人参（半两，去芦头） 钩藤（半两） 赤茯苓（半两） 犀角屑（一分） 山栀子（一分） 川升麻（三分） 麻黄（三分，去根节）。
以上药物，捣碎并粗筛成散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，煎煮至剩余五分水量，滤去药渣，根据患儿年龄大小，分次减量，不拘时候温热服用。
治疗一岁至三岁小儿壮热，适宜服用大黄散方。
川大黄（一两，锉碎，微炒） 柴胡（三分，去苗） 川升麻（三分） 黄芩（三分） 枳壳（三分，麸炒微黄） 甘草（三分，炙微黄，锉）。
以上药物，捣碎并粗筛成散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，加入青竹叶十四片，煎煮至剩余五分水量，滤去药渣，根据患儿年龄大小，分次服用。
治疗百日以来婴儿结实、壮热兼有惊风，适宜服用龙齿散方。
龙齿（一分） 川大黄（半两，锉碎，微炒） 栀子仁（一分） 朴硝（三分） 枳壳（一分，麸炒微黄） 甘草（三分，炙微黄，锉）。
以上药物，捣碎并粗筛成散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，煎煮至剩余五分水量，滤去药渣，根据患儿年龄大小，分次减量温热服用。
治疗八九岁儿童脏腑结实壮热，适宜服用芒硝散方。
川芒硝（三分） 川大黄（三分，锉碎，微炒） 赤茯苓（三分） 木通（一两，锉） 黄芩（半两） 甘草（三分，炙微黄，锉）。
以上药物，捣碎并粗筛成散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一小盏，加入少许生姜、葱白二寸，煎煮至剩余五分水量，滤去药渣，根据患儿年龄大小，加减剂量温热服用。
治疗小儿突然身体壮热，心肺烦闷壅滞，适宜服用牛黄散方。
牛黄（半分，细研） 黄芩（一分） 栀子仁（一分） 龙齿（一分） 犀角屑（一分） 寒水石（一分，细研） 麝香（半分，细研）。
以上药物，捣细罗成散剂，加入牛黄、麝香，共同研磨均匀。每次服用，用竹沥半钱调服，根据患儿年龄大小，酌情临时调整剂量。
治疗小儿积滞结聚壮热，适宜服用大黄丸方。
川大黄（一两，锉碎，微炒） 鳖甲（半两，涂醋炙令黄色，去裙襕） 赤茯苓（半两）。
以上药物，捣罗成末，炼蜜调和制成丸剂，如麻子大。一至二岁幼儿，每次服用五丸，以米汤送下，每日空腹及午后服用。
治疗小儿在母腹中受邪及百日以来，壮热多惊风，适宜服用虎睛丸方。
虎睛（一对，酒浸，微炙取仁） 牛黄（一分） 麝香（一分） 雄黄（一分） 朱砂（一分）。
以上药物，共同研磨极细，炼蜜调和制成丸剂，如绿豆大。以乳汁研磨后送服五丸，根据患儿年龄大小，酌情加减服用。
治疗小儿壮热，心烦，睡眠卧不安，适宜服用生地黄煎方。
生地黄汁（一升） 白蜜（三合） 生麦门冬汁（三合） 酥（三合）。
以上药物，在银锅中，用慢火熬制成稀饧状。每次服用，用温水调下半茶匙。
治疗小儿壮热不解，适宜用寒水石散外敷其身，适宜服用此方。

