广济疗传尸骨蒸， 肺痿，疰忤鬼气，猝心痛，霍乱吐痢，时气鬼魅瘴疟，赤白暴痢
，瘀血月闭， 癖疔肿，惊痫鬼忤中小儿吐乳，大人狐狸等病，吃力伽丸方。
吃力伽（白术是也） 光明砂 诃黎勒皮 麝香当门子 香附子 丁子香 沉香 荜茇
檀香 青木香 安息香 犀角（屑各二两） 薰陆香 苏合香 龙脑（各半两）
上十五味捣筛，白蜜和为丸，每朝取井花水服如梧子四丸，于净器中研破服之，老小一
丸，以蜡裹一丸如弹丸，绯绢袋盛当心带之，一切邪鬼不敢近，千金不传，冷水暖水临时量
之。忌五辛生血物，以腊月合，神前藏之密器中，勿令泄药气，神验。
千金耆婆万病丸，疗七种癖块，五种癫病，十种注忤，七种飞尸，十二种蛊毒，五种黄
病，十二时疟疾，十种水病，八种大风，十二种 痹，并风入头，眼暗膜膜，及上气咳嗽，
喉中如水鸡声，不得卧，饮食不作肌肤，五脏滞气，积聚不消，拥闭不通，心腹胀满，连及
胸背，鼓胀气坚结，流入四肢，或复又心膈气满，时定时发，十年二十年不瘥，五种下痢，
疳虫
身
或闭塞不通，胞中瘀血冷滞，出流不尽，时时疼痛为患，或因此断产，并小儿赤白下痢，及
胡臭耳聋鼻塞等病，服此药以三丸为一剂，服药不过三剂，万病悉除，说无穷尽，故称万病
丸，以其牛黄为主，故一名牛黄丸，以耆婆良医，故名耆婆丸方。

上三十一味，并令精细，上牛黄麝香犀角朱砂雄黄禹余粮巴豆别研，余者合捣筛之，以
白蜜和，更捣三千杵极熟，密封之，除破日平旦，空腹以酒服三丸如梧子，微下三五升恶物
为良，若猝暴病，不要待平旦，无问早晚即服，以吐利为度，若不吐利，更加一丸或至三丸
五丸，须吐利为度，不得限以丸数，病强药少即不利吐，若其发迟，以热稀粥一杯发之，若
吐利不止，即以酸饭两三口止之，服药忌陈臭生冷，酢滑粘食，大蒜，猪鱼鸡狗马驴肉，白
酒
亦不得全饱，产妇勿服之，吐利以后，常须闭口少语，于无风处温床暖室将息，若旅行猝暴
无饮，以小便送之，若一岁以下小儿有疾者，令乳母服两小豆，亦以吐利为度，近病及猝病
皆用多，积久疾病即少服，常取微溏利为度。（崔氏无黄芩桑白皮桔梗防风）

庙冢墓处，以绛囊盛之，男左女右肘后系之，又以少许涂人中，卧不魇魅，神验。忌如

上十五味合捣筛，以白蜜和，更捣二千杵，丸如梧子大，有病服一丸至二丸，不知稍增
至三丸五丸，以知为度，主心腹积聚久， 癖块大如杯碗，黄胆宿食，朝起呕吐，支满上气，
时时腹胀，心下坚结，上来抢心，旁攻两胁，彻背连胸，痛无常处，绕脐搅痛，状如虫蛟，
又疗十种水病，八种痞塞，反胃吐逆，饮食噎塞，五淋，九种心痛，积年食不消化，或妇人
诸疾，断绪不生，带下淋沥，或 疟连年不瘥，又疗一切诸风，身体顽痹，不知痛痒，或半
身
心，梦与鬼神交通，四肢沉重，不能食饮，昏昏默默，只欲取死，终日忧愁，情中不乐，或
恐惧悲啼，饮食无味，月水不调真似怀孕，连年累月羸瘦困弊，遂至于死，或歌或哭，为鬼
所
长二尺五寸三十枚，下脓二升，黑血一升，青黄汁五升，所苦悉除，当月有子，臣兄堕马被
伤腹，内有积血，天阴即发，羸瘦着床，命在旦夕，与药服，下如鸡肝黑血如手者二百余片
，白脓二升，赤黄水一升，其病即除，臣知方验，敢不献上。忌生冷，酢滑，猪鸡鱼犬牛马
鹅肉，五辛，油面豆，糯米陈臭等物。
仲景三物备急丸，司空裴秀为散，用疗心腹诸猝暴百病方。
大黄 干姜 巴豆（各一两去皮心熬别捣如脂）
上药各须精新好药捣筛蜜和，更捣一千捣，丸如梧子或小豆，服三丸，老小量之，为散
不及丸也，若中恶客忤，心腹胀满，猝痛如锥刀刺痛，气急口噤，停尸猝死者，以暖水苦酒
服之，或不下，捧头起灌令下咽，须臾瘥，如未，更与三丸，以腹中雷鸣转，即吐下，便愈
，若口已噤，亦须折齿灌之令入，尤妙，神验。忌芦笋，猪肉，冷水，肥腻。
又理中丸，疗三焦不通，呕吐不食，并霍乱吐痢不止者，并主之方。
人参 干姜 白术 甘草（各三两炙）
上四味捣筛，蜜和如梧子，空腹以饮汁服十五丸。忌桃李雀肉海藻菘菜。
延年驻车丸，主赤白冷热血痢腹痛者方。
黄连（六两） 干姜 当归 阿胶（各三两）
上四味捣筛，以三年米醋煮胶令消，和药，众手拈丸如梧子，每以饮下三十丸，日再服
，亦疗产妇下痢不止者，服之甚验。忌猪肉，冷水，粘腻等物。
救急五香丸，疗诸毒疰气，心腹胀满，大小便不通，鬼疰心痛不可忍方。

方甚验，人久不传。忌海藻，菘菜，猪肉，冷水，生葱，芦笋，生血物等。
必效玉壶丸，主万病，与麝香丸同效方。

又五补七宣者，丽正殿修书学士李公所传，公名子昭，字云卿，赵郡人，幼志道法，以
栖名山，往来茅嵩山经三十载云，五补七宣丸方。
人参 茯苓 地骨皮 干地黄 牛膝（等分）
上五味捣筛，蜜和丸如梧子，空腹以酒饮下三十丸，稍稍增至五十丸，日再，此是五补
丸，服至五日十日及半月日，觉气拥即服七宣丸，服经二三日，觉气散，还服五补丸，若病
