论曰五金受五方精气，各有毒性，不可谓有利无害也。服之适宜，足以瘳疾，服之非宜
，徒伤正气，当随所畏恶以制之，服石法亦若是。
治金毒方
鸭血（一盏）
上一味，每服半盏，和鸡子清调下，未效再服。
治银毒方
黄连（去须） 甘草（生锉各一两）
上二味，粗捣筛，以水三盏，煎取二盏，去滓，时时饮之。
治银毒方
石亭脂（一两）
上一味，捣罗为细末，煎甘草汤，调下二钱匕，三服大效。
治铜毒方
鸭屎（焙干无泥土者）
上一味，捣罗为细末，用水调下一钱匕，三服立解。
治铁毒方
磁石（大火 醋猝二七遍一两）
上一味，细捣研如粉，醋煮面糊，丸梧桐子大，每服二十丸，水吞下，未瘥更服。
治丹砂毒方
盐（半两）
上一味，以冷水搅匀令澄，旋旋饮之。
治石钟乳毒方
紫石英（一两）
上一味，捣罗为细散，每服一钱匕，温水调下，连三服。
治硫黄毒方
细辛（去苗叶一两）
上一味，捣罗为细散，每服一钱匕，煮猪肉白汤调下，冷服，又白野鸽肉，亦治硫黄毒
，凡一两肉，可解一两毒。
治硝石毒方
女菀（一两）
上一味，粗捣筛，每服二钱匕，水一盏，煎七分，温服不拘时。
治阳起石毒方
菟丝子（一两不用酒浸）
上一味，捣罗为细末，每服一钱匕，温水调下，三服立解。
治雄黄毒方
防己（一两）
上一味为细末，每服二钱匕，温水调下，连三服。
治 砂毒方
生绿豆
上一味，不计多少，研汁饮之。

论述说：金、银、铜、铁、石这五种矿物承受了五方的精气，各自带有毒性，不能说只有益处而没有害处。服用得当，足以治愈疾病；服用不当，只会损伤人体的正气，应当根据它们相互畏惧排斥的特性来制约它，服食石药的方法也是如此。
治疗金毒的方剂：

治疗丹砂毒的方剂：
盐（半两）
以上一味药，用冷水搅匀使其澄清，慢慢饮用。
治疗石钟乳毒的方剂：
紫石英（一两）
以上一味药，捣碎过筛成细散，每次服用一钱匕，用温水调服，连续服用三次。
治疗硫黄毒的方剂：
细辛（去苗叶，一两）
以上一味药，捣碎过筛成细散，每次服用一钱匕，用煮猪肉的白色汤汁调服，冷服。另外，白野鸽肉也能治疗硫黄毒，凡是一两肉，可以解一两毒。

以上一味药，粗捣筛过，每次服用二钱匕，用水一盏，煎至七分，不拘时候温服。
治疗阳起石毒的方剂：

Another Formula for treating Silver Toxicity:
Lithium Carbonate / Pyrophyllite (Shí Tíng Zhī, 石亭脂) (one tael)
Process the above single ingredient by crushing and sieving into a fine powder. Decoct a Licorice Root (Gāncǎo, 甘草) decoction, mix with two qian bi (approx. 3-6g) of the powder, and take. Three doses yield significant efficacy.
Formula for treating Copper Toxicity:
Duck Feces (baked dry, free of soil)
Process the above single ingredient by crushing and sieving into a fine powder. Mix with water to take one qian bi, three doses will immediately resolve the toxicity.
Formula for treating Iron Toxicity:
Magnetite (Cí Shí, 磁石) (calcined over high fire, quenched in vinegar seven times, one tael)
Process the above single ingredient by finely crushing and grinding into powder. Use vinegar-boiled wheat paste to make pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take twenty pills per dose, swallowed with water. If not cured, continue taking.
Formula for treating Cinnabar Toxicity:
Salt (half tael)
Process the above single ingredient by stirring evenly in cold water until clarified. Drink slowly.
Formula for treating Gypsum Fibrosum / Concretion Toxicity (Shi Zhong Ru, 石钟乳):
Fluorite (Zǐ Yǔ Shí, 紫石英) (one tael)
Process the above single ingredient by crushing and sieving into a fine powder. Take one qian bi per dose, mixed with warm water. Take continuously for three doses.
Formula for treating Sulfur Toxicity:
Asarum (Xì Xīn, 细辛) (remove seedlings and leaves, one tael)
Process the above single ingredient by crushing and sieving into a fine powder. Take one qian bi per dose, mixed with the white broth from boiled pork meat. Take cold. Additionally, wild white pigeon meat can also treat Sulfur toxicity; generally, one tael of meat can neutralize one tael of toxicity.

Polygala Root (Nǚ Wàn, 女菀) (one tael)
Process the above single ingredient by coarse crushing and sieving. Take two qian bi per dose, add one cup of water, decoct to seventy percent volume, and take warm at any time.
Formula for treating Actinolite Toxicity (Yáng Qǐ Shí, 阳起石):
Dodder Seed (Tū Sī Zǐ, 菟丝子) (one tael, do not soak in wine)
Process the above single ingredient by crushing and sieving into a fine powder. Take one qian bi per dose, mixed with warm water. Three doses will immediately resolve the toxicity.

Process the above single ingredient without limit on quantity, grind to extract juice and drink.
