Leukorrhea with five colors refers to non-menstrual vaginal bleeding in women, where the blood is mixed (green, yellow, red, white, black) and flows continuously. The etiology is due to excessive fatigue damaging the Qi and Blood, resulting in deficiency and damage of the Chong Mai (Penetrating Vessel) and Ren Mai (Conception Vessel). The Chong Mai and Ren Mai are known as the "Sea of the Twelve Primary Meridians" and originate from the Bao Gong (Uterus).

Formula for treating continuous leukorrhea with five colors in women, dripping for years, accompanied by sallow complexion, emaciation, and physical decline: Baishao Yao San Formula (White Peony Powder).
Ingredients: Baishao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Alba, 1 liang), Musli (Concha Ostreae, 1 liang, calcined to powder), Shu Gan Dihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 1.5 liang), Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae, 3 fen), Ganjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparatum, 3 fen, processed and crushed).

Ingredients: Shenggan Dihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 0.5 liang), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae Baicalensis, 1 liang), Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis, 0.5 liang, de-tipped and lightly stir-fried), Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae, 0.5 liang), Chuan Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, 0.5 liang, crushed and lightly stir-fried).

For treating leukorrhea with red and white discharge that persists for a long time and turns black, it is advisable to take Maomao San Formula (Horse Hair Powder).
Ingredients: Maomao (Pilus Equi, 1 liang, calcined to powder), Chi Fuling (Poria cum Radice Pini Rubra, 2 liang), Musli (Concha Ostreae, 1 liang, calcined to powder), Biejia (Carapax et Plastrum Testudinis, 1.5 liang, coated with vinegar, roasted until yellow, and the skirt removed).

For treating continuous leukorrhea with white-colored blood in women, it is advisable to take Baimati San Formula (White Horse Hoof Powder).
Ingredients: Baimati Xie (Calce Equina Alba, 2 liang, stir-fried until yellow), Yuyuliang (Halloysitum Rubrum, 2 liang, calcined and quenched with vinegar seven times), Longgu (Os Draconis, 1 liang), Wouyu Gu (Hoctopus Sepiae, 1 liang, calcined to ash).
Preparation and Administration: Crush the above ingredients and sieve them through a fine mesh into a powder. Before meals, take 2 qian mixed with warm wine.

Another formula.
Ingredients: Lurong (Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, 1 liang, de-haired, coated with butter and roasted until yellow), Bailian (Bulbus Belamcandae, 3 fen), Gouji (Caulix Cibotii, 0.5 liang, de-haired).
Preparation and Administration: Crush the above ingredients and sieve them into a powder. Mix with a paste made from flour boiled in vinegar to form pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Before meals, take 20 pills with warm wine.

Formula for treating leukorrhea with black-colored blood in women.
Ingredients: Ganxi (Resina Taxodi, 1 liang, crushed and stir-fried until smoke ceases), Chuan Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, 1 liang, crushed and lightly stir-fried), Xixin (Radix et Rhizoma Asari, 1 liang), Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi Cassiae, 1 liang), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Uralensis, 3 fen).

Ingredients: Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, 2 liang), Baiwei (Radix Cynanchi Atrati, 0.5 liang), Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis, 2.5 liang, lightly scraped of rough bark and crushed).

Ingredients: Sang'er (Auricula Judae, 2 liang), Lurong (Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, 3 liang).