候未退，即稍稍增之，常自审以取调适，终须五补及七宣丸，并须合服之，夫人所疾，皆因
风不宣散，即成拥缓热风，若气不流行，即成 癖冷气，转生众病，皆因此由，寻其本源，
都为不闲将理，觉虚则补，觉风气拥即利，利即腰背更虚，且凡是利药，皆急服便通过，未
能蓄泄诸病，凡是补药，皆滞服未见效，先觉风气发动，明知宣补必藉兼行，故其人授余二
法，名曰五补七宣，所以安七魄，镇五脏，坚骨髓，养神明，久服长生，百病日去，发黑，
行及奔马。
又七宣丸方。
大黄（十五两） 枳实（炙） 青木香 柴胡 诃黎勒皮（各五两） 桃仁（六两去尖
皮熬）
甘草（四两炙）
上七味捣筛，蜜和丸如梧子，以酒服二十丸，稍加至五十丸，病在下，空腹服，病在上，
食后服之，以宣利为度，增减以意量之，若风气结聚，宿食不消，兼沙石皮毛在腹中，服经
七八日乃尽出，下似牛涎鱼脑等，若病深痼，则须半月或一月专服之，不用五补丸。若积年
腰膝疼痛，寒冷如冰石，香港脚冲心，愦闷将死，头旋暗倒，肩背重闷，心腹胀满，胸膈闭塞，
风毒肿气，连及头面，及大小便或利涩，脾胃气不理，不能饮食，夜卧脚转，筋脉掣痛，恍
恍然眠寝不安等疾，以饮服之尽瘥，此药功效不可尽说，如前十数种病，则须服七宣丸。自
外轻病，不妨与五补丸兼服，循环不辍，补养无限，不问男女老小并可服饵，但须量气力，
细察候之，加减服，若是初生孩子，可与三丸五丸，稍稍加之，取通利，其二方当须经久常
服，不限春秋冬夏，朝夕行止勿间，药性甚善，禁如常法。
近效大麝香丸，疗积年心痛，尸疰蛊毒， 癖气承心，肋下有块，温瘴毒瓦斯，精魅邪气
，或悲或哭，蛇蝎蜂螫等方。

上二十一味捣筛，蜜和丸如梧桐子，饮下三丸，如未下，以热饮投之，即利，三行后，
以酢饭止之，即定，然后煮饭葱薤食之。忌冷水，猪肉，如蛇蝎蜂螫，取一丸研和，涂之即
瘥，精魅狐狸之属抛砖瓦，或如兵马行，夜发者是鬼魅，无早晚每日服二丸，只三两日即定
，仍每日烧一丸熏身体衣服，无忌，以三五丸用绯绢袋子盛，带左臂上，避大虫毒蛇精魅鬼
气等病。
又犀角丸，疗痈肿肠痈，乳痈发背，一切毒热肿，服之，肿脓化为水，神方。
【广济方】吃力伽丸：治疗传尸骨蒸（肺结核类消耗性疾病）、肺痿、疰忤鬼气（传染病及精神异常）、突发心痛、霍乱吐泻、时行疫病瘴疟、急性赤白痢疾、瘀血导致的闭经、癖疔肿、小儿惊痫受邪吐乳、成人狐惑病等。
药材：吃力伽（即白术）、光明砂、诃黎勒皮、麝香当门子、香附子、丁子香、沉香、荜茇、檀香、青木香、安息香、犀角屑、薰陆香、苏合香、龙脑，各二两或半两。
制法与服法：将十五味药捣碎过筛，用白蜜调和制成丸剂。每天早晨取井花水送服梧桐子大小的四丸，在干净的容器中研碎服用；老人小孩服一丸。将一丸用蜡包裹如弹丸大小，装入红绢袋中佩戴在心口，可防邪鬼侵扰。此方珍贵不传，冷水或温水根据情况选用。忌食五辛、生血之物。需在腊月制作，供奉于神前，密封保存以防药气泄漏，疗效神奇。
【千金方】耆婆万病丸：治疗七种癖块、五种癫病、十种注忤、七种飞尸、十二种蛊毒、五种黄病、十二时辰疟疾、十种水病、八种大风、十二种痹证，以及风邪入头、视物模糊、上气咳嗽、喉中痰鸣如水鸡声、无法平卧、饮食不化致肌肤消瘦、五脏气滞积聚不通、心腹胀满连及胸背、鼓胀气坚结、流入四肢、心膈气满定时发作、久治不愈的十年二十年陈疾、五种下痢、疳虫感染、身体闭塞不通、胞宫瘀血冷滞淋漓不尽、时时疼痛、因此导致不孕、小儿赤白下痢、狐臭耳聋鼻塞等病。
服法：以三丸为一疗程，服药不超过三个疗程，万病皆可除尽。因功效无穷，故称万病丸；因以牛黄为主药，故名牛黄丸；因出自良医耆婆，故名耆婆丸。
药材：牛黄、麝香、犀角、朱砂、雄黄（均研磨）、芫青（去头翅足，炒制，七枚）、黄连、人参、禹余粮、大戟（炙）、芫花（炒）、茯苓、干姜、桂心、桑白皮、当归、川芎、芍药、甘遂（炒）、黄芩、蜀椒（出汗）、细辛、巴豆（去皮心，另炒捣）、前胡、桔梗、紫菀、蒲黄、葶苈子（炒）、防风（各一分）、蜈蚣（三节，炙）、石蜥蜴（一寸，炙）。
制法与服法：三十一味药精细处理，其中牛黄、麝香、犀角、朱砂、雄黄、禹余粮、巴豆需单独研磨，其余捣碎过筛。用白蜜调和，再捣三千杵至熟透，密封保存。破日清晨空腹，用酒送服梧桐子大小三丸，微通下三五升恶物为佳。若是急暴病，不必等到清晨，早晚均可服用，以吐泻为度。若未吐泻，可加服一至三丸或五丸，必须达到吐泻程度，不限丸数。若病重药轻则不吐利，若药效迟缓，喝一杯热稀粥以助药力。若吐泻不止，吃两三口酸饭以止之。服药期间忌食陈腐生冷、酸滑粘腻食物、大蒜及猪鱼鸡狗马驴肉，白酒亦不可过量，不可全饱。产妇禁用。吐泻后常闭口少语，在无风处的温暖床室调养。若旅行途中突发无饮水，可用小便送服。若一岁以下小儿患病，让乳母服两粒小豆大小的药量，也以吐泻为度。新近发病及急病多用，久病少服，常以轻微溏泄为度。（崔氏方无黄芩、桑白皮、桔梗、防风）
