将虎骨烧成粉末，用水送服一方寸匕的量，每天三次即可痊愈。
范汪治疗突然大便脱肛的方剂。
取绿桑枝上的螺蛳，烧成粉末，用猪脂调和后敷在患处，肛门立刻收缩，也可以将药末直接撒粉在患处。（《备急张文仲方》出自第三卷）
《千金方》治疗突然大便脱肛的方剂。
用猪油调和蒲黄敷在患处，用手指推回肛门内，如果只是单纯用药粉撒敷效果也很好。（《张文仲备急方》内容相同）
又一个方子
在鸠尾骨上方施灸七壮。（《备急文仲集验方》出自第二十五卷）
《肘后备急方》治疗如果肠子随肛门脱出，翻转扩大约一尺左右无法回纳的方剂。
捣碎生瓜蒌，取其汁液温服，同时用猪肉汁洗手，一边按压一边推回，自然能收到回纳的效果。（《范汪短剧》、《张文仲备急方》、《千金方》内容相同）
《备急张文仲方》治疗肠子随肛门脱出的方剂。
将锻石加热，用布包裹熨烫患处，同时按压使其回纳，变冷后立即更换。（《范汪短剧》、《张文仲备急方》出自第八卷）
《集验方》治疗脱肛多年不愈的方剂。
取生铁三斤，用水一斗煮，浓缩至五升，用来清洗患处，每天两次。（《范汪方》、《千金方》、《备急方》、《文仲方》出自第六卷）
《千金方》治疗脱肛多年不愈的方剂。
取死鳖头一个，烧至烟尽，研成细屑敷在肛门上，用手按压使其回纳，同时施灸横骨穴一百壮。
又一个方子
用铁精粉撒在患处，按压使其回纳即可痊愈。（均出自第二十五卷）
《广济方》治疗疝气肿块疼痛的方剂。
黄耆、桃仁（去尖皮炒）、山茱萸、五加皮、槟榔仁（各八分）、牛膝（六分）、茯苓（六分）、肉苁蓉（八分）、五味子（十八分）、人参、续断（各六分）、桂心（八分）、远志（去心）、石南（各五分）、海藻（洗净八分）、玄参（十分）、枳实（炙）、龙骨（八分）、蒺藜子（二十分炒）。
以上十九味药捣碎过筛，用蜂蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸药，酒送服三十丸，每天两次，逐渐增加至四十丸。
又治疗肾虚疝气，腰膝冷痛，阴囊肿痒的狐阴丸方。
狐阴（一个炙）、木香、蒺藜子、腽肭脐、昆布（各六分）、牛膝、菟丝子（各八分酒浸）、桃仁（去尖皮炒）、石斛（各十分）、槟榔仁（十枚）。
以上十味药捣碎过筛，用蜂蜜调和制成如梧桐子大小的丸药，空腹时酒送服二十至三十丸，每天两次。忌食热面、荞麦、猪肉、鱼类及粘性食物等。（均出自第六卷）
《集验方》治疗[阴肿/狐惑]的方剂。
取像大脚趾那么粗、长三尺的柳枝二十根，用水煮至极熟，用旧布擦干肿胀处，用柳枝交替刺戳患处，直到痊愈为止。（《文仲备急方》、《千金方》内容相同。按：拄音主，意为刺。）
《千金方》治疗[阴肿/狐惑]的方剂。
牡丹（二两）、海藻（二两洗净）、狐阴（一个炙）、地肤子（二两）、茯苓（二两）、五味子（二两）、芍药（二两）、橘皮（二两）、蜘蛛（五十个炒）、防葵（二两）、细辛（二两）、蒺藜子（二两）、桂心（二两）、泽泻（二两）、桃仁（五十枚去皮尖炒）。
以上十五味药过筛，用蜂蜜调和，制成如梧桐子大小的丸药，每次服十丸，逐渐增加至二十丸。忌食胡荽、生葱、生菜、醋制食物。（出自第二十五卷）
《备急张文仲方》治疗[阴肿]的方剂。
将桃仁捣碎敷在患处，也可治疗妇女阴部肿胀，干了就更换。（《集验方》出自第五卷）
《古今录验方》治疗[阴肿]，蒺藜丸方。
蒺藜子、干地黄（各一分）、鹿茸（炙十分）、白蔹（八分）、磁石（十分研碎）、石钟乳（炼十分）、铁精、桂心、续断（各五分）、巴戟天、芍药、玄参、通草、升麻、牛膝、桑寄生（各八分）、泽泻（七分）、射干（八分）、肉苁蓉（十分）、海藻（八分，如头发状者）。
以上二十味药捣碎过筛，用蜂蜜和匀制成如梧桐子大小的丸药，温水送服十丸，每天两次，逐渐增加至二三十丸。（甄立言处方出自第四十一卷）
The *Zhouhou Beiji Fang* (Emergency Prescriptions Kept in the Sleeve) treats sudden rectal prolapse.
