论曰夫禽兽品类，有根性本毒者，有无毒而食毒物者，有杂和相畏相恶相因成毒者。人
不慎而食之，致伤腑脏之和，乱肠胃之气，或轻或重，各随其毒而为害。今备禽兽杂忌，并
解毒诸方于后，宜预知焉。
治食牛肉中毒方
猪肉（炼为油一两）
上一味，每服一匙头，以温汤调化服之，未瘥更服。

上一味，捣为细末，每服一钱匕，以人乳汁调下。

上一味，旋旋饮之效，或甜瓜捣绞取汁饮之，亦得。

上一味，旋旋饮之，以瘥为度。

Commentary states: Among the various categories of birds and beasts, some have inherent toxicity, some are non-toxic but become toxic after consuming poisonous substances, and some generate toxicity due to mutual interactions such as incompatibility (Xiang Wei), aversion (Xiang E), or causation. If humans consume these carelessly, it will damage the harmony of the Zang-Fu organs and disrupt the Qi of the intestines and stomach. The harm may be light or heavy, depending on the nature of the poison. Hereafter are recorded the contraindications regarding mixed consumption of birds and beasts, along with various detoxification formulas; one should be aware of them in advance.

Pork Fat (refined into oil, 1 liang)
Take this single ingredient. For each dose, take one spoonful, dissolve it in warm water, and drink. If not cured, take again.
