论曰千金论曰，蛊毒千品，种种不同，有得三年方死，有一月或百日乃死者，其为病亦
各有异，或下鲜血，或好卧暗室，或心性反常，乍嗔乍喜，或四肢沉重酸痛，缓与急皆有殊
也。且以五蛊推之，有蛇蛊，有蜥蜴蛊，有蜣螂蛊，有虾蟆蛊，有草蛊。若蛇蛊者，面色青
黄，其脉洪壮，病发之时，腹内热闷，胸胁支满，舌本胀强，不喜言语，身体常痛，心腹似
虫行，颜色多赤，唇口干燥，经年不治，肝膈烂而死。蜥蜴蛊者。面色赤黄，其脉浮滑而短
，病发之时，腰背微满，手脚唇口皆习习而喉脉急，舌上生疮，二百日不治，啖人心肝尽烂
，下脓血，羸瘦，颜色枯黑而死，虾蟆蛊者，面色青白，其脉沉濡，发时咽喉塞，不欲闻人
语，腹内鸣唤，或上或下，若天阴久雨而病转剧，皮肉如蛊行，手脚烦热，嗜醋食，咳唾脓
血，颜色乍白，乍青，腹内胀满，状如虾蟆，若成蛊吐出，成蝌蚪形，是虾蟆蛊，经年不治
。啖人脾胃俱尽，唇口裂而死。蜣螂蛊者，脉缓而散，病发之时，身体乍冷乍热，手脚烦疼
，吐逆无时，小便黄赤，腹内闷，胸中痛，颜色多青，或吐出似蜣螂有足翅，是蜣螂蛊，经
年不治，啖人血脉枯尽而死，欲知蛊与非，当令病患唾于水内，沉者是蛊，浮者非也。又云
，旦起取井华水，未食前，当令病患唾于水内，唾如柱脚直下沉者是蛊毒，沉散不至下者，
是草蛊毒。又云，含大豆，若是蛊豆胀皮脱，若非蛊豆不烂脱。又云，以鹄皮置病患卧下，
勿令知，若病剧者是蛊。又云取。新生鸡子，煮熟去皮，留黄白令完全，日晚口含以齿微微
之勿令破，作两炊时，夜吐瓦上着霜露内，旦看大青，是蛊毒也。昔有人食新变鲤鱼中毒
，病心腹痛，心下鞭，发热烦冤，欲得水洗沃，身体摇动，如鱼得水状，有人诊云是蛊，其
家云野间相承无此毒，不作蛊治，遂死。

上九味，除研外，捣罗为散，共和令匀，每服二钱匕，温酒调下，日三服。

上七味，粗捣筛，每服三钱匕，水一盏，煎至七分，去滓不拘时候。
治蛊毒，喉中如物啮，咽之不入，吐之不出，或下鲜血，渐渐羸瘦腹大，食饮不下。桃
白皮散方
桃白皮（五月五日采阴干临用去黑皮一两半） 大戟（锉炒） 斑蝥（去翅足米炒各三
分）
上三味，捣罗为散，每服一钱匕，空心清粥饮调下，良久更吃少粥饮，当吐利，蛊毒
并出，若一服未应，再服即瘥。
治蛊毒难愈，喉中妨闷，瘦瘁。化蛊丸方
胡燕屎（炒一合） 独头蒜（五枚）
上二味，同捣如膏，丸如杏仁大，每日空腹以清粥饮下十丸，至十五丸，其蛊尽化鲜血
下。
治中蛊毒，令人腹内坚痛，面目青黄，病变无常。蜜髓煎方
猪骨髓（研五两） 蜜（一碗）
上二味，同煎令熟，分为十服，日三四服即瘥。
治中蛊毒，令人腹内坚痛，面目青黄，形露骨立，病变无常。寄生散方
桃上（寄生三两）
上一味，捣罗为散，每服二钱匕，不计时候，如茶点服。
治食中有蛊毒，腹内坚，两目青黄瘦瘁。铁精丸方
铁精（不拘多少）
上一味，捣罗为末，研生鸡肝和丸，如梧桐子大，曝干，每服五丸至七丸，温酒下。
治蛊毒。雄黄丸方
