治恶疮方。
雄黄 雌黄 芎 升麻 乌头 防己 竹灰 黄连 黄柏 水银（各二两） 胡粉（一
分） 蜡（三两） 杏仁（三十枚） 巴豆（二十枚） 松脂 乱发（各一鸡子大）
上十六味 咀，以猪膏三升急煎，令发消，去滓，停小冷，入真珠三钱匕，搅令相得
以敷之。凡用膏，先净洗疮拭干，乃敷上，敷讫以赤石脂、黄连散粉之。（《翼方》无竹灰、
水银
治种种诸疮不愈者方∶
水银（一两） 黄连（二两） 经墨（三分）
上三味治下筛，以不中水猪脂和敷上，不过二三度瘥，神良。若欲多作任人，水银大须
熟研。其药惟不治金疮。
治反花疮并治积年诸疮方∶
取牛蒡根熟捣，和腊月猪脂封上，瘥止。并治久不瘥诸肿、恶疮、漏疮等，皆瘥。
又方 取马齿菜捣封上，瘥止。
又方 取蜘蛛膜粘贴，数易之，瘥止。
治身疮及头疮不止方∶
取菖蒲为末，敷上，日三夜二。
治疮久不瘥者方∶
芜荑 藜芦（各一两） 姜黄 青矾 雄黄（各一分） 苦参 沙参（各三两） 附子

上八味治下筛，先以盐汁洗疮，去痂，干拭敷上，小儿一炊久剥去之，大人半日才剥，
再敷，不过三四度愈。
治诸疮久不瘥，并治六畜方∶用枣膏三升，水三斗，煮取一斗半，数洗取愈。
治代指方∶
用甘草二两 咀，水五升，煮取一升半，渍之。
又方 以唾和白 砂，搜面作碗子，盛唾，次着 砂如枣许，以爪指着中，一日瘥。
又方 以毛杂黄土作泥，泥指上，浓五分，纳 灰中煨之，令热可忍，泥干即易，不
过数度瘥。
又方 刺指热饭中二七遍。
又方 以麻沸汤渍之即愈。
又方 单煮地榆汤渍之半日。
又方 取姜黄、葱叶煮沸渍之。
又方 以蜀椒四合，水一升，煮三沸渍之。
又方 先刺去脓血，炙鱼 皮令温，以缠裹周匝，痛止便愈。
治指痛欲脱方∶
猪脂和盐煮令消，热纳指中，一食久住。（《翼方》和干姜。）
治手足指掣痛不可忍方∶
用酱清和蜜，温涂之。
又方 灸指端七壮，立瘥。
治手足指逆胪方（此缘厕上搔头所致）∶
还坐厕上以指倒捋二七下，即瘥。
又方 真珠（一分） 干姜（二分）
上二味捣，以粉疮上，日三。
治手足皴裂逆胪代指方∶
酒搦猪胰洗之，慎风冷。
治冬月冒涉冻凌面目手足皴瘃，及治热痛欲瘃方∶
用麦窠煮令浓，热洗之。
治冻指瘃欲堕方∶
用马屎三升，以水煮令沸，渍半日愈。
治手足皴劈硬裂，血出疼痛方∶
用猪脂着热酒中洗之。
治手足皴痛方∶
煮茄根洗之。
又方 芎 （三分） 蜀椒（二分） 白芷 防风 盐（各一两）
上五味 咀，以水四升，煎取浓涂之。或猪脂煎更良。
治尸脚方（凡人脚无冬夏常拆裂者是）∶
用鸡屎一升，水二升，煮数沸，停小冷，渍半日，瘥止。亦用马屎。忌踏、酒、吐及妇
人秽血。
又方 熔胶，胶干，以故帛粘贴。
治割甲侵肉不瘥方∶
以 砂、矾石为末裹之，以瘥为度。
又方 捣鬼针草苗汁，鼠粘草根和腊月猪脂敷之。
治疗恶疮的方剂。
雄黄、雌黄、川芎、升麻、乌头、防己、竹灰、黄连、黄柏（各二两）、胡粉（一分）、蜡（三两）、杏仁（三十枚）、巴豆（二十枚）、松脂、乱发（各如鸡蛋大小）。
以上十六味药，切碎，用猪油三升急火煎煮，直到头发融化，滤去药渣，待药液稍凉后，加入真珠末三钱匕，搅拌均匀后外敷。凡使用此膏，先洗净疮口并擦干，然后敷上药膏，敷完后用赤石脂散和黄连散粉末覆盖。（《千金翼方》中没有竹灰和水银）
治疗各种疮疡久不愈合的方剂：
水银（一两）、黄连（二两）、经墨（三分）。
