用犀角刺入被刺伤的疮口中，可立即痊愈。另外，捣烂苎麻根敷贴患处。
凡是枪弹射入皮肉中，取生南瓜切片贴在患处，异物即可排出。（用南瓜瓤敷贴效果也很好）另外，将泥鳅捣烂……
将旋复花根捣汁滴入疮口中，仍用残渣敷在患处，每天更换三次。半个月后断裂的筋脉即可接续。另外，将白蜡与合欢皮（需先融化），调和后敷于伤处，效果极佳。
闪挫损伤初期，立即在无风处，用纸捻刺激鼻腔，用力打喷嚏二三十次，气机上逆则疼痛自止。另外，将绿豆粉炒至紫色，用新汲取的井水调匀后敷贴，并用杉木皮固定绑紧。另外，将胡椒、黄蜡（各二两）与公鸡（一只，去毛）共同捣烂敷于患处，如果感到瘙痒即表示即将痊愈。
将生半夏研成粉末，用醋调匀后敷贴，效果神奇。（另一方用水调敷）
取一片生猪肉，将当归、赤石脂两味药研成末，撒在肉上贴敷患处，可拔出瘀血，眼睛随即无恙。

山栀子（五分，生研成末）、飞罗面（三钱），用姜汁调和涂于患处。若一天一夜后皮肉变青黑，说明瘀血已化；或者用水调搽，干了就扫去。另外，取市场上乞丐穿破的一只鞋烧成灰，与白面（等分），用好醋调成糊状敷于患处，用绢布束紧，再用杉木板夹好固定，片刻后疼痛停止，骨头接合时有声响，非常奇妙。
Grind black lice from the head together with human teeth into powder, apply to the affected area, and the foreign body will be expelled. Alternatively, crush Trichosanthes root (Gualou Gen) and apply as a poultice; change three times daily, and the object will naturally emerge. (This also treats bamboo splinters.)
Pierce the wound caused by a thorn with a rhinoceros horn (Xijiao); it will heal immediately. Alternatively, crush Boehmeria nivea root (Zhugen) and apply as a poultice.
When a bullet penetrates the skin and flesh, slice raw pumpkin (Nangua) and apply it to the injured area to expel the projectile. (Applying pumpkin pulp is also effective.) Alternatively, mash loach (Niqiu)...
Crush Inula flower root (Xuanfugen), extract the juice, and drip it into the wound; still apply the dregs to the affected area, changing three times daily. After half a month, severed tendons will reconnect. Additionally, melt beeswax (Baila) with Albizia bark (Hehuanpi), mix, and apply to the injury for excellent results.
For initial sprains or contusions, go to a windless place, stimulate the nasal cavity with a paper twist, and sneeze forcefully twenty to thirty times; this causes Qi to rise and pain to cease. Alternatively, stir-fry mung bean powder (Lvdou Fen) until purple, mix with fresh well water, apply, and bind firmly with fir bark (Shanmupi). Alternatively, mash Sichuan pepper (Hujiao), beeswax (Baila, 2 liang each), and one rooster (Qigong, de-feathered) together and apply to the site; itching indicates impending healing.
Grind raw Pinellia ternata (Sheng Banxia) into powder, mix with vinegar, and apply for miraculous effects. (Another method uses water for mixing.)
Take one slice of raw pork, grind Angelica sinensis (Danggui) and Red Halloysite (Chishizhi) into powder, sprinkle onto the meat, and apply to the affected area to draw out stasis; the eyes will remain unharmed.
Mash fresh ginger (Shengjiang) and scallion white (Congbai), mix with flour, stir-fry until hot, and apply as a poultice.
Boil Ilex aquifolioides leaves (Dongqing Ye) in vinegar for several boils, add a few drops of sesame oil, and replace the leaves frequently.
Mix fresh ginger juice with Calomelas (Qingfen) powder and apply; it heals without scarring.
If the scrotum is scratched open and the testicles fall out but remain suspended and not severed, have someone slowly support them back into position. Apply numerous wall spiders (Biqian) to the affected area; peace returns gradually.
Grind Gardenia jasminoides fruit (Shanzhi, 5 fen, raw) and fine wheat flour (Feiluomian, 3 qian) into powder, mix with ginger juice, and apply to the affected area. If the skin turns blue-black after one day and night, it indicates resolution; alternatively, mix with water, apply, and sweep off when dry. Additionally, burn a broken shoe from a beggar in the market to ash, mix with equal parts wheat flour, and form a paste with good vinegar. Apply to the site, bind with silk, and clamp with a fir wood board. Pain ceases shortly, and audible bone setting occurs; this is very effective.
For crushed bones inside causing suppuration, mash field snails (Tianluo), mix evenly with wine lees, apply around the periphery leaving a central hole, allowing the bone to exit.
