毒药为真者，乃用药之要也。昧者误有服食，当究其毒以制
治之。犹巴豆之用黄连，半夏之用生姜是也。
解一切药毒。椿皮饮方
椿白皮 东柳枝（并细锉各二合） 阿魏（好者少许）
上三味，以水三盏，同煎取一盏，去滓空心顿服，吐出恶物即瘥。吐后服蜂窠散。
治药毒吐后。蜂窠散方
土蜂窠（炒研末一两） 赤小豆 糯米 粟米 蓝实（四味并生用各二两） 猪苓（去
黑皮）
上八味，捣罗为散，每服三钱匕，温水调下，空心日晚服。一方入猪粪炒焦。
治中药毒，心腹切痛不可当，欲死者，有救疗不及者，死后身黑是中毒之证。解毒丸方
大枣（二枚去皮核） 巴豆（三七粒去皮心膜不出油）
上二味，共研匀，只作四丸，逐丸以大针穿，就麻油灯上熏令黑，用瓷合贮，遇中毒者
，每服只一丸，随所中毒物汁咽下，不得嚼破，一二时辰取下毒，其毒即包裹所服药下，或
不知所中毒物，即以茶清一大盏，放温咽下。
治中药毒，心膈烦闷，甚者如锥刺痛，宜速吐之。甘草汤方
甘草（生用二两） 白药（一两）
上二味细锉，以水三盏，同煎至二盏，去滓候冷顿服，以吐出恶物为度，吐了后，再
单煎甘草一味服，尤佳。
治一切药毒发，不问草石，始觉恶心。麦门冬饮方
生麦门冬（去心二两） 葱白（切二两） 豉（二两半）
上三味，锉如麻豆大，以水七盏，煎取三盏半，去滓分三服，如食顷再服。
治中药毒心痛烦闷。甘草饮方
甘草生（锉二两） 葛粉（研一两） 白蜜（半两）
上三味，以水六盏，先煎甘草减半，纳葛粉并蜜，更煎三两沸，去滓温分三服，如食顷
再服。
解毒药。蓝根饮方
蓝根（锉一握） 芦根（锉一握） 绿豆（研一分） 淀脚（研一合）
上四味，先将蓝根芦根，以水一碗，煎至七分去滓，次将后二味和匀，分三服，或一二
服，利下恶物，不用再服。
解中一切毒药，唇口麻，目暗，心腹如刀刺，或吐出血。解毒散方
石绿（不计多少）
上一味研细，每服一钱匕，研莱菔子汁调下立吐，吐得毒出，即服和气药调补。
治药毒吐出。升麻散方
升麻（半两）
上一味为散，食后及夜卧，温水调下一钱匕，服半月后，一切毒药，入口即便吐出，宜
常服。
解中药毒吐血，腹内如锥刺者。归魂散方
白矾 草茶（各一两）
上二味，捣罗为散，用水一盏半，煎至八分，放温临卧顿服，明日取下恶物为效。
解药毒。太白散方
山芋（三两）
上一味为散，每服二钱匕，新汲水调下，日三服。
治一切毒，及药毒。辨毒散方
阿魏（研） 青盐（研） 甘草（各一两）
上三味，捣研为散，如遇有毒物处，每日空心，沸汤点服一钱匕，若食着毒物，立便吐
出。
解一切药毒。僵蚕散方
白僵蚕（直者炒） 黄牛（胆大者一枚取汁）
上二味，和丸，如鸡头大阴干，遇中毒者，洗汗袜水，澄清半盏，入盐少许，磨下一丸
，或吐或利即瘥，如吐利后气满，即服平胃散助之，此药但头腹未裂，并可治。
治百药毒方
甘草（二两生锉）
上一味，以水三盏，煎至一盏半，去滓停冷，每服半盏，细细饮之，未效更服。