急救用法：
猝然病危欲死：服三丸如小豆大，取吐利即愈。
猝然中恶口噤：服二丸如小豆大，和暖水一合灌入口中，令微利即愈。
五注鬼刺客忤：服二丸如小豆大，不愈次日再服二丸。
男女邪病歌哭腹大如妊娠：服二丸如小豆大，日三夜一，间食服。
猫鬼病：服小豆大三丸，不愈再服。
蛊毒吐血腹痛如刺：服小豆大二丸，不愈再服，以愈为限。
疟病：未发前服三丸，未愈再服。
诸痰饮者：服三丸如小豆大，不愈再服。
冷癖：服三丸如小豆大，日三服，皆间食，常令微溏利为度。
宿食不消：服二丸如小豆大，取利。
癥积聚：服二丸如小豆大，日三服，皆间食，以利愈为限。
拘急心腹胀满心痛：服三丸如小豆大，未愈再服。
上气呕逆胸中满不得卧：服二丸，未愈再服。
大痢：服小大一丸，日三。
疳湿：以一丸如杏仁大，和酢二合灌下部，服小豆大二丸，愈。
水病：服三丸如小豆大，日二，间食服，愈止。体弱者隔日服。
头痛恶寒：服小豆大二丸，覆被取汗。
伤寒天行病：服二丸如小豆大，一日三次，间食服。
小便不通：服小豆大二丸，未愈明日再服。
大便不通：服三丸如小豆大，又纳一丸于下部，则通。
耳聋耳鸣：以绵裹如枣核塞耳中，愈。

漏疮有孔：以一丸如小麦大纳孔中，和猪脂敷。
痔疮：以药涂绵纳孔中，更换至愈。

胸背腰胁肿：以醋和敷肿上，日一易，服二丸如小豆大。

【崔氏温白丸】治疗癖块等一切病，并治之方。
药材：紫菀、吴茱萸、菖蒲、柴胡、浓朴（炙）、桔梗、皂荚（去皮炙）、茯苓、桂心、干姜、黄连、蜀椒（出汗）、巴豆（去心皮熬）、人参（各三分，本方各二分）、乌头（十分炮）。
制法与服法：十五味合捣筛，以白蜜和，再捣二千杵，丸如梧子大。有病服一丸至二丸，不知稍增至三丸五丸，以知为度。主心腹积聚久、癖块大如杯碗、黄疸宿食、朝起呕吐、支满上气、时时腹胀、心下坚结、上来抢心、旁攻两胁、彻背连胸、痛无常处、绕脐搅痛状如虫蛟。又疗十种水病、八种痞塞、反胃吐逆、饮食噎塞、五淋、九种心痛、积年食不消化。或妇人诸疾，断绪不生、带下淋沥、或疟连年不瘥。又疗一切诸风，身体顽痹不知痛痒，或半身不遂、梦与鬼神交通、四肢沉重不能食饮、昏昏默默只欲取死、终日忧愁情中不乐、或恐惧悲啼、饮食无味、月水不调真似怀孕、连年累月羸瘦困弊遂至于死、或歌或哭、为鬼所凭。长二尺五寸三十枚，下脓二升、黑血一升、青黄汁五升，所苦悉除，当月有子。臣兄堕马被伤腹，内有积血，天阴即发，羸瘦着床命在旦夕，与药服，下如鸡肝黑血如手者二百余片，白脓二升，赤黄水一升，其病即除。臣知方验，敢不献上。忌生冷、酢滑、猪鸡鱼犬牛马鹅肉、五辛、油面豆、糯米陈臭等物。
【仲景三物备急丸】司空裴秀为散，用疗心腹诸猝暴百病方。
药材：大黄、干姜、巴豆（各一两去皮心熬别捣如脂）。
制法与服法：上药各须精新好药捣筛蜜和，更捣一千杵，丸如梧子或小豆。服三丸，老小量之。为散不及丸也。若中恶客忤，心腹胀满，猝痛如锥刀刺痛，气急口噤，停尸猝死者，以暖水苦酒服之，或不下，捧头起灌令下咽，须臾瘥。如未，更与三丸，以腹中雷鸣转，即吐下，便愈。若口已噤，亦须折齿灌之令入，尤妙，神验。忌芦笋、猪肉、冷水、肥腻。
【又理中丸】疗三焦不通，呕吐不食，并霍乱吐痢不止者，并主之方。
药材：人参、干姜、白术、甘草（各三两炙）。
制法与服法：上四味捣筛，蜜和如梧子，空腹以饮汁服十五丸。忌桃李雀肉海藻菘菜。
【延年驻车丸】主赤白冷热血痢腹痛者方。
药材：黄连（六两）、干姜、当归、阿胶（各三两）。
制法与服法：上四味捣筛，以三年米醋煮胶令消，和药，众手拈丸如梧子。每以饮下三十丸，日再服。亦疗产妇下痢不止者，服之甚验。忌猪肉、冷水、粘腻等物。
【救急五香丸】疗诸毒疰气，心腹胀满，大小便不通，鬼疰心痛不可忍方。
药材：牛黄（研）、犀角屑（各三分）、升麻、沉香、薰陆香、当归、桂心、青木香、麝香（研）、雄黄（研如粉）、鬼箭羽、巴豆（去心皮熬）、诃黎勒皮、朱砂（研）、槟榔仁、干姜、吴茱萸、甘草（炙）、豆蔻（各四分）、桃仁（去尖皮熬）、附子（炮各五分）。
制法与服法：二十一味捣筛，蜜和丸如梧子，以暖水服三丸至五丸，如不利，更服，以利为度。此方甚验，人久不传。忌海藻、菘菜、猪肉、冷水、生葱、芦笋、生血物等。
【必效玉壶丸】主万病，与麝香丸同效方。
药材：雄黄（研）、朱砂（研）、巴豆（去心皮熬）、附子（炮去皮）、特生石（烧半日研）、藜芦（各三两炙）。
制法与服法：六味捣筛，蜜和丸如小豆，以饮服二丸，得利病瘥。小儿黍粟一丸，以意量之。
【又青木香丸】疗一切气腹胀满，心痛气冷，食不消方。
药材：青木香、槟榔仁（各六分）、芍药、枳实（炙）、诃黎勒皮（各五分）、桂心（四分）、大黄（十二分）。
