It is stated that the manifestation of Spleen Wind (Spleen affected by wind pathogen) includes excessive sweating, aversion to wind, bodily lassitude, unwillingness to lift the limbs, a pale yellow complexion, and loss of appetite. Diagnosis focuses on the nose, where the color appears yellow. It is also said that there is abdominal fullness when squatting, generalized jaundice, and vomiting of salty fluid. Additionally, there may be fever, a demeanor resembling intoxication, abdominal vexation and heaviness, twitching of skin and muscles, and shortness of breath. The Spleen nourishes the other zang organs and irrigates the four extremities; it governs the limbs.
