治疗小儿鼻疳，身体消瘦、壮热、嗜睡昏沉、毛发焦黄枯槁、肌肤缺乏润泽、疳虫侵蚀口齿的方剂：雄黄丸方。
雄黄（细研）、熊胆（细研）、黄连（去须）、青黛（细研）、麝香（细研）、细辛、干漆（捣碎，炒至芦头颜色）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，加入已研磨好的药物，共同研磨均匀。用软饭调和制成丸药，大小如绿豆。每次服用，用冷水送服三丸。
治疗小儿鼻疳生疮，疼痛瘙痒不止的方剂：甘草散方。
甘草（一分，炙微赤，锉碎）、地榆（一分，锉碎）、蚺蛇胆（一钱，细研）、蜗牛壳（一两，炒至微黄）、麝香（少许）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成散剂，加入龙脑、麝香等，研磨均匀。每次服用，用米汤调服半钱。也可以将药粉吹入鼻中。三岁儿童适用此法。
治疗小儿鼻疳发痒的方剂：吹鼻蝉壳散方。
蝉蜕（微炒）、青黛（细研）、蛇蜕皮灰、滑石、麝香（细研，以上各一分）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成散剂，共同研磨均匀。每次取绿豆大小的药量，吹入鼻中，每日使用三次。可使疳虫全部排出。
治疗小儿疳虫侵蚀小儿鼻子的方剂：石胆散方。
石胆（三分）、雄黄（一分）、人粪灰（三分）、头发灰（半两）、鲫鱼（一枚，长三寸者，剖开肚腹，涂盐烧焦）。
以上药物，共同细研均匀。先用甘草汤清洗疮面，擦干后，贴上此散剂，每日使用三次。
治疗小儿疳虫侵蚀小儿嘴唇和鼻子的方剂：麝香散方。
麝香（一分，细研）、石胆（一分，细研）、莨菪子（半两，生用）、人粪灰（半两）、莽草（一分，炙微黄）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成粉末，共同研磨均匀。贴敷于疮面上，每日使用三次。
治疗小儿鼻疳，身体消瘦壮热，口鼻生疮，适宜服用此方。
胡黄连（半两）、砒霜（一分）、人粪（半两）、天灵盖（一两，即人顶骨）、莨菪子（一分）。
以上药物，全部放入瓷瓶中，用黄泥密封固定，烧至通红。冷却后取出，另外加入麝香一分，共同研磨成粉末。
治疗小儿鼻疳，疳虫侵蚀鼻子，瘙痒疼痛不止的方剂：芦荟散方。
芦荟（一分）、黄柏末（一分）、青黛（半分）、雄黄（半分）。
以上药物，共同细研成散剂，每日三次，取少量敷于疮面上，即可痊愈。
治疗小儿鼻口疳蚀生疮，面色萎黄瘦弱、不吃奶的方剂。
石胆（一分）、芦荟（一分）。
以上药物，细研成散剂，撒在腐蚀处。被腐蚀损伤的肉，会化为脓液，只要频繁撒药，就能长出好肉，也不会造成其他损害。
治疗小儿疳疮，疳虫侵蚀鼻子的方剂。
黄连（半两，去须，捣碎过筛成末）、石胆（一分，细研）。
以上药物，共同研磨均匀，用生油调和涂抹于鼻中。
又一方。
雄黄（一分，细研）、瓜蒂（一分）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成散剂，研磨均匀，用生油调和涂抹于鼻中。
又一方。
干蟾蜍（一枚，涂酥炙至焦黄）、麝香（一钱）。
以上药物，共同研磨成细散剂，用腊月猪脂调和涂抹于鼻中。
又一方。
黄柏（一分，末）、雄黄（一分，细研）、麝香（一钱，细研）。
以上药物，共同细研均匀，用生油调和，每日三四次涂抹。
治疗小儿鼻疳，常用的吹鼻散方。
地榆（一分，锉碎）、青黛（一分，细研）、人粪灰（一钱）、麝香（半钱，细研）、蜗牛壳（三枚，炒）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成散剂。每次取两粒黄米大小的药量，吹入鼻中。
又一方。
芦荟（一分，细研）、黄柏（一分，锉碎）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成散剂，取水一合，在瓷盏中浸泡一顿饭的时间，用鸡毛蘸药液点入鼻中。
治疗小儿鼻疳发痒的方剂。
益母草根末（一分）、麝香（一钱）、定粉（一分，即铅粉）、密陀僧（一分，即氧化铅）。
以上药物，共同研磨细腻，干贴于鼻内，立即见效。
又一方。
虾蟆灰（一分）、人中白（半分，即尿垢）、麝香（一钱）。
以上药物，共同细研，干贴于鼻内，每日使用三次。
治疗小儿鼻疳发痒的吹鼻方。
地龙（二条，微炒）、瓜蒂（一分）、麝香（半钱，细研）、虾蟆头（一枚，烧成灰）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成散剂，共同研磨均匀。每日二三次，取少量吹入鼻中。
治疗小儿鼻眼耳痒，多次揉搓后，皮肤干燥、毛发竖立，适宜使用的吹鼻方。
蜗牛壳（二分，炒至微黄）、虾蟆灰（一钱）、麝香（一钱，细研）、瓜蒂（七枚）。
以上药物，捣碎过筛成散剂，加入麝香研磨均匀。取少量吹入鼻中，每日三四次。同时滴少许入口中效果更佳。