制法与服法：七味捣筛，蜜和丸如梧子，饮下十五丸，以意增减之，常令溏利甚效。
【五补七宣丸】丽正殿修书学士李公所传，公名子昭，字云卿，赵郡人，幼志道法，以栖名山，往来茅嵩山经三十载云。
【五补丸】
药材：人参、茯苓、地骨皮、干地黄、牛膝（等分）。
制法与服法：五味捣筛，蜜和丸如梧子，空腹以酒饮下三十丸，稍稍增至五十丸，日再。此是五补丸。服至五日十日及半月日，觉气拥即服七宣丸。服经二三日，觉气散，还服五补丸。若病候未退，即稍稍增之。常自审以取调适，终须五补及七宣丸，并须合服之。夫人所疾，皆因风不宣散，即成拥缓热风，若气不流行，即成癖冷气，转生众病，皆因此由。寻其本源，都为不闲将理。觉虚则补，觉风气拥即利，利即腰背更虚。且凡是利药，皆急服便通过，未能蓄泄诸病。凡是补药，皆滞服未见效。先觉风气发动，明知宣补必藉兼行。故其人授余二法，名曰五补七宣。所以安七魄，镇五脏，坚骨髓，养神明，久服长生，百病日去，发黑，行及奔马。
【又七宣丸方】
药材：大黄（十五两）、枳实（炙）、青木香、柴胡、诃黎勒皮（各五两）、桃仁（六两去尖皮熬）、甘草（四两炙）。
制法与服法：七味捣筛，蜜和丸如梧子，以酒服二十丸，稍加至五十丸。病在下，空腹服；病在上，食后服之。以宣利为度，增减以意量之。若风气结聚，宿食不消，兼沙石皮毛在腹中，服经七八日乃尽出，下似牛涎鱼脑等。若病深痼，则须半月或一月专服之，不用五补丸。若积年腰膝疼痛，寒冷如冰石，香港脚冲心，愦闷将死，头旋暗倒，肩背重闷，心腹胀满，胸膈闭塞，风毒肿气连及头面，及大小便或利涩，脾胃气不理不能饮食，夜卧脚转筋脉掣痛，恍恍惚惚眠寝不安等疾，以饮服之尽瘥。此药功效不可尽说，如前十数种病，则须服七宣丸。自外轻病，不妨与五补丸兼服，循环不辍，补养无限。不问男女老小并可服饵，但须量气力，细察候之，加减服。若是初生孩子，可与三丸五丸，稍稍加之，取通利。其二方当须经久常服，不限春秋冬夏，朝夕行止勿间，药性甚善，禁如常法。
【近效大麝香丸】疗积年心痛，尸疰蛊毒，癖气承心，肋下有块，温瘴毒瓦斯，精魅邪气，或悲或哭，蛇蝎蜂螫等方。
药材：麝香（研）、牛黄（研）、藜芦（炙）、朱砂（研）、芍药、当归、茯苓、桔梗、鬼箭羽、金牙（研）、乌头（炮）、桂心、吴茱萸、贯众（各一分）、雄黄（一分半研）、干姜、人参、大虫骨（各二分炙）、蜈蚣（二寸去足）、蜥蜴（半枚去牙炙）、巴豆（二十枚去心皮熬）。
制法与服法：二十一味捣筛，蜜和丸如梧桐子，饮下三丸，如未下，以热饮投之，即利。三行后，以酢饭止之，即定，然后煮饭葱薤食之。忌冷水、猪肉。如蛇蝎蜂螫，取一丸研和，涂之即瘥。精魅狐狸之属抛砖瓦，或如兵马行，夜发者是鬼魅，无早晚每日服二丸，只三两日即定。仍每日烧一丸熏身体衣服，无忌。以三五丸用绯绢袋子盛，带左臂上，避大虫毒蛇精魅鬼气等病。
[Guangji Formula] Jilijia Wan (Effort-Gall Pill): Treats Chuan Shi Gu Zheng (consumptive disease resembling tuberculosis), Fei Wei (lung atrophy), Zhu Wu Gui Qi (infectious diseases and mental abnormalities), sudden heart pain, Huoluan vomiting and diarrhea, seasonal epidemics and miasma malaria, acute bloody and white dysentery, amenorrhea due to blood stasis, Pi Ding Zhong (masses and carbuncles), pediatric convulsions with spitting up due to evil influence, and adult Huxu disease.
Ingredients: Jilijia (Bai Zhu, Atractylodis Rhizoma), Guangming Sha (Guangming Cinnabar), Helile Pi (Pericarpium Terminaliae Chebulae), Shexiang Dangmenzi (Moschus), Xiangfuzi (Rhizoma Cyperi), Dingzixiang (Caryophylli Flos), Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum), Bibo (Piperis Longi Fructus), Tanxiang (Santalum Album), Qingmuxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Anshixiang (Styrax), Xijiao Xiao (Rhinocerotis Cornu), Xunlu Xiang (Olibanum), Suhexiang (Styrax), Nao (Borneolum Syntheticum), each 2 liang or 0.5 liang.
