治疗一切风热疥疮攻注。牵牛子丸方：
牵牛子（一两半，一半在瓦上炒，一半生用）、香子（一两微炒）、陈橘皮（二两水浸后在瓦上去白焙干）。
以上三味药，为细末，用生姜汁煮面糊为丸，如绿豆大小，每次空腹临卧时，用炒盐汤送下十丸。

Ingredients: Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu, 吴茱萸 - 1 liang); Phaseoli Semen Rubrum (Chixiaodou, 赤小豆 - 49 grains); Tribuli Fructus (Baijili, 白蒺藜 - 1 liang); Alpiniae Katsumadai Semen (Baiwanyi Ren, 白芜荑仁 - 0.5 liang); Calomelas (Qingfen, 轻粉 - 5 qianbi); Sulphur (Shiuhuang, 石硫黄 - a little, ground).
Procedure: Pound and grind into a uniform powder. Take half a qianbi mixed with raw sesame oil, rub between palms until warm, then wipe over all scabies-affected areas before sleeping. Sores will heal upon waking.

Ingredients: Sophorae Tree Teeth (Huaiya, 槐牙 - baked dry); Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus Teeth (Zaojia Ya, 皂荚牙 - baked dry, 1 jin each); Sophorae Radix (Kushen, 苦参 - 3 liang); Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng, 防风 - forked parts removed); Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo, 羌活 - rhizome removed, 1.3 liang each); Natrix Humpbacked (Wushe, 乌蛇 - one strip, wine-roasted, skin and bones removed); Quisqualis Fructus (Shijunzi, 使君子 - 1.5 liang).
Procedure: Grind into powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of lucerne seeds. Take 30 pills with wine on an empty stomach, and with honey water at night.
For treating spleen-lung wind-toxin attacking and causing scabies/tinea: Formula:
Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma, 升麻); Pruni Persicae Cortex (Taobaipi, 桃白皮); Sophorae Radix (Kushen, 苦参 - 0.5 liang each).
Procedure: Finely slice. Boil in 2 dou of water until reduced to 1 dou. Filter dregs, wait until warm, and wash.
For treating tinea and scabies: Formula:
Alum Ash (Baijianhui, 白矾灰); Sulphur (Shiuhuang, 石硫黄).
Procedure: Equal parts, grind to powder, mix with raw sesame oil and apply.
For treating all malignant scabies: Formula:
Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, 黄柏 - powder); Calcined Lime (Duanshi, 锻石 - ground).
Procedure: Equal parts, grind extremely fine. Mix with raw hemp seed oil into a thin batter. Wash sores cleanly, apply 4-5 times until cured.
For treating severe sores and scabies: Wudou Decoction:
Aconiti Radix (Wutou, 乌头 - 1 liang, each piece split into four); Soybean (Dadou, 大豆 - 1.5 liang).
Procedure: Put together in a clay pot, boil until very soft. Take one piece of Aconite and a few soybeans with wine on an empty stomach.
