论曰足太阴之经，脾之脉也。脾经之疟，令人不乐，好太息，不嗜食，多寒热汗出，病
至则呕，呕已乃寒，寒则腹中痛，热则肠中鸣，鸣已汗出，故谓足太阴疟，又名脾疟。治脾
疟寒热时作。肌瘦食减，肠泄腹痛。吴茱萸汤方

上五味。粗捣筛，每服三钱匕，水一盏，煎至七分，未发前，去滓温服。
治脾疟无问远近。阿魏丸方
阿魏（研） 安息香（入胡桃瓤同研） 莱菔子（炒各三钱） 芜荑仁（微炒为末一分）
上四味。为细末，炼蜜丸如绿豆大，每服二十丸，未发前，温水下，得吐则瘥。

女右，塞耳中瘥，合时取五月五日午时，面北先吸气七遍，却于药上呵七遍，神验。
治脾疟。橘皮散方
陈橘皮（汤浸去白焙） 常山 干漆（炒烟出） 桂（去粗皮各三分） 牡蛎（烧赤一
分）
上五味。为细散，每服三钱匕，未发前，温酒调下，三服必瘥。
治脾疟。半夏散方
半夏（为末姜汁调作饼焙干） 阿魏（研各一钱）
上二味，研匀，以温酒半升，未发前调匀，旋旋服之。
治脾寒疟疾。七枣散方
乌头（大者一枚炮良久移一处再炮凡七处炮满去皮脐）
上为细末，都作一服，用大枣七枚，生姜七片，葱白七寸，水一碗，同煎至一盏，疾发
前，先食枣，次温服药，只一服瘥。一方乌头不炮，用沸汤一盏泡，以物盖之候温，温更泡
，满四遍，去皮切焙干，根据上法作一服。
论述说：足太阴经，是脾的经脉。脾经受邪所致的疟疾（脾疟），使人情绪低落，喜欢长叹气，食欲不振，寒热往来且多汗。病发时则呕吐，吐完后才感到寒冷，冷时腹部疼痛，热时肠中鸣响，鸣响后出汗，所以称为足太阴疟，又名脾疟。治疗脾疟寒热交替发作。肌肉消瘦，食欲减退，腹泻腹痛。吴茱萸汤方

以上十味药。粗捣碎并筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，生姜两片，煎煮至七分，去渣，在发病前温服。
治疗脾疟不思饮食。浓朴汤方
厚朴（去除粗皮，用生姜汁炙烤三两） 半夏（研为细末，用姜汁做成饼状烘焙干燥一两） 陈皮（用汤浸洗，去除白色内瓤后烘焙二两）
以上三味药。粗捣碎并筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，生姜三片，大枣一枚劈破，煎煮至七分，去渣，空腹、中午及睡前各服一次。
治疗脾疟。木香丸方
木香 附子（炮裂，去皮脐） 大黄（锉碎炒制） 厚朴（去除粗皮，用姜汁炙烤） 人参（各一两） 芍药 桂枝（去除粗皮） 京三棱（煨制） 独活（去除芦头） 干姜（炮制） 川芎 羌活（去除芦头） 甘草（炙烤，各半两） 陈皮（用汤浸洗，去除白色内瓤后烘焙）
以上十五味药。研为细末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三十丸，在发病前用温水送服，每日三次。
治疗脾疟寒热。槟榔汤方
槟榔（锉碎） 青皮（用汤浸洗，去除白色内瓤后烘焙） 前胡（去除芦头） 白术 土茯苓（各一两）
以上五味药。粗捣碎并筛过，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，煎煮至七分，在发病前，去渣温服。
治疗脾疟，无论病程长短。阿魏丸方
阿魏（研碎） 安息香（与胡桃仁一同研碎） 莱菔子（炒制，各三钱） 芜荑仁（微炒后研为细末一分）
以上四味药。研为细末，用炼蜜制成绿豆大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸，在发病前用温水送服，能吐出则病愈。
治疗脾疟寒热，善于呕吐且多汗。青蒿汤方
青蒿 附子（炮裂，去皮脐） 桂枝（去除粗皮） 厚朴（去除粗皮，用姜汁炙烤） 甘草（炙烤） 陈皮（用汤浸洗，去除白色内瓤后烘焙） 半夏（研为细末，用姜汁调和做成饼状晒干） 麻黄（去除根节） 草豆蔻（去皮） 白术（各半两） 藿香叶（一两）
以上十一味药。锉如麻豆大小，每次服用三钱匕，用水一盏，生姜三片，大枣一枚劈破，煎煮七分，去渣温服，每日三次，不拘时间。
治疗脾疟。人参饮方
人参 甘草（炙烤，各一分） 陈皮（用汤浸洗，去除白色内瓤后烘焙半两） 乌梅（五枚，去核烘焙） 草豆蔻（七枚，去皮）
以上五味药。粗捣碎并筛过，每次服用五钱匕，用湿纸包裹固定，用熟水二盏，生姜一块枣大拍碎，大枣两枚劈破，在瓷器内煎煮至一盏，去渣，在发病前温服。
治疗脾疟寒多热少，有汗，头目昏花，背肩拘急，或胸膈痞闷，呕吐逆气咳嗽，心腹胀痛，面色黄肌肉消瘦，肢体关节疼痛疲倦。柴胡汤方
柴胡（去除苗） 葛根（锉碎） 枣肉（烘焙） 甘草（炙烤） 槟榔（锉碎） 常山 乌梅（去核烘焙） 草豆蔻（去皮） 厚朴（去除粗皮）
以上九味药。粗捣碎并筛过，每次服用五钱匕，用酒半盏，水一盏，煎煮至一盏，去渣，在发病前温服。
治疗脾疟，无论新久。鳖甲散方
鳖甲（去除裙边，用醋炙烤） 甘草（炙烤，各一两三分） 常山（一两） 乌梅（去核烘焙一两一分） 陈皮（用汤浸洗，去除白色内瓤后烘焙）
以上七味药。研为细散，每次服用二钱匕，在发病前，用酒调服，每日三次。
治疗脾疟。硫黄丸方
硫黄（研碎） 桂枝（去除粗皮） 巴豆（去皮心膜，出油后研碎） 干姜（炮制，各半两） 蓝淀（研碎一分）
以上五味药。将其中两味捣罗为末，加入另外三味研匀的药粉混合均匀，用面糊制成绿豆大小的丸剂。每次取一丸用绵裹住，在发病前，男性塞左耳，女性塞右耳，即可痊愈。制作时需在五月五日午时，面向北方先吸气七遍，然后在药上呵气七遍，神验。
治疗脾疟。橘皮散方
陈皮（用汤浸洗，去除白色内瓤后烘焙） 常山 干漆（炒至烟出） 桂枝（去除粗皮，各三分） 牡蛎（烧至赤红一分）
以上五味药。研为细散，每次服用三钱匕，在发病前，用温酒调服，服三次必愈。
治疗脾疟。半夏散方
半夏（研为细末，用姜汁调成饼状烘焙干燥） 阿魏（研碎，各一钱）
以上两味药，研匀，用温酒半升，在发病前调匀，慢慢服用。
治疗脾寒疟疾。七枣散方
乌头（大者一枚，炮制良久后移动一处再炮，共七处炮满，去皮脐）
以上研为细末，全部作为一次服用量。用大枣七枚，生姜七片，葱白七寸，水一碗，同煎煮至一盏，疾病发作前，先吃枣，然后温服药物，只需一次服用即可痊愈。另一方法：乌头不炮制，用沸水一盏浸泡，用物体盖住等待温度适宜，温热后再泡，共泡四次，去皮切片烘焙干燥，根据上述方法作为一次服用量。
Commentary states: The Foot-Taiyin Meridian is the meridian of the Spleen. Malaria affecting the Spleen Meridian (Spleen Malaria) causes a person to feel unhappy, sigh frequently, lose appetite, and experience alternating chills and fever with profuse sweating. When the disease strikes, vomiting occurs; after vomiting, chills set in, accompanied by abdominal pain during cold phases, and borborygmus (intestinal rumbling) during hot phases, followed by sweating. Hence it is called Foot-Taiyin Malaria, also known as Spleen Malaria. Treatment for Spleen Malaria with alternating chills and fever, emaciation, reduced appetite, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. The above ten ingredients. Coarsely crushed and sieved. Take three qianbi per dose, add one zhan of water and two slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang), decoct until seven-tenths remain, remove dregs, and take warm before onset.
Treatment for Spleen Malaria with loss of appetite. Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex Decoction (Nongpu Tang)