Preparation and Administration: Pulverize the fifteen ingredients and sieve. Mix with white honey to form pills. Each morning, take four pills the size of a sophora seed with well water (Jinghua Shui), crush them in a clean vessel before swallowing. Elderly and children take one pill. Wrap one pill in wax like a bullet, place it in a crimson silk bag, and wear it against the chest to ward off evil spirits. This formula is precious and not widely transmitted. Use cold or warm water as appropriate. Avoid five pungents and raw blood products. Prepare in the twelfth lunar month, store before deities in sealed containers to prevent loss of medicinal qi; it is miraculous.
[Qianjin Formula] Qipo Wanbing Wan (Qibo's Ten-Thousand-Disease Pill): Treats seven types of Pi masses, five types of Dian diseases, ten types of Zhu Wu, seven types of Fei Shi, twelve types of Gu poison, five types of Huang diseases, twelve-hour Malaria, ten types of Shui diseases, eight types of Da Feng, twelve types of Bi syndromes, wind entering the head, blurred vision, Shangqi cough, rattling phlegm in throat like a water chicken, inability to lie flat, poor digestion leading to emaciation, stagnation of Qi in five zang organs, accumulation not resolving, obstruction, abdominal distension extending to chest and back,鼓胀 (tympanites) with hard Qi结, flowing into limbs, chest-diaphragm Qi fullness with periodic attacks, chronic diseases lasting ten to twenty years unhealed, five types of Xieli (dysentery), Ganchong infection, bodily obstruction, uterine blood stasis and cold stagnation with incomplete discharge and frequent pain, infertility caused by this, pediatric bloody and white dysentery, fox odor, deafness, nasal congestion, etc.