远志（去心） 防风（去叉各一两）
上二味，捣罗为散，每服二钱匕，大豆汁调下，连进三服。
解莨菪毒方

上三味，捣罗为散，每服五钱匕，温汤调下。
解大戟毒方

上一味，捣罗为散，每服二钱匕，温汤调下。

上用猪脂大豆汁服之，或戎盐汁同服解之，或以蓝汤煮猪脂停冷服，并服之。
解野狼毒毒方

上一味，每用一匙，以蓝汁调服。
解药毒蛊毒等疾。丹砂丸方

上五味，细研巴豆并豉，入前三味，炼蜜和捣数百下，丸如胡豆大，瓷瓶密收，每服二

治中金石药毒。黑铅酒方
黑铅（一斤）
上一味，以坩铛熔作汁，投酒一升，如此十数回，候酒至半升，去铅顿服之。
论述说：人的全身，没有一寸皮肤是不被爱护的，也没有一寸皮肤是不需要滋养的。饮食不可以不节制，起居作息不可以不规律。药物、石头（矿物药）、蔬菜、水果、禽类、兽肉、昆虫和鱼类，如果味道失于调和，或者蜘蛛、蜈蚣、蚊子、虻虫、蜜蜂、蝎子等叮咬皮肤带来祸患。至于饮水、趟过溪流、挖掘水井或坟墓，一旦不慎，就会中其毒气，损害生命健康，因此治疗各种中毒的方剂，是不可缺少的。现在按照证候分类编集如下。
论述说：神农品尝百草，一天之内遇到七十种毒性，以此辨别药物的相得、相反、相恶、相畏关系。至于有毒无毒的药物，各有相应的制约和治疗之法。然而，如果药物没有毒性，疾病就无法痊愈。《内经》所说的“知毒药为真者”，是用药的关键所在。愚昧之人误服了不该吃的东西，应当探究其毒性以进行制约和治疗。就像用黄连来制约巴豆，用生姜来制约半夏一样。
解一切药物中毒。椿皮饮方
椿白皮、东柳枝（都细切，各二合）、阿魏（优质的少许）
以上三味药，用水三盏，共同煎煮取出一盏药液，去掉药渣，空腹时一次性服用，吐出恶物后病即痊愈。吐完后服用蜂窠散。
治疗药物中毒呕吐之后。蜂窠散方
土蜂窠（炒熟研成末一两）、赤小豆、糯米、粟米、蓝实（这四味都生用，各二两）、猪苓（去掉黑皮）
以上八味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，每次服用三钱匕，用温水调下，空腹及晚间服用。另一方法加入猪粪炒焦。
治疗中药中毒，心腹剧烈疼痛难以忍受，痛苦欲死，有的来不及救治而死亡，死后身体发黑就是中毒的症状。解毒丸方
大枣（两枚，去皮核）、巴豆（三七粒，去皮去心膜，不出油）
以上两味药，共同研磨均匀，只做成四丸药，每丸用大针穿通，在麻油灯上熏烤至变黑，用瓷盒储存。遇到中毒者，每次只服一丸，随着所中毒物的汁液吞服下去，不得嚼破。一二个时辰后排出毒物，该毒物就会被包裹在所服药中一起排出。如果不知道中了什么毒，就用一大盏茶清，放温后吞服。
治疗中药中毒，心胸烦闷，严重的像锥子刺痛一样，应该迅速催吐。甘草汤方
甘草（生用二两）、白药（一两）
以上两味药细切，用水三盏，共同煎煮至两盏，去掉药渣，待冷却后一次性服用，以吐出恶物为限度。吐完后，再单煎甘草一味服用，尤其好。
治疗一切药物中毒发作，无论是草木还是金石药，刚开始觉得恶心。麦门冬饮方
生麦门冬（去心二两）、葱白（切二两）、豉（二两半）
以上三味药，锉碎如麻豆大小，用水七盏，煎取三盏半，去掉药渣，分三次服用，如果过了顿饭时间再服用。
治疗中药中毒心痛烦闷。甘草饮方
甘草（生，细切二两）、葛粉（研细一两）、白蜜（半两）
以上三味药，用水六盏，先煎甘草减半，加入葛粉和蜂蜜，再煎煮两三沸，去掉药渣，温热时分三次服用，如果过了顿饭时间再服用。
解毒药。蓝根饮方
蓝根（细切一握）、芦根（细切一握）、绿豆（研细一分）、淀脚（研细一合）
以上四味药，先将蓝根和芦根，用水一碗，煎至七分，去掉药渣；然后将后两味混合均匀，分三次服用，或者一二服，利下恶物，不需要再服用。
解中一切毒药，嘴唇口舌麻木，眼睛昏暗，心腹像刀刺一样，或者吐血。解毒散方
石绿（不限多少）
以上一味药研细，每次服用一钱匕，用莱菔子汁调下，立即呕吐，毒物吐出后，就服用和气药调理补养。
治疗药物中毒催吐后。升麻散方
升麻（半两）
以上一味药制成散剂，饭后及夜间睡觉前，用温水调下一钱匕，服用半个月后，一切毒药入口便会立即吐出，宜常服。
解中药中毒吐血，腹部像锥子刺一样的。归魂散方
白矾、草茶（各一两）
以上两味药，捣碎过筛制成散剂，用水一盏半，煎至八分，放温临睡前一次性服用，第二天排出恶物为有效。
解药毒。太白散方