Formula for treating Nasal Gan in infants and children, characterized by emaciation, high fever, excessive sleepiness and lethargy, scorched and yellow hair, lack of luster in the skin, and Gan worms eroding the mouth and teeth: Xionghuang Wan (Realgar Pill).
Xionghuang (Realgar, finely ground), Xiongdan (Bear Bile, finely ground), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome, remove stamens), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, finely ground), Shexiang (Musk, finely ground), Xixin (Asarum), Ganqi (Dried Lac Resin, crushed, stir-fried until the root end changes color).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into powder. Add the already ground medicines and grind uniformly. Mix with soft rice to form pills the size of mung beans. Take three pills each time, washed down with cold water.
Formula for treating Nasal Gan sores in infants and children, with unceasing pain and itching: Gangcao San (Licorice Powder).
Gangcao (Licorica Root, 1 fen, stir-fried until slightly red, chopped), Diyü (Sanguisorba Root, 1 fen, chopped), Ranshedan (Python Gallbladder, 1 qian, finely ground), Woniuqiao (Snail Shell, 1 liang, stir-fried until slightly yellow), Shexiang (Musk, a small amount).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into powder. Add Longnao (Borneol) and Shexiang, and grind uniformly. Each dose: mix half a qian with millet broth and take orally. Alternatively, blow the powder into the nose. Suitable for three-year-old children.
Formula for treating Nasal Gan itching in infants and children: Chuibi Chanke San (Blowing Nose Cicada Slough Powder).
Chanke (Cicada Slough, slightly stir-fried), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, finely ground), Shetuipi Hui (Ash of Snake Slough), Huashi (Talcum), Shexiang (Musk, finely ground; each 1 fen).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into powder. Grind uniformly. Use an amount the size of a mung bean each time, blow into the nose. Apply three times daily. This will expel all Gan worms.
Formula for treating Gan worms eroding the nose in infants and children: Shidan San (Chalcanthite Powder).
Shidan (Chalcanthite, 3 fen), Xionghuang (Realgar, 1 fen), Renfenhui (Ash of Human Feces, 3 fen), Toufa Hui (Ash of Hair, 0.5 liang), Jiyu (Crucian Carp, 1 fish, approx. 3 cun long, gutted, coated with salt, and burned).
Grind the above herbs finely and uniformly. First wash the sore with Licorica Decoction, wipe dry, then apply this powder. Apply three times daily.
Formula for treating Gan worms eroding the lips and nose in infants and children: Shexiang San (Musk Powder).
Shexiang (Musk, 1 fen, finely ground), Shidan (Chalcanthite, 1 fen, finely ground), Langdanszi (Datura Seed, 0.5 liang, used raw), Renfenhui (Ash of Human Feces, 0.5 liang), Mangcao (Polygonum Arvaticum, 1 fen, stir-fried until slightly yellow).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into powder. Grind uniformly. Apply to the sore. Apply three times daily.
For treating Nasal Gan in infants and children, characterized by emaciation, high fever, and sores in the mouth and nose, this formula is suitable.
Huhuanglian (Picrorhiza Rhizome, 0.5 liang), Pishuang (Arsenic Trioxide, 1 fen), Renfen (Human Feces, 0.5 liang), Tianlinggai (Human Skull Cap, 1 liang), Langdanszi (Datura Seed, 1 fen).
Place all ingredients in a porcelain bottle. Seal tightly with yellow mud. Burn until red hot. Allow to cool and remove. Add 1 fen of Shexiang (Musk) separately, and grind together into powder.
Formula for treating Nasal Gan where worms erode the nose, causing unceasing itching and pain: Lushen San (Aloe Powder).
Lushen (Aloe, 1 fen), Huangbai Mo (Phellodendron Bark Powder, 1 fen), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 0.5 fen), Xionghuang (Realgar, 0.5 fen).
Grind the above herbs finely into powder. Apply three times daily. Use a small amount to apply to the sore for recovery.
Formula for treating Nasal and Oral Gan erosion with sores, in infants and children who are sallow, emaciated, and refuse breast milk.
Shidan (Chalcanthite, 1 fen), Lushen (Aloe, 1 fen).
Grind the above herbs finely into powder. Sprinkle on the eroded area. The damaged flesh will turn into pus. Frequent application will promote healthy tissue growth without causing further damage.
Formula for treating Gan sores where worms erode the nose in infants and children.
Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome, 0.5 liang, remove stamens, crush and sieve into powder), Shidan (Chalcanthite, 1 fen, finely ground).
Grind the above herbs uniformly. Mix with raw sesame oil and apply inside the nose.

