治刀刃伤并各器械伤，皮破出血者，以药没糁上包固，不可见风，血止即愈。
治跌打损伤，皮肉青肿未破者，用陈醋调敷患处，肿消即愈。
治内伤骨碎，或骨已断折，先将骨节凑准，用陈醋调敷患处，以纸包裹，外加老棉絮包
好，
再用薄板片夹护，将绳慢慢系紧，不可移动，药性一到，骨自接矣。须静百日，勿犯房事，
犯则必成生理残障。

骨损养法，即愈。

上十味，共为细末，入乳钵研至无声，收入瓷瓶，黄蜡封口，勿令泄气。
专治黄胆。
乌背鲫鱼一尾，须活着，约重三四两，连肠杂鳞翅，入石臼内捣烂，加当门子三分，再
捣匀，摊布上，贴肚脐眼上，次日取下，重者贴二三枚，贴后即有黄水流出为妙。

治疗刀伤深重，但未穿透体腔膜（如胸腹膜）的，先用桑皮纸线缝合好伤口，多撒药末在上面，按照前面治疗骨损的方法紧急调养护理，即可痊愈。
治疗跌打导致昏迷不醒的，急用一钱药粉，同陈年黄酒冲服，人自然会苏醒，以便后续调理治疗。
此方神奇，即使遇到极其严重的创伤，很少有不能起死回生的，按照方子医治调养，不要睡热炕头，定有奇效，务必珍藏。
真血竭（一钱六分） 明雄黄（四钱） 上好红花（四钱） 净儿茶（二分四厘） 辰州朱砂（一钱二分） 净乳香（一钱二分） 当归尾（一两） 净没药（一钱四分） 当门子（麝香，三厘） 大梅片（冰片，一分二厘）
以上十味药，共同研磨成细末，放入乳钵中研至听不到颗粒摩擦声为止，装入瓷瓶中，用黄蜡封口，不要让气体泄漏。
专门治疗黄疸病。
黑背鲫鱼一条，必须是活鱼，重量约三四两，连同肠、内脏、鳞片和鳍翅一起，放入石臼中捣烂，加入当门子（麝香）三分，再捣均匀，摊在布上，贴敷在肚脐眼上，第二天取下，病情重的贴两三枚，贴敷后流出黄色水液为最佳效果。
Treats knife wounds and injuries caused by various instruments where the skin is broken and bleeding. Apply the medicinal powder generously on the wound, bandage it securely, and keep it away from wind. It will heal naturally once the bleeding stops.
Treats bruises and traumatic injuries where the skin and muscles are bruised and swollen but not broken. Mix the powder with aged vinegar and apply it to the affected area. It will heal naturally once the swelling subsides.
Treats internal injuries resulting in shattered bones or fractured bones. First, align the bone joints accurately. Mix the powder with aged vinegar and apply it to the injured site. Wrap it with paper, then cover with old cotton wadding. Secure it further with thin wooden boards and slowly tighten ropes for fixation. Ensure no movement occurs; once the medicinal efficacy takes effect, the bones will knit together naturally. The patient must remain at rest for one hundred days and abstain from sexual intercourse; violation will inevitably result in permanent physical disability.
Treats deep and severe knife wounds that have not penetrated the serous membranes (such as the pleura or peritoneum). First, suture the wound using mulberry bark thread. Apply a generous amount of medicinal powder on top, and urgently care for it according to the method described above for bone injuries. It will heal.
Treats unconsciousness caused by trauma. Immediately administer one qian (approx. 3.7g) of the powder mixed with aged yellow wine orally. The patient will naturally regain consciousness, allowing for subsequent treatment.
This prescription is miraculous. Even in cases of extremely severe trauma, there are few instances where it fails to revive the dying. Follow the prescription for treatment and recuperation. Do not sleep on a heated kang (heated brick bed). It will surely yield extraordinary effects. Treasure it.
Zhen Xuemei (Blood Dragon Resin) (1 qian 6 fen), Ming Xionghuang (Real Realgar) (4 qian), Shang Honghua (Premium Safflower) (4 qian), Jing Ercha (Pure Catechu) (2 fen 4 li), Chenzhou Sha (Chenzhou Cinnabar) (1 qian 2 fen), Jing Ruxiang (Pure Frankincense) (1 qian 2 fen), Dangguiwei (Angelica Sinensis Tail) (1 liang), Jing Moyao (Pure Myrrh) (1 qian 4 fen), Dangmenzi (Musk, 3 li), Dameipian (Borneol, 1 fen 2 li).
Grind these ten ingredients into a fine powder together. Grind in a mortar until no granular friction sound is heard. Store in a porcelain bottle, seal with yellow wax, and prevent gas leakage.
Specifically treats Jaundice (Huangdan).
Take one black-backed crucian carp, which must be alive, weighing approximately 3-4 liang (approx. 150-200g). Place the whole fish, including intestines, viscera, scales, and fins, into a stone mortar and pound into a paste. Add 3 liang of Dangmenzi (Musk) and mix thoroughly. Spread the mixture onto cloth and apply it to the umbilicus (Shenque, CV8). Remove the next day. For severe cases, apply two or three patches. The emergence of yellow fluid after application is considered an optimal sign.
