论曰，用药之法，有不取于气味，特以意为用者，若鱼网虎骨之治骨鲠是也，然网能制
鱼，乃鱼之所畏，虎能伏兽，乃兽之所畏，其所制伏既不同，则用之亦异矣。
治物鲠。宽喉灵砂散方
灵砂 丹砂 附子（生去皮脐） 铅丹 雄黄（各一分） 芎 （半两） 金箔（七片）
巴豆
（一枚去皮心取肉擘为十二段每擘以口吹之研去油尽）
上八味，同研如粉，若咽钱及鱼骨等，在喉咽内，每服一字，先取蓖麻子三枚，去皮研，
以汤半盏，搅滤取汁，调药服之，便下。
治一切骨鲠，或竹木刺喉中不下。鳜胆煎方
鳜鱼胆
上一味，腊月取挂于北檐下阴干，每有鱼鲠，即取一皂子许，以酒一合，煎化呷，若得
逆便吐，骨随涎出，未吐更饮温酒，以吐为度，又未出，更煎一服，无不出者，此药应是鲠
在脏腑中，日久疼痛，黄瘦甚者，服之皆出，若卒无鳜鱼，蠡鱼鲩鱼鲫鱼亦可，惟腊月收者
最佳。
治骨鲠在喉中，附子丸方

上六味，捣罗为末，炼蜜丸如小皂子大，每含一丸咽津，如两茶久未应，即用桂末煎汤

上四味，捣研为末，浆水和丸，如樱桃大，含化咽津，又一方，无陈橘皮。
治骨鲠在喉中不出。象牙丸方
象牙屑 乌贼鱼骨（去甲） 陈橘皮（汤浸去白焙各一分）
上三味，捣罗为末，用寒食稠饧和丸，如鸡头实大，含化咽津。
治骨鲠在喉中不出。橘糖丸方
陈橘皮（汤浸去白焙半两） 乌贼鱼骨（去甲） 沙糖（各一分）
上三味，捣罗为末，炼蜜和丸，如皂子大，绵裹含咽。
治诸骨鲠在喉不出。栗皮丸方
栗子肉上皮（半两为末） 乳香（研） 鱼肝（各一分）
上三味，同研为丸，如梧子大，看骨远近，绵裹一丸，水润，外留绵线吞之，即钩出。
治一切骨鲠，或竹木签刺喉中不下。玉错散方
蓖麻子（去壳一两） 凝水石（研如粉二两）
上二味，先研蓖麻为膏，旋入石末，同研成散即止，每取一捻，置舌根深处，以冷水咽
之，其鲠自然不见。

上二味，等分研细，用沙糖和丸，如皂子大，以绵裹含之，痰出立效。
治诸鱼骨鲠在喉中方
蜜（不拘多少）
上一味，煎化乘热用绵一两蘸熨鲠处，又以瓠炙热，熨绵上，未出再作，仍取皂荚末少
许，吹鼻中，即出。
治诸鱼骨鲠在喉中。笱须散方
笱须（已捕鱼者）
上一味，烧灰研细，每服一钱匕，粥饮调下。
治诸鱼骨鲠在喉中。獭骨方