大豆（一升）
以上一味药，用水二升，煮至一升，去掉豆子，停冷后细细饮用。
解一切药物中毒。麻仁饮方
大麻仁（五合）
以上一味药，研磨如膏状，加入水二盏，搅匀，取汁细细饮用。
解巴豆毒方

治疗中金石药毒。黑铅酒方
黑铅（一斤）
以上一味药，用坩埚熔化成汁，投入酒一升，如此重复十几次，等到酒剩半升，去掉铅，一次性服用。
Discourse states: The human body is such that no inch of skin is not cherished, and no inch of skin is not nourished. Diet must be regulated, and daily routine must be consistent. Medicinal herbs, minerals, vegetables, fruits, poultry, meat, insects, and fish, if their flavors are not harmonized, or if they cause harm through bites from spiders, centipedes, mosquitoes, horseflies, bees, and scorpions, can lead to toxicity. Furthermore, drinking water, wading through streams, digging wells, or disturbing tombs, if done carelessly, may result in poisoning, harming physiological health. Therefore, formulas for treating various types of poisoning are indispensable. The following are compiled according to syndromes.
Discourse states: Shennong tasted hundreds of herbs, encountering seventy types of toxicity in a single day, to distinguish between drugs that interact harmoniously (Xiang De), oppositely (Xiang Fan), mutually inhibit (Xiang E), or fear each other (Xiang Wei). Regarding toxic and non-toxic substances, there are specific methods to control and treat them. However, without the use of toxic medicines (Du Yao), diseases cannot be cured. As stated in the *Neijing* (Inner Canon), "Knowing the true nature of toxic medicines" is the key to medication. When ignorant individuals mistakenly ingest harmful substances, one must investigate the toxicity to apply appropriate countermeasures. This is analogous to using Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) to mitigate the toxicity of Badou (Crotonis Fructus), or using Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) to neutralize Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma).
**Decoction of Toona Bark for Resolving All Drug Poisonings (Chunpi Yin Fang)**
Toona bark (Baiqianpi), Eastern willow branches (Dongliuzhi) (both finely cut, 2 he each), Asafoetida (Awei) (a small amount of high quality).
Take the above three ingredients, add 3 cups of water, decoct to obtain 1 cup, remove dregs, and take orally on an empty stomach in one dose. Recovery occurs after vomiting out foul matter. After vomiting, administer Honeycomb Powder.
**Honeycomb Powder for Treating Post-Vomiting Drug Poisoning (Fengke San Fang)**
Earthen honeycomb (Tu feng ke) (stir-fried and powdered, 1 liang), Adzuki beans (Chixiaodou), Glutinous rice (Nuomi), Millet (Sumi), Indigo fruit (Lanshi) (the latter four used raw, 2 liang each), Polyporus (Zuling) (black skin removed).
Pulverize the above eight ingredients into a powder. Take 3 qianbi per dose, mixed with warm water, taken on an empty stomach and in the evening. Another method involves adding pig manure stir-fried until charred.
**Detoxifying Pills for Severe Herbal Poisoning (Jiedu Wan Fang)**
For herbal poisoning causing unbearable abdominal pain, near death, or death with blackening of the body.
Large dates (Dazao) (2 pieces, skin and pits removed), Croton seeds (Badou) (7-9 seeds, skin, heart, and membrane removed, oil excluded).
