治肺寒方∶灸肺俞百壮。
治肾寒虚为疠风所伤。语音蹇吃，不转偏枯、 脚偏跛蹇、缓弱不能动。口 ，言音
混浊、便利仰人。耳偏聋塞、腰背相引，随病用药，根据源增损方。

治疗肺虚寒邪及疠风（麻风病）侵袭所致的病症，表现为呼吸时身体颤抖动摇，声音嘶哑、阻塞且散乱无力，气息短促匮乏，四肢麻木软弱，面色青黄，大小便失禁，冷汗淋漓。

以上十二味药，切碎，用水一斗二升先煮麻黄，去除浮沫，然后依次加入其余药物，煎煮取汁三升，滤去药渣，分三次服用。旧方中没有白术和茯苓，现在的方子没有黄芩，这是根据经典医理，针对病情增减调整而成的。
治疗肺寒虚损、语音嘶哑低沉、拖拽气息用力时身体颤抖动摇，肢体弛缓软弱、消瘦憔悴、疠风侵入肺部的方剂。

以上二十四味药，捣碎过筛，每次服用一方寸匕的药粉，用酒调服，逐渐增加至两方寸匕，每日两次。
治疗肺虚寒邪导致形体消瘦、肢体弛缓软弱、颤抖动摇、呼吸急促、胸部胀满及肺痿的方剂。
以上五味药，切碎，用水一斗，煎煮取汁二升半，分三次服用。先煎煮麻黄沸腾两次以去除浮沫，然后再加入其他药物共同煎煮。
治疗肺寒的方法：灸肺俞穴一百壮。
治疗肾寒虚损被疠风所伤。表现为语言蹇涩口吃，不能转动，半身不遂，一脚偏跛行、行动不便，肢体弛缓软弱无法活动，口角流涎，言语声音浑浊不清，大小便失禁需人照料，一侧耳朵聋塞，腰背部相互牵引疼痛。根据病情用药，依据源流增减调整的方剂。
羊肾（一个） 黄芪 川芎 桂心 当归 人参 防风 甘草 五味子（各三两） 玄参
茯苓 芍药（各四两） 磁石（五两） 地骨皮（二升，切碎） 生姜（八两）
以上十五味药，切碎，用水一斗五升先煮羊肾，取汁七升，然后加入其余药物，煎煮取汁三升，滤去药渣，分三次服用，可连续服用三剂。
Treats conditions caused by Lung deficiency and cold, or invasion by Leprosy (Lefeng), manifesting as trembling during respiration, hoarse, obstructed, and scattered/weak voice, shortness of breath and insufficiency, numbness and weakness in the four limbs, bluish-yellow complexion, incontinence of stool and urine, and cold sweating.

Crush the above twelve ingredients. Boil Ephedrae Herba in 12 sheng of water, skim off the foam, then add the remaining herbs. Decoct to obtain 3 sheng of liquid, strain out the dregs, and divide into three doses for oral administration. The old prescription lacked Atractylodis Rhizoma and Poria; this current prescription lacks Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin, 黄芩). These modifications are made based on classical principles to adjust according to the specific disease.
Prescription for Lung cold and deficiency injury, characterized by hoarse and low voice, dragging breath with effort causing tremors, flaccidity and weakness, emaciation, and Leprosy invading the Lung.

Process the above twenty-four ingredients and sieve them. Take one cun-bi (a spoonful measure) per dose, mixed with wine, gradually increasing to two cun-bi. Administer twice daily.
Prescription for Lung deficiency and cold leading to emaciation, flaccidity and weakness, tremors, rapid breathing, chest fullness, and Lung萎 (Feiwei, pulmonary atrophy/withering).

Crush the above five ingredients. Boil in 10 sheng of water until 2.5 sheng remains. Divide into three doses. First, boil Ephedrae Herba for two boils to remove the foam, then add the other herbs and decoct together.
Treatment for Lung Cold: Moxibustion on Feishu (BL13, Lung Shu) acupoint, 100 moxa cones.
Treatment for Kidney cold and deficiency injured by Leprosy. Manifestations include speech impediment and stuttering, inability to turn the head, hemiplegia, unilateral leg paralysis and limping, flaccidity and weakness preventing movement, drooling, turbid voice, incontinence requiring assistance, unilateral deafness and ear obstruction, and pulling pain between the lower back and waist. This is a modified prescription based on the source, adjusted according to the disease.

Crush the above fifteen ingredients. Boil the Sheep Kidney in 15 sheng of water until 7 sheng remains. Add the remaining herbs and decoct until 3 sheng remains. Strain out the dregs and divide into three doses. Can be taken for three courses of treatment.