以上药物，捣细罗成散剂。每次使用时，将药粉扑洒在患儿身上，效果良好。
Zhuangre (Intense Fever) in infants and children arises from their vigorous blood and qi, with internal heat generated within the five zang organs, manifesting externally. Thus, intense fever occurs. Its general presentation is similar to Wenzhuang (Warm Intensity).
For treating Zhuangre (Intense Fever) in infants and children accompanied by dry mouth, mental restlessness, and anorexia for milk and food, Xijiao San (Rhinoceros Horn Powder) Formula is appropriate.
Xijiao xie (Rhino Horn Shavings) [1 fen], Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) [0.5 liang], Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Radix) [0.5 liang, de-core, roasted], Huangqi (Astragali Radix) [1 fen, sliced], Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) [0.5 liang, de-radicle], Chuanshengma (Polygoni Sibirici Rhizoma) [3 qian].
The above herbs are coarsely ground and sieved into a powder. Each dose is 1 qian, decocted with one small cup of water and seven leaves of Danzhuye (Lophatheri Herba) until reduced to 0.5 cup. Strain the dregs. Administer warm doses according to the child's age and condition.
For treating Zhuangre (Intense Fever) with palpitations and fright in infants and children, accompanied by red and scanty urination and difficult defecation, Gouteng San (Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis Powder) Formula is appropriate.
Gouteng (Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis) [1 fen], Xijiao xie (Rhino Horn Shavings) [0.5 liang], Chifuling (Poria Cum Ligno Rubrum) [0.5 liang], Tianzhuhuang (Calami Tinius Resina) [1 fen, finely ground], Longdan (Gentianae Radix) [0.5 liang, de-radicle], Chuandahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) [3 qian, sliced, slightly fried].

For treating Zhuangre (Intense Fever) in children aged one to three years, Dahuang San (Rhubarb Powder) Formula is appropriate.
Chuandahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) [1 liang, sliced, slightly fried], Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) [3 qian, de-radicle], Chuanshengma (Polygoni Sibirici Rhizoma) [3 qian], Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) [3 qian], Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) [3 qian, bran-fried, slightly yellow], Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) [3 qian, honey-fried, slightly yellow, sliced].
The above herbs are coarsely ground and sieved into a powder. Each dose is 1 qian, decocted with one small cup of water and fourteen leaves of Qingzhuye (Phyllostachys Viridis Leaf) until reduced to 0.5 cup. Strain the dregs. Administer according to the child's age and condition.
For treating infants over one hundred days old presenting with accumulation, Zhuangre (Intense Fever), and fright, Longchi San (Dragon Tooth Powder) Formula is appropriate.
Longchi (Dentis Mastodontis or Dinosauris Os Fossile) [1 fen], Chuandahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) [0.5 liang, sliced, slightly fried], Zhiziren (Gardeniae Semen) [1 fen], Puxiao (Natrii Sulfas) [3 qian], Zhike (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus) [1 fen, bran-fried, slightly yellow], Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) [3 qian, honey-fried, slightly yellow, sliced].

Each dose is 1 qian, decocted with one small cup of water, a little fresh ginger, and two cun of Congbai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus) until reduced to 0.5 cup. Strain the dregs. Adjust dosage and administer warm according to the child's age and condition.
For treating sudden Zhuangre (Intense Fever) in infants and children with heart and lung heat oppression and irritability, Niuhuang San (Calculus Bovis Powder) Formula is appropriate.
Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) [0.5 fen, finely ground], Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) [1 fen], Zhiziren (Gardeniae Semen) [1 fen], Longchi (Dentis Mastodontis or Dinosauris Os Fossile) [1 fen], Xijiao xie (Rhino Horn Shavings) [1 fen], Hanshuishi (Hypostibiitum) [1 fen, finely ground], Shexiang (Moschus) [0.5 fen, finely ground].
The above herbs are finely ground and sieved into a powder. Mix in Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) and Shexiang (Moschus) thoroughly. Each dose is taken with Banqian (half a qian) of Zhuli (Bambusae Sapta) as a vehicle. Adjust dosage according to the child's age and condition.
For treating Zhuangre (Intense Fever) due to stagnation and accumulation in infants and children, Dahuang Wan (Rhubarb Pill) Formula is appropriate.
Chuandahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) [1 liang, sliced, slightly fried], Biejia (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum) [0.5 liang, coated with vinegar, fried until yellow, remove skirt], Chifuling (Poria Cum Ligno Rubrum) [0.5 liang].
The above herbs are ground into fine powder and mixed with refined honey to form pills the size of hemp seeds. For children aged one to two, administer five pills per dose with Zhouyin (porridge liquid) on an empty stomach in the morning and afternoon.

For treating Zhuangre (Intense Fever) with mental irritability and restless sleep in infants and children, Shengdihuang Jian (Rehmanniae Decoction) Formula is appropriate.