以上三味药研细过筛，用未经接触水的猪脂调和后敷于患处，不超过二三次数即可痊愈，效果神奇。如果想多制作一些供人使用，水银必须仔细研磨。此药只不适用于金创（金属利器造成的创伤）。
治疗反花疮并治疗多年各种疮疡的方剂：
取牛蒡根煮熟捣烂，与腊月猪脂混合封贴患处，痊愈即止。同时治疗经久不愈的各种肿毒、恶疮、漏疮等，都能治愈。
又一方：取马齿苋捣烂封贴患处，痊愈即止。
又一方：取蜘蛛网粘贴在患处，多次更换，痊愈即止。
治疗身体疮疡及头部疮疡不止的方剂：
取菖蒲研成粉末，敷于患处，每日三次，夜间两次。
治疗疮疡久不愈合的方剂：
芜荑、藜芦（各一两）、姜黄、青矾、雄黄（各一分）、苦参、沙参（各三两）、附子（一枚）。
以上八味药研细过筛，先用盐汁清洗疮口，去除痂皮，擦干后敷药。小儿保留一顿饭的时间后剥去，大人保留半天时间再剥去，再次敷药，不超过三四次即可痊愈。
治疗各种疮疡久不愈合，并治疗家畜疾病的方剂：
用枣膏三升，水三斗，煮取一斗半，多次清洗直至痊愈。
治疗代指（指甲周围红肿疼痛）的方剂：
用甘草二两，切碎，加水五升，煮取一升半，浸泡患处。
又一方：用唾液调和白砂，揉捏面粉做成碗状，盛放唾液，其次放入如枣大小的白砂，将患指伸入其中，一天即可痊愈。
又一方：用毛发混杂黄土做成泥，涂抹在手指上，厚度五分，放入灰烬中煨烤，至热度可忍受时取下，泥干即更换，不超过数次即可痊愈。
又一方：将手指在热米饭中刺入七十七次。
又一方：用麻沸汤浸泡患处即可痊愈。
又一方：单煮地榆汤浸泡半天。
又一方：取姜黄、葱叶煮沸后浸泡患处。
又一方：用蜀椒四合，水一升，煮开三次后浸泡患处。
又一方：先刺破排出脓血，炙烤鱼皮使其温热，缠绕包裹患处四周，疼痛停止即痊愈。
治疗手指疼痛欲脱落的方剂：
用猪脂和盐煮至融化，趁热纳入指中，停留一顿饭的时间。（《千金翼方》中加入干姜。）
治疗手足指掣痛不可忍受的方剂：
用酱清调和蜂蜜，温涂患处。
又一方：灸手指端七壮，立即痊愈。
治疗手足指逆胪（指甲向内生长嵌入肉中）的方剂（这是由于在厕所抓挠头部所致）：
坐在厕所上，用手指倒着捋七十四下，即痊愈。
又一方：真珠（一分）、干姜（二分）。
以上两味药捣碎，用粉末敷于疮上，每日三次。
治疗手足皴裂、逆胪、代指的方剂：
用酒搓洗猪胰来清洗患处，注意防风冷。
治疗冬季冒雪涉水导致的面目手足皴瘃，以及治疗热痛欲发生冻疮的方剂：
用麦窠（麦穗下的壳或麦秸）煮浓，趁热清洗患处。
治疗冻伤手指即将脱落的方剂：
用马粪三升，用水煮开，浸泡半天即可痊愈。
治疗手足皴劈硬裂，出血疼痛的方剂：
用猪脂放入热酒中清洗患处。
治疗手足皴痛的方剂：
煮茄根清洗患处。
又一方：川芎（三分）、蜀椒（二分）、白芷、防风、盐（各一两）。
以上五味药切碎，加水四升，煎取浓汁涂抹。或者用猪脂煎煮效果更好。
治疗尸脚（凡人脚无论冬夏经常开裂者）的方剂：
用鸡屎一升，水二升，煮数沸，待稍凉，浸泡半天，痊愈即止。也可以用马屎。忌踩踏、饮酒、呕吐及妇女经血污秽。
又一方：熔化胶，胶干后，用旧布粘贴。
治疗割甲侵入肉中久不愈合的方剂：
用白砂、矾石研成粉末包裹患处，以痊愈为度。
又一方：捣鬼针草苗汁，与鼠粘草根混合腊月猪脂敷于患处。
Formula for treating malignant sores.