上一味，含之咽津，立下，一方，烧灰，水调服。

上一味，为丸如鸡子黄大吞之，又渐作大丸，再吞即效。

上一味，烧灰研细，每服一钱匕，新水调下，一方，以鱼网复鲠人头上，即下。

上一味，嚼令柔，取粗线系之，持线一端，吞薤到鲠处，引之随出。

上一味，研为散，每服一钱匕，酒调下，立出。

艾蒿（一握切）
上一味，以水酒各一盏，煎至八分，去滓分温二服。

上一味，渍之令软，索如弹丸，持一端，吞之至鲠处，徐徐引出，大效。

上一味，捣为散，每服一钱匕，水调下，日三，亦疗折箭刺入膜囊不出，及鼠 等患，
服之十日皆穿皮出。

百合（五两）
上一味，捣罗为散，用蜜水调涂帛上，匝项系之，甚者不过三五上。
治诸鱼骨鲠在喉中。鱼尾引方

上一味，取置衣领中，即瘥。

上取立死竹，从地高二尺以上，刮去皮，细劈如算子，三七茎，用水二盏，煎七分，去

治鹅鸭及鸡骨，鲠在喉中。桂香散方

上二味，捣罗为散，每用一钱匕，绵裹含咽，十度其骨软渐消。
治食肉鲠。鹰灰散方
鹰粪（烧灰）
上一味，细研为散，每服一钱匕，水调下，虎野狼雕粪，皆可服之。
治诸兽骨鲠。虎骨散方

上一味，捣研细，每服一钱匕，水调下，狸骨亦得。
治食鲠咽不下。鸡翮散方
白雄鸡左右翅大毛（各一枚）
上一味，就铜器中，烧作灰，每服一钱匕，米饮调下。
治食中发鲠，不下绕喉。血余散方
乱发（一团烧灰）
上一味，研为细散，每服一钱匕，粥饮调下。
治铁棘竹木诸鲠在喉中不下，及刺在肉中拆不出。半夏散方