Apply moxibustion at the center of the whorl of hair on the vertex, 100 moxa cones.
Another prescription
Apply a mixture of clear bean paste juice and wine to the affected area. (Content identical to *Beiji Zhang Wenzhong Fang*)
Yet another prescription
Burn tiger bone into powder, take with water, one *cunbi* (a measure approx. 2-3 grams) per dose, three times daily until recovery.
Fan Wang's prescription for sudden rectal prolapse.
Take snails from green mulberry branches, burn them into powder, mix with lard, and apply to the affected area; the anus will retract immediately. Alternatively, dust the area with the powder. (Identical to *Beiji Zhang Wenzhong Fang*, Vol. 3)
*Qianjin Fang* (Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold) treats sudden rectal prolapse.
Mix pig fat with Pteris vittata spore (Puhuang) and apply to the affected area; push it back in with fingers. Simply dusting with the powder is also effective. (Identical to *Zhang Wenzhong Beiji Fang*)
Yet another prescription
Apply moxibustion seven cones above the Jiuwei point (CV15). (Identical to *Beiji Wenzhong Jiyang Fang*, Vol. 25)
*Zhouhou Beiji Fang* treats cases where the intestine protrudes with the anus, expanding by about one chi (approx. 30 cm), making reduction difficult.
Crush fresh Trichosanthes kirilowii root (Gualou), extract the juice, and take it warm. Wash hands with pork broth, then press and push the intestine back in manually until it reduces naturally. (Identical to *Fan Wang Duanju*, *Zhang Wenzhong Beiji Fang*, and *Qianjin Fang*)
*Beiji Zhang Wenzhong Fang* treats intestinal prolapse.
Heat calcined gypsum (Duanshi), wrap in cloth, and apply as a hot compress to the area while pressing it back in. Replace when cool. (Identical to *Fan Wang Duanju* and *Beiji Zhang Wenzhong Fang*, Vol. 8)
*Jiyang Fang* (Collected Effective Prescriptions) treats chronic rectal prolapse that has not healed for years.
Take 3 jin (approx. 1.5 kg) of raw iron, boil in 1 dou (approx. 10 liters) of water until reduced to 5 sheng (approx. 5 liters). Use this liquid to wash the affected area, twice daily. (Identical to *Fan Wang Fang*, *Qianjin Fang*, *Beiji Fang*, and *Wenzhong Fang*, Vol. 6)
*Qianjin Fang* treats chronic rectal prolapse that has not healed for years.
Take one dead softshell turtle head, burn until smoke ceases, crush into fine powder, and apply to the anus. Press manually to reduce it, and simultaneously apply moxibustion to the Henggu point (GB27), 100 cones.
Yet another prescription
Dust the area with refined iron powder and press to reduce it; this cures the condition. (Both from Vol. 25)
*Guangji Fang* treats hernia with swollen and painful nodules.
Astragalus membranaceus root (Huangqi), Peach Kernel (Taoren, remove tips and skin, stir-fry), Cornus officinalis fruit (Shanzhuyu), Acanthopanax senticosus bark (Wujia pi), Areca seed (Binglangren, each 8 fen), Achyranthes bidentata root (Niuxi, 6 fen), Poria cocos (Fuling, 6 fen), Cistanche deserticola stem (Rongcong, 8 fen), Schisandra chinensis fruit (Wuweizi, 18 fen), Ginseng root (Renshen), Dipsacus asperoides root (Xuduan, each 6 fen), Cassia twig (Guixin, 8 fen), Polygala tenuifolia root (Yuanzhi, remove heart), Rhododendron molle rhizome (Shinan, each 5 fen), Sargassum seaweed (Haizao, washed, 8 fen), Scrophularia ningpoensis root (Xuanshen, 10 fen), Immature bitter orange (Zhishi, roasted), Dragon bone (Longgu, 8 fen), Tribulus terrestris fruit (Jilizi, 20 fen, stir-fried).