Realgar (Xionghuang), Orpiment (Cihuang), Ligusticum sinense Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma), Aconitum carmichaelii Lateral Root (Wutou), Podophyllum Emodi Rhizome and Root (Fangji), Bamboo Ash (Zhuhui), Coptis chinensis Rhizome (Huanglian), Phellodendron amurense Bark (Huangbai) (each 2 liang), Lead carbonate (Hufen), Beeswax (Lazhi) (1 fen), Prunus armeniaca Seed (Xingren) (30 seeds), Croton tiglium Seed (Badou) (20 seeds), Pine resin (Songzhi), Tangled hair (Luankua) (each the size of a chicken egg).
The above sixteen ingredients are chopped, boiled rapidly in 3 sheng of lard until the hair dissolves, strained, allowed to cool slightly, then mixed with 3 qianbi of Pearl (Zhenzhu), stirred well, and applied externally. When using this ointment, first clean the sore thoroughly and dry it, then apply the ointment. After application, dust with Powder of Red Halloysite (Chishizhi San) and Powder of Coptis (Huanglian San). (Qianjin Yifang lacks Bamboo Ash and Mercury.)
Formula for treating various sores that do not heal:
Mercury (Shuiyin) (1 liang), Coptis chinensis Rhizome (Huanglian) (2 liang), Ink Stick (Jingmo) (3 fen).
The above three ingredients are processed, ground into fine powder, and mixed with unadulterated lard for external application. It heals within two or three applications and is highly effective. If preparing large quantities for others, Mercury must be ground thoroughly. This medicine is not suitable for metal-induced wounds (Jinchuang).
Formula for treating fanhua sores and chronic sores of many years:
Take fresh Arctium lappa Root (Niubanggen), cook until soft, pound thoroughly, and mix with lard from the twelfth lunar month to seal the affected area. Stop when healed. This also treats various swellings, malignant sores, and fistulas that have persisted for a long time without healing, all of which will resolve.
Another formula: Pound fresh Portulaca oleracea Herb (Machicai) and apply externally. Stop when healed.
Another formula: Apply spider web membrane to the affected area, changing it frequently. Stop when healed.
Formula for treating persistent body and head sores:
Pound Acorus tatarinowii Rhizome (Changpu) into powder and apply to the affected area, three times daily and twice at night.
Formula for treating sores that do not heal for a long time:
Terminalia chebula Fruit (Wuyi), Veratrum nigrum Rhizome (Lilu) (each 1 liang), Curcuma longa Rhizome (Jianghuang), Vivianite (Qingfan), Realgar (Xionghuang) (each 1 fen), Sophora flavescens Root (Kushen), Adenophora Radix (Shashen) (each 3 liang), Aconitum carmichaelii Lateral Root (Fuzi) (1 piece).
