以上药物，捣罗为末，炼蜜和捣五七百杵，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次在饭前，用温酒送下二十丸。
治疗柔风。四肢缓弱，以及言语謇涩。适宜服用乌金煎丸方。

以上药物各一两，都捣罗为末，用黑豆七升，洗净，用水三斗，煎取汁二升，去豆，入前药末，熬如稀饧状，和药末捣匀，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次在饭前，用温酒送下三十丸。
治疗柔风久不痊愈，四肢缓弱。适宜服用牛蒡酒方。