The above three ingredients. Coarsely crushed and sieved. Take three qianbi per dose, add one zhan of water, three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang), and one Jujubae Fructus (Zao) split open, decoct until seven-tenths remain, remove dregs. Take one dose each on an empty stomach, at noon, and before sleep.

The above five ingredients. Coarsely crushed and sieved. Take five qianbi per dose. Wrap tightly in wet paper. Add two zhan of boiled water, one piece of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) the size of a date, smashed, and two Jujubae Fructus (Zao) split open. Decoct in a porcelain vessel until one zhan remains, remove dregs, and take warm before onset.
Treatment for Spleen Malaria with more chills than fever, sweating, dizziness, stiffness of the back and shoulders, or chest fullness, retching, cough, abdominal distension and pain, sallow complexion, emaciation, and limb joint pain and fatigue. Bupleuri Decoction (Chaihu Tang)

The above five ingredients. Pound two ingredients into powder, mix evenly with the other three ground ingredients. Use wheat paste to form pills the size of mung beans. For use, wrap one pill in silk. Before onset, males insert into the left ear, females into the right ear. This cures the disease. Preparation should be done at noon on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month. Face north, inhale deeply seven times, then exhale onto the medicine seven times. Highly effective.
Treatment for Spleen Malaria. Tangerine Peel Powder (Jupi San)

The above five ingredients. Powdered finely. Take three qianbi per dose, mix with warm wine and take before onset. Three doses will surely cure.
Treatment for Spleen Malaria. Pinellia Powder (Banxia San)
Pinelliae Rhizoma (Banxia) (powdered, mixed with Ginger Juice to make cakes, dried)
Asafoetida (wei) (ground, each 1 qian)
The above two ingredients. Grind uniformly. Mix with half a sheng of warm wine. Take slowly before onset.
Treatment for Cold-type Malaria. Seven-Jujube Powder (Qizao San)
Aconiti Radix (Wutou) (one large piece, processed by heat for a long time, moved to another spot and processed again, repeated seven times in total, skin and umbilicus removed)
The above powdered finely. All taken as one dose. Use seven Jujubae Fructus (Zao), seven slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang), seven cun of Allii Fistulosi Bulbus (Congbai), and one bowl of water. Decoct together until one zhan remains. Before the disease strikes, eat the dates first, then take the medicine warm. One dose cures. Another method: Do not process Wutou. Soak one zhan of boiling water over it, cover with an object, wait until warm, soak again when warm. Repeat four times. Remove skin, slice, dry, and prepare as one dose according to the above method.