雄黄（研） 丹砂（各半两） 藜芦（去芦头炙） 鬼臼 巴豆（去皮心膜研去油各一
分）
上五味，捣罗为末，炼蜜丸如小豆大，每服三丸，干姜汤下，逐下恶物并蛊毒为效。
治国中蛊毒。升麻汤方
升麻 桔梗（炒） 栝蒌根（各一两）
上三味，粗捣筛，每服三钱匕，水一盏，煎至七分，去滓不拘时服。
治蛊毒。生商陆汁方
生商陆（五两）
上一味，洗细切，用生姜半两和捣，取自然汁半盏，五更初服之，服了坐半时即睡，至
旦不动，即以茶一盏投，得利以冷水洗手面便止，仍煮薤白粥，温饮之。
治蛊毒。榉皮汤方
榉木皮 蔷薇根（等分）
上二味，细锉，以水并酒共三盏，同煮取二盏，去滓温分二服，利下蛊物为效。
治蛊毒。土瓜根酒方
土瓜根（一两）
上一味，细锉，以酒一盏浸一宿，次日去滓，作一服，吐下蛊即瘥。
治蛊毒。皂荚酒方
皂荚（半梃去皮子生用）
上一味，细锉，以酒一盏，浸一宿，空心去滓服之，得利即瘥。
治蛊毒。荠 散方
荠 （二两）
上一味，捣罗为散，每服三钱匕，粥饮调下。
治蛊毒。 皮汤方
木北阴白皮（一大握长五寸细锉）
上一味，以水三盏，煎至一盏，去滓空腹顿服，得吐即愈。
治中蛊毒。胡荽根汁方
胡荽根（一握洗锉）
上一味，捣取自然汁半盏，不计时候服之，其蛊立下，和酒服亦得。
治中蛊毒。神验方
相思子（三七枚）
上一味，捣罗为散，每服二钱匕，空心温水调下，服后欲吐，且忍之勿便吐，不可忍即
住，便取吐，其毒即快出，少时以稀粥助之。
治忽中蛊毒方
白鸡血（不拘多少白鸭血亦得）
上一味，取灌口中立解。
治中蛊心痛方
败鼓皮（一片）
上一味，烧灰细研，粥饮调二钱匕，病患须臾或自呼行蛊人姓名，便愈。
治诸般蛊。化蛊丸方
硫黄（研一两） 木香（半两） 密陀僧（ 三分） 附子（炮裂去皮脐别为末一两）
上四味，除附子别捣外，捣罗为末，先将附子末，用米醋一盏，熬成膏，入前药末，丸
如梧桐子大，每服十丸，荆芥茶下，空心食前服，蛊化为水乃愈。
治诸蛊在脏腑，久不瘥。槟榔散方
槟榔（锉半两）
上一味，捣罗为散，每服一钱至二钱匕，煎葱蜜汤调下，空心食前服。
治中蛊毒吐血。雄黄散方
雄黄（研一分） 伏龙肝（研半两） 獭肝（如枣大炙） 斑蝥（去翅足糯米炒十四枚）
上四味，捣罗为散，每服二钱匕，空腹以酪浆调下，或吐虾蟆及蛇等出为验。
治中蛊毒吐血。 荷根汤方
荷根 苦参（各一两） 败鼓皮（烧存性三分）
上三味，粗捣筛，分为四服，每以水一盏，煎至七分，去滓不计时温服。
治中蛊吐血。麦面散方
小麦面（二合）
上一味，分为三服，以冷水调服，半日服尽，蛊下即瘥。
治中蛊吐血。桔梗汁方
生桔梗（不拘多少）
上一味，捣取汁，每服一小盏，日三服。
治中蛊吐血。桑心汤方
桑木心（锉二斗）
上一味，于釜中以水五斗，煮取二斗，澄清，再用微火煎取五升，夜勿食，旦服五合，
吐出蛊毒即瘥。
治蛊毒下血。 皮散方
皮（一枚烧为灰）
上一味细研，以熟水调下二钱匕，日三服。