上二味，捣罗为散，每服半钱匕，酒调下，日三，半夏戟人喉，以生姜汁解之。
治诸鲠。二白散方
白芷 白蔹（各一分）
上二味，捣罗为散，每服一钱匕，水调下。
治诸鲠。半夏白芷散方
半夏（汤洗七遍） 白芷（各半两）
上二味，捣罗为散，每服一钱匕，水调下，即呕出。
治诸鲠。猪膏吞方
猪膏
上一味，吞如杏核大，未下再吞。
治诸鲠。咽蜜方
上以好蜜一匙，稍稍咽下，良。
治诸鲠并刺不出。蝼蛄散方
蝼蛄头（一枚）
上一味为散，以绵裹咽津，勿令鲠人知，若刺不出者，以涂刺疮上自出耳。
治诸骨鲠在喉不出。红椹咽方
椹子（将红者不拘多少）
上一味，卧时细嚼，先以咽津后尽咽滓，用新水吞下，如无新者，只欲红阴干为末用之
治诸鲠方
上以木炭皮为末，研令极细，如无炭皮，但坚炭亦可，粥饮调下，二钱匕，日四五服，
以鲠下为度。
治鱼骨鲠方
象牙（一两）
上一味，不以多少，捣罗为末，沙糖丸如鸡头实大，每含化一丸咽津。
论述说：用药的方法，有不依赖于药物气味，而特别注重意念运用的，比如用鱼网和虎骨来治疗骨鲠（异物卡在咽喉或食道）。然而，网能制服鱼，是因为鱼畏惧网；虎能降伏野兽，是因为野兽畏惧虎。既然它们所制服的对象不同，那么应用的方法也就有所差异了。
治疗动物骨头卡喉的宽喉灵砂散方
药材包括：灵砂、丹砂、附子（生用，去皮去脐）、铅丹、雄黄（各一分）、川芎（半两）、金箔（七片）、巴豆（一枚，去皮心取肉，掰成十二段，每掰开一段就用口吹研，直到油尽）。
以上八味药，一同研磨成粉末。如果是钱币或鱼骨等卡在咽喉内，每次服用“一字”的量。先取蓖麻子三枚，去皮后研磨，用半盏热水搅拌过滤取汁，用药粉调服，随即排出。
治疗各种骨鲠，或者竹木刺卡在喉咙里下不去的鳜胆煎方
药材包括：鳜鱼胆。
以上一味药，在腊月时采集挂在北屋檐下阴干。每当有鱼刺卡住时，取如皂角子大小的一块，用一合酒煎化后喝下。如果能引起呕吐，骨头就会随着唾液吐出；如果没吐出来，再喝温酒，以呕吐为限度。如果还没出来，再煎服一次，没有不出来的。这个药对于卡在脏腑中、日久疼痛、面色萎黄消瘦严重的情况，服用后也能排出。如果没有鳜鱼，蠡鱼、鲩鱼、鲫鱼胆也可以，但以腊月采集的为最佳。
治疗骨鲠卡在喉咙里的附子丸方
药材包括：附子（一枚，炮裂去皮去脐）、桂枝（去掉粗皮）、细辛（去掉苗叶）、陈皮（热水浸泡去掉白色部分焙干）、硝石、青橘皮（热水浸泡去掉白色部分焙干，各一分）。
以上六味药，捣碎过筛成末，炼蜜制成如小皂子大小的丸剂。每次含服一丸，咽下津液。如果过了两个茶点的时间还没反应，就用桂枝末煎汤送服助效，骨头立刻就能出来。
治疗骨鲠卡在喉咙里出不来的磁石丸方
药材包括：磁石（醋淬后研磨）、陈皮（热水浸泡去掉白色部分焙干）、白矾灰、牛蒡子（炒制）、浆水脚（多年的晒干炒至紫色，各一分）。
以上五味药，捣碎研磨成散剂，另外用浆水脚调和做成如芡实大小的丸剂。每次含服一丸，咽下津液。
治疗骨鲠卡在喉咙里出不来的矾灰散方
