大附子（四枚生用去皮）
上一味切，苦酒渍三宿，以脂膏一斤煎之，三上三下，膏成敷之，亦疗卒中风口噤颈项

千金疗折腕瘀血方。
虻虫（去足翅熬） 牡丹（等分）
上二味为散，以酒服方寸匕，血化成水。
又方
大黄（六两） 桂心（二两） 桃仁（六十枚去皮）
上三味切，以酒六升，煮取三升，分三服，当下血瘥。（并出第二十六卷中）
千金翼疗折腕瘀血方。
草汁饮之，亦可作散服。（出第十九卷中）
古今录验疗折腕瘀血方。
蒲黄（一升） 当归（二两）
上二味捣散，酒服方寸匕，日三，先食服之。（千金同出第三十四卷中）
深师疗蹉跌补绝复伤，地黄散方。
干地黄（十分） 桂心 干姜 芎 甘草（炙） 当归（各二分） 芍药（五分）
上七味捣为散，先食，以酒服方寸匕，日三服。
又方
大豆（熬令黑） 大黄（各二两） 桂心（一两）
上三味捣为散，分为三剂，酒和服。忌生葱，又大黄一两，生地黄三两切熬，以水酒二
升，煮取一升，顿服之瘥。（出第二十六卷中）
范汪蹉跌膏兼疗金疮方。
当归 续断 附子（去皮） 细辛 甘草（炙） 通草 芎 白芷 牛膝（各二
两
）蜀椒（二合）
上十味 咀，以猪膏二斤煎，以白芷色黄膏成，绞去滓，日再以摩损处。（出第十卷中）
深师卓氏膏。

将以上一味药切碎，用苦酒浸泡三夜，再用一斤动物油脂煎煮，经历三次上升沸腾和三次下降冷却的过程，制成膏药后外敷，也能治疗中风猝然发作导致的口噤、颈项强直。（出自第二十六卷中）

将以上两味药研成散剂，用酒送服一方寸匕的量，瘀血可化为水液排出。
又一方
大黄（六两） 桂心（二两） 桃仁（六十枚，去皮）
将以上三味药切碎，用六升酒，煎煮至剩余三升，分三次服用，应当能排出瘀血而痊愈。（均出自第二十六卷中）
千金翼疗折腕瘀血方。
饮用草汁，也可以制成散剂服用。（出自第十九卷中）
古今录验疗折腕瘀血方。
蒲黄（一升） 当归（二两）
将以上两味药捣碎成散剂，用酒送服一方寸匕的量，每日三次，在进食前服用。（《千金方》相同，出自第三十四卷中）
深师疗蹉跌补绝复伤，地黄散方。
干地黄（十分） 桂心 干姜 川芎 甘草（炙） 当归（各二分） 芍药（五分）
将以上七味药捣碎成散剂，在进食前，用酒送服一方寸匕的量，每日服用三次。
又一方
大豆（炒至黑色） 大黄（各二两） 桂心（一两）
将以上三味药捣碎成散剂，分为三份，用酒调和服用。忌食生葱。另外一方：大黄一两，生地黄三两切碎后炒制，用水和酒共二升，煎煮至剩余一升，一次性服用即可痊愈。（出自第二十六卷中）
范汪蹉跌膏兼疗金疮方。
当归 续断 附子（去皮） 细辛 甘草（炙） 通草 川芎 白芷 牛膝（各二两） 蜀椒（二合）
将以上十味药切碎，用猪脂二斤煎煮，待白芷颜色变黄时膏药即成，滤去药渣，每日两次涂抹于损伤处。（出自第十卷中）
Shenshi Zhuoshi Ointment.
Da Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, four raw pieces, peeled)
Cut the above single herb into small pieces, soak in Kujiu (bitter wine) for three nights, then decoct with one jin (approx. 500g) of animal fat. Perform the process of "three ascents and three descents" (boiling and cooling cycles). Once the ointment is formed, apply it externally. It also treats sudden onset of wind-stroke manifesting as lockjaw (Koujin) and stiffness of the neck and nape. (From Volume 26)
Qianjin Formula for Treating Stasis Blood from Wrist Fractures.
Mengchong (Asiae Fly Larva, remove feet and wings, stir-fry) Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex, equal proportion to Mengchong)
Grind the above two herbs into a powder. Take one Fangcunbi (a square-inch measure) with wine. The stasis blood will transform into fluid and be discharged.
Another Formula
Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, six liang) Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus, two liang) Taoren (Persicae Semen, sixty pieces, peeled)
Cut the above three herbs into small pieces. Decoct with six sheng (approx. 1.2L) of wine until three sheng remain. Divide into three doses. Taking this should result in the discharge of dark blood and recovery. (Both from Volume 26)
Qianjin Yi Formula for Treating Stasis Blood from Wrist Fractures.
Drink Caoye Zhi (herbal juice), or it can also be prepared as a powder for oral administration. (From Volume 19)
Gujin Luyan Formula for Treating Stasis Blood from Wrist Fractures.
Puhuang (Typhae Pollen, one sheng) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, two liang)
Crush the above two herbs into a powder. Take one Fangcunbi with wine, three times daily, taken before meals. (Same as Qianjin Fang, from Volume 34)
Shenshi Dihuang San Formula for Treating Sprains, Reinjuries, and Restoring Severed Tendons.
Gan Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, ten parts) Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus) Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Preparatus) Xiongqiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata via honey-frying) Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) (each two parts; Shaoyao five parts)
Grind the above seven herbs into a powder. Take one Fangcunbi with wine before meals, three times daily.
Another Formula
Daydou (Sojae Semen Nigrum, stir-fried until black) Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) Guixin (Cinnamomi Ramulus) (two liang each; Guixin one liang)
Grind the above three herbs into a powder. Divide into three doses. Mix with wine and take. Avoid raw green onions. Another variation: Dahuang (one liang), Sheng Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, three liang), cut into pieces and stir-fried. Decoct with water and wine totaling two sheng until one sheng remains. Take in one dose for recovery. (From Volume 26)
Fan Wang Suodie Gao Formula for Sprains and Metal Wounds.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix) Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, peeled) Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma) Zhigancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Preparata via honey-frying) Tongcao (Tetrapanacis Medulla) Xiongqiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix) (each two liang) Shujiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, two he)
Chop the above ten herbs. Decoct with two jin (approx. 1kg) of pig lard. When Baizhi turns yellow, the ointment is ready. Strain to remove dregs. Rub onto the injured area twice daily. (From Volume 10)