治猝中蛊毒，下血如鸡肝，昼夜不止，脏腑悉损。桔梗散方
桔梗 伏龙肝（等分）
上二味，捣罗为散，每服以温酒调下二钱匕，日三，不能下药，斡口开灌之，心中自
定，服七日止，食猪肝 补之。
治蛊毒下血如烂肉片，心腹 痛，如有物啮，若不即治，蚀人五脏乃死。槲皮散方
槲木北阴白皮 桃根白皮（各四两并细锉） 皮灰 乱发灰（各一两）
大麻子汁（五升）
上五味，先以水五盏，煮槲皮桃根皮，取浓汁二盏，和麻子汁，每服暖汁一盏，调乱发
灰皮灰二钱匕，令患人少食旦服，须臾用水一盆，以鸡翎引吐于水中，如牛涎诸蛊并出。
治中蛊下血如鸭肝，腹中 痛急者。茜根汤方
茜根 升麻 犀角（镑各一两） 地榆（锉） 白 荷根（各二两） 桔梗（锉炒） 柏
皮（锉） 黄芩（去黑心各半两）
上八味，粗捣筛，每服五钱匕，水一盏半，煎至七分，去滓不计时温服。
治蛊毒，吐或下血如烂肝。茜根汤方
茜根 荷根（各半升）
上二味，细锉，以水五盏，煎至三盏半，去滓空腹，分温三服。
治蛊毒吐血或下血如烂肝。苦瓠汤方
苦瓠（一枚切）
上一味，以水二大盏，煎取一盏去滓，空腹分温二服，吐下蛊即愈。
治五种蛊毒。马兜铃根汤方
马兜铃根（一两）
上一味，细锉，以水一盏，煎至七分，去滓空腹顿服，当时吐出蛊，未吐再服，以快
为度。
治五蛊吐血伤心，腹中气寒，语声不出，气闷饮食吐逆，身体浮肿，烦疼寒战，梦与鬼
交，及狐狸作魅，猝得心痛上叉心胸，或痛如刀刺，经年不起。雄黄丸方

当归
上七味，粗捣筛，每服五钱匕，水一盏半，煎至七分，去滓不计时候温服。
治五种蛊毒蛇蛊、食饮中得之，咽中如有物，咽之不下，吐之不出，闷乱不得卧，心热
不能食。麝香散方
麝香（研一钱）
上一味，分二服，以温水空腹调下，吐出蛊毒为效。
治五种蛊毒，咽中如有物，咽吐不出，闷乱不卧。马兜铃根汤方
马兜铃根（一两） 荷根（半两）
上二味，粗捣筛，每服三钱匕，水一盏，煎至七分，去滓不计时候顿服，其蛊并吐出。
瘰。夺命丸方
蜈蚣（炙一枚） 巴豆（去皮心膜研去油三十粒） 附子（炮裂去皮脐一枚） 矾石（烧
令汁
上七味，捣研为末，再研令匀，炼蜜和捣三五百杵，丸如麻子大，每服以温酒下二丸至
三丸。
论述说：《千金方》中提到，蛊毒有上千种品类，各不相同。有的患者三年后才死亡，有的一个月或一百天后才死亡，它们引发的病症也各有差异。有的排出鲜红血液，有的喜欢躺在昏暗的房间里，有的性情反常，时而愤怒时而喜悦；有的四肢沉重酸痛，无论是舒缓还是急促的状态都有不同。姑且以五种蛊来推究，有蛇蛊、蜥蜴蛊、屎壳郎蛊、蛤蟆蛊和草蛊。如果是蛇蛊，面色青黄，脉象洪大有力，发病时腹内闷热，胸胁支撑胀满，舌根肿胀僵硬，不喜欢说话，身体经常疼痛，心腹部感觉像有虫子爬行，脸色多呈红色，嘴唇口舌干燥，如果经年不治疗，会导致肝膈腐烂而死。如果是蜥蜴蛊，面色赤黄，脉象浮滑而短，发病时腰背部微感胀满，手脚、嘴唇和口舌都感到麻木，喉部经脉拘急，舌上生疮，如果二百天不治疗，会吞噬人心肝使其尽烂，下脓血，身体消瘦枯黑而死。