The above eight ingredients are ground into fine powder. First, wash the sore with salt water, remove scabs, dry thoroughly, and apply the powder. For children, leave on for the duration of one meal before removing; for adults, leave on for half a day before removing. Reapply. Healing occurs within three or four applications.
Formula for treating chronic non-healing sores and diseases in livestock:
Use 3 sheng of Jujube Paste (Zaogao) and 3 dou of water, boil down to 1.5 dou. Wash repeatedly until healed.
Formula for treating paronychia (Daizhi):
Use 2 liang of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Root (Gancao), chop, add 5 sheng of water, boil down to 1.5 sheng, and soak the affected area.
Another formula: Mix saliva with white sand, knead flour into a bowl shape, hold saliva in it, place sand the size of a jujube inside, insert the affected finger, and heal within one day.
Another formula: Mix hair with yellow earth to make mud, apply to the finger to a thickness of 5 fen, bake in ashes until warm enough to bear, replace when dry. Heal within a few applications.
Another formula: Pierce the finger in hot rice seventy-seven times.
Another formula: Soak in boiling hemp water until healed.
Another formula: Soak in decoction of Sanguisorba officinalis Root (Diyu) for half a day.
Another formula: Boil Curcuma longa Rhizome (Jianghuang) and Scallion Stem (Congye), then soak.
Another formula: Use 4 he of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Pericarp (Shujiao) and 1 sheng of water, boil three times, then soak.
Another formula: First puncture to drain pus and blood, heat fish skin by moxibustion or warming, wrap around the affected area. Healing occurs when pain stops.
Formula for treating painful fingers threatening to detach:
Boil lard with salt until melted, insert into the finger while hot, retain for the duration of one meal. (Qianjin Yifang adds Dried Ginger [Ganjiang].)
Formula for treating unbearable cramping pain in fingers and toes:
Mix soy sauce liquid (Jiangqing) with honey, warm, and apply.
Another formula: Moxa seven moxa cones at the tip of the finger; immediate healing.
Formula for treating ingrown toenails/fingernails (Nizhu) (caused by scratching head while on toilet):
Sit on the toilet, rub the affected digit backwards seventy-four times; immediate healing.
Another formula: Pearl (Zhenzhu) (1 fen), Dried Ginger (Ganjiang) (2 fen).
Pound the above two ingredients, apply powder to the sore, three times daily.
Formula for treating chapped skin, ingrown nails, and paronychia on hands and feet:
Rub pig pancreas with wine to wash the affected area; avoid wind and cold.
Formula for treating chapped and frostbitten face, hands, and feet from winter exposure, and preventing heat-induced frostbite:
Boil wheat husks (Maikē) until thick, wash with hot liquid.
Formula for treating frostbitten fingers about to fall off:
Boil 3 sheng of horse manure in water, soak for half a day until healed.
Formula for treating cracked, hard, bleeding, and painful skin on hands and feet:
Wash with lard dissolved in hot wine.
Formula for treating chapped and painful hands and feet:
Boil eggplant root and wash.
Another formula: Ligusticum sinense Rhizome (Chuanxiong) (3 fen), Zanthoxylum bungeanum Pericarp (Shujiao) (2 fen), Angelica dahurica Root (Baizhi), Saposhnikovia divaricata Root (Fangfeng), Salt (Yan) (each 1 liang).
Chop the above five ingredients, boil in 4 sheng of water to obtain a concentrated liquid for application. Alternatively, frying in lard is better.
Formula for treating "corpse foot" (chronic cracking of feet regardless of season):
Boil 1 sheng of chicken droppings in 2 sheng of water for a few boils, let cool slightly, soak for half a day until healed. Horse droppings can also be used. Avoid stepping, alcohol, vomiting, and menstrual blood impurities.
Another formula: Melt glue, let dry, paste with old cloth.
Formula for treating nail cutting into flesh that does not heal:
Wrap with powder of white sand and Alum (Fanshi); continue until healed.
Another formula: Pound juice of Galinsoga parviflora Herb (Guizhencao) and mix with root juice of Arctium lappa and lard from the twelfth lunar month for application.
