正月初一及初七，吞服麻子和赤小豆各十四枚。又将各十四枚投入井中。另外将三枚附子，让女子投入井中。

The above medicines are pounded into a fine powder through a silk sieve. Add Realgar etc. and grind evenly. Store one liang in a triangular red cloth bag, carry on the chest, and hang on the door.