药材包括：白矾灰、乌贼鱼骨（去掉硬壳）、桂枝（去掉粗皮）、陈皮（热水浸泡去掉白色部分焙干）、浆水脚（多年的晒干炒至紫色，各一分）。
以上五味药，捣碎研磨后同炒至黑色，冷却后细细研磨成散剂。每次服用一钱匕，用温酒调服，并适量饮酒使其微醉。再用棉布包裹一钱匕的药粉，含在口中吞咽，盖住鼻子，打喷嚏后即可排出。
治疗咽喉各种异物卡的软骨散方
药材包括：赤茯苓（去掉黑皮）、陈皮（热水浸泡去掉白色部分焙干，各半两）、甘草（炙烤锉碎）、缩砂仁（各一分）。
以上四味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次用二钱匕，先撒在口中，然后用一盏新水咽下。
治疗骨鲠卡在喉咙里出不来的马勃丸方
药材包括：马勃、白矾灰、牛蒡子（炒制）、陈皮（热水浸泡去掉白色部分焙干，各半两）。
以上四味药，捣碎研磨成末，用浆水调和做成如樱桃大小的丸剂，含化咽下津液。另一版本方中没有陈皮。
治疗骨鲠卡在喉咙里出不来的象牙丸方
药材包括：象牙屑、乌贼鱼骨（去掉硬壳）、陈皮（热水浸泡去掉白色部分焙干，各一分）。
以上三味药，捣碎过筛成末，用寒食节的稠饴糖调和做成如鸡头实大小的丸剂，含化咽下津液。
治疗骨鲠卡在喉咙里出不来的橘糖丸方
药材包括：陈皮（热水浸泡去掉白色部分焙干半两）、乌贼鱼骨（去掉硬壳）、沙糖（各一分）。
以上三味药，捣碎过筛成末，炼蜜调和做成如皂子大小的丸剂，用棉布包裹含服咽下。
治疗各种骨鲠卡在喉咙里出不来的栗皮丸方
药材包括：栗子肉上的皮（半两研末）、乳香（研磨）、鱼肝（各一分）。
以上三味药，一同研磨做成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。根据骨头的位置远近，用棉布包裹一丸，用水润湿，外面留出棉线吞下，即可钩出。
治疗各种骨鲠，或者竹木签刺卡在喉咙里下不去的玉错散方
药材包括：蓖麻子（去壳一两）、凝水石（研磨如粉二两）。
以上两味药，先将蓖麻研成膏，随即加入石末，一同研磨成散剂即止。每次取一捻，放在舌根深处，用冷水咽下，异物自然消失。
治疗各种异物卡的蓖麻丸方
药材包括：蓖麻仁、细曲。
以上两味药，等分研细，用沙糖调和做成如皂子大小的丸剂，用棉布包裹含服，痰出立见效。
治疗各种鱼骨卡在喉咙中间的方子
药材包括：蜂蜜（不限多少）。
以上一味药，煎化后趁热用一两重的棉布蘸取熨烫卡刺处，又用烧热的瓠瓜熨烫在棉布上，未出来就再做一次。同时取少许皂荚末吹入鼻中，即可出来。
治疗各种鱼骨卡在喉咙中的笱须散方
药材包括：笱须（已捕过鱼的）。
以上一味药，烧成灰研细。每次服用一钱匕，用粥饮调服。
治疗各种鱼骨卡在喉咙中的獭骨方
药材包括：獭骨（一片）。
以上一味药，含在口中咽下津液，立即见效。另一版本是烧成灰，用水调服。
治疗各种鱼骨卡在喉咙中的鱼鳞散方
药材包括：鲤鱼皮鳞（不限多少）。
以上一味药，烧成灰研细。每次服用二钱匕，用新汲水调服，未出来再服。