如果是蛤蟆蛊，面色青白，脉象沉濡，发作时咽喉堵塞，不想听人说话，腹内鸣响，气机上下窜动，就像阴雨连绵天气病情加重一样，皮肉间感觉像有蛊虫爬行，手脚烦热，嗜食醋味食物，咳唾脓血，脸色忽白忽青，腹内胀满，形状像蛤蟆，如果能吐出蛊物，呈现蝌蚪形状，这就是蛤蟆蛊，如果经年不治疗，会吞噬人的脾胃使其尽烂，导致嘴唇口裂而死。如果是屎壳郎蛊，脉象缓散，发病时身体忽冷忽热，手脚烦痛，不时呕吐逆气，小便黄赤，腹内闷胀，胸中疼痛，脸色多青，或者吐出类似屎壳郎且有足翅的东西，这就是屎壳郎蛊，如果经年不治疗，会吞噬人的血脉使其枯竭而死。想要知道是蛊毒还是非蛊毒，应当让病人吐口水到水中，下沉的是蛊毒，漂浮的不是。又说，早晨取井水第一桶水，在未进食前，让病人吐口水到水中，如果口水像柱子一样笔直下沉的是蛊毒，下沉散开不到底部的，是草蛊毒。又说，含服大豆，如果是蛊毒，豆子会膨胀脱皮；如果不是蛊毒，豆子不会腐烂脱落。又说，将天鹅皮放在病人卧处下方，不要让病人知道，如果病情加剧的就是蛊毒。又说，取新鲜鸡蛋，煮熟后去皮，保留蛋黄蛋白完整，晚上用牙齿轻轻咬破但不弄碎，经过做饭的两段时间，夜里吐在瓦片上沾着霜露，第二天看颜色发青的，就是蛊毒。过去有人吃了新变的鲤鱼中毒，出现心腹疼痛，心下坚硬，发热烦躁冤屈，想要用水清洗身体，身体摇动，像鱼得到水的状态，有人诊断说是蛊毒，其家人说野外相传没有这种毒，不按蛊毒治疗，最终死亡。
治疗各种蛊毒注气，变化无常。鲛鱼皮散方
鲛鱼皮（微炙） 犀角（镑） 麝香（研） 白龙骨 丹砂（研） 雄黄（研） 荷根鹿角镑
以上九味药，除了需要研磨的药外，捣碎过筛成散剂，混合均匀，每次服用二钱匕，用温酒调服，每天三次。
治疗中蛊毒，腹内坚硬如石，面目青黄，小便淋沥不尽，病情变化无常。羚羊角汤方
羊角（镑五两） 荷根（四两半） 栀子仁（七枚） 牡丹皮 赤芍药 黄连（去须）
以上七味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，煎至七分，去渣滓，不限时候服用。
治疗蛊毒，喉中如有物体啃咬，吞咽不下，吐不出，或者排出鲜血，逐渐消瘦腹大，饮食难进。桃白皮散方
桃白皮（五月五日采集阴干，临用时去掉黑皮一两半） 大戟（锉炒） 斑蝥（去翅足米炒各三分）
以上三味药，捣碎过筛成散剂，每次服用一钱匕，空腹用清粥饮调服，过一会儿再吃少许粥饮，应当引起吐泻，蛊毒随之排出，如果一服未见效，再服即可痊愈。
治疗蛊毒难愈，喉中妨碍闷塞，身体瘦弱憔悴。化蛊丸方
胡燕屎（炒一合） 独头蒜（五枚）
以上两味药，一起捣烂如膏状，制成如杏仁大小的丸药，每天空腹用清粥饮送服十丸，增至十五丸，蛊毒全部化为鲜血排出。
治疗中蛊毒，令人腹内坚痛，面目青黄，病变无常。蜜髓煎方
猪骨髓（研五两） 蜜（一碗）
以上两味药，一起煎熟，分为十份服用，每天三四次即可痊愈。
