凡口唇生疔。看大腿弯中。如有紫筋。用银针刺出血。即愈。又一人唇口生疔七
肿如斗。百药不效。后遇一医云。此名七星赶月。用蛔虫捣烂敷之。顷刻疮口出黄水
神清。次日全愈。如无蛔虫。以五谷虫(一钱瓦上焙研末) 白矾 蟾酥(各三分) 用
化调匀。敷疔上。少刻疔亦破。流毒水而愈。又雄鸡冠血点上。神效。又生蚬去
即效。又乌色草鱼。去鳞取皮。切片贴之。随贴随干。干则换贴。贴至数十次。
即破口而愈矣。又大虾蟆(一个) 取肝。贴之立消。(兼治面上生疔对口疔等症)
烂黄鸡粪 荔枝肉同捣烂。涂上即愈。又用花盆中青螺(即鬼螺蛳)二三个。同
立效。
粗草纸上。拣内有米壳。取(二三十粒)去壳。将米研细和砂糖调涂疔上。数次即愈
此疔最易走黄。犯者用针挑断其丝。且拔去发中红头发一根。将多年粪坑上碎木椽
灰研细。用饧糖拌涂疔上。露出疔头。疔毒拔出无事。若不急治。隔日即死。又此
最速。生于足者。其红丝渐长至脐。生于手者。红丝渐长至心。生于唇面者。红丝渐
至则不可救矣。手足两处。可用头发。离丝一二寸远紧紧捆住。并将丝头刺破或用
艾火。在丝头烧之。丝即退散而愈。不散再烧。以散为度。其效如神。又蟑螂(一
青糖。捣涂即效。
凡是口唇部位长出疔疮。观察大腿弯曲处（腘窝）。如果发现有紫色的筋络，用银针刺破使其出血。病证即可痊愈。
又有一人，口唇处长出疔疮，肿胀如斗大，各种药物都无效。后来遇到一位医生，说这名叫“七星赶月”。用蛔虫捣烂后敷在患处，顷刻间疮口流出黄水，神志清醒，第二天完全痊愈。
如果没有蛔虫，可以用五谷虫（一钱，在瓦上焙干研成末）、白矾、蟾酥（各三分），用水调和均匀，敷在疔疮上。过一会儿疔疮也会破溃，流出毒水而痊愈。
另外，用雄鸡冠血点涂，效果神奇。或者用生蚬肉涂抹，也立即见效。
或者用乌色草鱼，去鳞取皮，切片贴敷。随贴随干，干了就更换贴敷。贴几十次后，疮口即破溃而痊愈。
还有，取一个大蛤蟆（一只）的肝脏，贴敷在患处，立竿见影。（兼治面部生疔、对口疔等病症）
饭蝇（七只）与冰片（一至二厘）一同研烂，敷在患处。这样疔毒就不会走散入里（不走黄）。
腐烂的黄鸡粪与荔枝肉一同捣烂，涂上即可痊愈。
另外，用花盆中的青螺（即鬼螺蛳）两三个，同粗草纸一起处理。拣选其中含有米壳的草纸部分（取二三十粒米壳大小的范围），去掉米壳，将米研细，和砂糖调匀涂在疔疮上。数次后即可痊愈。
这种疔疮最容易发生“走黄”（毒邪内陷）。患病者用针挑断其红丝，并且拔去头发中的一根红发。将多年粪坑上的碎木椽灰研细，用饴糖拌和涂在疔疮上，露出疔头。疔毒被拔出后就无事了。如果不紧急治疗，隔天就会死亡。
另外，此法最为迅速。生于足部的，其红丝逐渐延长至脐部；生于手部的，红丝逐渐延长至心部；生于唇面部的，红丝逐渐延长则不可救治了。
手足两处，可用头发，离红丝一二寸远紧紧捆住。并将丝头刺破，或者用艾火在丝头烧灼。红丝即退散而痊愈。如果不散再烧，以红丝散开为度。效果如神。
另外，用蟑螂（一只）与青糖捣涂，即见效。
Whenever a ding (a type of acute suppurative infection) arises on the lips or mouth, examine the popliteal fossa (the bend behind the knee). If purple veins are visible, puncture them with a silver needle to release blood; the condition will be cured immediately.
In another case, a patient had a ding on the lips and mouth that swelled to the size of a dou (a large measure), and all medicines failed. A physician later diagnosed this as "Seven Stars Chasing the Moon" and applied crushed Ascaris lumbricoides (roundworms) topically. Within moments, yellow fluid drained from the wound, the patient's mental clarity returned, and full recovery occurred the next day.
If Ascaris lumbricoides is unavailable, use five-grain insects (Wuguchong, 5 qian, dried on a tile and ground into powder), Alum (Baifan), and Chan Su (Toad Venom, each 3 fen). Mix evenly with water and apply to the ding. After a short while, the ding will rupture, draining toxic fluids, leading to recovery.
Alternatively, applying blood from a rooster's comb yields miraculous effects. Applying fresh clam meat also brings immediate relief.
Another method involves using a dark-colored grass carp: remove scales, take the skin, slice it, and apply it to the lesion. Replace the patch when it dries. After dozens of applications, the lesion ruptures and heals.
Additionally, applying the liver of one large toad (Xia Ma) results in immediate resolution. (This also treats facial dings and duikou ding [carbuncles at the back of the neck]).
Grind seven house flies (Fan Ying) with one to two li of Borneol (Bingpian) until paste-like, and apply. This prevents the toxin from spreading internally (zouhuang).
Mash rotten yellow chicken manure with lychee flesh and apply; healing occurs immediately.
Alternatively, use two or three green snails (Qingluo, also known as Guiluosi) found in flower pots. Take coarse straw paper containing rice husks (select an area equivalent to 20-30 grains), remove the husks, grind the rice fine, mix with rock sugar, and apply to the ding. Recovery follows after several applications.
This type of ding is prone to zouhuang (toxin spreading inward). Treat by puncturing the red thread with a needle and plucking one red hair from the scalp. Grind fine the ash from broken wooden rafters found in old cesspits, mix with maltose syrup, and apply to the ding, leaving the head exposed. The toxin is drawn out, and the patient is safe. Without urgent treatment, death occurs within two days.
The progression is rapid: if located on the foot, the red thread extends to the umbilicus; if on the hand, it extends to the heart region; if on the lips or face, extension implies incurability.
For lesions on hands or feet, tightly bind hair around the red thread, one or two cun away from the thread itself. Puncture the tip of the thread or cauterize it with moxa fire. The red thread will recede, and the patient will heal. Repeat cauterization until the thread dissipates. The effect is miraculous.
Additionally, grinding one cockroach (Zhanglang) with green sugar and applying it yields effective results.