药材包括：蔷薇根（不限多少）。
以上一味药，捣碎成散剂。每次服用一钱匕，用水调服，每日三次。也治疗折箭刺入膜囊出不来，以及鼠瘘等疾病，服用十日都能穿透皮肤出来。
治疗各种鱼骨卡在喉咙中的百合散方
药材包括：百合（五两）。
以上一味药，捣碎过筛成散剂，用蜜水调涂在帛上，环绕颈部系住，严重的不过三五次。
治疗各种鱼骨卡在喉咙中的鱼尾引方
药材包括：鱼尾（一枚）。
以上一味药，取出来放在衣领中，病就好了。
治疗各种鱼骨卡在喉咙中的立竹汤方
取直立死亡的竹子，从地面高二尺以上部分，刮去皮，劈得像算筹一样细，三七茎，用水二盏，煎至七分，去渣一次性服下。
治疗鹅鸭及鸡骨卡在喉咙中的桂香散方
药材包括：桂枝（去掉粗皮半两）、陈皮（热水浸泡去掉白色部分焙干一分）。
以上两味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次用一钱匕，用棉布包裹含服咽下，十次后骨头变软逐渐消除。
治疗吃肉卡喉的鹰灰散方
药材包括：鹰粪（烧成灰）。
以上一味药，细细研磨成散剂。每次服用一钱匕，用水调服。虎、野狼、雕的粪便都可以服用。
治疗各种兽骨卡的虎骨散方
药材包括：虎骨。
以上一味药，捣碎研磨细。每次服用一钱匕，用水调服。狸骨也可以。
治疗食物卡在咽下不去的鸡翮散方
药材包括：白雄鸡左右翅膀的大毛（各一枚）。
以上一味药，就在铜器中烧成灰。每次服用一钱匕，用米饮调服。
治疗进食中发生产生异物感，不下且绕喉的血余散方
药材包括：乱发（一团烧成灰）。
以上一味药，研磨成细散剂。每次服用一钱匕，用粥饮调服。
治疗铁棘竹木各种异物卡在喉咙里下不去，以及刺在肉中拔不出来的半夏散方
药材包括：半夏（热水洗七遍）、白蔹（各二两）。
以上两味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用半钱匕，用酒调服，每日三次。半夏戟人喉咙，可以用生姜汁解毒。
治疗各种异物卡的二白散方
药材包括：白芷、白蔹（各一分）。
以上两味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用一钱匕，用水调服。
治疗各种异物卡的半夏白芷散方
药材包括：半夏（热水洗七遍）、白芷（各半两）。
以上两味药，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用一钱匕，用水调服，随即呕吐出来。
治疗各种异物卡的猪膏吞方
药材包括：猪膏。
以上一味药，吞服如杏核大小，未下来再吞。
治疗各种异物并刺不出来的蝼蛄散方
药材包括：蝼蛄头（一枚）。
以上一味药做成散剂，用棉布包裹咽下津液，不要让卡刺的人知道。如果刺不出来，涂在刺疮上自然会出来。
治疗各种骨鲠卡在喉咙里出不来的红椹咽方
药材包括：桑葚（红的不限多少）。
以上一味药，睡觉时细细咀嚼，先用津液咽下后再咽下残渣，用新水吞下。如果没有新的，只要将红色的阴干研末使用。
治疗各种异物卡的方子
用木炭皮研成极细末，如果没有炭皮，坚硬的炭也可以，用粥饮调服二钱匕，每日四五次，以异物下来为度。
治疗鱼骨卡的方子
药材包括：象牙（一两）。
以上一味药，不限多少，捣碎过筛成末，用沙糖做成如鸡头实大小的丸剂，每次含化一丸咽下津液。
Commentary states: The method of using medicine does not always rely on the flavor and aroma of herbs, but sometimes specifically utilizes intent. An example is the treatment of foreign bodies stuck in the throat (bone splinters) using fish nets or tiger bone. However, a net can subdue fish because fish fear the net; a tiger can subdue beasts because beasts fear the tiger. Since the objects subdued are different, the methods of application also differ.
Formula for Broad-Throat Spirit Sand Powder to treat animal bone splinters
Ingredients: Lingsha (Spirit Sand), Dansha (Cinnabar), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, raw, peeled and navel removed), Qiandan (Lead Tetroxide), Xionghuang (Realgar, each 1 fen), Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 0.5 liang), Jinbo (Gold Leaf, 7 pieces), Badou (Crotonis Fructus, 1 seed, peeled, heart removed, flesh taken, broken into 12 segments; each segment is blown upon while ground until all oil is removed).
The above eight ingredients are ground together into a powder. If coins or fish bones are stuck in the throat, take one "yi" (a traditional small measure) per dose. First, take three Ricinus seeds, peel them, grind them, add half a cup of hot water, stir and filter to extract the juice, then mix with the medicine powder and ingest. This will cause immediate expulsion.
Formula for Mandarin Fish Gall Bladder Decoction to treat all kinds of bone splinters, or bamboo/wood splinters stuck in the throat that cannot be swallowed.
Ingredients: Mandarinfish gall bladder.
Take this single ingredient in the twelfth lunar month, hang it under the north eaves to dry in the shade. Whenever a fish bone gets stuck, take an amount the size of a soap bean, decoct it in one he of wine, and swallow. If vomiting occurs, the bone will come out with the saliva. If it does not vomit, drink warm wine again, stopping when vomiting occurs. If it still has not come out, decoct and take another dose; there will be no case where it fails to come out. This medicine is effective even for splinters lodged in the viscera for a long time, causing pain and severe emaciation and yellowing of the complexion; ingestion will expel them. If mandarin fish are unavailable, bile from Li fish, Grass carp, or Crucian carp may also be used, but those collected in the twelfth lunar month are best.
Formula for Aconite Pills to treat bone splinters stuck in the throat
Ingredients: Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, 1 piece, processed until cracked, peeled and navel removed), Guizhi (Cinnamomi Ramulus, bark scraped), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, weeds and leaves removed), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, soaked in hot water, white pith removed, dried), Xiaoshi (Natrii Nitratis Crystal), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride, soaked in hot water, white pith removed, dried, each 1 fen).
The above six ingredients are pounded, sifted into powder, and mixed with refined honey to make pills the size of small soap beans. Contain one pill at a time and swallow the saliva. If there is no response after two tea intervals, decoct Guizhi powder in water to assist; the bone will immediately emerge.
Formula for Magnetite Pills to treat bone splinters stuck in the throat that cannot come out
Ingredients: Cishi (Magnetitum, quenched in vinegar and ground), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, soaked in hot water, white pith removed, dried), Baifanshui (Alumen residue), Niuxibang (Arctii Fructus, fried), Jiangshuijiao (Fermented rice water sediment from years past, dried and fried until purple, each 1 fen).
The above five ingredients are pounded and ground into a powder. Mix separately with fermented rice water sediment to form pills the size of Euryale seeds. Contain one pill at a time and swallow the saliva.