治疗中蛊毒，令人腹内坚痛，面目青黄，形体消瘦露骨，病变无常。寄生散方
桑上寄生（三两）
以上一味药，捣碎过筛成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，不限时候，像喝茶一样点服。
治疗饮食中有蛊毒，腹内坚硬，两目青黄瘦弱憔悴。铁精丸方
铁精（不拘多少）
以上一味药，捣碎过筛成末，与生鸡肝一起捣和制成丸药，如梧桐子大小，晒干，每次服用五丸至七丸，用温酒送服。
治疗蛊毒。雄黄丸方
雄黄（研） 丹砂（各半两） 藜芦（去芦头炙） 鬼臼 巴豆（去皮心膜研去油各一分）
以上五味药，捣碎过筛成末，炼蜜制成如小豆大小的丸药，每次服用三丸，用干姜汤送服，以下出恶物和蛊毒为有效。
治疗胃中蛊毒。升麻汤方
升麻 桔梗（炒） 栝蒌根（各一两）
以上三味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，煎至七分，去渣滓不限时候服用。
治疗蛊毒。生商陆汁方
生商陆（五两）
以上一味药，洗净细切，用生姜半两一起捣烂，取自然汁半盏，五更初服用，服完坐半小时然后睡觉，到天亮不动，就用茶一盏冲服，得利后用冷水洗手面即止，同时煮薤白粥，温饮之。
治疗蛊毒。榉皮汤方
榉木皮 蔷薇根（等分）
以上两味药，细锉，用水和酒共三盏，同煮取二盏，去渣滓温服分两次，以下出蛊物为有效。
治疗蛊毒。土瓜根酒方
土瓜根（一两）
以上一味药，细锉，用酒一盏浸泡一夜，次日去渣滓，作为一次服用，吐下蛊物即痊愈。
治疗蛊毒。皂荚酒方
皂荚（半梃去皮子生用）
以上一味药，细锉，用酒一盏，浸泡一夜，空腹去渣滓服用，得利即痊愈。
治疗蛊毒。荠菜散方
荠菜（二两）
以上一味药，捣碎过筛成散剂，每次服用三钱匕，用粥饮调服。
治疗蛊毒。榆皮汤方
榆木北边阴面的白皮（一大握长五寸细锉）
以上一味药，用水三盏，煎至一盏，去渣滓空腹顿服，得吐即痊愈。
治疗中蛊毒。胡荽根汁方
胡荽根（一握洗锉）
以上一味药，捣取自然汁半盏，不限时候服用，蛊毒立即落下，和酒服用也可以。
治疗中蛊毒。神验方
相思子（三七枚）
以上一味药，捣碎过筛成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，空腹温水调服，服后想吐，暂且忍住不要立刻吐，不能忍就让它吐出来，毒素就会快速排出，稍后用稀粥辅助。
治疗忽然中蛊毒方
白鸡血（不拘多少，白鸭血也可以）
以上一味药，取血灌入口中立即解救。
治疗中心脏痛的蛊毒方
败鼓皮（一片）
以上一味药，烧成灰细研，用粥饮调二钱匕，病人片刻后可能会自己喊出行蛊人的姓名，便痊愈。
治疗各种般蛊。化蛊丸方
硫黄（研一两） 木香（半两） 密陀僧（三分） 附子（炮裂去皮脐别为末一两）