Administration: Three pills constitute one course. Do not exceed three courses; all diseases will be eliminated. It is called Wanbing Wan because its efficacy is infinite; Niuhuang Wan because Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) is the main ingredient; and Qipo Wan because it originates from the physician Qibo.
Ingredients: Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis), Shexiang (Moschus), Xijiao (Rhinocerotis Cornu), Zhusha (Cinnabaris), Xionghuang (Realgar) (all ground); Yuanqing (Mylabris) (remove head, wings, feet, stir-fry, 7 pieces); Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Yuyuliang (Halloysitum Rubrum), Daji (Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix) (stir-fried); Yuanhua (Genkwa Flos) (stir-fried); Fuling (Poria); Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma); Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus); Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex); Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix); Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma); Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix); Gansui (Kansui Radix) (stir-fried); Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix); Shujiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) (sweated); Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma); Badou (Crotonis Fructus) (remove skin and heart, separately stir-fry and pound); Qianhu (Peucedani Radix); Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix); Ziwan (Asternis Radix); Puhuang (Pollinis Typhae); Tinglizi (Descurainiae Semen seu Lepidii Semen) (stir-fried); Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (each 1 fen); Wugong (Scolopendra); Shixiyi (Tiliqua scincoides) (1 cun, stir-fried).
Preparation and Administration: Process thirty-one ingredients finely. Grind Niuhuang, Shexiang, Xijiao, Zhusha, Xionghuang, Yuyuliang, and Badou separately. Pound the rest and sieve. Mix with white honey, then pound three thousand times until fully cooked. Seal tightly. On the day of breaking the seal, take three pills the size of a sophora seed on an empty stomach in the morning with wine. Mild evacuation of three to five sheng of foul matter is ideal. For sudden acute diseases, do not wait for morning; take at any time. Aim for vomiting and purging. If no reaction, add one to three or five pills; must achieve vomiting/purging, no limit on number. If disease is strong and medicine weak, no reaction occurs. If effect is slow, drink a cup of hot thin porridge to boost efficacy. If vomiting/purging continues, stop with two or three mouthfuls of sour rice. Avoid stale, raw, cold, sour, slippery, sticky foods, garlic, and meats of pig, fish, chicken, dog, horse, donkey. Do not drink excessive white wine or eat until completely full. Contraindicated in pregnancy. After vomiting/purging, keep mouth closed, speak little, and recuperate in a warm, windless room. If traveling without water, use urine for administration. For infants under one year, the nursing mother takes two pills the size of a small bean; aim for mild vomiting/purging. Use larger doses for recent/acute diseases, smaller for chronic ones. Aim for slight loose stools. (Cui Shi formula lacks Huangqin, Sangbaipi, Jiegeng, Fangfeng).
Emergency Usage:
Sudden critical illness: Take three pills size of small bean, induce vomiting/purging for cure.
Sudden Zhong'e with locked jaw: Take two pills size of small bean, mix with one he of warm water, force into mouth, induce mild purging for cure.
Five Zhu Ghost Assassin Wu: Take two pills size of small bean; if unhealed, take two more next day.
Male/Female Evil Disease (crying/singing, abdomen large as pregnancy): Take two pills size of small bean, three times day, once night, between meals.
Cat Ghost Disease: Take three pills size of small bean; if unhealed, take more.
Gu Poison (vomiting blood, stabbing abdominal pain): Take two pills size of small bean; if unhealed, take more until healed.
Malaria: Take three pills before onset; if unhealed, take more.
Phlegm-Fluid retention: Take three pills size of small bean; if unhealed, take more.
Cold Pi: Take three pills size of small bean, three times daily between meals, maintain slight loose stool.
Retained Food: Take two pills size of small bean, induce purging.
Zheng Accumulation: Take two pills size of small bean, three times daily between meals, stop when purged/healed.
Spasm, abdominal distension, heart pain: Take three pills size of small bean; if unhealed, take more.
Shangqi, retching, chest fullness, inability to lie down: Take two pills; if unhealed, take more.
Severe Dysentery: Take one pill size of small bean, three times daily.
Gan Dampness: Mix one pill size of almond with two he of vinegar, enema; take two pills size of small bean orally, cured.
Water Disease: Take three pills size of small bean, twice daily between meals, stop when healed. Weak patients take every other day.
Headache, aversion to cold: Take two pills size of small bean, cover to induce sweating.
Shanghan Epidemic: Take two pills size of small bean, three times daily between meals.
Urinary Obstruction: Take two pills size of small bean; if unhealed, take again next day.
Fecal Obstruction: Take three pills size of small bean, insert one pill into anus for passage.
Deafness/Tinnitus: Wrap in cotton like a date pit, insert into ear, cured.
Epistaxis: Take two pills size of small bean, invariably cured.
Carbuncle/Ding Swelling: Break swelling, insert one pill size of hemp seed, apply once daily, root extracts; also take two pills, cured.
Ding Swelling Bleeding: Mix with lard, apply to opening, insert into hole, stopped/cured.
Leprosy Sores: Wash with vinegar rice water, mix medicine with lard, apply.
Fistula with Hole: Insert one pill size of wheat into hole, mix with lard, apply.
Hemorrhoids: Apply medicine on cotton, insert into hole, change until cured.