Grind these nineteen herbs into powder, mix with honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 30 pills with wine, twice daily, gradually increasing to 40 pills.
Another prescription for Kidney Deficiency Hernia, characterized by cold pain in waist and knees, and itching scrotal swelling: Fox Yin Pill (Huyin Wan).
Fox Yin (one piece, roasted), Costus root (Muxiang), Tribulus terrestris fruit (Jilizi), Fossa arctostaphyli (Anayu), Ecklonia stolonifera (Kunbu, each 6 fen), Achyranthes bidentata root (Niuxi), Dodder seed (Tusizi, each 8 fen, soaked in wine), Peach Kernel (Taoren, remove tips and skin, stir-fry), Dendrobium nobile stem (Shihu, each 10 fen), Areca seed (Binglangren, 10 pieces).
Grind these ten herbs into powder, mix with honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 20-30 pills with wine on an empty stomach, twice daily. Avoid hot noodles, buckwheat, pork, fish, and sticky foods. (Both from Vol. 6)
*Jiyang Fang* treats [scrotal swelling/herpes].
Take twenty willow branches, each three chi long and as thick as a big toe. Boil in water until very soft. Dry the swollen area with an old cloth, then alternately prick the area with the willow branches. Continue until cured. (Identical to *Wenzhong Beiji* and *Qianjin Fang*. Note: "Zhu" sounds like "Zhu," meaning to prick/stab.)
*Qianjin Fang* treats [scrotal swelling/herpes].
Moutan bark (Mu Danpi, 2 liang), Sargassum seaweed (Haizao, washed, 2 liang), Fox Yin (one whole piece, roasted), Kochia scoparia fruit (Difuzi, 2 liang), Poria cocos (Fuling, 2 liang), Schisandra chinensis fruit (Wuweizi, 2 liang), White peony root (Shaoyao, 2 liang), Tangerine peel (Chenpi, 2 liang), Spider (50 pieces, stir-fried), Angelica dahurica root (Fang Kui, 2 liang), Asarum root (Xixin, 2 liang), Tribulus terrestris fruit (Jilizi, 2 liang), Cassia twig (Guixin, 2 liang), Alisma orientale tuber (Zexie, 2 liang), Peach Kernel (Taoren, 50 pieces, remove skin and tips, stir-fried).
Sieve these fifteen herbs, mix with honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Start with 10 pills, gradually increase to 20. Avoid coriander, raw scallions, raw vegetables, and vinegar-preserved foods. (From Vol. 25)
*Beiji Zhang Wenzhong Fang* treats [scrotal swelling].
Crush peach kernels and apply as a poultice. This also treats female vulvar swelling; replace when dry. (Identical to *Jiyang Fang*, Vol. 5)

Tribulus terrestris fruit (Jilizi), Prepared Rehmannia root (Shu Dihuang, each 1 fen), Deer antler (Lurong, roasted, 10 fen), Ampelopsis japonica root (Bailian, 8 fen), Magnetite (Cishi, ground, 10 fen), Stalactite (Shizhongru, refined, 10 fen), Refined iron powder (Tiejing), Cassia twig (Guixin), Dipsacus asperoides root (Xuduan, each 5 fen), Morinda officinalis root (Bajitian), White peony root (Shaoyao), Scrophularia ningpoensis root (Xuanshen), Tetrapanax papyrifer stem (Tongcao), Cimicifuga foetida rhizome (Shengma), Achyranthes bidentata root (Niuxi), Taxillus chinensis branch (Sangjisheng, each 8 fen), Alisma orientale tuber (Zexie, 7 fen), Belamcanda chinensis rhizome (Shegan, 8 fen), Cistanche deserticola stem (Rongcong, 10 fen), Sargassum seaweed (Haizao, 8 fen, hair-like strands).
Grind these twenty herbs into powder, mix with honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 10 pills with water, twice daily, gradually increasing to 20-30 pills. (Prescription from Zhen Liyan, Vol. 41)