Grind the two ingredients uniformly into 4 pills. Pierce each pill with a large needle and smoke over a sesame oil lamp until black. Store in a porcelain container. For poisoning, take 1 pill at a time, swallowed with the juice of the ingested poison. Do not chew. Within 1-2 hours, the poison will be expelled wrapped in the medicine. If the specific poison is unknown, swallow 1 large cup of cooled tea liquor.
**Licorice Decoction for Abdominal Pain and Restlessness due to Herbal Poisoning (Gancao Tang Fang)**
Raw Licorice root (Gancao) (2 liang), Baiyao (1 liang).
Finely cut the two ingredients, add 3 cups of water, decoct to 2 cups, remove dregs, cool, and take in one dose. Stop when foul matter is vomited. Afterwards, decoct Licorice root alone and take it; this is preferable.
**Ophiopogon Drink for Nausea Caused by Any Drug Poisoning (Mendong Yin Fang)**
Raw Ophiopogon tuber (Mendong) (decored, 2 liang), Scallion white (Congbai) (cut, 2 liang), Fermented soybeans (Chi) (2.5 liang).
Cut into sizes similar to hemp seeds. Add 7 cups of water, decoct to 3.5 cups, remove dregs, divide into 3 doses. Re-administer after a meal interval.
**Licorice Drink for Heartache and Restlessness from Herbal Poisoning (Gancao Yin Fang)**
Raw Licorice root (Gancao) (finely cut, 2 liang), Kudzu starch (Gefen) (powdered, 1 liang), White honey (Baimi) (0.5 liang).
Add 6 cups of water, decoct Licorice root until reduced by half, add Kudzu starch and honey, boil for 2-3 boils, remove dregs, take warm in 3 doses. Re-administer after a meal interval.
**Indigo Root Drink for Detoxification (Langen Yin Fang)**
Indigo root (Langen) (finely cut, one handful), Reed rhizome (Lugen) (finely cut, one handful), Mung bean (Lvdou) (powdered, 1 fen), Starch residue (Dianjiao) (powdered, 1 he).
First, decoct Indigo root and Reed rhizome in 1 bowl of water until reduced to 70%, remove dregs. Then mix the latter two ingredients evenly, divide into 3 doses (or 1-2 doses). Diarrhea of foul matter indicates efficacy; do not re-administer.
**Detoxifying Powder for General Poisoning Symptoms (Jiedu San Fang)**
For all drug poisons causing numbness of lips/mouth, blurred vision, stabbing abdominal pain, or hematemesis.
Mineral green (Shilü) (quantity unspecified).
Grind finely. Take 1 qianbi per dose, mixed with Radish seed juice. Immediate vomiting occurs. After vomiting out the toxin, administer Harmonizing Qi tonics.
**Cimicifuga Powder for Post-Vomiting Drug Poisoning (Shengma San Fang)**
Cimicifuga rhizome (Shengma) (0.5 liang).
Powderize. Take 1 qianbi mixed with warm water after meals and before bed. Continuous use for half a month induces immediate vomiting upon ingestion of any poison. Suitable for long-term use.
**Guihun Powder for Hematemesis and Stabbing Abdominal Pain from Herbal Poisoning (Guihun San Fang)**
Alum (Baifan), Grass tea (Cha) (1 liang each).
Pulverize. Decoct in 1.5 cups of water until reduced to 80%. Take warm before bed. Expulsion of foul matter the next day indicates efficacy.
**Taibai Powder for Resolving Drug Poisoning (Taibai San Fang)**
Yam (Shanyu) (3 liang).
Powderize. Take 2 qianbi mixed with fresh well water, 3 times daily.
**Biandu Powder for All Poisons and Drug Poisoning (Biandu San Fang)**
Asafoetida (Awei) (powdered), Green salt (Qingyan) (powdered), Licorice root (Gancao) (1 liang each).
Pulverize. Take 1 qianbi mixed with boiling water on an empty stomach daily when in areas with potential toxins. Ingestion of poison triggers immediate vomiting.