Scrofula: Mix with vinegar, apply topically, cured.
Tinea: Rub until fluid appears, mix with vinegar, apply, change daily, stop when cured.
Swelling of Chest/Back/Waist/Sides: Mix with vinegar, apply to swelling, change daily; take two pills size of small bean.
Chronic Cold Sores: Mix with vinegar, apply, or make into cake patch.
Bad Thorn: Insert one pill into wound hole, immediately cured.
Viper Bite: Apply少许 to bite site. If poison enters abdomen causing severe distress, take three pills size of small bean.
Scorpion Sting: Apply少许 topically.
Bee Sting: Apply少许 topically, cured.
Women's Diseases (retained placenta): Take two pills size of small bean.
Pediatric Convulsions: Take one pill size of grain, smear on nipple for infant to suck, adjust based on age.
Pediatric Ke Wu (fright): Take one pill size of grain, mix and smear on nipple for sucking, adjust as needed.
Pediatric Milk Stagnation (abdominal distension): Take one pill size of grain, smear on nipple for sucking, until cured.
[Another Dashexiang Wan]: Treats Gui Zhu, Fei Shi, etc., curing all diseases.

Preparation and Administration: Pound twenty-three ingredients together. Separately pound Badou and Xingren into paste. Mix with honey, pound three thousand times. Form pills size of small bean. Take one pill with water when ill, twice daily, gradually increase to three pills. For insect bites, rub on site until sensation returns. To enter plague areas, funeral homes, or ghost temples, carry in crimson bag, tied to left elbow for men, right for women. Smear少许 on Renzhong (philtrum) to prevent nightmares. Miraculous. Avoidances as usual.
[Another Xiaoshexiang Wan]: Same indications as Dashexiang Wan.
Ingredients: Shexiang (3 fen), Xionghuang (Realgar) (ground), Dansha (Cinnabaris) (ground, 4 fen each), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix) (each 5 fen), Mangcao (Elsholtziae Herba) (stir-fried), Xijiao Xiao (Rhinocerotis Cornu), Zhizi Ren (Gardeniae Semen) (each 3 fen), Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) (processed), Wutou (Aconiti Radix) (processed, 5 each, peeled), Badou (Crotonis Fructus) (50, remove heart/skin, boil), Wugong (Scolopendra) (1, remove head/feet, stir-fried).
Preparation and Administration: Pound fourteen ingredients, sieve. Mix with honey, pound one thousand times. Form pills size of small bean. Take 3-5 pills, three times daily. Treats all Shi Zhu and heart pain. Avoid raw blood, raw green onion, raw vegetables, reeds, pork, cold water. Miraculous. (One version adds Danggui 1 liang).
[Cui Shi Wenbai Wan]: Treats Pi masses and all diseases.
Ingredients: Ziwan (Asternis Radix), Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus), Changpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) (stir-fried), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Zhaojiao (Gleditsiae Spina) (remove skin, stir-fried), Fuling (Poria), Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Shujiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) (sweated), Badou (Crotonis Fructus) (remove heart/skin, boil), Renshen (Ginseng Radix) (each 3 fen, original formula 2 fen each), Wutou (Aconiti Radix) (10 parts, processed).
Preparation and Administration: Pound fifteen ingredients, sieve. Mix with white honey, pound two thousand times. Form pills size of sophora seed. Take 1-2 pills, increase to 3-5 if no effect, until desired result. Treats long-term abdominal accumulation, Pi masses cup/bowl-sized, jaundice, retained food, morning vomiting, chest fullness, frequent abdominal distension, hardness below heart, Qi rushing to heart, attacking flanks, connecting back/chest, wandering pain, periumbilical twisting pain like insects. Also treats ten Shui diseases, eight Pi obstructions, reverse regurgitation, dysphagia, five Lin syndromes, nine types of heart pain, chronic indigestion. Women's diseases: infertility, leukorrhea, chronic malaria. Wind diseases: body numbness, dreams of ghosts, heavy limbs, inability to eat/drink, lethargy, suicidal depression, fear/crying, tastelessness, irregular menstruation resembling pregnancy, chronic emaciation leading to death, singing/crying possessed by ghosts. Case: Author's brother fell from horse, abdominal blood stasis, worsens in cloudy weather, bedridden near death. Took medicine, passed chicken-liver-like black blood (200+ pieces), white pus (2 sheng), red-yellow water (1 sheng). Disease cured. Avoidances: raw/cold, sour/slippery, meats of pig/chicken/fish/dog/cow/horse/goose, five pungents, oily noodles/beans, sticky rice, stale foods.
[Zhang Zhongjing Sanwu Beiji Wan]: Prepared by Sima Pei Xiu as powder, for sudden abdominal diseases.
Ingredients: Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Badou (Crotonis Fructus) (each 1 liang, remove skin/heart, boil, separately pound into fat-like consistency).
Preparation and Administration: Use fresh, high-quality herbs. Pound, sieve, mix with honey, pound one thousand times. Form pills size of sophora seed or small bean. Take three pills, adjust for age. Powder is less effective than pills. For Zhong'e/Ke Wu, abdominal distension, sudden stabbing pain, shortness of breath, locked jaw, sudden death: take with warm water and bitter wine. If unable to swallow, prop head up and pour down. Cure soon. If not, give three more pills. When borborygmus occurs, vomiting/purging follows, then cure. If locked jaw, break teeth to administer. Miraculous. Avoid reeds, pork, cold water, fatty/greasy foods.
