上十一味捣筛，蜜丸如小豆，三岁以饮服五丸至十丸，五岁以上，以意加之。
必效疗小儿项上瘰 方。
以榆白皮烂捣如泥，封之频易。
备急疗小儿侵淫疮方。
取灶中黄土乱发灰各三分，研成粉，以猪膏和涂之瘥。（亦治身赤肿起千金同）

烧艾作灰敷之。（千金同）

捣蒺藜叶敷之，无叶子亦可。（千金同）

取笋煮汁洗之，又烧笋皮作灰敷之。
古今录验疗小儿恶疮方。
取豆豉熬令焦黄，末以敷疮瘥止。（千金同）
又疗小儿恶疮匝身，众药所不能疗之方。
取父根洗取汁，以浴儿，勿使母知良。
又疗小儿面及身上生疮如火烧方。
取黄米一升，末以蜜水和涂之，瘥为度。

以赤地利捣末以粉之佳。
小儿火灼疮方二首
千金疗小儿火灼疮者，一身尽有如麻豆，或有脓汁，乍痛乍痒方。
甘草 芍药 白蔹 黄芩 黄连 黄柏 苦参（各半两）
上七味捣末，以蜜和敷之，日二夜一，亦可作汤洗之。
千金翼疗小儿火疮方。
煮大豆浓汁，温洗之瘥，亦令无瘢。
千金连翘丸，主治小儿无辜寒热（一种以寒热往来、颈项结核为特征的小儿疾病），患儿虽然身体强健如常，但颈部出现结核瘰疬，以及心、胁、腹、背内部有坚硬但不疼痛的肿块，这种病症被称为结风气肿。

以上十一味药捣碎过筛，用蜂蜜制成如小豆大小的丸剂，三岁的儿童用温水送服五丸至十丸，五岁以上的儿童，根据情况酌情增加剂量。
取灶中的黄土和乱发灰各三分，研磨成粉末，用猪油调和后涂抹患处，即可痊愈。（此方也治疗全身红肿突起，与《千金方》相同）
又一方
烧艾草制成灰烬敷贴患处。（与《千金方》相同）
又一方
用牛屎烧成灰烬敷贴患处。（与《千金方》相同）
备急疗小儿蠼螋尿疮（因接触蠼螋尿液引起的皮肤溃烂），若环绕周身则危及生命之方。
捣碎蒺藜叶敷贴患处，没有叶子也可以用其他部分代替。（与《千金方》相同）
又一方
取燕子窝里的泥土研磨成粉末，用猪脂调和后涂抹患处，干了就更换。（与《千金方》相同）
取豆豉炒至焦黄色，研末敷于疮口，痊愈为止。（与《千金方》相同）
又治疗小儿恶疮遍布全身，各种药物无法治愈之方。
又治疗小儿面部及身上生疮如火烧般之方。
又一方
用赤地利捣碎成末，撒在患处较好。
小儿火灼疮方二首
千金疗小儿火灼疮，全身布满如麻豆大小的疮疡，有的有脓液，时而疼痛时而瘙痒之方。
以上七味药捣成粉末，用蜂蜜调和后敷贴患处，每天两次夜间一次，也可以煎汤清洗患处。
Qianjin Lianqiao Wan (Thunberg Fritillary Pill) is indicated for pediatric "Wugu Hanre" (a pediatric condition characterized by alternating chills and fever), where the child remains physically robust, yet presents with tubercles and scrofula on the neck, as well as hard, non-painful masses within the heart, hypochondrium, abdomen, and back. This condition is termed "Jie Fengqi Zhong" (Wind-Qi accumulation swelling).
Algae (Sanfen, washed) Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructum) Sangbaipi (Morus Albae Cortex) Mudan (Moutan Cortex) Baitouweng (Pulsatillae Radix) Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus) Xiangchi (Fermented Soybean) Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix) Qinjiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix) (each Sifen)
The above eleven ingredients are crushed, sifted, and formed into pills the size of small beans using honey. For children aged three, administer five to ten pills with water. For children aged five and above, adjust the dosage according to circumstances.
Bixiao Formula for Treating Scrofula on the Neck in Children.
Crush Ulmus alba bark into a paste and apply it to the affected area, changing frequently.
Beiji Formula for Treating Spreading Sores in Children.
Take three fen of yellow earth from the stove and ash from tangled hair, grind them into powder, mix with lard, and apply to the lesion until healed. (This formula also treats generalized redness and swelling, identical to Qianjin Fang.)

Burn mugwort to ash and apply to the lesion. (Identical to Qianjin Fang.)

Burn cow dung to ash and apply to the lesion. (Identical to Qianjin Fang.)
Beiji Formula for Treating Earwig Urine Sores in Children, Which Can Be Fatal if Circumferential.
Crush Tribulus terrestris leaves and apply to the lesion; if leaves are unavailable, other parts may be used. (Identical to Qianjin Fang.)

Take soil from swallow nests, grind into powder, mix with lard, and apply to the lesion, replacing when dry. (Identical to Qianjin Fang.)
Wenzhong's Formula for Treating Malignant Sores in Children.
Boil bamboo shoots to extract juice for washing the lesion; alternatively, burn shoot skins to ash and apply.
Gujin Luyans Formula for Treating Malignant Sores in Children.
Stir-fry fermented soybeans until dark yellow, grind into powder, and apply to the sore until healed. (Identical to Qianjin Fang.)
Another formula for treating malignant sores covering the entire body, refractory to conventional treatments.
Wash the root of Fu Gen, extract the juice, and use it to bathe the infant; secrecy regarding the mother yields better results.
Another formula for treating burns-like sores on the face and body of children.
Take one sheng of yellow millet, grind into powder, mix with honey water, and apply until healed.

Grind Chidili into powder and sprinkle on the lesion for optimal effect.
Two Formulas for Pediatric Burn Sores
Qianjin Formula for Treating Burn Sores in Children, Characterized by Generalized Lesions Resembling Hemp Seeds or Beans, Sometimes Suppurative, with Intermittent Pain and Itching.
Gancao (Licorice Root) Shaoyao (Peony Root) Bailian (Belamcandae Rhizoma) Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex) Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix) (each Banliang)
The above seven ingredients are ground into powder, mixed with honey, and applied to the lesion twice daily and once at night. Alternatively, decoct for washing.
Qianjin Yi Formula for Treating Fire Sores in Children.
Decoct large soybeans to make a concentrated decoction, wash the lesion while warm until healed; this also prevents scarring.