Xionghuang (Realgar, 1 fen, finely ground), Gudi (Trichosanthes Fruit, 1 fen).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into powder. Grind uniformly. Mix with raw sesame oil and apply inside the nose.

Gan Xama (Dried Toad, 1 toad, coated with butter, roasted until golden brown), Shexiang (Musk, 1 qian).
Grind the above herbs together into a fine powder. Mix with pig fat from the twelfth lunar month and apply inside the nose.

Use 0.5 fen of Xiongdan (Bear Bile) mentioned above. Dissolve in water, mix, and apply inside the nose.

Grind the above herbs uniformly. Mix with raw sesame oil. Apply three to four times daily.

Diyü (Sanguisorba Root, 1 fen, chopped), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 1 fen, finely ground), Renfenhui (Ash of Human Feces, 1 qian), Shexiang (Musk, 0.5 qian, finely ground), Woniuqiao (Snail Shell, 3 shells, stir-fried).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into powder. Each time use an amount the size of two yellow rice grains, blow into the nose.
Another formula.
Lushen (Aloe, 1 fen, finely ground), Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark, 1 fen, chopped).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into powder. Take one he of water, soak the powder in a porcelain cup for the duration of one meal. Dip a chicken feather into the liquid and apply inside the nose.
Formula for treating Nasal Gan itching in infants and children.
Yimucao Gen Mo (Motherwort Root Powder, 1 fen), Shexiang (Musk, 1 qian), Dingfen (Lead Carbonate/Basic Lead Carbonate, 1 fen), Mituoseng (Litharge/Lead Monoxide, 1 fen).
Grind the above herbs finely. Apply dry powder inside the nose for immediate effect.
Another formula.
Xama Hui (Toad Ash, 1 fen), Renzhongbai (Calcinated Human Urine Deposit, 0.5 fen), Shexiang (Musk, 1 qian).
Grind the above herbs finely. Apply dry powder inside the nose. Apply three times daily.
Blowing Nose Formula for treating Nasal Gan itching in infants and children.
Dilong (Earthworm, 2 earthworms, slightly stir-fried), Gudi (Trichosanthes Fruit, 1 fen), Shexiang (Musk, 0.5 qian, finely ground), Xama Tou (Toad Head, 1 head, burned to ash).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into powder. Grind uniformly. Apply a small amount into the nose two or three times daily.
Formula for treating itching in the nose, eyes, and ears of infants and children, which worsens with frequent rubbing, leading to dry skin and erect hair. Use this Blowing Nose Formula.
Woniuqiao (Snail Shell, 2 fen, stir-fried until slightly yellow), Xama Hui (Toad Ash, 1 qian), Shexiang (Musk, 1 qian, finely ground), Gudi (Trichosanthes Fruit, 7 pieces).
Crush and sieve the above herbs into powder. Add Shexiang and grind uniformly. Blow a small amount into the nose three to four times daily. It is also excellent to drip a small amount into the mouth.