[Lizhong Wan]: Treats Sanjiao obstruction, vomiting, anorexia, and continuous Huoluan vomiting/diarrhea.
Ingredients: Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 3 liang, stir-fried).
Preparation and Administration: Pound four ingredients, sieve. Mix with honey to form sophora-seed pills. Take fifteen pills on empty stomach with beverage. Avoid peaches, plums, sparrow meat, seaweed, cabbage.
[Yannian Chuche Wan]: Treats bloody/white, cold/hot blood dysentery with abdominal pain.
Ingredients: Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) (6 liang), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Ejiao (Asini Corii Colla) (each 3 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Pound four ingredients. Boil Ejiao in three-year-old rice vinegar until dissolved. Mix with powder. Roll into sophora-seed pills with multiple hands. Take thirty pills with water, twice daily. Also effective for postpartum dysentery. Avoid pork, cold water, sticky/greasy foods.

[Bixiao Yuhu Wan]: Treats all diseases, same efficacy as Shexiang Wan.

[Qingmuxiang Wan]: Treats all Qi-related abdominal distension, cold heart pain, indigestion.

Preparation and Administration: Pound seven ingredients, sieve. Mix with honey, form sophora-seed pills. Take fifteen pills with water, adjust as needed. Maintain slight loose stool for best effect.
[Wubu Qixuan Wan]: Passed by Li Gong (Li Zizhao, courtesy name Yunqing) of Lizheng Hall, from Zhaojun, who practiced Daoism in mountains for 30 years.
[Wubu Pill]
Ingredients: Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Fuling (Poria), Digupi (Lyctii Cortex), Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix) (equal parts).
Preparation and Administration: Pound five ingredients, sieve. Mix with honey, form sophora-seed pills. Take thirty pills on empty stomach with wine, gradually increase to fifty, twice daily. This is Wubu Pill. After 5-10 days or half a month, if Qi feels stagnant, take Qixuan Pill. After 2-3 days, when Qi disperses, resume Wubu Pill. Adjust dosage based on condition. Both pills should be used together. Diseases arise from Wind not dispersing (leading to stagnant heat) or Qi not flowing (leading to cold Pi). Root cause is improper management. Deficiency requires tonification; Qi stagnation requires purging. Purging empties waist/back; Tonifying can be sluggish. Since Wind activation requires both dispersing and tonifying, these two methods are named Wubu Qixuan. They calm Seven Souls, stabilize Five Zang, strengthen marrow, nourish spirit. Long-term use promotes longevity, clears diseases, darkens hair, improves speed.
[Qixuan Pill Formula]
Ingredients: Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) (15 liang), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus) (stir-fried), Qingmuxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Helile Pi (Pericarpium Terminaliae Chebulae) (each 5 liang), Taoren (Persicae Semen) (6 liang, remove tip/skin, boil), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (4 liang, stir-fried).
Preparation and Administration: Pound seven ingredients, sieve. Mix with honey, form sophora-seed pills. Take twenty pills with wine, increase to fifty. Lower diseases: take on empty stomach. Upper diseases: take after meals. Aim for dispersing purging. Adjust as needed. For Wind-Qi aggregation, retained food, sand/stones/hair in abdomen, it takes 7-8 days to pass all, resembling ox saliva/fish brain. For deep/severe diseases, take exclusively for half a month or a month, without Wubu Pill. For chronic knee/waist pain, cold as ice, Hongjiao (gout) rushing to heart, severe dizziness, heavy shoulders/back, abdominal distension, chest oppression, Wind-toxin swelling involving head/face, urinary/fecal irregularities, Spleen/Stomach dysfunction, insomnia, muscle spasms: take with water for complete cure. Efficacy is vast. For the above ten diseases, use Qixuan Pill. For lighter diseases, combine with Wubu Pill in rotation for endless nourishment. Suitable for all ages/genders, adjust based on strength. Infants take 3-5 pills, increase for purging. These two formulas require long-term regular use, regardless of season/day/night. Medicinal nature is excellent. Avoidances as usual.
[Jin Xiao Dashexiang Wan]: Treats chronic heart pain, Shi Zhu Gu Du, Pi Qi affecting heart, subcostal masses, warm miasma toxins, spirit/fox evil, sadness/crying, snake/scorpion/beetle stings.
Ingredients: Shexiang (Moschus) (ground), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) (ground), Lilü (Veratri Radix) (stir-fried), Zhusha (Cinnabaris) (ground), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Fuling (Poria), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Guijianyu (Eucommiae/Celastrus?), Jinya (Gold Tooth? After three bowel movements, stop with sour rice, then eat normal meal with green onion/radish. Avoid cold water, pork. For snake/scorpion/beetle stings, grind one pill and apply topically for cure. Spirit/Fox evils throwing bricks/marching armies at night: take two pills daily, any time, for 2-3 days to settle. Burn one pill daily to fumigate body/clothes. No taboos. Carry 3-5 pills in crimson silk bag on left arm to avoid giant bugs, venomous snakes, spirits, evil Qi.