以上四味药，除了附子单独捣碎外，其余捣碎过筛成末，先将附子末，用米醋一盏，熬成膏，加入前面的药末，制成如梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服用十丸，荆芥茶送服，空腹饭前服用，蛊化为水才痊愈。
治疗各种蛊在脏腑，久不痊愈。槟榔散方
槟榔（锉半两）
以上一味药，捣碎过筛成散剂，每次服用一钱至二钱匕，煎葱蜜汤调服，空腹饭前服用。
治疗中蛊毒吐血。雄黄散方
雄黄（研一分） 伏龙肝（研半两） 獭肝（如枣大炙） 斑蝥（去翅足糯米炒十四枚）
以上四味药，捣碎过筛成散剂，每次服用二钱匕，空腹用酪浆调服，或者吐出蛤蟆及蛇等作为验证。
治疗中蛊毒吐血。荷根汤方
荷根 苦参（各一两） 败鼓皮（烧存性三分）
以上三味药，粗捣筛过，分为四份，每份用水一盏，煎至七分，去渣滓不限时间温服。
治疗中蛊吐血。麦面散方
小麦面（二合）
以上一味药，分为三份，用冷水调服，半天服完，蛊下即痊愈。
治疗中蛊吐血。桔梗汁方
生桔梗（不拘多少）
以上一味药，捣取汁，每次服用一小盏，每天三次。
治疗中蛊吐血。桑心汤方
桑木心（锉二斗）
以上一味药，在釜中用水五斗，煮取二斗，澄清，再用微火煎取五升，晚上不吃东西，天亮服五合，吐出蛊毒即痊愈。
治疗蛊毒下血。榆皮散方
榆皮（一枚烧为灰）
以上一味药细研，用熟水调下二钱匕，每天三次。
治疗猝然中蛊毒，下血如鸡肝，昼夜不止，脏腑全损。桔梗散方
桔梗 伏龙肝（等分）
以上两味药，捣碎过筛成散剂，每次用温酒调下二钱匕，每天三次，不能下药，撬开口灌入，心中自定，服药七天停止，吃猪肝补养。
治疗蛊毒下血如烂肉片，心腹绞痛，如有物体啃咬，如果不立即治疗，侵蚀五脏致死。槲皮散方
槲木北边阴面的白皮 桃根白皮（各四两并细锉） 榆皮灰 乱发灰（各一两）
大麻子汁（五升）
以上五味药，先用水五盏，煮槲皮桃根皮，取浓汁二盏，和麻子汁，每次暖汁一盏，调乱发灰榆皮灰二钱匕，让病人少吃早饭服用，片刻后用一盆水，用鸡毛掸引导吐在水中，如牛涎的各种蛊全部出来。
治疗中蛊下血如鸭肝，腹中绞痛急迫者。茜根汤方
茜根 升麻 犀角（镑各一两） 地榆（锉） 白芍药 荷根（各二两） 桔梗（锉炒） 柏皮（锉） 黄芩（去黑心各半两）
以上八味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用五钱匕，水一盏半，煎至七分，去渣滓不限时间温服。
治疗蛊毒，吐或下血如烂肝。茜根汤方
茜根 荷根（各半升）
以上两味药，细锉，用水五盏，煎至三盏半，去渣滓空腹，分温三次服用。
治疗蛊毒吐血或下血如烂肝。苦瓠汤方
苦瓠（一枚切）
以上一味药，用水两大盏，煎取一盏去渣滓，空腹分温两次服用，吐下蛊即痊愈。
治疗五种蛊毒。马兜铃根汤方
马兜铃根（一两）
以上一味药，细锉，用水一盏，煎至七分，去渣滓空腹顿服，当时吐出蛊，未吐再服，以快利为度。

麝香（研一钱）
以上一味药，分两份，用温水空腹调服，吐出蛊毒为有效。
