驴毛（取背前交脊上会中拔取如手拇指大一把） 麝香（二豆大）
上以乳汁和，铜器中微火煎，令焦熟出，为末。小儿不能饮，以乳汁和之，苇筒贮泻着
咽中，然后饮乳令入腹。
治少小有风痫疾，至长不除，或遇天阴节变便发动，食饮坚强亦发。百脉挛缩，行步
不正，言语不便者，服之永不发方。
茵芋叶 铅丹 秦艽 钩藤皮 石膏 杜蘅 防葵（各一两） 菖蒲 黄芩（各一两半）
松萝（半两） 蜣螂（十枚） 甘草（三两）
上十二味为末，蜜丸小豆大，三岁以下服五丸，三岁以上服七丸，五岁以上服十丸，十
岁以上可至十五丸。
治小儿惊痫百病镇心气方。
银屑（十二铢） 水银（二十铢） 牛黄（六铢） 大黄（六分） 茯苓（三分） 茯
神远志
防己 白蔹 雄黄 人参 芍药（各二分） 紫石英 真珠 防葵 铁精（各四分）
上十六味，先以水银和银屑如泥，别治诸药和丸。二岁儿如麻子二丸，随儿大小增之。
一方无牛黄。
治少小心腹热除热方。
丹参 雷丸 芒硝 戎盐 大黄（各二两）
上五味 咀，以苦酒半升浸四钟一宿，以成炼猪肪一斤煎，三上三下，去滓，乃纳芒
硝，膏成，以摩心下，冬夏可用。一方但用丹参雷丸，亦佳。
治疗新生儿中风的方剂。

以上药物用乳汁调和，在铜器中以微火煎煮，直到焦熟后取出，研成细末。如果小儿不能吞咽，可用乳汁调和药末，用芦苇管将药液滴入咽喉中，然后再喂乳使其进入腹部。
治疗小儿患有风痫病，长大也不痊愈，或者遇到天气阴雨、节气变化就发作，进食坚硬食物也会发作。全身经脉痉挛收缩，行走不稳，言语不便的患者，服用此方后永不复发。

以上十二味药研成细末，用蜂蜜制成如小豆大小的丸剂，三岁以下每次服五丸，三岁以上服七丸，五岁以上服十丸，十岁以上可增至十五丸。
治疗小儿惊痫各种疾病以镇安心气的方剂。
银屑（十二铢） 水银（二十铢） 牛黄（六铢） 大黄（六分） 茯苓（三分） 茯神 远志
防己 白蔹 雄黄 人参 芍药（各二分） 紫石英 真珠 防葵 铁精（各四分）
以上十六味药，先用水银和银屑混合研磨如泥状，另外将其他药物处理并混合制丸。两岁幼儿每次服如麻子大小的两丸，根据幼儿大小增加剂量。
另一版本没有牛黄。
治疗小儿心腹热症以除热的方剂。
丹参 雷丸 芒硝 戎盐 大黄（各二两）
以上五味药切碎，用醋半升浸泡四个时辰（一夜），再用经过精炼的猪脂一斤煎煮，经历“三上三下”的过程（即加热至沸离火，再加热至沸，反复三次），滤去药渣，然后纳入芒硝，制成膏剂，涂抹于心下部，冬夏皆可使用。另一版本只用丹参和雷丸，效果也很好。
Formula for treating wind-stroke in newborn infants.
Donkey hair (pluck a handful from the area above the Hui middle point on the anterior dorsal spine, size comparable to an adult thumb) Moschus (size of two beans)
Mix the above with milk, and gently simmer in a copper vessel until charred and cooked. Remove and grind into powder. If the infant cannot swallow, mix the powder with milk, store in a reed tube, and drip into the throat, then feed milk to help it enter the stomach.
Formula for treating wind-phlegm epilepsy in children that persists into adulthood, or is triggered by cloudy weather and solar term changes, or by consuming hard food. For those with spasms and contractions of all meridians, unsteady gait, and speech difficulties, this formula ensures permanent remission.
Ilex rotunda Leaf Cinnabar Barium Sulfate Gastrodia Elata Rhizome Uncaria Ramulus Gypsum Fibrosum Dichondrae Herba Polygoni Multiflori Caulis (each 1 liang) Acorus Tatarinowii Root Scutellaria Baicalensis Root (each 1.5 liang) Usnea Diffusa (0.5 liang) Scarabaeus (10 pieces) Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root (3 liang)
Grind the above twelve ingredients into powder, and form pills with honey, sized like small beans. Children under three years old take five pills; over three years old take seven pills; over five years old take ten pills; over ten years old may take up to fifteen pills.
Formula for calming the Heart Qi to treat various pediatric convulsive epilepsies.
Silver flakes (12 zhu) Mercury (20 zhu) Calculus Bovis (6 zhu) Rheum Palmatum Root (6 fen) Poria Cocos (3 fen) Poria Cum Pinodia Calculus Bovis (6 zhu) Radix Polygoni Officinalis Rhizoma Aconiti Lateralis Preparatum Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra Paeoniae Radix Alba (each 2 fen) Fluoressens (4 fen) Margarita Polygoni Multiflori Caulis Ferri Subcarbonas (each 4 fen)
For the above sixteen ingredients, first mix Mercury and Silver flakes to form a paste like mud. Process the other medicines separately and combine to form pills. For a two-year-old child, administer two pills the size of hemp seeds, increasing the dose according to the child's age and size.
Another version excludes Calculus Bovis.
Formula for clearing heat from the Heart and abdomen in children.
Salvia Miltiorrhiza Radix Omphalia Lapponica Natrii Sulfas Halitus Salis Rhubarb (each 2 liang)
Chop the above five ingredients, soak in half sheng of vinegar for one night (four zhong), then decoct with one jin of refined porcine fat. Perform the "three ascents and three descents" process (boil, remove from heat, boil again, repeat three times). Strain the dregs, then add Natrii Sulfas. Form into an ointment. Apply to the epigastrium; suitable for use in both winter and summer. Another version using only Salvia Miltiorrhiza Radix and Omphalia Lapponica is also effective.