**Bombyx Batryticatus Powder for Resolving All Drug Poisoning (Jiangcan San Fang)**
White Bombyx batryticatus (Jiangcan) (straight ones, stir-fried), Yellow ox gallbladder juice (from a large gallbladder, 1 unit).
Mix and form pills the size of a chicken head, dry in shade. For poisoning, clarify water from washed sweaty socks (0.5 cup), add a little salt, dissolve 1 pill, and take. Vomiting or diarrhea leads to recovery. If abdominal fullness persists post-emesis/diarrhea, administer Pingwei San. Effective as long as the head and abdomen have not ruptured.
**Formula for Hundred Drug Poisonings (Zhi Baiyaodu Fang)**
Raw Licorice root (Gancao) (2 liang, finely cut).
Decoct in 3 cups of water until 1.5 cups remain. Cool. Take 0.5 cup slowly. Re-administer if ineffective.
**Shepherd's Purse Drink for Resolving All Drug Poisoning (Jicai Yin Fang)**
Shepherd's purse (Jicai) (finely cut, 2 liang).
Decoct in 3 cups of water until 1.5 cups remain. Cool and drink slowly.
**Soybean Drink for Resolving All Drug Poisoning (Dadou Yin Fang)**
Soybeans (Dadou) (1 sheng).
Boil in 2 sheng of water until 1 sheng remains. Remove beans, cool, and drink slowly.
**Hemp Seed Drink for Resolving All Drug Poisoning (Maren Yin Fang)**
Hemp seeds (Dama ren) (5 he).
Grind into paste, add 2 cups of water, mix well, extract juice, and drink slowly.
**Resolving Badou (Croton) Poisoning (Jie Badu Du Fang)**
Coptis rhizome (Huanglian) (deveined, 1 liang).
Grind into fine powder. Take 1 qianbi mixed with warm water, take cold.
**Resolving Banxia (Pinellia) Poisoning (Jie Banxia Du Fang)**
Fresh Ginger (Shengjiang) (finely cut, 4 liang).
Grind finely, extract natural juice, mix with cold water, and sip slowly.
**Resolving Zhi Zhu (Rhododendron) Poisoning (Jie Zhizhu Du Fang)**
Gardenia seed (Zhizi ren) (4 liang).
Powderize. Take 2 qianbi mixed with cold water. Re-administer if ineffective.
**Resolving Lilu (Veratrum) Poisoning (Jie Lilu Du Fang)**
Realgar (Xionghuang) (1 liang).
Grind finely, mix with Scallion juice decoction, take 1 qianbi. Re-administer if ineffective.
**Resolving Gansui (Kansui) Poisoning (Jie Gansui Du Fang)**
Soybeans (Dadou) (quantity unspecified, peeled).
Grind in water to extract juice. Take 1 cup. Re-administer if ineffective.

Shepherd's purse (Jicai), Rhinoceros horn chips (Xijiao xie), Raw Licorice root (Gancao) (1 liang each).
Pulverize. Take 5 qianbi mixed with warm water.

Acorus rhizome (Changpu) (1 liang).
Pulverize. Take 2 qianbi mixed with warm water.

Japonica rice (Jingmi) (2 he).
Wash and cook into a thin porridge to eat.

Grind to extract juice, mix with water and take.

Cinnabar (Dansha) (powdered), Realgar (Xionghuang) (powdered), Prepared Aconite (Fuzi) (roasted, skin/navel removed, powdered, 1 liang each), Fermented soybeans (Chi) (60 grains, stir-fried), Croton seeds (Badou) (60 grains, de-husked).
Grind Badou and Chi finely, mix with the first three ingredients, knead with refined honey for hundreds of strokes, form pills the size of broad beans. Seal in porcelain. Take 2 pills with warm honey wine.
**Black Lead Wine for Treating Metal/Stone Drug Poisoning (Heiqian Jiu Fang)**
Black lead (Heiqian) (1 jin).
Melt in a crucible, pour into 1 sheng of wine. Repeat this process十余 times until wine reduces to 0.5 sheng. Remove lead and take in one dose.
